Wingstop in Nottingham

Ordered 1 hour in advance for collection but had to wait 45mins past collection time

Wingstop is our favourite and we always make a visit to the Nottingham one when we stay here! Matt provided great customer service.. food is always incredible! It doesn’t disappoint!

The service at wingstop was absolutely outstanding. First of all Matt assisted us with a private area as we had a wheelchair bound child. The service from Alfie at the counter was also great. The food was piping hot and delicious. Great staff here I will be returning

Even when it’s super busy, the staff are all smiling and the food is 10/10 as it always is! Finding a table was tough but the staff were helpful and gave us options. Love it!

Great food Pleasant, helpful staff.

Don't even want to give this place one star! Placed our order at 18.34 for 8 pieces of boneless chicken and two lots of fries. Took our table number and sat and waited, and waited and waited! Lots of Deliveroo drivers coming in and getting their orders but no sign of our food. At 19.10 we walked out, hungry and £14.35 worse off! We couldn't wait any longer as we had to get to the theatre. Many tables were sat waiting for food too. Will not bother again

It was Fantastic, just experience I wanted. Macca was fantastic so accommodating and just overall lovely. He was so attentive and friendly. Everyone in the kitchen looked happy and was smiling. I’m definitely recommending it to my family of 23. Would recommend to anyone

Have been here numerous times and always enjoy the food. Yesterday @7.30pm came in to place an order for the flavour cravour but was told unfortunately order wouldn't be completely as they had run out of fries !! ( How can you run out of fries ?) Actual the 2nd time this has happened 1pm on another occasion bad stock ordering by branch maybe . My son was very disappointed as this was last visit before going abroad for 5 months at madrid university

Now this is devastating to share because I absolutely adored Wingstop, the food was awesome and it was super clean inside. My problem is with the Deliveroo/Ubereat drivers that visit this place. They legit just leave bags across the floor where customers (and staff) could easily fall over them. You ask them to move and they just straight up ignore you. The staff need to have more power to tell them to pick up their stuff. EDIT Due to the rapid response of the wonderful team, I shall definitely be visiting it again. However, I will not be so polite to the delivery drivers from now on. It was unsafe, inconsiderate and just plain ignorant. I appreciate that they're working, but it doesn't mean that they have to negatively impact on those around them. Ultimately, their behaviour reflects negatively on your store and as such, that's why you are the one with the three star rating rather than five.

I placed an order for collection, but the experience was very disappointing. First, they got my order completely wrong—gave me only 8 pieces instead of the 12 I ordered. When I spoke to the staff about it, they only offered a refund for the missing pieces instead of properly addressing their mistake. Considering we were hungry and had planned for the full order, this was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but I expected them to take responsibility and provide better customer service to cover their fault. I won't be coming back.

Best chicken I've ever blessed my mouth with.

Had chicken tenders with my friends. Great atmosphere. Great Food. Guy called Mohammad took our order, very polite. One of my friends new in UK didn’t what to order, Mohammad was really calm with her as she didn’t have any idea about the menu. Overall great experience

Had a lovely experience yesterday because of Sarah, excellent customer service from her ! Chicken was piping hot it was only the fries that knocks off a star as they were on the cold side. Flavours were delish.
