Today I ordered a Large coconut hot chocolate and it was made by a tallish ginger man with tattoos who made it for me and He made it in a normal milk hot chocolate jug with normal milk still left behind, all he gave it was a 2 second rinse but there was still clearly normal milk and powder left behind. I am lactose intolerant and though It's not too bad for me, for other who might be allergic that's a big no-no. Disgusting

I wanted to come to Shiye on Sunday (7/7), but I found out that the left door was locked at 4:30☹️

Absolutely fabulous food . Hot and very tasty. Staff couldn’t make you more welcome . How do they do it for the price . Will be back again soon. Thank you for a lovely afternoon out

Called here today Friday 22nd Sept 2023 having just got off the tram and desperate for a drink. Wasnt busy and just 1 person before me. It was a long wait for the coffee which was not good. It seemed they give priority to the chaps collecting food for delivery. Also tables too small for drinks and food .

Dirty eating areas floors not cleaned in a long time staff dont speak much English . Had jacket potato and the fillings was tiny

Fabulous restaurant. Real attention to detail in the food and service. Also, it is very good value. I am rarely disappointed by this wonderful place.
