I never use Starbucks Dave Gorman told me not to!. While travelling we needed to use the facilities..place is well located just off the road. Not overly busy the tables could of done with cleaning.. staff were not overly friendly I got a dragon fruit drink and a apple Muffin..the dragon fruit was not cut small enough so couldn't go through the straw..but the muffin was delicious

The food is good here, the staff pleasant and helpful. A good place to stop off for lunch or a quick snack. Would recommend to others.

We were in Long Sutton while walking from Holbeach to Sutton Bridge, and wanted to have a coffee somewhere. It was market day, so everywhere was busy, but we made the mistake of going in to the Cosy Cafe. The only table available was by the door; before I had got my rucksack off one of the obviously regular clientele had called out 'Close the door please'. Viv, my partner, sat down and I went to order at the small counter, behind which a sole female worker, Ena Sharples lookalike perhaps, was handling a large teapot. Another customer came in, obviously a regular, and she asked him what he wanted. I must have had my Harry Potter invisibility cloak on. 'Let's find somewhere else' called Viv, standing up, and we left the formica tables and and grotty decor to the locals who clearly value it. We went round the corner to The Granary which I would thoroughly recommend. The Cosy Cafe is about forty years out of it's time, apart from missing Woodbine ashtrays and fog of cigarette smoke you could be back in the 1960s when you're in there. From our experience it's certainly not a place where tourists, or strangers perhaps, are made to feel welcome.

Terrible disgusting behaviour when they made the mistake and now hanging up on me and not answering when trying to call them back

Came twice while staying near by. Once for breakfast for my birthday and once for lunch. The breakfast whilst nice enough was for what they called a belly buster rather underwhelming. 2 of each apart from the toast I’d say was a normal size belly buster rather underwhelming = more than you can manage! Still, it was nice enough even if it was on the warm side rather than hot! The lunch, that was nice we had the jacket potatoes, wife with time mine with chilli con carney. Arrived hot and tasty. They are dog friendly too but have to remain in either the conservatory or outside which is fair enough. Price reasonable if a little on the high side for the food on offer but we will certainly come back next time we are in the area, we always do visit here. Staff friendly too if sometimes a little slow at clearing and cleaning the tables sometimes but I guess if it’s busy or they short staffed it’s difficult to keep on top of.

Really good fish and chips that is the closest to our home. Rather pricey, however what isn’t these days?! Good selection of drinks too and the curry sauce really is cracking from here!
