Wingstop in Nottingham

La comida estaba bien aparte de que tardó un tiempo en llegar y las patatas fritas estaban frías. Es caro para lo que es. El personal era amable y el restaurante estaba limpio y ordenado.

We came on the 14th around 5.57pm we were staff member 'nassi' served us and wow just wow this women needs a raise because there is no way she is being payed anywhere close to matching the level of energy and friendliness she had. 100% would go back just for the amazing staff. The food being good is a bonus. It was the first time we had been here as well, so I definitely was inviting you, to say the least.

Pedí parada en Deliveroo y tardó 2 horas en llegar! Llamé varias veces y nadie respondió. Cuando llegó hacía frío y me faltaba el batido.

Nassi was great with the customer service very helpful when I needed to order and was also very friendly. Will definitely be back because of Nassi’s great customer service.

My man Illia , fantastic man who took care of me as the lost Swede I am in Nottingham and directed my thought the menu and options to get me the.night food I needed after drinking to many alcohol beverages across the street at Foreman’s Pub 🙄 fantastic chicken, good size portions and I’m on my way to new adventures in Nottingham 👍 Btw, Illia should be recruited and trained by a real Al Acarte restaurant in Nottingham! He’s to talented to work at a fried chicken place 🙌

La comida estaba bien. Pero tomó 45 minutos y casi nos perdemos nuestro espectáculo de comedia en el teatro, así que tuvimos que dejar algo de la comida que era molesto, ya que no era barato

Restaurant was completely empty inside - was told then there was over an hour wait. Staff had numerous delivery orders sitting waiting and seemed to be only working on delivery. Seemed to be prioritising delivery over customers who are in-front of them whilst not even being able to manage to amount of delivery orders. Absolutely ridiculous service.

Visited with family and my little boy who’s disabled. Matt the manager went above and beyond to make sure Joseph could get into the restaurant ( I thought we’d have to eat outside as it looked busy) Matt wasn’t having that, he found us a large table that accommodated Joseph’s wheelchair. That kind of attention and customer service is brilliant. He went above and beyond to make sure Joseph could sit inside the restaurant and enjoy the experience. Thank you Matt! I think his customer service attitude towards disabled customers should be used in your training at all branches as he was brilliant! Matt the manager is a fantastic ambassador for your brand - please pass on our thanks and gratitude.

1st time at this place. And it's the last time at this place. Service was ok but the food is so salty. Took the fries back as there was way too much salt on them. They replaced them by adding more salt to the replacement ones. The salty chicken was ok if you like salt. Free refills of soft drinks was needed to try to get hydrated after the amount of salt I'd just had. Couldn't eat the fries and left some of the chicken. Garbage

Stood lining up for 10 minutes to find out you can't pay with money. Absolute joke.

chicken aside, staff was extremely understanding and supportive when I was almost late for a train. Thank you nottingham wingstop staff I love you you’re the most hardworking bunch I hope you all will be able to do what you’re able to do in your futures <33

Wingstop Nottingham was an overhyped waste of time. Not only was the food utterly revolting, but as soon as I came in, the tables were dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. We then constantly had to call one member of staff. He kept coming and then disappearing to the back before finally wiping the table. You'd think things would improve from there, but no, the mango habanero stinks. First of all, second, the taste lingers in your mouth even after drinking water; and third, my entire dish had to be passed to my mother, who was equally dissatisfied with the food. However, we still ate it. We had got the flavour fix deal consisting of mango habanero, spicy Korean, hot honey and two dips of hot honey mustard and blue cheese. The food was extremely trashy and the staff were somehow just as bad. The deal didn't even come with a drink. DO NOT COME HERE.

If you want cold wings with bearly any meat, absolutely smoothed in sauce, that mich sauce you have to wipe some off with your one and only napkin then this is the place. Awful, low quality wings!!

Went into the store on Friday night and was told it would be a 40 min wait. Who has the time to wait 40 minutes for food? Not me, didn't even end up eating here. A shame cause I love wing stop.

I live in nottingham i I visited this place yesterday I can tell you it was delicious, the mix raced girl with the long hair was giving me the eye I think 😉. Lolol nut on a serious note the chicken was delicious the milkshake even better. I'll be visiting this place alot more

Kaira was so lovely. Not only were the wings crispy, saucy, and straight-up life-changing, but Kaira made the whole experience even better. She was friendly, fast, and somehow knew exactly what I needed before I did. The fries? Immaculate. The ranch? Addictive. But honestly, Kaira’s service was the real MVP. Someone give her a raise—or at least unlimited wings. 10/10, will be back!

First of all, I want to mention the front counter girl, Tasha. She helped me perfectly with my order, and her welcoming attitude was excellent. Another day, she was handling food service at the front, and her well-mannered behavior and problem-solving skills with guests were outstanding. The food was also good, but she deserves 5 stars!

Illia served us our and was great, amazing customer service. Good good and despite it being busy, very fast food. We were part of a stag group and we couldn't say wings, he clocked it straight away and played on it aha 😁🤘

I had a fantastic experience at Wingstop! Alfie at the till was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my order was taken correctly with a smile. Manager Matt was also very professional and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The food was served hot and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was great. Definitely one of my best visits to Wingstop—will be coming back soon!

Terrible service, the staff seem to be dying and the food was cold

The flavours were off for us. Too salty and lacking actual flavour. It was hard to differentiate 1 from the other. The spice levels did not match what they said it would be. This was extremely disappointing. We also felt cheated by the 'boneless' options. It definitely was not worth the price. It was extremely busy. It felt cramped. There was no order for the queuing, which blocked the door, so those entering assumed they could just join at that point. It's overrated, in my opinion.

Best chicken in Notts, highly recommend.

First time at wings stop today-was very happy with the service I got from a lovely gentleman called Matt. As I came into wing stop and was looking at the menu, Matt came over and asked if I was okay and if I’ve been here before. I told him this was my first time and he explained everything to me. He also gave me his honest opinion on the flavour and told me the most popular ones. (Louisiana rub and spicy q) so I gave them a try on boneless and they were delicious. He also told me the different seasoning on the fries and explained what wingstop style was. So again I gave them a try and they was very nice to say it had sugar on. Really happy with the service i got-not just down to Matt but also down to how fast I got my order. Fresh food is always best and that what I got. So thankyou to your crew members and a massive thankyou to Matt. I will definitely be back wingstop!!!

Don't even want to give this place one star! Placed our order at 18.34 for 8 pieces of boneless chicken and two lots of fries. Took our table number and sat and waited, and waited and waited! Lots of Deliveroo drivers coming in and getting their orders but no sign of our food. At 19.10 we walked out, hungry and £14.35 worse off! We couldn't wait any longer as we had to get to the theatre. Many tables were sat waiting for food too. Will not bother again
