I placed an order for collection, but the experience was very disappointing. First, they got my order completely wrong—gave me only 8 pieces instead of the 12 I ordered. When I spoke to the staff about it, they only offered a refund for the missing pieces instead of properly addressing their mistake. Considering we were hungry and had planned for the full order, this was frustrating. Mistakes happen, but I expected them to take responsibility and provide better customer service to cover their fault. I won't be coming back.

Had chicken tenders with my friends. Great atmosphere. Great Food. Guy called Mohammad took our order, very polite. One of my friends new in UK didn’t what to order, Mohammad was really calm with her as she didn’t have any idea about the menu. Overall great experience

Had an amazing experience at notts, the staff was really friendly, especially nayeem, he was the coolest crew member you had there.

Very busy place and crowed probably wont get to sit down bit regardless its very neat and well decorated and the food is pricey but well worth the money unfortunately they don’t accept cash witch was very disappointed since i came 4 hours on a train to try this establishment but fortunately some one was nice enough to exchange card payment for cash after some trying around the food came very fast for the amount i had i ate it on the train back and was very pleased with it all was still warm and excellent tasting the only complaint i have is they don’t accept cash everywhere should accept cash !

I visited wingstop yesterday and it was my first time being there to try myself some chicken wings. This was a really great experience and had a great service and music. The staff named Akshaya had served me and gave me the suggestion to try louisiana rub and mango habanero flavours of chicken wings and it was amazing and delicious I had a great time and thanks for your hospitality

Got excited tonight about potential of a Wing Stop dinner after work. Me and my partner were stood in the queue eyeing up our order and ready to eat in, then got told there would be a 40 minute wait. A rubbish experience, with no apology and left disappointed. My first negative review on anywhere and I'm sure you can do better for someone picking you as their choice for dining out.

Chicken wings were so dry and I got 12 wings, 6 lemons and herb and the other 6 were garlic park. The sauce was so little on the wings I couldn’t even taste it. I got garlic Parmesan burger, which was really good,however the size is too small for the price. Don’t recommend unfortunately.

Avoid using the click and collect order from the wingstop website. You will not receive your order on the intended time, i was told by the staff to wait another 1-2hrs. I would suggest from wingstop to remove your click and collect order from your website.

Vine aquí por el cumpleaños número 17 de mi hija, muy emocionada por probar ala - parar por primera vez. Primero entramos y el personal era agradable y encontramos un asiento rápidamente. Uno de los dos inodoros estaba fuera de servicio y había una cola para el inodoro unisex. Tenemos nuestra comida después de unos 15 minutos. La comida estaba bien, pero muy picante y parecía carecer de cualquier sabor excepto especias. Mi hija fue a buscar una cereza Coca-Cola Cero y cuando la probó, fue asquerosa y tenía un sabor muy extraño. Me levanté para ir al baño antes de irnos, después de esperar unos 10 minutos, finalmente estaba desocupado, entré y el piso estaba cubierto de pitillo y cuando fui a tirar del asiento del inodoro, descubrí que estaba cubierto de vómito de alguien, así que no pude ni siquiera ir al baño, salí del baño y vi a un empleado merodeando, le dije que el baño era asqueroso y ella dijo que iba a buscar al gerente, caminé hasta la caja donde vi a unos 8 miembros del personal, incluido el gerente parado y hablando, les dije a todos que su establecimiento estaba sucio, y a mí mismo como limpiador que me despedirían si salía de un baño tan sucio, luego salí del restaurante pero volví a entrar a buscar a mi familia, cuando salí con mi familia, 2 empleados masculinos estaban de pie en la entrada muy amenazante para asegurarse de que no volviera a entrar, este restaurante es asqueroso y puso a mi hija enferma. 0 / 10 no recomendaría a mi peor enemigo.

Tuvimos la comida entregada por Deliveroo. Tomé una hamburguesa con parmesano de ajo. ¡No sabía a nada! El pollo estaba seco, y muy grasiento. Era tan pequeño, pero no podía comerlo porque era tan malo! También tenía patatas fritas secas, de nuevo duras, secas, y no las comí! Los pollos tiernos que tenía mi compañero estaban bien. ¡Fue una gran decepción! La calidad de la comida era simplemente terrible.

