McDonald's in Northampton

All the food was ice cold wasnt very enjoyable at all, this isnt the first time wont be ordering again from here waste of money

Missing cookie and the drink was empty as it had leaked and he still left me with the bag so I had to clean the front where it had dripped copious amounts

Stone cold food , missing child’s meal, chicken wrap had one peice of chicken in it and had spilled all the lettuce and cucumber to the bottom of the box . No sauces . Coke was sugar free when paid for full fat. Offered less than 2.00 back !!!!

Drink was all pouring out of cup. Another word is SPILLING OUT

All the food was cold no sauces at all and no straws the drinks were only half full

Non of my food came, I only got drinks, the delivery driver said he’d get it as he’d forgotten it, he never came back and I never got the food I ordered.

Arrived with wrong item, wouldn't help, drove off and we have no food and have now had to go to McDonald's to deal with it as your driver couldn't be bothered to help. Poor service from yourselves

Food did not arrive at all and the delivery driver asked for my code before the order was even at my location. Very unhappy with my experience and will not be ordering from here again.

Order was fine it was delivered 8 minutes early and the only issue I have is I asked for no ice in the juice drink and there was ice in it and no straws

Keep missing items of my order

2 meals missing from our order. McDonald’s receipt on package stated £21.20, however I paid £44.68 on JustEat. So that’s a difference of £23.45 for 1 fillet a fish meal with Orange and a Quater pounder meal with coke. I called McDonalds to query this discrepancy and the missing items and they said JustEat would have manually submitted the order and this did not add the 2 last meals.

Waited 1h30minutes to get my order

burgers were missing. had to drive to the restaurant and collect. complete waste of time. I want a full refund. even ran out to driver who took one look and raced off!!

Ordered from uber eats. Just received the order and 1 cheeseburger is missing. I've been calling them but the line is everytime busy. The cheeseburger is on the receipt but not inside the bags and bags were closed with the sticker so don't think anyone else got it

Food was freezing cold took 90mins to come and just eat service is terrible as you can not get a refund!

2hrs 42mins for the guy to turn up. I sent him away and did not receive any food. Awful service.

Not been to this store many times but food was pretty much as you'd expect. Mcflurry was quite poor, ice cream was too thin. No staff manning the tills so took a while to get noticed and served. Managers working on completing orders at the end of the production bin but took approximately 5 minutes for one of them to stop and come to the front of house. Also some rowdy young lads in the seating area upstairs running around with some of the cleaning bits and jumping over tables.

Delivery was fine but the 20 chicken nuggets were missing all 4 bbq dips

Nothing to tell apart from happy customers

The food was lovely and packed well. The hot food was hot and ice cream was perfect.

Delivery driver sat at the end of the street (according to tracking) for 10 minutes. Then marked as delivered. No food was delivered. Requested a refund and have had to order from another location now in the hopes of receiving the order.

The food coming incomplete and in improved condition . I refuse to get the food . I ask refund for all amount and I receive refund just for food that I don’t received. Very disappointed and bad customer service.

half the order was missing. I tracked the driver on the app and he went the wrong way, twice, meaning the food was freezing cold upon arrival. half not eaten due to tasting dreadful through being so cold.

My order did not arrive atall!!! Second time In a row. The delivery driver called me and said he was at a different address even tho the order clearly stated my address! Driver was totally unhelpful and for the second time I will be having to request a refund.

Uber east delivered what turned out to be the wrong order. Store won't resend so had to drive there. They replaced the order but got home and still missing items. What is quality control eh? Shambles.

Food arrived stale, undercooked and it was all absolutely freezing. I also had to wait over an hour, and it got delivered at a ridiculous time. Not happy whatsoever.

Ordered with no onion and no onion chutney , turned up with no sauce and no cheese as well so basically a bun with a piece of chicken in it , so really disappointing would be great if the order was read properly

Never known a fast food place to be as slow and lazy as this place. Staff just standing around laughing and joking with each other while loads of people wait for their food. Not a good look McDonald's.

This is one of the best McDonalds I've used. It's very clean inside including the loos. The staff are polite. I get the feeling they've got very good management. Regarding the food, there's not much to say other than it's McDonalds food done to a decent standard.

Every time I make any order from this McDonald’s they always miss something.

I placed an order at 10:11 for breakfast- it arrived at nearly 11:30 and when it arrived it was cold and congealed. The app showed that the driver was waiting at the restaurant after about 10 mins of order placed. After eventually leaving at around maybe 11:20 how come the food was so cold? Something definitely not right.Absolutely appalling. I’ve come to expect so much more from JustEat.

I was disgusted..as a celiac I normally order 4 Hash browns 2 pates and 2 🥓 bacon...I am normally charged for them as extras..I was charged for 2 sausage breakfast buns with extra pates bacon and Hash browns...I was charged over 17 uk pounds for this with an oj ...I questioned the assistant and told him I usually pay for the food as extras as I have celiac disease and was then told ..No we can't do that as we loose too much money..I said but my disease is not a life style choice such as vegan or vegetarian ..I was still told no we cannot do that...so basically pay or don't eat. Recept ticker number

My delivery driver was very rude, and had a go at me, about a system error; they said that if I had just waited a minute longer, they could have marked it as undelivered and left. Driver was very argumentative, and food was missing and cold.
