Starbucks in South Holland

I never use Starbucks Dave Gorman told me not to!. While travelling we needed to use the facilities..place is well located just off the road. Not overly busy the tables could of done with cleaning.. staff were not overly friendly I got a dragon fruit drink and a apple Muffin..the dragon fruit was not cut small enough so couldn't go through the straw..but the muffin was delicious

Went in to try the Christmas latte. Terribly disappointing as the latte was Luke warm . My wife had a chai latte which wasn't hot at all. sat inside but it looked dark and dingy.

Really disappointing seating area. Summer time so it's expected to be used constantly. Tables all wonky so drinks spill. Awful peeling paint on chairs and benches. Unkempt planting area. Shame.

We were served efficiently, politely and as expected from a Starbucks. It wasn’t too busy, with no queues; coffee tasted great and the staff were lovely.

This store is always quiet and the staff are friendly and make you feel special. They will often serve your coffee/food to your table.

Visited for a shopping pit stop, what a disappointment. Cavernous coffee shop due to ceiling height, seating arranged in rows ( worse than the drs waiting room) around the outside edges of the floor space and very very cold. Toasted tea cakes were given to us as we paid but then we had to wait over 10 minutes for drinks! Consequently tea cakes were cold, as were we. Asked for hot chocolate to be extra hot, was barely warm. So we ended up with cold toasted tea cakes and luke warm drinks, very unsatisfactory and not a single apology in sight! Even when you have to wait and wait and wait for drinks the staff don’t suggest that you take a seat and they’ll bring the drinks over, no you can just stand and wait. Very, very poor....... no wonder Costas, on the same site, is always very busy!

My girlfriend and I nipped I’m for a drink on a Sunday whilst shopping. I just wanted a bottle of water but they’d run out so I had tap water in a cup. My girlfriend asked for a pumpkin spiced late and they’d run out of whipped cream! A skinny blueberry muffin and a carrot cake loaf slice were purchased too and we very nice. The restaurant itself wasn’t too busy yet tables were dirty and stained from previous use. Toilets were filthy with paper overflowing in the bins and a lady JD to ask for toilet paper for her daughter. There were plenty of staff to keep on top of quick table cleaning prior to the end of the day clean down but this just wasn’t happening. It didn’t feel clean in there at all and neither of us could get the drinks that they were advertising.

Typical starbucks. Good coffee and quick service. Nice new coffee shop which was air conditioned. Friendly staff.

ordered 2x hot chocolate & 1 cinnamon bun, hot chocolate was not as hot as expected & not very chocolate as had hoped but it was made with fat free milk (red top) which was as requested

Good selection of shops.M&S outlet.Large selection of shops.Good restaurant with lots of choice.Nice gardens to sit in .

Called here today Saturday 23rd Feb 2019 whilst visiting the shopping mall. was not busy at all. ordered 2 large coffees and cake which were ok but it took ages to get the coffee and yet no one in front of us. premises were very clean as was the toilet.

Just like many other coffee restaurants, or whatever they call them, they charge extortionate amounts of money for people to sit on filthy tables (Uncleaned) with other peoples left overs and enjoy the ambience.. I thought this was all about the coffee experience?, nope, its about queuing up for ages, to get served coffee and then sit amongst the last customers refuse. The Staff try to clear the general rubbish up from time to to time, but never think that whilst out an about picking up refuse they could be armed with table cleaning equipment....I blame the management really.

We visited Starbucks 7/10/18 and we were very disappointed, to say the least. 1: The sandwich display was nearly empty. 2: the service was very very slow my son was in a group of people to had to wait approx 10min for his coffee. 3: The place was dirty and the tables were not cleared we saw and heard people walk straight out the door when they saw the state of the place. 4: I think Nelson stands a better chance of getting his eye back than me visiting a Starbucks again.

Can’t beat a trip to Starbucks, it used to be the main reason I’d enjoy a cheeky commute to Peterborough, but now there’s actually one in my home town!

Very surprised staff did my a chocolate babychino with cream free of charge for my grandson. Well done you!!!

Starbucks is the perfect spot to stop and enjoy a coffee and food during a busy days shopping at this retail outlet!

Looking at the board it clearly states for a large double chocolaty chip Frappuccino the price is £3.79. Then after asking, what seemed to be new person serving us, for the drink they said it will be £4.09 and I then said it says £3.79 on the board. Anyway, he then said you asked for a “venti” when I clearly said a large one. I would’ve thought their pricing would be simple like small, medium and large, but oh no. I bet they do this to mislead people into buying more expensive products and drinks. They really need to sort this issue out as I certainly won’t be returning until they can be bothered to state what the prices of the drinks are!!

Visited here for drinks on Saturday 6th April 2018. We gave Costa a miss after our experience in Hunstanton. Wasn't too busy, very friendly staff who were very welcoming. the coffee was very nice. the toilets were spotless

I found the staff helpful and polite, and their drink suggestions helpful. It is a bit of a walk to get to Starbucks compared to Cafe Nero and Costa - so it stops me from just popping in.

Would normally do Costa but it was busy so decided Starbucks was a good alternative. This is a new ish store and is larger inside than most. There is also a large outside area to sit in when the weather permits. Staff were polite and helpful. There were a large amount of tables left dirty and cluttered making the place look very untidy, a few couple's came in looked for a clean table then left. It doesn't do Starbucks any favours being in this condition.

I have been a Starbucks member for many years, used Starbucks pretty much all over the world. Every time I've been in here its empty, loads of staff behind the counter doing very little. Ordered a drink and i made a mistake but they wouldn't change it. If there has ever been an error in ANY Starbucks Ive been to whether it was my fault or theirs, they have always been more than happy to change it FOC... But not this Starbucks. Staff need more training in customer service.... I binned the Starbucks coffee and walked straight into a packed Costa a few doors down :)

I love visiting Starbucks. The staff are always polite and helpful. Food is fantastic and fresh. The selection of food is great x definitely visit again.

We went shopping this weekend (Saturday 30th September) and decided to stop for a bit of lunch at the new Starbucks. Well I wish we hadn’t..... the other places to eat are much nicer especially in the garden centre.... this particular Starbucks was filthy! And I mean filthy, the floors were revolting and the tables were unclean and the place just felt unkept and dirty. The thing that made me decide to write this review was the restaurant was pretty quiet and the staff were stood around talking and laughing but instead they could’ve been stocking up and getting the main eating area clean by at least sweeping under the table areas! I would not recommend this Starbucks and will not be returning.... my advice to others would be to dine else where, the other restaurants are clean, tidy and welcoming!

A friend and I stopped here for coffee while at the outlet mall. What a warm smile and happy service we received from Callie. Excellent staff will certainly go back again
