Hayley and Sara were great at explaining what to do. Had a blast playing crazy pool with friends! Good drinks, well priced and a nice atmosphere to play games in.

Staff don't answer the phone. I have been charged by Togo system but no confirmation e-mail to confirm my booking.

Upon our arrival, we were asked to join a queue behind six other people to get drinks, which was understandable. However, after waiting patiently for 20 minutes, we were shocked to witness the manager allowing someone else to cut the line and speaking to them in a very friendly manner. When we inquired about this unequal treatment, the manager responded by threatening to kick us out. This treatment was not only unexpected but also left us feeling racially discriminated against. We believe that all customers should be treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their background. This incident, combined with the manager's rude behavior, led to our entire group of 10 people deciding to leave the premises.

Great place with lots to do. Service can be slow due to only having one bar and people ordering fancy cocktails that take a long time to make.

Cool place but stood at a fairly quiet bar for 15 minutes and got ignored by newcomers coming to the bar. Ended up leaving and going elsewhere

We visited this evening with my wife, who has a disability. They catered to her accessibility needs perfectly - there was a lift for wheelchair access, a dedicated disabled toilet and a ramp for going to the karaoke rooms. Not only that, but the staff also served us the drinks wherever we were sat. It was a fabulous experience, and we will definitely come again. A server named Jack in particular was absolutely fantastic; they helped us with the ramp, with the lift and they were absolutely brilliant catering to my wife's needs. In short, this place is excellent, a lot of fun and inclusive. An absolute gem in Nottingham's nightlife.

If you fancy standing outside Mojo and having a cigarette, this is the place to go.

Good venue, lots to do. However the drinks prices are pretty overly priced in my opinion. Otherwise, a really good place to have a good time.

We had a good time playing pool and beer pong here. The drinks were good and the staff were friendly. However, the prices are very high. £8 for 1 hour of pool, when the place was totally empty! It's also very dark and cold in here like a warehouse and there wasn't much seating, so I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time. Next time I want to play pool I'll probably go somewhere cheaper and more welcoming.

Went as part of an organised group booking. The security on the door are not as friendly as they could be. The whole thing seemed quite confusing as we had booked for 3 different games as part of a party booking but it wasn’t made clear what to do and when to do it. Nor were we told how to play the games. The bar was far too busy and when we did get served the prices were very high. The pizzas and chips are not great I’m afraid. The games we enjoyed however I think there are far too many drunk people that the security seems to miss.

What can I say!! After a nightmare night Rosie at Roxy ballroom absolutely came to our rescue!! Without hesitation Rosie worked really hard to fit a large party in to have the best night ever, no wasn’t an option she did everything in her power to make it amazing!! We need more Rosie in our lives! Will 100% be back

My husband and I visited here as we thought it'd be a fun place to go as part of a day time trip to Nottingham. We decided to play "crazy pool" and although at first it was a novelty, there were only 9 holes and two tables were the same lay out. I ordered a wine which was off and rancid so had to be returned (although staff were happy to replace it). for the price, I wouldn't visit again, the game didn't last long and it was a little under whelming. I think it would be great in a group if you were smashed and the points I mentioned probably wouldn't cross your mind.

Absolutely great place to go drinking and playing games I would recommend shuffle board. never heard of this game before but it's really fun the staff were very friendly and the building it's self looks very unique. Would definitely recommend going. Its £15 per hour for any of the games if you have a group of you it's not really that expensive.

Terrible place, just found out what they pay their staff and what they charge. You have to spend a minimum of £5 yet drinks are less than that so they encourage reckless drinking. Manager was terrible, had no idea how to talk reasonably and berrated her staff in front of us. Do not give your money tonthis company.

There are ZERO signs at this venue stating it is for over 18s only. We went in with our 6 year old to see what this new place is (we haven't been in to Nottingham for a while, you know....covid) we walked around to see it was a perfect place for older kids to engage with their parents. No ball pools in sight, which was a relief. Only to choose to play crazy pool and be told over 18 only. To say my son was gutted is putting it mildly. Not sure what your reason is to target the one demographic in our society with the least money (students) when there are plenty of parents that would happily part with their money to play with their older kids. I would like to point out that this venue was practically empty ON A BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY...... And so off we trotted to the crazy golf and arcades at the corner house to spend our money.....both of which were rammed!!!! So if senior execs are ever in a meeting room scratching their heads about how to make more money, please feel free to refer to this feedback. Maybe have a before 5pm family event......

Came in with my partner hoping to get some drinks and play pool. We paid for an hour of pool and ended up leaving within a couple minutes once we got to a table as I didn't feel great about the place, so we went to leave and they refused a refund even though we didn't play, we stayed for around 5 minutes. We found this quite annoying so we contacted them through the website and was told we wouldn't get one. Drinks seemed quite expensive and we basically paid £15 to walk in and walk back out again. Staff were very pushy and made me a bit uncomfortable. Wasn't a very nice experience.

I went their for a first date this month and it was generally ideal, it was great to socialise and to just have fun, the drinking games and the atmosphere in general helped. Bust most importantly I’d like to thank our server Cole, such a nice lad and really for his age an amazing customer service assistant and asset to the team, the lad even gave me some tips on what to do well in the date which I’ll always take for granted considering I was bricking it. If it’s for a first date I recommend or just generally for a mess about with a group I’m sure you’ll enjoy it!

We arrived at the Ballrooms 50 minutes before closing time. Then 30 minutes before they were due to close we ordered another drink. The bar manager, Katie, then approached us after ordering this drink and said we had 10 minutes before we had to leave. So we kindly relayed the message of the door receptionist that said we still had 30 minutes, and she was very rude to us when saying we had to leave. We kindly asked if we could then have the drinks refunded as we were told misleading information. She was very abrupt and blunt in saying no. You could tell it was not a good day for Katie. KATIE clearly wanted to go home and eat Ben and Jerry's watching briget Jones because she wanted us out before the other staff did. KATIE expected us to drink 2 pints in 5 minutes, which for a lad, is fine, but we were on a date enjoying a game at the ballrooms. IF you go here, be sure to ask KATIE what time she wants to close because else you'll be expected to down 7 pints in 46 seconds because she will tell you that they're closing in 50 hours so she can go home to her cats.

This place has a good vibe to it. To play ping pong its a fair price for an hour of entertainment. Drinks on the expensive side but really enjoyed playing and with other games available I am sure ill be back in the future.

Such an amazing place. Staff are always super nice and friendly. Visited tonight on a Sunday. So lovely and chilled. I honestly cannot praise this place enough. Came with my boyfriend and even brought my parents who had the best time! Even the bouncer was so lovely and just so genuinely nice. Has to be my fav place in Nottingham. Also love the chicken wings! Ha x

Great place before or after a meal, does get better later in the evening but it's always a fun alternative to standing around in bars.

We hired out 'The Shed' for a Hen party and it couldn't have been better! Great value and really good choice of drinks packages. Venue and service was perfect, thank you for having us.
