Made an order via delivery - my order was missing and incorrect. The order took over an hour to arrive, called the store but the staff was so rude . Never ordering from this shop and the food not nice . Waste of money and time .

Awful experiences recently. This time food took almost 2 hours to arrive and we were missing part of our order. They then said they would deliver it in 20-25 mins and it just didn’t arrive. We gave up trying to get it delivered and just decided it wasn’t worth the hassle but we won’t order from them again.

Ordered through Uber eats. Food came late and cold. Staff was useless when tracking my order and got rude over the phone. Never ordering from here again. Complete waste of time and money.

This place is great, great prices, amazing tasting food and kind employees, fairly fast delivery also, they even gave me a free portion of fries , will continue to order from here.

Collected a 20" pizza which we ordered on Just Eat, me and my daughter loved it. The person serving us was really friendly, made conversation with my daughter and gave her a complimentary box of chips. 10/10 service, food ready for collection 20 mins after ordering.

The pizzas are absolutely beautiful. Only one bad issue with website but order quite often with no issues x.

Ive ordered from them by just eat. Waiting time really long and after all they did not deliver to me at all. Trying to call restaurant but no answer

The people on the phone cannot speak English and when I asked them a question put the phone down on me because they didn't like the question I was Asking. cancelled my order without my permission Absolute rude Even on other times that I did order from just eat without having to speak to anybody had to wait an awful long time for just a pizza sometimes 1 and a 1/2 to 2 hours wait Without even an apology when they came with the food.

I have nothing but good experience in more than one occasions, any issues was resolved promptly. Plus they deliver in taste and children like it pizza.

35 mins after they said the driver had left I called them for an update. Then went back to the Uber Eats App to find that my order was now "being prepared" 😏 Obviously all of their 1 star reviews are all totally justified!

I fed up with this restaurant, This is one of the worst restaurant in Northampton, I have ordered and wait more than 3 hours but i didn't get the same , then i tried to call the restaurant but they don't respond. My friends are also saying the same about this restaurant. Iam really fed up with this restaurant. please don't order from this restaurant.

Shocking. Ordered via just eat. Somebody accepted the order. It never arrived. Luckily just eat returning my money.

One the worst pizza in town. Long time of delivery. I pay for Italian pizza but they deliver standard crust. I order extra 6 pot sauce and no sauce delivered. Pizza cold. 🍕 no thanks.

Incompetents are working there. 2 hours for one delivery that was supposed to be 45 minutes. When driver came they he got the wrong address. All food was cold and and and the best of all the whole order was wrong. Paid for something and received completely different.

Avoid at all costs. Do not I REPEAT please DO NOT WASTE your money. Despite telling them twice to give sauce with pizza they forgot. The driver didn’t bring food in bag to the door. It was wet in rain and stone cold. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Rude dont order from here, the food doesn't show up and when you query they lie and then call back they are rude and give random timings cancel the order, drop the call and keep your Money! Despicable

Don't use they are rude and when you ask him a question he say no speak English and pus phone down so rude what is wrong with them.
