Food and atmosphere ok, need to improve with the cleaning

Always a pleasure, no matter which country you visit this place! Very well managed, great service, a sight for sore eyes!

Me and my friend went here for the first time. We arrived for lunch and the service was amazing as it was very busy we understood it would be a wait so we got our table and drink ordered our food and within 30 minutes our food arrived we had steak and the food was really good. i would highly recommend it to anyone

Service has gone down hill slightly, a lot of students. Restaurant was no where near as busy as it normally would be on a Monday, going back years ago. However, this was all fine, the food on the other hand was not. As a massive lover of chicken wings and have been going to Hooters for all you can eat wings Monday for many years, the flavours and wings now are horrible. I went a couple months ago, we only managed two plates because of a kitchen fire, they had to stop service. One plate was fine, the other 'parmesan garlic' were horrible. We decided to go again yesterday and sadly, the wings were atrocious. We had six different flavours between the two of us. None of the flavours were great, some were actually disgusting and the wings tasted fishy, somehow!? Most of the sauces were horrible and you'd find some wings were hot, some were cold... Jerk and Medium were the best of a bad bunch and even then, comparing Medium to years ago, its night and day.

Food from hooters always upsets my stomach. Visited here 3 times now and always been Ill next day. Very overpriced too.

The atmosphere in Hooters was really relaxed. It's a lovely Sports Bar with many TVs to watch sport and good beer on draft. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially to Jess who served me my food and drink. She was amazing. I'll definitely come back when in Nottingham.

Hooters was fantastic. It was absolutely crammed in, but the ladies did a fantastic job and the service was excellent. I had "911" flavoured wings and nachos with a pitcher of beer. Honestly, everything was just great, the guys I was with thoroughly enjoyed their food whilst watching footy at the same time.

I’ve been travelling up to Hooters for about 10+ years now from the south coast, and genuinely it is always top notch. Food is always 11/10 hot, fresh, crispy, and that chilli garlic sauce is just wowza! I loved the buffalo burger and that slice of onion was like the cherry on the top! Service was amazing, friendly, polite, and quick. Honestly, as a long time fan of Hooters (and I’ve been to a few of them) Nottingham is my favourite to go to. Can’t wait to come back on my next trip!

Long established company that does USA food. Clean, tidy, with parking. The food is really good, burger and curly fries.. Girls, treat them nicely with respect. Will be back. Great place, very friendly.

even though I'd tipped him the driver wasn't keen on bringing my order upstairs to my front door my chicken was tough over cooked and some of it burnt , about 50-60% of it was inedible

The food is amazing half price ribs on a Wednesday they are huge, staff were really helpful and look after you

Reasonably priced drinks, great location, food served timely and fresh with all staff having a great attitude. Even on a match day service wasn't an issue, open until late.

Very poor slow service at this establishment. Food was certainly nothing to shout about wings were very hit and miss dry and overcooked. The management appears to be very unconcerned about customer service and the inconsistency of the over priced food...

I went on a Bank Holiday Monday so understandably they were very busy and the food was a bit delayed therefore I've given 4/5 stars. Other than that it was a great evening, the bottomless wings were great! Our servers were wonderful and apologetic for the time our food took to be served, unfortunately I didn't get their names. I'll definitely be back again!

The ribs are amazing, you can pull the bones with two fingers, the sauce it's amazing too, Girls 5*

What can I say about? Hooters? It’s definitely not got a mark on the American restaurants but the effort and atmosphere is more or less the same. Only had the burger with an extra Pattie and just tasted like a normal burger not that special really for the price one the menu should’ve had some chicken wings but the girls said let’s see what your like after your burger, which was a good shout because I was full at the end and couldn’t even finish my drink. Definitely give it a try again and advise people to give it a go .

Had to ask for the kids grilled cheese & tater tots as it wasn't brought with the rest of food (it was ordered at the same time) we had finished the food by the time they were brought over. Food was as always delicious though and music is awesome.

Too busy, few staff and couldn't cope, waited 20 mins to take drink order then another 20 mins and drinks still didn't arrive so left

Wings smelt like dog food. The pipes for the draft weren’t clean so the beer tasted bad. Weird atmosphere in there - avoid

Came today, very slow service, so took off service charge ladies were talking about customers us about it being slow which it was food didnt come together, asked for bill three times. When paying the bill waitress was like je i suggest you dont come again go to a different one if such a horrible experience we just said it was slow and that's why service charge Very rude no matter i worked customer service you dont talk to someone like that because you didn't get a tip.

