Nicks Plaice in South Holland

Really good fish and chips that is the closest to our home. Rather pricey, however what isn’t these days?! Good selection of drinks too and the curry sauce really is cracking from here!

Lovely Fish really fresh batter crispy , chips are a generous portion. hygiene 10 out of 10 . Atmosphere really friendly

Our preferred chippie was closed (Baxter’s Sutton Bridge, worth the 15 mile round trip). Thought Nick’s was worth a try but what a mistake. The cod, fried to order, was about 6mm thick and 40mm wide, heavily disguised in thick batter, the chips dry. Never again!
