Absolutely shocking service. Waitress put through starter wrong, then supervisor made out like it was my fault because the menu had changed and I hadn’t specified the size of the garlic bread we wanted- umm maybe the waitress should have asked. Mains came out, one carbonara was very chewy chicken, spat out most of the 6 mouthfuls eaten. On asking supervisor to take it off the bill, she stated it could be replaced without the chicken or would take half off the meal as she had already eaten it. On speaking to another supervisor she stated no manager on site, although I knew the manager was I know who the manager is. She was stood at the food deck speaking to her. On the supervisors return to me after speaking to the said manager she told me she could take my details and the manager would investigate it when in, all whilst I was watching her. I asked how exactly they would investigate the meal when it had already been taken away and put in a bin, TOMORROW!! Bill comes out and both garlic breads on the bill and two lots of cheese charged. Small discount taken off not totalling the full garlic breads. I again asked for them to sort the bill for the messed up garlic breads as wrong. They still refused to take off the carbonara as 6 mouthfuls had been eaten! On speaking to the first supervisor, I told her the service was rubbish, you shouldn’t pay for something when it’s horrid and she rolled her eyes at me. I also told her I knew the manager was there and I don’t like being lied too! The second supervisor had told me both of them were supervisors but then dated she couldn’t go against what the other one had said as she was higher than her position. Also a lie! both of them were tripping over each others lies. I will never ever go back to Frankie & Bennys which is a shame as we love it there and got here often! One supervisor very rude lady with red/black hair. Other supervisor very small lady- don’t lie to someone’s face when they can see wit their own eyes and know exactly that your lying to them! absolutely crap service and a complete waste of £61.00.

Nice, quick, easy visit for dinner whilst out shopping. Great attention by the staff, food came quick and was flavoursome. Nothing to complain about. Worth a visit.

First time at this branch on Riverside park, five nice meals (my steak was a bit chewy), lovely friendly and polite service from Annette. Will use again!

Very impressed. Having been to the smoke pit the night before this was miles ahead!! The ribs were actually ribs!! Huge size!! And had coleslaw corn on cob onion rings everything for nearly half the price of smoke pit!! Great value for money brilliant fast service and good food everyone very happy!!

Restaurant was surprisingly empty for breakfast and now we know why. Eggs benedict were tiny, sauce was really runny, food was gone in two mouthfuls. Overpriced for what we got. Glad I ordered the kids waffles on the side (which came with about 4 pieces of fruit and a tiny pot of melted chocolate). Won't be coming back - Buddies across the road is way better, we just wanted to try somewhere new and regretted that decision almost immediately.

Came here with my family inc a 2 year old. We were served by a lovely waiter (Thursday 12th March 2020 - 1:30pm) he was really welcoming and entertained our little one. Truly great representation of the establishment! Didn’t catch waiter’s name! Late 30’s, beard, brown hair.

I came to visit with my friend after the cinema. My lager was flat and after several failed attempts to attract waiters attention, I thought I would wait until our order would be taken as we had already waited a while. We then sat for a further 10 minutes to see other tables be served around us, whom had come in and seated after us. The head waiter was running around as if it was extremely busy. I come from this working environment and I can tell you busy it was not. Disgraceful! We left unhappy customers! and went to a near by restaurant and met with smiles, good service and delicious meals. Thank you Bella Italia for rescuing our evening meal out!!!!

Any restaurant that serves a fried egg like this isn’t going to get a good review.. it took 30 minutes to take our order.. food arrived incredibly quick (too quick), so you know the food is nowhere near fresh! I asked for a fresh egg to be done.. which arrived 30 seconds later.. still not fresh! We went at 11am so I think we were getting the breakfast leftovers.. breakfast is served until midday yet people arriving at 11:30 were being told there was a 30minute wait for a table (despite 3/4 of the restaurant being empty) and because of that they’d need to eat off the lunch menu. Obviously running out of leftovers and not wanting to cook anything fresh!

Daughters birthday occasion. Staff friendly and welcoming especially young lad on till. Food not so good and expensive especially if you don't have 25% discount voucher or meal deal. Pizza was dry and hard with hardly no BBQ sauce. Meat balls were dry with hardly any sauce. Waffles were also dry and hard. Won't be going again.

