Pizza Hut in Wellingborough

Terrible service by the sever, extremely rude… ruined the whole meal … salad bar most empty and took ages to refill after asking numerous times .

I ordered 2 large pizzas and got two medium, 1 was made up wrong and the other was burnt to a crisp, the cheese was black in places, cannot believe this was deemed acceptable to send out, absolutely no care for customers. Rang up to sort and they were adamant pizza couldn’t be burnt and had to take it to store to prove, was refused a refund and told to contact customer care but then refused to tell me how to contact the team!

Pizza arrived within stated delivery time. That’s as about as good as it gets. One pizza burnt. Didn’t taste fresh. Cheese bites bland. Wings ok but could have done with crisping up. Glad I only paid 50% because if I paid in excess of £50 I would have been on the phone...
