You cannot be made to feel more welcome by Kelly. A warm welcome awaits as you feel like you are visiting an old friend who plies you with refreshing sangria and delicious tapas. A really lovely atmosphere at this family run restaurant. The tapas dishes are generous portions and they are oh so tasty. Not tried it here? Book for a really treat.

I have been here a few times with friends and with my little girl, it’s a lovely little cafe. The play area is good for the little ones, staff are friendly and the food is good (I recently had the chicken burger for lunch which was delicious and my daughter loves the cakes). It’s a great find, it can get very busy though at peak times and you do sometimes get older children on the soft play which I don’t believe should be allowed as it ruins it for the little ones and it’s not built for older children

We booked a table in advance and arrived at 5 pm when the restaurant wasn’t busy. We ordered our starter and main courses together, along with drinks. The starter arrived within 15 minutes, which was great, and we finished it in about 10 minutes. However, after the plates were cleared, we waited 40-45 minutes for our mains with no communication from staff. During this time, no one came to check on us, offer more drinks, or even acknowledge the delay. I sat with an empty glass for about 25-30 minutes, and no explanation was given about why the food was taking so long. When the mains finally arrived, we still weren’t offered more drinks. My sister had to go and ask a member of staff to serve us, and even then, the apology we received was weak and didn’t feel genuine. After finishing our mains (which were cleared away after another delay), we raised our concerns with the staff. They passed the message on to the manager, who offered a round of drinks as compensation. We declined, as we had already been there for two hours and didn’t want to wait any longer. Unfortunately, no further effort was made to address the issue—there was no discount on the bill or any other gesture of goodwill. When the manager came over to process our payment, there was no acknowledgment of our complaint, no apology for the poor service, and no effort to make amends. As we left, the staff near the door didn’t even say goodbye or thank us for coming, which felt dismissive. We’ve always had excellent experiences at their sister restaurant, The Smoke Pit, where the food and service are consistently amazing. Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment, especially considering we live around the corner from this place. We sadly won’t be returning.

Absolutely shocking service. Waitress put through starter wrong, then supervisor made out like it was my fault because the menu had changed and I hadn’t specified the size of the garlic bread we wanted- umm maybe the waitress should have asked. Mains came out, one carbonara was very chewy chicken, spat out most of the 6 mouthfuls eaten. On asking supervisor to take it off the bill, she stated it could be replaced without the chicken or would take half off the meal as she had already eaten it. On speaking to another supervisor she stated no manager on site, although I knew the manager was I know who the manager is. She was stood at the food deck speaking to her. On the supervisors return to me after speaking to the said manager she told me she could take my details and the manager would investigate it when in, all whilst I was watching her. I asked how exactly they would investigate the meal when it had already been taken away and put in a bin, TOMORROW!! Bill comes out and both garlic breads on the bill and two lots of cheese charged. Small discount taken off not totalling the full garlic breads. I again asked for them to sort the bill for the messed up garlic breads as wrong. They still refused to take off the carbonara as 6 mouthfuls had been eaten! On speaking to the first supervisor, I told her the service was rubbish, you shouldn’t pay for something when it’s horrid and she rolled her eyes at me. I also told her I knew the manager was there and I don’t like being lied too! The second supervisor had told me both of them were supervisors but then dated she couldn’t go against what the other one had said as she was higher than her position. Also a lie! both of them were tripping over each others lies. I will never ever go back to Frankie & Bennys which is a shame as we love it there and got here often! One supervisor very rude lady with red/black hair. Other supervisor very small lady- don’t lie to someone’s face when they can see wit their own eyes and know exactly that your lying to them! absolutely crap service and a complete waste of £61.00.

First visit to Pizza Hut today was shocked how expensive it was and did not except cash ,we should have a choice.We did enjoy the pizza but the chairs we sat on which were blue and white patterned ones were really filthy they need professionally cleaning so for that reason we will not be returning.

On one hand we've tried pizza from all sorts of places over the years, and domino's are well ahead, but on the other we pre heat the oven and upon delivery put the pizza in there for 5 minutes to get it hot enough and/or cooked to our liking. Secondly, and this goes for domino's as a company - stop trying to slip the tipping culture into the UK by providing a tip option on the app. We already pay for delivery so if the delivery drivers need tips in order to earn enough, then you as a company are not paying them adequately.

WOW!!!! Absolutely shocking!!! The server was so tude and told the manager we were “pissing him off” He then called the manager over and she said “what do you want! My partner said I think you mean “what would you like” she said “so make a complaint then”… he said thank you Maria we will do! How appalling!!! Wowzers!