We are regular customers and visit for a cheapish meal. However it is only cheap if you take advantage of their offers otherwise there are some super independent restaurants offer far better quality at the same price. All that aside we enjoy the place and the staff are great. Dan's the man

We visited this chain of F&B for dinner last weekend with our family after going to the cinema. Been to F&B before so knew what to expect but not for a while.... great choice of food available on the menu from burgers to pasta etc. I had a 10’ Pepperoni Pizza which was really good, also shared some Garlic Pizza Bread too and to finish off a piece of Toblerone Cheesecake.... very nice. Everyone enjoyed their meals so a great success, together with the excellent service it made a great experience. The only negative I would say was the price.... did seem a little expensive for what it was although managed to get an online code for 35% off which was much nicer on the wallet.

I went to Frankie & Benny’s for breakfast with my sister and best friend and it was delicious. There is so much choice on the menu and everything we had was delicious! Our waitress was Abi and she was lovely! She was friendly, warm, professional, efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. She is fantastic!

Last minute decision to grab a family meal after a busy day. Service was amazing, every need catered for, food arrived quickly and friendly just to top it off! We left full, relaxed and feeling like we got great value for money .... Thank you

I work literally 5 minutes down the road, so I tend to drop in on my lunch break. The staff have always been very welcoming to me, and now I've been going for a while they're extremely attentive. I love the fact they seem to love being there... at work?! Surely not! The music is always set to what I like to listen to, so I sit singing away to myself, and hear Annette enjoying herself whilst she works also :) I have never had a disappointing meal when I've been there, and everything tends to come out really quick - so all in all, a very enjoyable eating experience.

We both had steak and had to leave lots of it as very chewy, probably best to stick to fresh cooked pizza with this place. Two onion rings that were very thin was really poor quality food. Chocolate brownie made up for it but wouldn’t go back again

Had breakfast here two consecutive mornings. Standard Frankie and Benny's which is always good quality at a good price.Good to see plenty of veggie and vegan options now added to the menu.Met by a very friendly gentleman host, food served in good time and of good quality.

Service can be improved but the food is good and kids get a balloon and crayons to stay entertained. You can also book a click and collect if you want to eat in at home.

We were looking for a place to have a breakfast and local, sadly the food was swimming in oil and cold!

Came to the resturant after a long day and we had the best time. The person who served us was called naomi and she was delightful. She got all of the orders spot on and she was very happy and bubbly and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back again.

The service was Brilliant we had a warm and friendly welcome by the waitress Naomi who served us our Breakfast who was full of energy. The eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked and the wife's full English was lovely .It was a start to our day

Came for lunch with my partner before the cinema. Was greeted and sat down in a good time. We were asked for a drink order before we had a chance to sit down or look. The waitress said she would come back. Then when she came back we were also ready to order our food but were told to wait as she had food to take out. Wasn’t very busy maybe 5 tables in total. She kept calling us ‘sweetness’ which was very patronising and also sat down beside us when ordering which was bizarre. I ordered mozzarella starter but was told there’s was no mozzarella. Then I ordered salmon fillet but instead of the green veg I said I’d like some salad- when it arrived they had missed my jacket potato off. So I paid nearly £15 for a small salmon fillet and abit of salad. When my partner paid the bill she called him ‘sweetness’ again which made him uncomfortable. I let her know that they missed my potatoe off and the waitress just said ‘oh sorry about that.’ We left very dissapointed.

The menu is the normal F&B one so if you love eaten at one of these restaurants before you know what to expect. The quality of the food we had was one of the F&Bs we’ve eaten at.

I visited this restaurant and was told that there would be a 10 minute wait for a table, many people got seated before us without a booking so I was forgotten about. Then when I was finally taken to a table there was no cutlery as we were given no menus! Such poor service for that day which is really unusual for frankie and benny’s as I visit this restaurant quite regularly. However, on a more positive note, i’m a vegan and I have so many options to choose from at frankie & benny’s which is unusual. I have had the “not dog”, the “Mac no cheese” and the “chocolate and raspberry lava cake”. All three are amazing! The food there is impeccable, however the service needs improving.

Wasn't expecting too much as other F&B's have been slightly disappointing, however this one was a delight!The waiting staff were quick to seat, efficient without being intrusive and the food was very good!The ribs and chicken combo was good value for what you got and the drinks were not overpriced, will visit again!

Good service and generous helpings but not as hot as I would like. I also thought the presentation lacked a little imagination. OK for a quick after theatre meal or taking the kids for a treat but not the best place for a couples soiree. Had a discount voucher which meant the value for money was OK.

