No point in ordering waste of money food was awful and took ages to come

Since its been took over with new management the quality has dropped. Frozen garlic bread and chewy lamb shish. After 6 years of ordering from here, i wont be again !!

Ordered food and still waiting 45minutes later after delivery time! Have tried to call 6 times now and everytime engaged so guessing it's not co ming now although its stated delivered on my order review! Lost my custom now.... good job I put to pay cash!

I asked for mild chilli and fresh tomatoes on chips i received hot chilli and a little bit of tomoatoes, the kebab was not what i asked for. I will never order from her again

Calzone was horrible? Really small in size and no tomato sauce or cheese inside just over cooked dry meat. Chicken was nice though.

Would never order again! The food is vile, the chicken on the pizza didn’t even look like chicken! The chips were all hard and burnt and the kebab is disgusting!! Stay away from this place!

All was fantastic apart from I asked for 2 chilli sauce and they sent mayo and garlic mayo

Ordered from efes many times and never really experienced a problem before but this order was abysmal. As soon as it arrived we knew it wouldn’t be great. Ordered a donner kebab and a chicken kebab. Upon opening the paper bag all you could see was orange. Everything was slavered in oil. Lifted the first box out and the paper covering was completely see through and fully saturated in oil which then leaked all over when trying to remove it. The second was no better as they had both leaked oil into the bag. Both dishes were swimming in oil/fat and very off putting so in the end we couldn’t eat them as they were just disgusting. Even the brown bag itself was completely covered and leaking fat everywhere. After being loyal customers for some time now I don’t think we will be ordering again after this experience!

Got food from here a few times before and always been good. But this time the food came to us cold and the food did not taste like it had been cooked for as long as it should have been. Not happy as I have been in the past.

Food was good, lady at the restaurant who rang me because I put 2 different addresses by accident was really polite and helpful, However, the delivery man was not. The food came earlier than expected which is more than fine but the delivery man rang me several times to say that he’s got work to do so to come meet him quickly and I explained I’d be with him shortly as I had to walk to meet him to the front of my workplace but didn’t expect it to come yet. I apologised and understood yet by the 4th time of him ringing & then his rude manners when I got to him saying he was waiting 15minutes for me even tho it was no more than 5 and he has to stuff to do was just inappropriate, I understand there’s more deliveries but it was just rude and let you down.

Everything I ordered was hot and fresh and all there. The chips tasted amazing and the mixed grill also was lovely. The coleslaw is really salty, not sure why but put me off eating it. So have sent out a sample to be tested. Other than that it was really great tasting food delivered quickly. Just hope the coleslaw comes back negative from any foreign elements.. 🤞🤞🤞

Chicken shish kebab was swimming in liquid and went all over everything. Garlic bread looked like it had been cooked in a volcano it was that burnt

Only downside is ordered two cheesy kabab burgers however one turned up minus the Kabab other then that the food never disappoints

Used to order charcoal chicken kebab in the past, not been here in over a year. Sorry to say but the kebab was honestly disgusting. Bought one for myself my aunt and cousin and none of us could eat it. My aunt said the chIcken tasted processed, was just a load of tasteless pale uncharcoaled chicken, in some bizzare strips. Never seen or tasted anything like it. As soon as we opened the box it smelt funny, and didn't taste fresh at all. It's a shame as i used to enjoy the charcoaled chicken in the past, but it is know here near the same. Sadly in wasted over 20 pound !

Really enjoyed it, was on time and quality was so good. They also gave extra garlic bread as compensation for forgetting our drinks last time.

Salad wasn’t the same as usual. Asked for no onions and it was full of onions and ask for just lettuce on burger and it has tomato on.

The Donner Kebab meat was over cooked and dried out, the chips were like cardboard. The delivery turned up 20mins to early which caused me great inconvenience. I asked for an hour's delivery time because i was not available earlier.

Absolutely vile! Chicken kebab is not chicken meat - processed rubbish looked like it came from a market square pigeon. Chips were soggy drenched in fat from the "chicken". Pizza is minging! Didn't even taste like pizza and base looks like the value bases u buy at supermarket. Waste of money. Good reviews must be from their mates....

The Kebab was nice, but the garlic bread was a bit burned and the pizza just wasn’t nice...probably won’t order again unless we all want kebab.

wasn’t great which was a shame, ordered at 5pm and the food looked like the scraps left at the end of a night. chicken seemed reformed not fresh and there wasn’t enough kebab meat and chips to justify the £7.50 charge.

Finally, after moving to Nottingham from London I have not been able to find a genuine kebab house. Indian spices do not belong on a donna chicken kebab. And this Turkish kebab house has it down to a T, no silly Indian spices here. Quality non-greasy kebabs, quantity not stingy definitely will be using again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five star!

I always order the charcoal shish chicken kebab and it is so nice, tender seasoned large juicy chicken piece's (not processed kebab meat you usually get off a spit) and not spicy at all just beautifully seasoned. Also nice warm soft large pitta and nice salad. Would definitely recommend if you want a proper kebab, never been disappointed

Lamb shish tough and not very tasty. Doners are ok, salads uninspiring but fresh. Have had much better, and much worse. Average.

Finally! A decent kebab house in Nottingham. The kebab meat is phenomenal, the best I’ve had in Nottingham. My only criticism is that the chips were a bit cold and like cardboard, and the portion was small. But that won’t stop me from ordering again.

I ordered a tray of donner Kabab meat with galic sauce and no salad.....I recieved a tray with 50% of the donner missing and replaced with salad that is not what i ordered.

Poor meat quality on the chicken burger , bun was soggy, kebab meat was very fatty . Chips were cold , will never be going here again.

Really really good food. Definitely recommend the 2-3 person sharing kebab.

I waited an hour for the food and still came late, the burger was not done and chewy, the kebab was made in oil and it’s crispy instead of soft, absolutely awful service and food over all. I will never buy from here again, and if my comment gets deleted I will just repost it because people need to know how awful this is.
