Items from our order were missing.

Order wasn't right. Wrong bugers and was gold

I received all my food, apart from the large fries I ordered.

Loved the food & really pleased every item was there . Had to heat but that’s to be expected. So glad McDonald’s now put products in sealed bag . Amazing!! Thank you

The food cold and doesn’t look ok , the driver spill half drink ,

One off the drink got spilt on delivery every got wet not happy

Hello, our order was in 2 bags, one was the food, the other was the drinks and ice cream, so the cola was completely spilled all over the bag, and in the ice cream, the bag was the cola envelope, which caused me a lot of trouble and I was left without cola and ice cream, I ordered 4 steakhouse burgers, they were very spicy, it was not specified anywhere that they were spicy, the fries were very hard, so I was left hungry and disappointed.

Drinks we not packaged well causing a lot of spillage everywhere

I saw the delivery time when he left Mc Donald’s but I could see from tracking that he zigzagged around me. The food was cold when he finally arrived.

Delivery fine but food was stone cold. Appreciate using a bike service but we are too far away for it to have any chance of still being hot when it gets here.

delivery arrived on time but not what I ordered disappointed

For a fast food delivery it wasn’t very fast, 1 hour in total and food was stone cold

seem to always get the orders wrong , there is no care for people's food

I order semi often at McDonald's and regularly items are missing, but I got everything I ordered today. The driver was also very polite.

Order took over a hour to come as timings got changed too long of a wait for food

Missing items that you cannot get sent out again as only refund can be requested. Poor service in that respect.

I had accidentally missed the phone call of the driver that was delivering my food and he was only waiting for 2-3 minutes and when i went outside of my door to try and see if i could find him he came up to me with the food and said next time try and tell me your house number mate in a rude manor and text my number numerous times saying i take it you dont want your food and was just being point blank rude and disrespectful i hope something gets done because its a reputation of your business!

Awful. Homeless people inside, food not only taking ages to bring out, but lukewarm when you get it. We planned on sitting inside, but chose instead to eat in our car.

As per usual, it was an incomplete order received no sources that I ordered and I paid extra for extra sauces which I never got not happy.

The staff spilt my drink over me and , they did go get me a new one after i had my 2nd drink and my lunch went to go buy a mc flurry and the put only 4-5 toppings on my mc flurry and I asked for extra and they said no , and then I got the manger involved and he said sorry we can’t don’t that if your paying £2.19 for a mc flurry I want the get toppings it’s just like a mr whippy personally I probably will not be coming back

Absolute shambles of a McDonald’s. Ordered at 7.30 and arrived just after 10! Two and half hours for food -which was stone cold! So the food must have been sat there for at least 2 hours. So rather than give the driver freshly prepared food for the driver to bring I’m left with 4 meals which have gone straight in the bin!!! Furious is an understatement. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs.

Everytime i order from this mcdonalds you always miss the sauce and an item or two maybe try concentrate on your job abit more? Thanks till next time!

we wanted a happy meal with the minecraft theme toy and we recived not the one we wanted and we wantec to swap for a better one for my brother and the lady at the counter lied to him and said that they had those ones only when they were stocked up on the others

The cheeseburger tasted plain and was barely cooked. The chips were also plain and not salted AT ALL😧. The play place was also disgusting and filled with rubbish😡. The MC flurry had squishy things in it🥺. The chicken selects were undercooked and the don't even get me started on the nether sauce. Disappointed.

I ordered myself and children a little Mother's Day treat for dinner. Waited over 2 hours for it to arrive and the delivery time kept going up from 45/60 minutes etc. The food never arrived so I ended up having to go pick one up instead as kids wanted a Minecraft McDonald's. Wasn't happy and very disappointed. Difficult trying to cancel it and still trying to get a refund. Won't be ordering again after that...

Forgot to put the sauce in for my nuggets

Forgot to add 3 fries, didn't add any sauces.

None of the sauces we selected were delivered and this happens far too frequently and is disappointing for sharing boxes, food was cold on arrival, overall poor quality.

Went tonight 10pm ordered 5 meals only got 4 drinks 4 chips missing nuggets too when told I got where ur receipt well gave non my austim son started to get upset because we waited along time in drive thru very poor service .yes my son loosed his rag at the men and was told to say sorry but the man wasn't having that he got the order wrong at all will stick to going in the day as they get it right

The service is absolutely shocking! They were all stood in the kitchen area chatting, whist people were waiting to pay. Including me! I am shocked to see this behaviour and this is not on! I’m not happy
