McDonald's in Northampton

Placed a delivery order at 1300 by 1530 food still wasn't ready

I've never known a drive thru to have so many missing items. It's about 80% of the time wrong, such lazy careless service. I pay for these items! I expect to receive them!

It's a Mcdoogle.....enough said.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. Excited after watching the advert claiming hotter burger and a more succulent meal do I was very disappointed all round. Temperature of the food and appearance of the burger fairly insipid

I went through the drive thru which was painfully slow and parked up to eat before going into morrisons shopping, and discovered my cheeseburger had no burger in it absolute shambles won't be going back there again useless

2 hours late on delivery - items missing - FREEZING COLD

McDonald’s need to read what we order and put it in the order. I always seem to have missing items in my order and this time it was the drink !! My partner has had to drive up to McDonald’s to get our missing items.

wrong burger!! I asked for a double bacon cheeseburger instead I got a chicken bacon burger😡 people who work at McDonald's need to wear glasses if that can't read what people have ordered!!!

Food was freezing cold half order missing and all tip over all over the place

Fries were all tipped out in the happy meal, the burger wrapper was open on the mcchicken,didn't even recieve straws for milkshakes and when I asked for straws the 1st time, I got ignored by staff so I went to the window.

My order was late also my hot chocolate is water I don’t understand why they can’t make a proper hot chocolate it’s also leaked everywhere

Charged me for a nuggets that I won in Monopoly, told me the charge hadn't gone through but when I checked my bank the next day, the extra charge was on there. My order was also missing the apple pie I won. I need to stop using this Kettering Road branch. They can never get an order right. It's the closest one but their order accuracy and customer service are rubbish. Avoid!

Waste of time, came to grab a cup of tea before my night shift and got to work and found out wasn't provided with any milk, expected me to drive around with milk in the car well won't be revisiting anytime soon

No sauce came with my nuggets and i got no straws

2 times now i have ordered meals and NOT received any of my drinks or extra sauces!!

delivery driver was brilliant, I had ordered to my home address when I was at work and he waited for me to drive back to collect the order! thank you for not leaving it in the rain on my doorstep!

Courier was their quickly. Order was late and food wasn’t hot. This McD has an issue in understanding what fast food means. Management needs to get a grip.

Missed a triple cheeseburger from our order - had to ask one of the kids to share their burger. Sad times

I used the drive-through. Not only were there no milkshakes, but no Mcflurry's either. When we got to the window, the car in front had Mcflurry's with their order. Staff were either deaf or just rude. Just another great experience. If I didn't have grandchildren, I would give McDonald's a wide birth.

Coke was all on my foot only had half the drink lefted not happy would like a Refund please

honestly even 1 star is too generous for this place. ordered on just eat- almost 3 hours later and nothing has been delivered.

when my order finally arrived, 90 minutes after I placed the order, the food was cold and the ice in the drink melted. I reheated the food, as I needed to eat, the chips were rock hard and the nuggets were not fresh. I will be avoiding from ordering from this mcdonalds again. I'm thoroughly disappointed

I accidentally ordered to my workplace, you used to have a one click option to immediately cancel with no trouble to you, the restaurant or me. Now you have changed this and make it impossible to solve the issue. Congratulations on the 20 quid, it's cost you a lot more over the year, lots of apps available.

Always have a bad coffee whether it’s cappuccino or flat white. It only happens at the Kettering Road branch. It tastes burnt or undescribable. I don’t get this problem at the other branches and have complained 3 times but it’s no different.

delivery good food hot ice cream could have more in from McDonald's as I order bigger size think I got small amounts as I paid bigger size thank you .

Soggy cold fries, burgers warm but not hot. Ordered mozeralla sticks and got charged for them but they didn't arrive with the rest of the order. Pretty poor overall.

I am so angry, I had to wait over an hour, had to contact McDonalds for an update I was told they had no drivers turning up and had to wait for a driver , obviously over an hour waiting, the food was super cold couldn’t even eat the chips and gave me the wrong drink. Driver handed over a soaking wet bag, the coke had spilt in the bag and went all over the floor, had made the straw, napkins and burger box soggy. Missing mozzarella dippers and a sauce. Delivery driver didn’t even apologise just left

Took over an hour. Driver couldn’t read a map or listen to instructions when he called. Then marked as delivered when at the wrong address. Food cold and inedible obviously. You charge service charge and delivery but use useless drivers.

Awful. Ordered food, took over an hour to get the food on a not busy 9pm weekday. An entire burger was missing, and so was the fries. Food was Stone cold. Drink had ice in it when it was requested not to have it. Both burgers had the wrong ingredients which had been paid extra for - no cheese or bacon on either, AND gherkins on the small burger which I'm allergic to! Abysmal

ordered 4 sauces with my meal, not one had come with it i had no sauce. if i payed 20 i expect to have sauces i payed for.

Ordered food on uber eats. We ordered 2 mc'crispy burgers with bacon and cheese, 2 large fries, cheese burger (with no gherkins) one happy meal, chocolate shake, diet coke. Only to have 1 mc'krispy burger with no bacon and cheese on. 1 large fries, cheeseburger happy meal WITH gherkins on which they can not now eat due to being ALLERGIC. Over £12 pounds worth of food we paid for and we didnt even get what we asked for. Wont be ordering again from this Mcdonalds when they cant even follow the orders.

So, My family and I turned up at the McDonald's after visiting Wicksteed Park. We was a contingent of five adults, three children and two infants, one of which has disabilities. There was no room downstairs for us, so because we had a pram we asked if they could unlock the elevator, so we could sit upstairs. The lady I asked, said the upstairs was closed and there's no one up there. Well, that was incorrect to begin with, there were several families up there. So I asked her, where do you suggest we sit then? To which see just gave me a blank look. One of the staff at the same time was taking a table delivery upstairs???? Then this other member of staff said the upstairs was open and that she didn't know it was suppose to be closed, followed by the original member of staff saying I didn't know it was open, how longs it been open... etc, etc, etc.... Catherine Tate would of been in her element listening to them. Anyway whilst those two were having their discussion on I didn't know.... I asked them to unlock the elevator so we can get some where to sit, to which one went back to doing what ever she was doing, and the other went to get the key to unlock it. About five minutes later, she came back and said the manager has gone home with the key. (Which I didn't believe for one minute) Again I said, where can we sit then, to which the girl gave me a blank look. My daughter then took my Granddaughter with the disabilities out of the pram and carried her upstairs. I carried the pram up. Let's not talk about the H&S issues this raises. When we was upstairs one of the staff said, the manager hasn't gone home with the key, they don't know where the key is, apparently it was lost ages ago??? Eventually the food was brought up to us, and I noticed the young lady was wearing a Crew Trainer outfit. So I asked if she does the training and she said Yes. I told her the story what I've just wrote above and she was very apologetic, polite and empathetic seems it was blatantly obvious the team, had mis-informed us and tried to wiggle their way through misinforming us even more. I believe the Crew Trainer was called Faith, (Maybe) and I asked if that's what she trained them to do. To which she obviously said No to and was really apologetic again. I give the Crew Trainer 10/10 for how she was. Well done young lady 👏 But the rest of them were a crock of ..... They might aswell put a sign on the entrance saying, If you have any issues, our staff don't give a flying .... Good note, the food was hot

Once again failed to send the correct food, seems to be a running theme with McDonald’s staff no being able to put all of your order into the bag and when you ring they pass you onto Uber for their mistakes.
