Taco Bell in Northampton

If you like everything to taste of salt, this is the place... absolutely awful... inedible due to salt levels. ... a waste of money.

First and without doubt our last time. Horrendous rubbish. How on earth does it survive. Surely no-one ever goes back a second time?

On 20th July 2022 we tried to order from Taco Bell via Deliveroo. Not Taco Bell's fault but for whatever reason Deliveroo would let you create the order but wouldn't let you place the order and spent 45 minutes trying. So Taco Bell is a 15 minute drive, yes they were very busy....wife didn't check the order when handed over...so we get home to discover that the quesadilla which we have been charged for is not in our order. No I wasn't going to spend another 30 minutes on the road (which might have been pointless if they didn't believe us) but totally unimpressed. The food was good but strangely....bearing in mind that we have ordered via Deliveroo on a number of occasions.....my crispy chicken burrito as ordered in person last night was larger than the ones I have previously received on delivery via Deliveroo.

Unfriendly staff who bully other staff members avoid at all costs would never visit again shocking people

I ordered a take away from here. Having visited taco bells in the USA I was excited to try this one but I was very disappointed. The food took longer than advised to get to me and it was totally cold. The order was wrong and some items were missing. The tacos had very little filling in them and what was there did not taste that great. The baby burrito was literally just a wrap with a sprinkling of beef on. The chips and nachos were stale and the cuhurros were greasy. I would not order from here or eat here again.

Shockingly small portions and the little that you do get is totally tasteless. I had the tacos meal option and there was a tiny amount of meat just mainly lettuce. Don’t waste your hard aren’t money on this tripe

The food was delicious, the service was good, the food was made quick, the staff were friendly and it was overall an awesome experience.

Visited this Taco Bell as a family of 2 adults & 2 children on New Years Day. We ordered several different items so we could all try different things as this was the children’s first visit and one child is the worlds fussiest eater, in fact on explaining this to the Taco Bell staff they were great and let the fussy eater bring his McDonald’s meal in with him. We dined in and found it easy to order and very fast service. The food came quickly and was freshly cooked and hot. The food was delicious, we had burritos, quesadillas, tacos, fries and churros. Each item was really tasty and the value for money was so good. The staff even made churros without the cinnamon for our fussy eater. Our bill was approximately £20 and afterwards we were stuffed. The staff were great and the food was equally as great. Really enjoyed our visit.

Unfortunately the order was incorrect - then when we went to the counter to get the correct order (behind two other customers who were also given incorrect orders) - explained what was wrong. Was advised they would let us know when it is done - waiting for approx 15 minutes went back to the counter only to be told that they gave it to someone else. They then had to do the order again. The food was a mess. Had food falling out of their wrappers and all over the bag. Not sure what is going on here. Is it a management issue? A staffing issue? Needs sorting out.

The food is good but not great. Its what you would expect for the price. You do get a lot for your money. However the service is slow and today was awful. All of the staff looked like they hated their jobs. I don't know if something had happened but they didn't make eye contact with anyone, nobody was on the front desk, customers food was all but thrown down for them to pick up and a number of customers were verbally making comments to say the same. If one or two people are unhappy they might be having a bad day. But it was the WHOLE place. Management, take a look. Also please keep my ordered food somewhere hot. Not on top of an unheated shelving rack for me to pick up cold.

Visited today and spent £25 for what turned out to be wet soggy greasy wraps with pedigree chum and nasty fake cheese fillings, pork scratchings with cinnamon on and last months churos. We were handed some cups for the soft drinks and the liptons iced tea looked like the contents of a backed up toilet. I'm pretty sure its not supposed to be cloudy ánd lumpy. We decided to give the drinks a miss and when we got the food home most of it went straight in the bin it did not smell very nice and what I did eat of it made me feel ill. I do actually really like mexican style food but I wont be revisiting taco bell. This is only my second visit since it opened and its been bad on both visits. If you don't want food poisoning then avoid this place. Judging by how the drinks were i suspect they don't clean much.

I almost changed my mind about ordering food from here because of the terrible reviews… I’m glad I didn’t! We ordered different burritos and all absolutely liked them, especially the Volcano & Crispy Chicken! Yum! 😊 Definitely ordering again when I’m the area!

We entered and straight away there was flies everywhere Also my food tasted normal but the workers were fine but one started shouting and the food portions are small and we didn’t get a ticket for the number to get are food we just had to remember it. the order was wrong, the staff were rude, and the food had no spice but too much salt. It honestly tasted as if they had swapped chipotle for brown salt. Awful.

We were so excited to see Taco Bell in the uk after visiting in the USA. We placed an online order for collection. But what a disappointment. Imagine buying the cheapest wrap you can find and sticking in a dessert spoon of cheese. That’s basically it for their cheese quesadilla. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and again, next to no chicken. I would have been better off eating cardboard. Appalling and horrible food.

On the 24th March I used the drive thru and at the time ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme Meal and a Chalupa Supreme Meal. What I received didn’t resemble this at all. I received 3 bags of spiced fries, 3 small quesadillas, a pot of rice and 3 pots of cheese sauce. I attempted to call the restaurant several times, that was pointless as nobody answered and no option to leave a message. I contacted the head office and the complaint was logged on their system and the response was at per the photo attached. Despite contacting head office now on 3 separate occasions I am still waiting on the Management at the Northampton restaurant to respond. It’s now day 7 since I complained and no response. It’s clearly a waiting game with Taco Bell. I assume that Taco Bell clearly believe in that the good reviews or satisfied customers outweigh the complaints and therefore they won’t or don’t need to respond to the customer. Like the majority of reviews on TripAdvisor of this particular restaurant it seems the less said as a response, the customer will forget the complaint and walk away. This complaint won’t be forgotten I assure you.