Called in on our way to Salisbury with our granddaughter on her way home from uni. Needed some lunch and she said this was a good choice. Very fast service and the food was great.

Reading the previous reviews I thought I was reviewing the wrong restaurant, but know I’m not.Food was excellent especially The bbq chicken wings for starters & then went on to order the 6oz burger <<< which was the best burger I’ve had for a long time.Food was that good we returned the following week & as expected the food was the best, looking forward to my return.

Visited the restaurant today and my husband had a pizza it was sizzled In grease and tasteless, he had to send it back and wait another half hour for something different! Very slow service staff are usually good in this branch but terrible today! Saw 3 couples sit behind us to get up and leave without ordering due to lack of poor slow service! Very expensive for what it is luckily myself and my daughter enjoyed us otherwise would of been a pointless visit!!! The only real bonus is they had a vegan dairy free sundae for me to enjoy!

What a fab evening!We turned up just before 7pm, with no reservation asking for a table for 8. This did pose a bit of an issue, as the supervisor Daniel dud say he couldn't accommodate us first. However after a wee chat, Daniel.opened up the closed section for us, and we were seated.The service was great, there was only two servers that night, and Daniel was concerned that we would not get adequate service throughout. In fact, we had the best service, we waited for about 10 mins to get our food order taken. This arrived within a good time. The food was good but I was more impressed with they way we were looked after. We went for a birthday meal, turns out it was one of three there that night. So from what was a shaky start, ended up being such a good night thanks to the staff.

Took my friend on a groupon deal for her birthday. The food was really very poor. We had the salad with chicken. The chicken was very thin and overcooked so very dry...the salad was advertised as butternut squash and lentils but was mostly lettuce. There was a £2 additional charge for adding the chicken to salad. This was the first and last time of going to Frankie and Bennys. On a positive note the staff were friendly and the service was good.

I had a nice meal here with my family we had my little granddaughter.They had high chairs and crayons for older children.Which is always good keep them occupied..The watier also gave me a surprise mini chocolate dessert which was very nice.Yes I would go here again staff were very accommodating...

Food was adequate, service was ok. We received a 40% off mains voucher via the app and I wouldn't visit unless I had the money off voucher. Nothing generally to complain about all was just ok, great for a quick bite with a little one. They did however seat 6 of us on a table that was far too small when the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty.

It was....ok! Nothing too shabby, nothing too great. Food was as described, service was a bit slow. I only wish they wouldn't squash everyone close together in a half-empty restaurant, maybe it makes it look more full from the outside? Who knows.

Frankie and Benny’s used to be one of my favourite restaurants but that’s now changed.The new menu looks like something you would find in a bowling alley cafe and does not relate at all to the Frankie and Benny’s brand. This put us off straight away, because if they have cut costs here no doubt the food has also changed, we were right. The portion sizes are smaller with fewer ingredients, you could get the same quality food if not better at your local pub. A waitress said she would refresh our knives and forks taking the old ones away when she brought out our mains and never came back. We ended up pinching a set from another table across the restaurant. The toilets also need sorting as the doors are all too large for the cubicles as they are extremely close to the toilet when opened and won’t shut or lock.As much as this hasn’t been the worst experience in the world it has put me off one of my favourite restaurants so we won’t be returning.

In fact the best bit of the meal was the coffee (full credit to the coffee machine for that).Contacted Gourmet Society and they were very on the ball, letting me know the discount SHOULD have been applied to the order. So made a complaint to Frankie & Benny's. After about a week of waiting, they admitted fault and sent a voucher. But no mention at all of a reimbursement of the 25% of which I shouldn't be charged!?Gourmet society tried their absolute best to help me. After more chasing just to get the overpaid amount back to set things straight, Frankie & Benny's customer service said they could not refund what I had overpaid. DISGUSTING. Can I use that voucher as cash anywhere I'd like? No. I can only use it at one of their branches. Which I will never be visiting again. I went through the right channels to reach a sensible and fair solution, but it fell through. The customer service is on par with the quality of food served it seems.

This place is ok , food is pretty decent the desserts are super nice ! Place can get very busy so make sure you book before up arrive or you will be waiting at the bar

Been going since it opened as it had good food, pleasant staff and good atmosphere, but it started going downhill so I gave it a miss this year. Went back to see if it had changed. It has - for the worse. The menu has lost its uniqueness, the staff appeared to wish they weren't there and there was a morgue-like atmosphere. A shame to see a good place like this was completely losing it's way.

