Been here a few times food has always been nice and fresh and hot. When collecting an order waiting times can be a bit long but is worth the wait

I went into sams today after ordering food on the phone I paid by card and they said it was declined. I said impossible there’s money but I’ll go to the bank and get cash. Then I get a notification from my bank mobile app saying the payment has been taken. I showed the lady in the shop and she still refused to give me my food. So I called my bank and they said the money has been taken. They still refused to give me my food. So I called the police and the police told me to show them again the payment has been taken they said the receipt says decline. The police ordered them to call the bank and they said nobody’s answering. I had to leave without any food and down £40. They are 100% carrying out fraud and taking people’s money. The police said I had to leave the shop as it is a civil matter and wait for the fraudsters to call their bank. It’s the first time I have ever been to this shop as I am new to the area but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AS THEY CARRY OUT FRAUD AND GET AWAY WITH BECAUSE IT IS CONSIDERED A CIVIL MATTER. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

They took our money and gave us a delivery time of 6:30. It was 7 so we rang up to see where it was and the rudest woman answered and repeatedly said 'we havent had your order tho' 20 times before hanging. We were not rude down the phone. There is no way to get our money back either. Scam. Total scam.

Waiting time was long and the food definitely was not worth the wait! The chicken chowmein looked very unappetizing it was a dirty dark colour and tasted bad, the chicken was dry and rubbery, extremely disappointing meal.

Very good Chinese, large potions, quick service. Sometimes a bit iffy but magority of the time it’s really nice and they offer delivery.