Asked for 20 hot wings too and only got bbq which not everyone liked

Came hear yesterday for my birthday with friends and my other half and the atmosphere food and the service was on point and I want to thank these two ladies for making my birthday special

Guy on the door was less than helpful when we arrived 15 minutes early for our booking . stated "you'll have to wait we're rammed) we hung around in the carpark and went back at 730, again we were greeted with a stern face and no welcome at all We were seated and menu's arrived and we then waited to place an order .... server very matter of fact .... it was busy but no customer service at all ... drinks arrived not asked who was drinking what just plonked on the table ... food arrived ... it was fine but again just plonked on the table ... atmosphere was loud and the music made it hard it hear one another .... Quite pricy food for what it was ...

Had a fab evening dining at hooters Nottingham again. Welcomed and seated by Eleanor who took care of us throughout our night. Thanks and will be back sometime hopefully soon.

All you can eat wings on a Monday! You just can't go wrong. The staff are always friendly and service is always quick. I've never had a bad experience here

She snapped "for any reason" and huffed off after which was super unprofessional and left my friend feeling really embarrassed. We were polite about it, so her reaction was totally uncalled for. Definitely not the kind of service we expected. We are not in America so why tipping is expected is not on.

I recently visited Hooters in Nottingham with friends and had a disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of a waitress named Jess. When we politely requested the removal of the service charge, Jess responded with extreme annoyance and acted very unprofessionally. Her attitude was unacceptable and completely ruined our dining experience. I expect better customer service and professionalism from an establishment like Hooters. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other customers from facing similar treatment.

Really nice pub/restaurant lol asked for fish and chips and they bought me Jaws on a plate loads of food couldn't eat it all waitress always not far away in case you need anything else. Fun place to be if someone's birthday 👍

Went with mates yesterday not been in a while the main highlight at hooters is the great food at good prices recommend.

+ good atmosphere + good location + staff are friendly - waited 30 mins before being served - total time there was 2 hours for a pre booked group of 5 - on the pricey side - food is ok but nothing special, local burger joint will be better. Let’s be honest you don’t go to Hooters for the food. You go to say you have been to Hooters.

We went at 5pm on thursday, the staff were busy cleaning windows, we asked to get a drink, the girl said they were on a staff shift change, I said but can we get a drink, she just shrugged her shoulder... there was 8 of us... we got up and left, nobody said anything too us... we went to the Riverside farm instead, granted the semi naked ladies were nowhere to be seen and replaced by granny's but we got immediate service from friendly staff not wearing war paint like the staff in hooters and got really really good food and it cost quite a bit less than hooters, and can park right outside.... can't fault Riverside farm, probably won't go back to hooters again

awful food. beer wasn't all that,. and bloody expensive.. they add 12,5 service plus tax o top.of the price . so basically 17 quid for a dried out burger that dosent even come with chips. Had the wings as was told they were amazing. yeah amazingly cold

I can't believe there's a Hooters in the UK lmao. Wish the Buffalo wings actually had Franks hot sauce on them, but they were v good all the same. Shoutout to the man bringing his two very young daughters in as I was walking out. Stay classy my dude.

Good Atmosphere till 19:30 approximately ;-) we started with the nice Chicken wings, Cheese Jalapeños , Sweet chilli sauce after Red UTD beats the Blues. Good security guy. He double checked everybody if they have reservations, etc. Nice girls, especially Amie, Helen as well..

Came with a few colleagues on Saturday night. First half of our experience was excellent, the food, service, atmosphere, just everything. The other half I don't remember at all.

A generous 2, we were served a dish of wings each, after that no one was interested. We were all asked if we wanted another serving, we all said yes, we sat for a further 90 minutes, We asked a further 4 times but nothing ever arrived. So we left. No one was interested. Clearly unlimited wings are not unlimited. You get a serving then you get ignored. We won't be returning.

Had the fish and chips which was nice Would given 4 star if chicken was Halal. Overall, nice customer service and atmosphere

Didn't see 1 owl in there. Granted it was a Tuesday night, but staff wasn't interested, but on a plus the food was excellent. Still no owls to be seen

First time going to Hooters. Not what I expected but the food was passable but the jugs of beer tasted horrible and weak. The place was rammed full of people with it being a match day and a few hen/stag parties. Service was good and the ladies serving do deserve a medal, they never stopped smiling and being courteous to the customers.

Good god the portions are bloody enormous! I felt like somebody could have rolled me down the hill to my hotel 🤣 few mistakes on drinks but it was hella busy so it's to be expected (didn't get charged for them though). The fried pickles are absolutely disgusting, soggy and warm gherkins are all levels of wrong. They do add a 12.5% tip for tables over 4 so just factor that into the costs. Would deffo return. Try the tator tots!

This is the second Hooters that I have been to, the other being Liverpool, and this was a huge difference. The drinks were very slow, 15 minutes, food was slow, 30 for some fries only. Bad atmosphere, limited staff, super load football and the saddest salad I have ever seen.

