I recently visited Starbuks at Wellingborough, and it was an experience beyond my expectations. Right from the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel at ease. Amazing people, Amazing staff. Loverly girl Mamta was very helpful and welcoming.

No gluten free options! I could not believe it! I ended up with a packet of crisps. In today’s world where a lot of us are gluten intolerant it’s appalling that a major company like Starbucks doesn’t have ANY gluten free options on a Friday lunchtime.

Awful place. Untrained lazy staff with no knowledge of menu. Place is soulless, most tables wonky, dirty chairs, used cups everywhere, just awful.

Met a friend for lunch, ordered drinks they forgot the cream, not a problem they squirred some on top, however staff had cant be assed attitude, there were 8 tables with empty drinks on, & all three members were out the back?! At one point someone walked in & had to shout "hello" loudly to be heard! Such a shame used to love this shop used to have a great, friendly staff & atmosphere!

1. Ordered a Cappuccino grand and got a white coffee grande; undrinkable. 2. Ordered a cream based Frapaccino, no cream on top, and got a Coffee based with whipped cream on top. The staff are junior and it shows. They have not been trained properly and were totally lost when I took the drinks back. Avoid this place at all cost. I won't be returning!!!!

drinks are always fab, exactly what is asked for, and the premises is lovely too. However the manager seems to think he owns starbucks itself and could try to show his hard working staff some more respect in the way he talks to them as they are fab.

I like to shop locally if I can so I asked this Starbucks to order some of their products for me on two separate occasions. The latest was some decaf coffee.... I waited two weeks for a phone call but heard nothing. When I went in to ask I was told they couldn’t get it and had forgotten to phone me. Customer service - what customer service? Just don’t take the order in future... direct people to the Starbucks website and save us all a lot of effort!

Each time I visit, I moan and groan because the whole experience is sooooo poor. From the seriously over priced food (costa looks a lot cheaper), the awful coffee and the moany and groany staff who always seem to have 'issues'. The coffee is absolutely awful and not to the usual SB standard. It tastes burned and nasty to the point that I've had to return to the counter to ask for another. The last occasion was no different with even my husband remarking at how bad the coffee was on this occasion. The second round of coffees were a marked improvement but by then we had really had enough and should have got a refund and left. I doubt I will return any time soon.

Every time I have been in I order two coffees and they serve them separately. I also ordered panninis to be nearer, again had to stand and wait, one at a time!! Had to chase for the loaf cake slices. At least Costa bring the hot food over to you!!

Visited for family catch up, they got our order wrong as I asked for coconut milk and got normal milk and the coffee was not particularly hot. It was not very busy and they seemed well staffed. I was going to take my coffee back but two other people were complaining about their coffee's and said their coffee was warm not hot. The staff seemed to be un apologetic and just generally fed up. I didn't take my coffee back we just left. It was a let down really as I have always had positive experiences at other Starbucks.

We held our Wedding Anniversary party at La Luna on 16th Dec and everything that was promised did not come to fruition! When we booked it we were told children could stay until 10pm - which we put on the invites - to then have them ushered out the door at 9pm, including my own, caused a lot of upset among people especially the ones who had travelled hours to be with us! We were promised a DJ on the night, again I was told while setting up during the day that this wasn't happening - hardly giving me a chance to sort anything out! Luckily the band stepped in and filled the gaps! I was told early on the day of the party that it would finish at 2am then at 11.45pm told us it was closing in 15mins!!! The lights went on at midnight and we're all told to leave. We were allowed to have food then when that appeared it supposedly wasn't allowed to be eaten out of the side room - again, nothing had ever been said on that. There should have been a doorman on from 6pm - we were asked for a Guestlist for this...maybe 8/8.30 they appeared, people were let in that were not invited to the party and he was happily chomping on his McD's while on the door or on his phone! And the drinks were diabolical, the draught beer & soft drinks were completely flat making people buy everything in bottles which I'm sure was great for profit but not so much for the guests! And with only Donna serving it took a while to even get that! It was just a complete embarrassment for us on what was supposed to be a really nice party! Thank god we had the band as that was the only positive I can pull from it, and we went back to the hotel and drank until the early hours so the party didn't end at midnight. I will say Donna (manager) was great, I really felt for her but she did everything she could for us. But everything else was such a huge disappointment, we couldn't have been more gutted with the venue!

I visited the Wellingborough cafe for breakfast, as I often did. We arrived when it opened at 10 am and was told that we could not have bacon or sausage until 10.30 am. When asked why the assistant informed us that she would not offer anything with meat in it as she was vegitarian. I do not hold this against her as she is entitled to eat what she wants, but she should not have been serving in the cafe unless she could prepare anything on the menu. We left and went to M&S for better service, and to be honest the food was better.

We didn’t enjoy our steak. Never ate there again but nice place to stop for a quick pint… or two. 😂

Great pub, loads of beers and ciders, draft, bottled etc. Didn't eat but menu looked OK... Only downside was that the prices were a bit high in my opinion.
