McDonald's in Northampton

Very unhappy, ordered yesterday and all fries were missing. Not acceptable. Over £50 order to not complete meals with the fries. Please reimburse

my food was cold the chips were stale and my there where missing items

Order was missing the extra hashbrown that was ordered, and the Sausage and Egg McMuffin meal was missing the egg for no reason.

Food arrived very cold and was late 30 minutes

FOOD ALL STONE COLD. WASTE OF MONEY AND COURIER GOT TOO MANY STOPS ON WAY HENCE COLD FOOD.

No food was delivered, told delivery driver at the door this is drink only where is the food and he said this is what I was given contact support. Poor service and over £30 spent on a bottle of water and a milkshake!

Delivery guy with too much attitude and sounds so rude, extreme worst service, never recommended this delivery guy.

I placed an order at 10:11 for breakfast- it arrived at nearly 11:30 and when it arrived it was cold and congealed. The app showed that the driver was waiting at the restaurant after about 10 mins of order placed. After eventually leaving at around maybe 11:20 how come the food was so cold? Something definitely not right.Absolutely appalling. I’ve come to expect so much more from JustEat.

Every time I make any order from this McDonald’s they always miss something.

I was disgusted..as a celiac I normally order 4 Hash browns 2 pates and 2 🥓 bacon...I am normally charged for them as extras..I was charged for 2 sausage breakfast buns with extra pates bacon and Hash browns...I was charged over 17 uk pounds for this with an oj ...I questioned the assistant and told him I usually pay for the food as extras as I have celiac disease and was then told ..No we can't do that as we loose too much money..I said but my disease is not a life style choice such as vegan or vegetarian ..I was still told no we cannot do that...so basically pay or don't eat. Recept ticker number

said my order has been delivered... and it hasnt! waiting over 2 hours!

Service is shockingly slow! Fast food this is NOT! Every time we have visited the wait at both drive thru and collection points is a joke!

My food is freezing cold and I got half the amount of fries I should have.

My delivery driver was very rude, and had a go at me, about a system error; they said that if I had just waited a minute longer, they could have marked it as undelivered and left. Driver was very argumentative, and food was missing and cold.

Delivery was great nice delivery person , but dips were missing and coke tasted syrupy so maybe the mix was wrong

NEVER GO HERE AS THERE IS A CANNCE THEY WILL FORGET YOUR ORDER. Orded 2 mcmuffin meals at 1013. Wait 30 minutes. My order is not on system. Request to speak to a manager 4 times. Finally receive food 1106 with 2 free has browns. No thanks, i will have a full refund! Also your managers should have the balls to deal with issues rather then leave it 30 minutes. And your staff need basic training in customer service. "Nuffing I can do" is not away to speak to someone who just explained they have been waiting 30 minutes. STILL STEALING TIME from us mere mortals 5 years later. 30 minutes for a cheese burger.

The food was cold, the seasonal McCrispy had almost no cheese sauce, the Big Tasty was tasteless and cold, I will not be ordering from this McDonalds again

My order was over 3 hours late so want a full refund for it no one was home by the time it arrived and the food was left outside my house in the rain. I’ve made an order before 6 and it arrived after 9.

was the most terrible experience I ordered food a 6 30 for my grandchildren I just keep getting the time getting long and long it would not let me cancel I got in touch with MC D they told me the ordered had gone out about 7..... I did not receive it I back in touch with you sent you reply after reply I then went to mcdonalds and got .so I had to go to Mcdonald's and buy the food over So in all I've had to pay twice.I have not received a reply from you or even a refund.

This is second visit with poor services. Today order foods on self services, however the till slip is broken as usual. While waiting... Manager shouting at the back is very unprofessional and lack of communication going on. Regardless of how short staffed they are, they need to reorganize better. We waited for 15 minutes for our takeaway with a lack of enthusiastic staff, lack of speed services, and dirty look staff. If u don't want to work in this environment look for another job, simple. Doesn't matter what time we come in u need to be well planned, prepared and ready for action and a back up planned. Tonight was the worst to find it disorganised. Just disappoint with this service and worst one out of other local branch that can do better services than this.

Cold burger long wait chilli wrap 2 out if 5 ?

This place is so slow that the food is cold when you get it. We waited for at least 20 minutes from ordering until the order appeared and then it was cold. Is this branch prioritising deliveries over in house customers? Certainly seems like it. Loos are obviously not checked regularly as one of the ladies loos had no lock on the door - and it looked like it had been like that for months. Certainly won't bother with this branch anymore.

food was cold. driver didn't seem to have it kept in a heat bag. drink was spilt. burger looked like a blind person made it by how it was put together. had to reheat my meal so the chips and cheese on my burger went rock solid. I've had a few bad experiences with this McDonald's so I don't think I'll be ordering again.

it was 30 minutes later than the original delivery time. when the food arrived 1 bag was completely open the food was very cold and 1 of the drinks had no lid on it and had spilt in the bag with the drinks in. will not be using this McDonald's again worst order I've ever received.

No fault of McDonald's, but the driver clearly had another order before me because i watched him go the wrong direction to my house. My food was very cold when it got here. What a waste of me tipping, we should only get asked to tip AFTER the order.

Only ordered 3 items and yet items were still missed off. Missing chips meant one unhappy child. Everytime we order from the Kettering road Northampton McDonald's items are left off. staff need to be recheck g off the orders before they go out.

Delivery on time and the delivery person was really nice but the fries were almost cold touch. The burgers were all fairly nice but again they were barely warmed up.

I was given the wrong big Mac order. My daughters received big Mac with no pickle, extra onion, extra lettuce and cheese . She ordered, no lettuce, no cheese, no onion, extra pick land extra Mac sauce.. she wasn't happy and didn't eat it.

Delivery was on time, delivery person very polite however both chocolate milkshakes were missing from happy meals which made for 2 disappointed children.

After a stressful week, I decided to treat myself with a cheeky takeaway from Maccies, spending nearly £30, which is a fair bit in this cost-of-living crisis. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The chips were soggy, and everything arrived stone cold—definitely not enjoyable. To make matters worse, there were no sauces included. This was such a letdown that I’m unlikely to use Just Eat again or visit Maccies in-store anytime soon. An epic fail overall!

EVERY TIME we order McDonald's food from Just Eat - it's wrong and they refund you, that's the end of the matter... But this time we received a couple of stone-cold happy meals, instead of the £30+ order. But getting your money back eventually makes it all OK right? Wrong! it's a colossal inconvenience. Sending out the correct meal is all the compensation I require. I guess a refund is much easier.

Driver collected food. Delivered lots of orders. Tried to deliver freezing food that I did not open bag. Refused food as was cold still said delivered when I did not take the food. Shocking!! No apology!! Called restaurant food was collect 30 mins before driver even said on its way. And I pay delivery and service charge for this !

Original delivery time given was 20.15. Arrived at 21.05. Only took a few minutes from it changing to out for delivery to actually be delivered yet was freezing cold.

Delivery driver was very helpful as they drove right into the campus saving me a walk down in the dark to the car park