Food: did the bottomless wings on Monday. Tried 3 different flavours- all very over powering and intense. Wings looked like they'd been previously frozen and very small. Differing degrees of temperature. Service: with a smile but very busy day and service was super slow. Took forever for anything to be done. Nobody asking if anything else was needed. Just dropped food and left. Atmosphere: rowdy at times. Stag do destination. Toilets: basic and not particularly well kept. Wouldn't return

Best wings in the world, no argument

Really poor service. We ordered bottomless wings and waited an hour for the first plate and another hour for the second while other tables around us were on 3+ plates in half the time. After spending 2 hours there and barely managing to get a second plate we were bored and gave up rather than wasting any more time on what was the slowest service I’ve ever encountered, especially considering that it’s supposed to be quick turn around food. I ordered a pint and even that took about 40 mins to arrive. When we spoke to one of the waitresses she told us that they were understaffed but they were still taking bookings and walk ins

Booked to go on bank holiday Monday for bottomless wings (used to go quite often but haven’t been in a couple of months) expected to be rammed but not as busy as I’d seen it before, used to wait 5 mins max for a portion of wings but this time waited 45 mins for first portion (30 mins for a draught cider to arrive) and second portion was 55 mins. Noticed we weren’t the only table suffering similar service. After a 45 min wait we asked our waitress what was happening and was shrugged off with “we’re understaffed and too busy” despite still allowing walk ins and online bookings still available. In the end we just asked for the bill after the second plate as we would be better off going somewhere else to grab a quick bite. Nail in the coffin was our bill arriving stating we had well over 6 portions of wings (I wish). Gone downhill massively won’t revisit

Food was great is big and nice colour that’s fits with the food and uniform the barmaids wear its top service but didn’t expect long wait for paying for the bill at the end. The two lovely sweet girls called Lara and Morgan was very friendly. It was funny seeing people dress up in different characters for birthdays stags and stuff. See someone dress as ALI G 😂.

First time at hooters. I was expecting to be absolutely embarrassed at all the attention from the waitresses but found them mostly ignorant. Service was very slow and felt rushed. Endless Wings took 20 mins between plates. Sides and drinks are expensive. Place was generally grimey, tables squeezed in so close together and was really nosey & rowdy. Carpark is tiny, prepare to park elsewhere and pay. Only positive, food was good 🤷‍♀️ Disappointed.

I visited Hooters for the first time and was amazed at the quality of the food and the value for money. Don't be put off by the reputation it may have, whilst the staff wear scant uniforms it is all very respectable. Will definitely be back!

All happy. Was there for a friend's stage do, and the staff were great food was nice and quick, prices were fair. Lucky was more enjoyable than my last visit when there were a lot of people due to a football match. But, based on this latest experience, I will go back again.

Most important great food great price great service

Hooters was on the itinerary for a weekend in the East Midlands, and it didn't disappoint! We went as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 12, and had a lovely time. The waitress we had was very attentive, and served us excellently throughout. The food portions were massive and were all delicious! Would certainly recommend the boneless wings! 😍 Superb experience and would recommend to anyone.

Very busy place what with a footy game being shown, small wait in food. But food was good. Staff are lovely. 4 girls pretty much looked after the whole restaurant. Always had smiles on their faces, despite the mess thst was left by some groups.

Absolutely love Hooters the food is always amazingly love the chicken wings and tata tots. service was topclass. Left my glasses on the table , as I’m not local to Nottingham I called them and asked if they would post them back because I need them for driving. I offered to coverage postage - but they Wouldn’t do me a small favour and lost them back- given our party spent close to 200 quid you would think they would just post them back for me

Wings and boneless wings here are insane, we had a mix and match of as many sauces as possible and honestly all of them are insane! Uff and them curly fries as well 😍 Staff have been incredible with us and constantly made sure we were happy with our food and asked if we needed anything else! There is so many TVs that wherever you will sit, you will be watching a game no matter what 🙌

The food: Awful, I ordered the smothered chicken burger, the chicken was the saddest piece of grilled breast you've seen, with a bit of connective tissue for good measure. You can tell it comes from vacuum sealed chicken because there was that slight sulphury/eggy taste sealed into the meat. A bit of advice would be to let the chicken air out after opening the packet, before cooking, alternatively you can not buy the cheapest ingredients on the market. I shouldn't be paying £12 for a meal that is entirely worse than something I could make myself. The milkshakes had a thin consistency and just didn't have as much flavour as you'd expect from an American diner. Do you water down your milkshake mix? Are you that strapped for money? The variety and flavour of the wings were good, but the 9/11 wings tasted weird, chemically almost. Service: The service was good at first, but got worse as the evening progressed. I felt like I was asking for a lot when splitting the bill into two separate receipts (for expense purposes), I understand it was busy, but your staff should not start to feel stressed out at this point where they can't spend a few minutes sorting a receipt out with becoming terse. Vibe: Come for the meme, post about it to instagram, no point ever returning. The music was actually good, listened to Elton John, Bowie and You're So Vain.
