food was meant to be delivered at 6.45 site said order accepted but it wasn't until 7.45 i was told it wouldn't come as they was closed

Phoned up at 7.45 ordered 2 pizzas and chips for the family. Great dinner sorted 👍phoned up at 8.45 as hadn't arrived. I was told he would be here in 15 mins. 9.30 came and went so phoned again to be told he would be here in 15 minutes AGAIN, he was just leaving. Was told they only had 1 delivery driver. ( not my fault) Cancelled order. Terrible service for a Thursday night. Would like to see how long a Friday or Saturday order would take. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE. 0 starts

The 20" Mega pizza deal is actually 18" I used a tape measure as it looked small compared to the box , the box is actually 20" , pizza wasn't very nice didn't taste or look fresh , chips was undercooked too !!! Terrible place also liars !!!

I do not recommend -manager is a social bottom with no respect for the client, after delivering a terrible, not complete quality of food, he did not want to accept the complaint, telling me that the order is good. do not order there, it's a waste of money!!

Late night snacks can be dangerous You’re groggy,hungry and looking for the first eatery you lay eyes on This conundrum brought us to Redhot The pizza was heavily raw/doughy, the sort where your topping slides off into a mess right in front of you, ‘doughsville’ was the general consensus Baz’s burger didn’t really resemble the pictures but it was still top drawer, it’s safe to say he quickly inhaled it The chicken shish did narrowly save the experience, well grilled, sweet salad and laced in our saviour garlic mayo sauce To be fair to Redhot they left a lone soldier to look after the shop and cook all our food, hopefully next time he’ll bring the cavalry

Customer service is great. The girl over the counter is always smiling. Great impression overall. Staff very polite.

Great deals, usually on time or even early. Food is very good, made at a respectable standard and overall a good place.

Worse experience of my life manager is a dog and has the worse Customerservice said to me he's got problems can I please wait for and hour 20 minutes for my food I did as a reasonable person would do. After which they came an hour 30 minutes later and it was the wrong order called the manager upset he hang up on me cause I was angry they sent me the wrong order. Anyways if you are wise you would stay away from them they don't have any respect for their business

3 times I have ordered and every time a big mistake terrible customer service swearing at me thinking he is brave over the phone until I came to the shop deserts are poorly kept as he showed me there storage terrible dirty place behind the scenes

I have just received my order and got wrong drink . No cabbage. No extra garlic mayo even though I paid for it. The kebabs are 1/2 the size they were before the fire !! When I phoned to complain I was fobbed off with " we will pass on your comments to the management " YOU RIPPED ME OFF !! This is NOW a rubbish takeaway do not use them

I have ordered from these guys on just eat for nearly a year now and they are fantastic! So glad they have their own website now and even though I always ask for small changes on their set pizzas they always accommodate with no complaints. Will be ordering from them again very soon.

If your getting a delivery download their own free app and miss out just eat and all the others over inflating prices!! The food is spot on... Always on time, great service!! Great value!!

I was there in 3rd January. Was ordered a Chicken kebab, so they give me one and it was not fresh(i doesn't come to argue im not a Donkey like they are to scum People ).Service is Poor and Quality the sample(dirty tables .Highly recommend edge St.James Kebbab always Polited and service is of the top of the range. took over 2 hours because they didnt listen properly on the phone to address, food was cold when arrived would of been quicker to walk all the way to town to collect it myself.

Arrived in Northampton quite late on Thursday night, and starving! this place was the closest to the hotel, and it was well worth it. Food was cooked to order, and unlike most kebab houses, you could sit in and eat at no extra cost. Food was hot and yummy. Also quite cheap (a chicken wrap and a kebab meal and chips, and we got change from a tenner).

great food at reasonable price.burger were too good .me n my friends love it.it was hot ,fresh n yummy.service was so good.will definitly do again.

Horrendous experience; cold food with a poor attitude from staff and management, physically accosted and refund given only when police en route, I'd avoid at all costs.
