worst thai fried rice and egg fried rice ever. overly salted, bitter in test, they put Rotten pineapple in thai fried rice. I am a bid fan of authentic thai food. ordered thai fried rice for being in the safe side. ohhh good. it was so bad. i am still filling sick 🤢🤢🤢, never ever gonna order from this restaurant. i would have give negative points if i could.

Would give zero stars if I could. Tried to amend an order placed on uber 30 seconds after placing it, never had an issue before but the manager refused to do anything other than tell me to cancel my order on uber and pay for it and take it up with them for my money back. No idea why he couldn’t just make a sandwich as he confirmed they hadn’t even started making them.

Over the years Valerie Patisserie as been out 1st port of call for coffee and cake. Today, we noticed on arrival only 2 tables were being used. Said good morning to the lady behind the counter and sat down. From then it all went wrong. Young guy came up go us saying "In future wait to be seated I'm on my own. And if your eating with us your on the wrong table. To low". Neither of us replied as we were totally taken aback. On that we got our belongings and left. Ventured to Cafe Ori and got fab service. 17/04/24 Further to my review I did get a reply back from PV asking me for more details of our experience to which I sent. Including pictures. I then received an email on 11th from their Head of Operations introducing themselves asking if they could call me. No call.

This place is so unhygenic my whole friend group felt sick for several days after. The oil used to fey the chicken has most likely be used for several days before (if ever) it got replaced and the chips are nearly always soggy. Avoid at all costs, our health is the most important thing we got!
