They have been incompetent, not able to do 9 orders in 10 as they should. In this example extra onion in the burger. When I brought it inside, I told the manager I ordered extra onion. He asked me what is wrong with it, if I wish more onion. Look at the photo. The crew with management in this McDonald are just joke.
Over the years Valerie Patisserie as been out 1st port of call for coffee and cake. Today, we noticed on arrival only 2 tables were being used. Said good morning to the lady behind the counter and sat down. From then it all went wrong. Young guy came up go us saying "In future wait to be seated I'm on my own. And if your eating with us your on the wrong table. To low". Neither of us replied as we were totally taken aback. On that we got our belongings and left. Ventured to Cafe Ori and got fab service.

Further to my review I did get a reply back from PV asking me for more details of our experience to which I sent. Including pictures. I then received an email on 11th from their Head of Operations introducing themselves asking if they could call me. No call.

Terrible experience. A late friend had bought us a ÂŁ50 voucher ( no expiry date on the voucher) tried to use this voucher and was told its out of date. No communications from there office after questioning this. Been multiple times to le mistral, it will be our last unfortunately
It's a very cramped area on the ground floor ( it being a small square to order , wait for/eat food). There is no table service at night (it understandably being too busy for staff to deliver to tables?- a shame none of the staff bothered to tell me that as they saw my order, made my food and waited me to collect my food (which I did many minutes later when the food had turned cold - then told there wasn't any table service like the app stated and I should have known such). Some people are new to being night customers at McDonald's; I've complained to McDonald's via X (formerly Twitter) about allowing branches to close the table service option on their app so to avoid giving customers a bad taste in their mouths ( literally too) about eating at McDonald's at night; I hope McDonald's HQ listens

She was happy in her job said itâs a lovely place to work which u could tell by her bubbly nature.
