Delivery too long to wait. But food excellent.

Our regular delivery of Chinese was getting a bit lack luster so we tried Kanton for the first time this evening. When dialled it was engaged for a good 5 mins or so, so thinking from previous experience with other places it'd be quick and adhoc delivery. Oh how I like to be wrong... what a treat. We ordered a range of dishes and each and everyone was mouthwatering. Please pass thanks to the chef! It was perfect temperature, delivered in 45 minutes. Will definitely be returning. Just remember it's cash only...

been a loyal customer for years but lately its all gone to pot , 2wks ago waited 2.5 hrs for food which was obviously cold, last week wrong order but they promised to rectify this week but I ring up for order , and they are to busy talking to each other and forget about me on the phone , we are now taking our business elsewhere , 2nd and 3rd chances don't work

2 1/2 hours for delivery of food and when turned up not piping hot. Called 3 times and spoke to young girl who said it’s cooked and be on it way…..

Ordered takeaway never turned up.

A good Chinese takeaway now a bit expensive, but good food. Didn't rate the golden box at all, small amount of food in a tiny box,very disappointed

Never had an issue with this take away. Food is alway piping hot and freshly cooked. Unlike any other Chinese takeaways you can stand in the shop and watch them while they cook it so the comments about microwaved food honestly need to go into the shop and watch this takeaway with their own eyes! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We've ordered from the Khan Ton in Holbeach many times, always hot, not salty, nice crunchy veg, tasty sauces, sweet and sour not sickly, ribs have plenty off meat, good portion sizes.

Normally get delivery but went in and ordered this time, very friendly welcome, great service and great food 😊

Can honestly say this was the worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had sloppy chow mein greesy rice tastless curry soggy prawn crackers

Worse chinese ever ordered kingprawn curry & kingprawn chop suey they was both tasteless and watery the boiled rice had been microwaved n rubbery large bits mixed in never going again!!!!!

Very unhappy food was all wrong stuff plus when called back person answered very aragntly and would not change the order

Worst Chinese I think I've ever eaten completely disappointed!over priced, portion size is tiny and food is awful! Only good thing was it was quick on delivery, other than that all awful including customer service. Would not recommend.

Lovely place for a Chinese, on the downside they are only a takeaway which isn't a problem as they do deliver.....friendly staff

Never had a bad experience until today, foods always been great, when chicken balls where missed of the order....phoned to explain to them and was met with the overweight English delivery man who accused me of being a liar and laughed and put the phone down....phoned several more times and spoke to various people. Ended up having to go into to store when i asked to speak to manager he wasnt there and no body would give me a name. Would have very much liked to let him know how his staff treat customers who have spent money in there every week for a while.... very very rude and aggressive people.... not a nice experience.... needless to say will not be using this service again. Totally unacceptable customer service. Such a shame as food is wonderful.

Very disappointed, ordered chicken curry and fried rice, curry sauce was extremely bland and the chicken quite tough and flavourless. Both rice and curry came in the same size container! Definitely not eating there again sorry but much more effort needed

This is the best Chinese delivery locally as it arrives on time, always hot and always very tasty, chap on the phone is not the most friendly but the food and service make up for it

Smell of rancid oil food not good go to ocean for a good takeaway

Really disappointed. The curry sauce was tasteless and watery. Chicken with spring onion and ginger was mainly normal onion and ginger. All food ended up in the bin ! Back to Thai I think or Good Earth .
