Food wasn't fersh but it was ok

Just a maccy deez. Similar in standard to all the others.

Food was good hot and fresh but forgot the dips for the nuggets

Absolutly appauled with these meals this evening. My daughters xhicken nugget meal was missing all the drinks hàd fallen over the straws was all wet. The large meals that we had was given small fries with them. The burgers had been thrown together .

I ordered coke and got strawberry milkshake. I ordered burgers with no pickles the box said no pickles but they had pickles in

I literally asked the guy when delivering is this all as it seemed light , he said yes and when I looked it was missing 2 happy meals when I ordered 4 and a crispy smoke house burger meal really not happy

Ordered food 50 minutes before it arrived. Food arrived cold. Had to reheat the food to even eat it.

The order never arrived, but the delivery driver marked it as delivered. No option to contact or list entire order as missing

The breakfast rolls were ok But not very warm You sent the wrong pancakes 😞

Awful, just awful. There's always a massive wait, the staff don't even seem to know what day of the week it is. Have been a few times and they are out of stock of certain things. For a mcdonalds you'd expect better. I use mcdonalds all over the country and this is by far the worst one ever.

food was freezing cold when it arrived and I have young children eating cold fries and freezing cold wraps for their dinner. it's disgusting service by just eat. mcdonalds prepared it on time but i had to chase the order and both times they said a driver had.not turned up but the driver was so late picking it. freezing cold food given to children, I'm so upset

delivery driver seem to just be driving about, messing around when I finally got the order. It was cold and completely wrong. I rang the restaurant they said it has nothing to do with them and it’s all on Just Eat so I have to wait for them to get back to me

Amazing staff,great community and realiable

Everything was great apart from my food was left on the doorstep, no doorbell ring, or a knock on the door. My food was cold, i only knew it was there when i checked the app to see what time to expect my food and the app ssid it had been delivered!!

I have ordered a hot chocolate through drive through and receive a brown water with out any kind of taste. I wish they put at least some hot chocolate power in it. I wish I drive back to them and let them taste it. Please make sure you get the right thing before you leave the place.

Service people apears always lost, their taking orders and didn't come back to you until you start looking for them, you order one meal but you get completely different...

Drinks were nice and cold , but delivery took a while as it kept adding 5 minutes on every time it updated . No straws after ordering 5 drinks which was a little inconvenient but none were spilt so that’s great

Credit where credit's due... not been to this one for some time, but we went for breakfast earlier at the drive thru, and the staff were very pleasant and professional. They apologised for the very short wait for our food, but the food was exceptional in terms of being hot and fresh. Best we've had in a long time!

why do I select sauce if I don't get anything and I still pay for it

I assume they were busy as it took over an hour. food was stone cold. driver just dumped it on the ground. didn't even bother to open gate and walk up the wheelchair ramp to bring to front door. luckily I had opened my front door to see that it was delivered.

My only problem is no sauces again with my order for the chicken!!!

Placed an order online for delivery then when arrived was totally wrong order when called after load questions was told would get a refund in 15 day and would have to order again so out of money twice. Some up McDonald’s can’t get your order correct. To say did not reorder went else where and wont use this one again and to add delivery driver did not care was wrong.

Took over an hour to get to us. Spent 50+ minutes being prepared and then was stone cold when we got it. Shame as normally pretty quick.

Driver was late by around 40 minutes,he rang me to say food was outside! I went outside my house and nothing! I immediately tried to ring him back and call failed,he’d obviously blocked me! Just eat then said my phone had been delivered on my phone but it clearly wasn’t! Absolutely disgraceful service! As usual the store wouldn’t answer and no one from Just eat to get hold of! Delivery was good. But they got my burgers wrong. I said I wanted only the cheese, beef and lettuce on my Big Mac but added everything on it. I added it on the notes aswell.

I was missing my Filet o Fish and Double Cheeseburger from my order. I received all the drinks but instead of my food, I got a Chilli Crispy Wrap and a Cheeseburger (NO PICKLES) .

Lady eating chips waiting over 40 mins for food because staff to busy talking no hair nets no washing hands no aprons not a single clean thing in sight staff are rude and walk away when you talk to them my kids was hungry and it was disgusting what I saw

I'm a delivery driver, here not respecting properly, we are getting pay for order not hourly. Here we need to wait at least 20 minutes ( we getting that 20 minutes 3 or 4 pound order) , please add one staff for delivery support 🙏)

Someone else’s order was put in my bag and mine was missing

Ordered fish finger happy meals chicken nuggets were sent, ordered 2 hat tricks meals a hamburger and a double cheeseburger none were sent just the drinks and chips. You least expect to get all the items you ordered when You know it will be cold

I ordered a brownie but no one called me to tell me they didn’t have a brownie in stock so I got a toffee apple I don’t even like toffee apple doughnut. Could have at least called me to ask me what I wanted instead!!

I've lived in Northampton for just over 2 years and in that time might have visited this particular McDonald's ~10 times. I can comfortably say this is the worst McDonald's I have ever used in my life, comically poor in every way. Almost every order I have made has had an issue, whether it's in the store or via delivery. Missing items, burgers delivered in pieces, chip boxes cold and half empty. I once complained to the McDonald's Twitter page about my food delivery (there is no way to do this within the app) and was gifted a free meal voucher. I used it the next day and had missing items in that meal too, you can't make it up. To top it off someone's graffitied a disabled toilet symbol on the main toilet door - this has been here for over two years, bizarre. Consistently terrible with incredibly low standards, yet, who cares what I think? There's thousands more customers who will fill the gap I leave, and hundreds more teenagers looking for their first job to replace the staff you lose.
