Ordered a pair of shoes online and chose collection from store. The shoes were sent from warehouse, not other stores. When I went to this store and collected my shoes, it was very obvious the box has been opened and the shoes have been tried on. There were dirts on the shoes leather surface and even the paper in the box was broken. I ordered this shoes and I already paid for it, how can they let someone else try my shoes and made it in such terrible condition? Returned immediately in the store and ordered online again, chose home delivery, I received a brand new pair of shoes. For sure it’s not the warehouse sent defective and dirty shoes. This store doesn’t respect customers orders at all.

Happened upon this place at random and had the early bird 3 course. There was 2 of us. We walked in and were the only people in there. We were met with a fusty smell (ultimately this didn't matter as the review is still 5 stars). It was silent as we came in but upon seating some ambient music was put on which was nice. The lady was served us was attentive and very pleasant, the timing of the food and spacing between courses was good. We had the soup of day (red pepper and tomato) and pate (stilton) for starters, steak stroganoff and crispy pork belly for main and sticky toffee pudding and baked cheesecake for dessert. The dishes aren't big but they're not small either. The food is presented very nicely and the soup came with a lovely warm roll. The stroganoff was so very tasty, the beef melting away nicely and the pork belly showing a lovely crisp to it with a healthy selection of veg and potatoes. Seasoning is on the table, presumably for you to do to taste. Whilst usually a bigger eater, the servings being a little small mattered not as they were very flavourful so that having a large portion may have been too rich so I actually agree with the portion sizes. I was debating a 4* solely due to the fusty smell upon entry but I don't know if its a fixable problem and tbh, you get used to it after a couple mins. Ultimately that doesn't detract away the fact I really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere (even though we were the only ones in), the service and the price and that I would happily return.

Visited twice, the staff are always friendly and the chai latte is good.

Was in at 7.15 this morning (10th Dec) it was warm, well lit, and the food was good. Nice friendly staff.

Poppadoms were stale and not very crunchy when they arrived which was disappointing and the rice was extremely watery inside due to the condensation as if they were not properly transported inside a thermal bag but just put on a car seat next to the driver which was also slightly disappointing, the chicken korma itself however was very nice and I enjoyed it and the tikka masala sauce was also very good

Never wrote a review in my life but when the chef tries to cuss me out for asking the lady at the til if any of the chicken meals have gluten in them after waiting 15 minutes to be served, feedback needs to be given. Tried speaking calmly to be Verbally projected with “yuh ah tark but ya na listen” repeated to me. everytime I’m keeping quiet to hear just a basic explanation of “yes we do have some gluten free options” or “I’m not sure” or even a frank “no we don’t” she proceeds to tell me about her qualifications and how I’m not listening again when the reality is she just didn’t want me to buy and maybe risk having an allergy reaction 🤷🏾‍♂️ I don’t mind waiting or being told “we wouldn’t want to risk you having an allergic reaction”. But that was a master class on how to deliver bad service and receive a one star review as a result. Big up Jamaican ways, all flavaz, passion food and all the other Jamaican takeaways that treat their customers good.

3 of us went to Nottingham to watch a cricket match and had this food afterwards. Food was really great and very delicious but a bit expensive, but then perhaps all arabic food is like here I guess. Please do visit them as its amazing food.

Just had the all the trimmings pizza and we are extremely disappointed. Couldn't taste any sage, any cranberry or any gravy. To top it off we weren't given any gravy dip, just garlic dip which we didn't realise until we got home. Just tasted bland. Will tick to domino's in future

Thay are taking too much time,only I order 1 parcel chhana or 6 purris,thay taken 45 mint to pack it,mybe less staff,and I asked to reception parson you r talking too much time he said yes in a one parcal taking 35 to 40 mint time,soo if you all have free time please go and enjoy
