Can I just say I am absolutely appalled by the fact, first off Driver got lost on way to home bearing in mind address couldn't have been any clearer and second of all food arrived ice cold shall not be recommending this to anyone again

The food was appalling all of the pizzas and sides were cold The pizzas were the wrong pizzas. Contacted the store they said manager would be in contact and this was at the start of the month and it’s still not resolved The customer service is appalling for the Spalding store !!! Wouldn’t suggest going there if you want good service

I think the lady who made pizza was Jess, I have been eating from there last 2 years and last time Jess pizza were amazing, not over cooked not under cooked, not too much cheese, not too less just the right amount. Next time, I will be requesting that only Jess to make my pizza or someone who is trained by her. Thank you 😊

I paid for food and drink and all I got was cold food and no drink I contacted customer service and the response was a total waste of time is this case my money has been stolen

I would give them no stars if I could. Stay away from these clowns. Last Saturday we ordered a large pizza, it was late, cold and undercooked. The presentation of the pizza was terrible, looked as if it had all been thrown on. Hardly any cheese. I rang up and they offered a replacement. I would have to wait over an hour for it, it was already late by then. Wanted a refund instead, they refused even though I shared photos of it and of it thrown in the bin. When I first moved here, 10 year ago, they were superb, but as I asked around work, they all said they don't touch Dominos anymore; well at least not the Spalding branch. Do yourself a favour and try somebody else.

Pizza way undercooked again middle of the pizza was actually cold when all the cheese/toppings slid off after taking a piece. Thrown in the bin not worth the stomach ache again. When the pizza tracker has a whole time period dedicated to "quality checking" you would expect a good quality of food or atleast something edible unfortunately neither was true with last night's order.

Just contacted them, regarding deliveries and the gentlemen informed me that they only deliver with in 3 miles of spalding 👎👎

My order was ready by the time I arrived and all members of staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Ordered delivery from here tonight very speedy service friendly lady delivery driver and all very hot and fresh food can not knock it. I got the medium pepperoni pizza and 2 sides deal for 20 pound very reasonably priced

Awful delivery of pizzas tonight. Literally dumped into the bottom of the box and when we opened them the pizzas were crumpled and toppings destroyed. Pepperoni one shown in photo after we’d opened it back out. Clearly been either dropped or tipped on side for a considerable period of time! And we paid for that delivery. Disgusting!

Don't order the Ben and Jerry's ice cream. It's been stored incorrectly and defrosted and re-frozen. The brownie one was dry and crumbly and completely not what it should be.

Don't really rate this place anymore. Pizzas & chicken wings never really cooked properly. Very sloppy base on pizzas,chicken wings no taste & very lightly cooked!

Wings so small and don’t taste the same like used to be, cheesy wedges, raw and the chicken strips. Very funny taste

Excellent service. Received the incorrect order via delivery, called them back and there was no hassle for them to rectify the incorrect order and have it delivered free of charge. Food is always fresh and tasty, great service with them. Definitely 5 star ⭐️.

Great staff at Spalding domino's but the recent price increases of approximately 20% are totally unjustified and are making us eat elsewhere where possible. The extortionate delivery charge that's meant to help their drivers with fuel cost is not past on either, in fact employees have told me that only 20p of the £2.00 charge is past on. The £2 charge is not a tip just dominos profiteering so if you do use them you should still tip the delivery person.

Had a large order the tracker said it had been delivered it hadn’t had too ring them was told it would be 10 minutes 20 minutes later it arrived half the order was missing had to ring again too which the manager said he would sort a refund a week later have received nothing so will be having to ring again. Disgusting service if a pizza was stolen they would soon be complaining themselves but they think it’s ok to rob customers money as they haven’t sent the items out or refunded yet will not be using domino’s again

Super speedy service ordered a delivery of a small pizza chicken strips and cookies with a bottle of coke.

Very slow in there waited 1hr 45 minutes for my order but they still got it worrg will not recamand to other very untidy the staff was very Beddley organisation and they didn't care

I would give no stars if I could. Incident with a delivery driver after I asked him to remove his pushbike from my drive (not delivering to myself) and then videoing my vehicle and my house on his personal mobile and refusing to delete it. Have reported this to domino's but was to a shift manager and not full manager and told to wait till someone contacts me. Have also reported this to the police

Always good pizza...long waiting time but fresh and hot

Four times in a row now I've ordered cheeseburger pizza and it came with no burger sauce on it, few times before I've ordered extra toppings, I've never got on my pizza. I give up ordering from there.

Poor service, cold and late food and they guy behind the counter wasn't wearing his mask property and caughing. Very disappointed.

They got my order wrong 5 times, no burger sauce. Kept calling me trying to stop me making complains to their supervisors. Poor service, didn't even get anything after complaining.

Pizza was got had to wait 15 foo twenty mins but it was quick and easy to get to .

Food always been spot on, never had any issues, only niggle is I have sometimes had to wait 5 minutes or more and the food has been ready on the hot shelf.

This Domino's would have to be one of the worst Domino's I've had the misfortune of using. Food is late a lot of the time. There delivery drivers are rude young boy racers with 0 customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Wrong order everytime The wedges are not cooked well Instead of chicken I recived 2 of wedges, instead of cookies I recieved wedges You just fill all the boxes with wedges and deliver them? This was the last time when I order from you

This male was about 17 years old blasting music when he arrived and woke up my baby. He was very disrespectful towards my weight and practically threw my food at me. Beware of this boardline child when getting your food delivered, he should be sacked. Absolutely no social skills and looked like he was going to rob me practically!! Will not be returning to the spalding branch due to this driver.

