McDonald's in Northampton

I ordered a large Big Mac and mango smoothie but my mango smoothie was under half and my big Mac was a medium

cold food, missing items, wrong items

Bag was open, items were missing

On time but took awhile to come from the driver leaving and arrived cold

Driver went wrong house. Clearly can’t read.

The courier was asking me who was paying him for travelling a extra mile as the postcode took him to another address

Delivery time was great but it would have been lovely if I had received what I actually ordered and paid for

Ordered at 6.37pm and food was delivered at 20:21. Couldn’t cancel online & mc Donald’s weren’t answering the phone

Forgot to put the sauce in for my nuggets

I ordered myself and children a little Mother's Day treat for dinner. Waited over 2 hours for it to arrive and the delivery time kept going up from 45/60 minutes etc. The food never arrived so I ended up having to go pick one up instead as kids wanted a Minecraft McDonald's. Wasn't happy and very disappointed. Difficult trying to cancel it and still trying to get a refund. Won't be ordering again after that...

Order message arrived at 18.50 and said delivered at 19.15 but no order arrived

we had sat outside for over 1 hour and no food the food was cold and not good not happy I want a refund !

None of the sauces we selected were delivered and this happens far too frequently and is disappointing for sharing boxes, food was cold on arrival, overall poor quality.

chicken on salad was so dry , even cat didn't eat it and there was no side dressings with chicken box , overall a big disappointment for what is normally a good meal

Rude delivery driver and looked like he was smoking on the car

The delivery was on time. I was kept informed during preparation time. The deliver man was friendly and polite. My food order was hot and all correct.

My delivery was never delivered as i put the wrong postcode in and driver refused to drive further to the correct address and there was no option for a refund.

i ordered a bacon double cheeseburger, medium fanta and small fries. i received a normal cheeseburger with no bacon (this is not what i asked for) ,my fries were cold and hard (side note there was no salt on my fries either.) my drink was filled half way with no ice inside. im very disappointed with this order

I’m very disappointed in this order because I get the wrong orders from McDonald’s all the time this is very poor service! I would like a refund immediately

full refund please. no food in bags, soaking wet bags, 2 cups with cokein not full at all. disgusted. I was looking forward to eating, as I haven't eaten all day.

Stone cold food , missing child’s meal, chicken wrap had one peice of chicken in it and had spilled all the lettuce and cucumber to the bottom of the box . No sauces . Coke was sugar free when paid for full fat. Offered less than 2.00 back !!!!

Arrived with wrong item, wouldn't help, drove off and we have no food and have now had to go to McDonald's to deal with it as your driver couldn't be bothered to help. Poor service from yourselves

Order was fine it was delivered 8 minutes early and the only issue I have is I asked for no ice in the juice drink and there was ice in it and no straws

Keep missing items of my order

2 meals missing from our order. McDonald’s receipt on package stated £21.20, however I paid £44.68 on JustEat. So that’s a difference of £23.45 for 1 fillet a fish meal with Orange and a Quater pounder meal with coke. I called McDonalds to query this discrepancy and the missing items and they said JustEat would have manually submitted the order and this did not add the 2 last meals.

burgers were missing. had to drive to the restaurant and collect. complete waste of time. I want a full refund. even ran out to driver who took one look and raced off!!

Again I didn get most of the order. It's recently every 2nd order with just eat! Not sure whether drivers stealing it or what but sort this out as you will be loosing customers!!!!!!! You owe me £42 from this order!!!

Ordered from uber eats. Just received the order and 1 cheeseburger is missing. I've been calling them but the line is everytime busy. The cheeseburger is on the receipt but not inside the bags and bags were closed with the sticker so don't think anyone else got it

Food was freezing cold took 90mins to come and just eat service is terrible as you can not get a refund!

Not been to this store many times but food was pretty much as you'd expect. Mcflurry was quite poor, ice cream was too thin. No staff manning the tills so took a while to get noticed and served. Managers working on completing orders at the end of the production bin but took approximately 5 minutes for one of them to stop and come to the front of house. Also some rowdy young lads in the seating area upstairs running around with some of the cleaning bits and jumping over tables.

Food was amazing , nice and warm , just wasn’t my order , not one item was correct and was made to come back down to McDonald’s with proof of purchase before sending replacement food

Delivery was fine but the 20 chicken nuggets were missing all 4 bbq dips

The food was lovely and packed well. The hot food was hot and ice cream was perfect.

Delivery driver sat at the end of the street (according to tracking) for 10 minutes. Then marked as delivered. No food was delivered. Requested a refund and have had to order from another location now in the hopes of receiving the order.

The food coming incomplete and in improved condition . I refuse to get the food . I ask refund for all amount and I receive refund just for food that I don’t received. Very disappointed and bad customer service.