If you looking for a quick and tasty meal wingstop might be the best option. As the food is served quickly, fresh and hot. The flavours are so satisfying especially mango habanero and louisiana rub flavours are my favourite one. The staff is friendly and efficient and generous. I was very well treated by one of their staff member named akshaya. She took the order promptly. Which made my day. Perfect for a quick bit during a busy day!!! Just give it a try guys. I have ordered wingstop around 5 times and never had a problem. However I recently made an order online and wow it was absolutely VILE. My food took over 1.5 hours to arrive. When the food arrived it was FREEZING cold. The chicken actually felt like it had just been taken out of the fridge. The chips were all clumped together. Then to top off the freezing cold food I was given NO dips. I tried to contact deliveroo and it said unable to chat to anyone, then was told there’s nothing they can do with my order. I also contacted wingstop which also said it was nothing to do with them. Overpriced chicken and when you receive your food freezing cold, it’s nothing to do with anyone??? How do you work that out!

Ridiculous wait time. Last Sunday it was 70 to 80 minutes. Today it is 50/60 minutes. Half of the restaurant is empty. This must be problem with managing. Really disappointed.

It was my first time having wingstop today and I must say, the online reviews and content creators don’t do this place justice! I was greatly served by raihan and he absolutely smashed it, he helped me make a good choice on the menu (southern Korean is no joke!!!) and I am pleased to say this has been a 10/10 experience. Shout out to Raihan!

The food is banging but expensive and also expect a minimum of 30 mins of waiting time. Other than that the food the music and its 80% of the time pretty clean.

New restaurant opened up in Nottingham City Centre. Seems to be the new trend and is attracting a youngish crowd. Simple, clean and functional decor. You order upon entering and there are plenty of different flavour options to add to your wings. You receive a table number if you’re eating in. We ordered a mix of items including burger, Wings and strips. Must admit it did take some time from ordering to receiving food - but the restaurant was busy and it was a Friday evening. Only minor gripe would be no tissues or towels in toilet when we visited.

First time visit so wasn’t sure what to order, but Tilly was super friendly and helpful with recommendations. The customer service seemed to be well trained as everyone seemed really helpful. The chicken was well cooked and crispy and the fries were well seasoned. We tried a range of spices and I’d have to recommend Louisiana with the ranch. So good

Ordered garlic parmigian chicken tenders with Cajun fries and ranch. Good generous seasoning for fries, chicken tenders piping hot and Juicey. Could do with more seasoning or garlic butter. Ranch was great and good portion size Super friendly and polite staff

Wow so gooddd, so yummy. The restaurant isn’t massive and gets quite busy at lunchtime so seating isn’t guaranteed. They have the best food would definitely recommend.

"Wingstop" is sure to give wings to your taste buds. My neice introduced this place to me... we walked in like visiting any other fast food. Not sure what to order, asked the staff for help. I always prefer something spicy. We ordered for atomic wings, mango harbenaro and the original burger and buffalo ranch fries. I loved it all. Atomic wings had a top notch taste (highly recommended for those who love spicy stuff). You can feel the taste in your skin. The place is pretty cool with nice seating ararngements. you can grab your unlimited soft drink there and sip it till you are done. Staff is pretty professional and helpful.

My daughter asked if we could go to WingStop? And I'm so glad I checked it out... the wings were sublime and red hot... I test wings by HEAT! and the atomic sauce is GOOD! very tasty, and the meat quality and cookery were excellent... not only the chicken, but we had fries "wingstop style" which I asked and it's salt, pepper, and brown sugar! They were the best fries I've had for a long time! My only criticism is the multi-drinks machine... as it doesn't matter what drink you have it tastes the same... never been impressed by them! Other than that I would definitely recommend 👌 and the atomic sauce 🔥🔥☄️☄️

The food is delicious. Wing stop reminds me of kfc when I ordered it it came rather quick and wasn’t cold the presentation was good.

Do not visit, the food was so salty it was as inedible! Total waste of £38 and told it was the cajun seasoning but we had 6 different flavours…..! This was my first time visiting and honestly the restaurant and staff were spot on but not sure if this was a one off or like this all the time. Will never be back if the food is like this all the time!