1x ☆ Two for tuesday.. driver forgot of the pizzas... really its in the name! Waited another 15-20 minutes for the 2nd pizza and it came COLD! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE! Was not worth the money! 1x ☆ 07/08/20 - yet again dissatisfied service! Went to pay and they refused CASH!! everywhere else accepts cash!! Except this place! Rude staff! Nowhere does it say they do not accept the legal currency that has the head of our queen on! After my previous review they offered me a free pizza to my account which clearlly didnt happen! Biggest robbing company so far!

Awful service. Charge £20 for two pizzas and can’t even get it right! First one turned up wrong with beef on which I asked not to have as allergic to it so they say they send another one out to us. 2nd one turns up with beef on again!!!! And sweetcorn which I never ordered either. Muppets. Get your pizzas cheaper and tastier elsewhere folks.

Honestly 1 star is too many. Numerous occasions now the delivery has been late 20mins+. Call up and the staff are partly rude say it’s on its way. When it finally arrives enjoy the lukewarm pizza. Not sure what’s happening but someone needs to go sort this place out and get it up to proper dominos standards.

Normally a nice, fast and friendly experience but last night I Dropped in for a quick pizza after work and omg I should have gone to sainsbury and cooked my own as would have been much faster. Pizzas kept being made wrong so were remade, staff stood around ignoring customers and on their mobile phones and gossiping, instead of helping on counter or the lad on cutting station to get pizzas out quickly. Manager I don’t normally see, Mark, swearing at male store staff and drivers telling staff to fk off in front of customers when staff tried to step in to help colleagues get deliveries ready, thus stopping the staff working effectively as a team. Atmosphere was strained with staff appearing on edge when named manager was in the customer areas. I would avoid this store on days this manager is in as last night was not a nice experience.

I was told I would receive a £10 refund after they took over an hour to deliver my food with no communication but I have only received £6 rude staff unlikely to order from here again.

It's okay if you love waiting for a long time for your order to be done that you ordered online at 4pm and ask for it to be picked up at 6 but don't get it until 7:30pm

Have ordered from here lots of times. Mostly its been delivered hot, and had no complaints. On the odd occasion we have had to wait 2 hours and recieved cold and burnt pizzas. No sorry. Just snapped at that they are low on staff

Came across Domino's by chance as look8ng for a take away for my room. They're do I g a deal at the moment and I got a 12 inch chicken, mushroom and onion pizza for ten pounds. It was hot, fresh and tasty, the staff were polite and efficient.

Received a pizza yesterday that was burnt, had no extra toppings & no cheese on, ate two slices test was binned... £15 well spent so thanks to whatever 6 year old made it for me 😂👍🏼

We had the home delivery and it came just about on time but was not as hot as I would have liked it.taste was ok but I think I am spoilt by my wife’s handmade pizzas.dont think it’s great value for money in my opinion.

They are mouth watering. Some times get an order wrong but it's always put right. Not liking the wedges with cheese. But that's down to personal taste. Delivery is normally fast and you get to know when its on its eay

Ordered 2 pizzas, drove home, they got the order wrong, gave them a ring, they confirmed was their mistake, they said I had to drive back to swap it! I said they should deliver it and they said I would have to pay for it! Terrible customer service,

Made to wait for mediocre quality pizza

Bit pricey, but well let's admit it probably the best pica around. Place is nice and tidy. Will give a credit for a staff as everyone so far was well managed and helpful. Even when I did ordered the wrong pice and realized it half way through, it wasn't a problem for them to change order. only down thing is parking, as it's always hard to find where to park. Not many people know they have a small parking behind the building.( which is usually full.) but that's it.

The best pizza in spalding. Usually order on Tuesdays because of great offers. 2 for 1. Great service. Highly recommended

They lost my pizza. How is that possible?

Dominos employ polite, quick and friendly staff who are very knowledgable about the product that they are selling, and whilst a bit more expensive than other local options, the pizzas can not be faulted. Fantastic, fresh ingredients are prepared right in front if you and the food is still piping hot when you get it home.

Expensive pizza, better quality than ones that use plastic cheese and fake ham. You know the ones I mean, but other local sellers offer great pizzas cheaper

Wow where do I begin , not enough staff to deal with the orders of phone orders/online orders and walk in orders, waited 20 minutes before my order was taken , then when the food was done still waiting 5 minutes for boxes and stickers , would of rather rang up before hand or gone else where , normally never ever complained about here but they made me that annoyed it's only fair to say it on here

You can't go wrong with some dominos pizza. They have yet to get an order wrong, have some good collection speical offers and get the food to you in prompt time. 5 stars

what can I say I made the order using the online app and followed the meal request live. when it arrived guy handed it over and everything was still piping hot

¿Por qué pizza en el Reino Unido saben nada como la realidad? Tuve una pizza, tomé desde aquí. Bien, la masa de pizza estaba lleno de grasa, supongo que cocinar a las ayudas y las porciones de patata estaban prácticamente lo peor que nunca pase mis labios. Estas personas necesitan aprender a cocinar auténtica pizza con auténtica masa y cocinar en el horno de barro. La llave a la pizza es masa fresca y una pizza muy, muy caliente horno. Esto no era nada como auténtica pizza.

Generally very nice tasting pizza but they do often put a little too much tomato sauce in for my liking. Quick delivery but a little more expensive than others I have been too. Nonetheless I am a regular customer :)
