Very bad service food cold put phone down on me very unprofessional never ever order again

my husband and i had fish n chips on 20th may the fish was ok but the chips was terrible hard end bits maybe warmed up from lunch time come on wok with u you used to be very good food was always hot and fresh its like you have lost the passion to provide a good hot tasty serving come on wake up and get that passion and drive back xx

Food was terrible this takeaway has gone downhill used to be brilliant this is the 2nd time in the last week the food was tasteless

Really friendly staff, take the time to talk to you about your day. A bit like the sit come cheers where they know your name! Food is first class fresh & tasty wether it classic fish & chips or classic Chinese food and a few others in between, you won’t be disappointed with this establishment. I’m very fussy when it comes to How clean food shops are and this place gets a big 10/10 from me. Staff are always polite and engaging when I visit, and there delivery service is prompt and probably the best in the town, delivery drivers are always polite and happy and on the odd times there’s been a mistake with order they don’t moan and fix any issues promptly. I really can’t say anything bad about this establishment in all the years I’ve been using them. Thank you 🙏

I tried this chinese because it was the only one open for my "lockdown 50th" not the birthday I expected but we now it is the only one we use. . it has the BEST sweet and sour chicken balls we've ever had and the rest of the food is amazing. quick delivery and always very helpful and polite. I wont go anywhere else now.

Consistently good chinese food - what more could you ask for? We always get lots of starters. We had the deep fried aubergine last time and it was a tad too salty. Other than that, everything is awesome - I recommend the Prawn Won Ton.

Very good! Only criticism is the lack of bean sprouts in the Chow Mein. Which is, after all, a bean sprout dish. Otherwise, spot on 👍

I've recently moved to Wellingborough, struggled to find a takeaway I liked, finally found Wok with U. Love it, good size portions.

I have lived in Wellingborough my whole life but have travelled abroad. And I have to say wok with u is the best Chinese ever. The guy who owns it, is hard working and lovely guy and the food is lovely 10/10

Re-fried chips, a bit like rubber! In a bit of a time warp inside, circa 1970’s town chip shop.....manky looking place.....never again.

Food was ok but there were ants on the floor. Could do with a good clean.....

we decided to try another takeaway as the one we regularly use has now been sending their takeaways out cold.we looked on the reviews and there was quite a lot of positive feedback.............how i have no ideas we decided to try one.in a short sentence it was one of the worst meals i have had.the hoisin sauce that went with the duck tasted nothing like it should have done, all i could taste was vinegar .....that went straight in the bin.the singapore chow mien looked like someone had vomited in it ....that went straight in the bin.the well done steak was nearly burnt on the outside and bloody in the inside, again in the bin.the only thing that was any good was the prawn toast and satay chicken.walk right past this takeaway you have been warned

Decent ish food, not great but edible

Have had food from them several times,but standards have dropped allot. Have had burnt or tasteless,have rang and told them. Nothing seems to get any better. So will not be ordering again.

This is by far the worst takeaway in wellingborough, I live opposite this establishment and refuse to eat from there, Iv given it more than one chance when I've been desperate and couldn't be bothered to drive anywhere Iv thought I'd give it another go and it just gets worse, complete waste of money I'd rather starve, they can't even get sausage and chips right the chips taste like they have been sat in old oil for a period of time and the Chinese side is no better! Such a shame as used to be lovely a few years ago wen it was run by lou lou but since it's been taking over it's just vile only one good thing about this place is the man that works behind the counter lovely friendly and always smiling.

Chippy and Chinese they also deliver

I have recently had sausage and chips and also a curry from this establishment and I will not attend again. I find this a crying shame because a few years ago I could not have faulted it. On this occasion, I emptied my fish and chips and enclosed with my chips was a long piece of cotton that looked as if it had come from an apron, the ties that tie the apron. Disgusting, the whole lot went into the bin. On another prior occasion, I found the curry that I had eaten did not taste good at all. These two experiences have totally put me off.

Very good Chinese takeaway with fish and chips.Excellent menu with one or two dishes I have not seen on other menus. Delivery service very good as well. Sometimes only takes 20 minutes

Good food and prices, great for a treat.

Average in every sense, our closest takeaway but at times I will go past it for better food. There are better chippys and far better Chinese takeaways in welly.

we had a take away from here a while ago and it was flavoured well, i have not tried teem recently but wouldn`t say no..

had take away delivered from here - take away never as good as eating in but taste was lovely and, was cheap!