Only had breakfast here in a group of 6 but that was hot and well prepared and cooked. Not a fan of burgers etc which I think is what they do best but definitely recommend their breakfasts

My wife, son and i went for breakfast on Sunday 5/08, we have used it many times and never had a problem.Things have changed i will start with my sons eggs Benedict muffins not toasted not too bad so far.My traditional breakfast was terrible tiny portion of beans (cold), one rasher of bacon not two (cold), one solid egg, one soft but with runny white, mushrooms were tinned (cold) very poor taste.They seemed to have changed the orange juice to a much poorer quality and when you order tea you receive a small cup maybe two mouthfuls then have ask for another which can take sometime if they are busy i like an hot cup of tea with my food not after it.On the plus side the service was very good our waitress was most apologetic about the food it was not her fault but the poor Chef's who seemed to not care about their cooking, my meal was taken of the bill but that did not make my visit any better.I hope the manager reads this and can give me some feedback about how they will improve their service to their customers who use their restaurant quite often.Disappointed Chris L

Just visited, appalled at lack of help fullness of staff. Can’t comment on food as we never actually got any. One member of staff smelled of alcohol hence poor attitude

We had a stopover in Northampton this evening and visited the Sixfields Northampton Frankie & Benny’s. We visited with a disabled family member and the service was delivered was world class. We were allocated a table very quickly despite the venue being very busy. We were served by a lovely waitress called Anne Marie and her level of customer service was exceptional. Nothing was any trouble and she ensured that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this establishment - keeping us refreshed. The food and drink on offer was amazing. With customer service on the level delivered by Anne Marie, this is an establishment to be proud of and we would not hesitate to return again the next time we are in the area. Thanks Sixfields Frankie & Benny’s...we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Arrived and was seated in good time . The waitress asked if we was ready to order drinks . My wife said yes as I am on my lunch break . Was told well the food is cooked fresh so the food will will take as long as it takes.Ordered our food and was so many questions about our order and I feel she was beeing akward . We use your riverside restaurant many times and is always good but give sixfields a miss

We came here for a family birthday dinner, group of 10. I brought a 40% voucher code. When we placed the order we got told the rump steak around £13 was all gone and only sirloin was available at around £18 so 4 of us ordered this. Well unfortunately they was tough as anything and full of fat and to top it off the table opposite had rump after us which he managed to eat all of it! Very naughty waiter, just so we pay more! I had the brownie for pudding, well don’t bother you get 3 mini brownies a scoop of ice cream and cream, very disappointing! I would expect a large square piece. Toilets were dirty. Won’t be going back!!!

4 people visited for a quick lunch, took 35 minutes for mains which were only chicken wraps. Had to ask waiter to speed it up who said it was being plated. Waited another 5 mins and when food arrived it was luke warm. Won't be going back

Staff were quick and attentive on a fairly busy midweek night, we were seated quickly and drinks orders were done even quicker. Both of our party ordered the same pizza and they came out fast and warm which is always a positive! The food tasted delicious and the service was punctual and full of smiles, dessert was simmilarly quick and tasty and would reccomend this to anyone!

Bank Holiday morning, we decided to have cooked breakfast in a restaurant. Found this restaurant in Sixfields. Asked for Eggs Benedict and Smashed Avocado Muffins, one with bacon, one without, with poached eggs. Shocked: Eggs Benedict had an almost wafer-thin round ham piece, where you could see how they cut one thin slice into 2 to cover 2 half muffin slices. Way to small.Shocked: The smashed avocado muffins had "poached" eggs, which were like hard boiled, on toasted (dry) muffin and dry avocado. My friend developed a cough after trying to swallow all the dry ingredients together....Instead of bacon, salmon arrived. When bacon did arrive, you could hammer nails in with them. We did ask for a couple of replacement eggs, because I literally could not swallow the food without it!!!Oh my goodness. What disappointment!When it came to billing, still got charged for the salmon which was the wrong order.The whole experience was so disappointing, we won't return nor recommend the place.

Food pretty good, lady staff member excellent. Plenty of folk using the restaurant so quite a nice buzz about the place. However the manager needs to organise a deep clean of the pipe work in the ladies loos, I have never seen such a filthy disgusting public area in my life. Also the manager tried to get money from us which was covered by a Wowcher, so be warned.

I visited here yesterday and I was really disappointed considering I used to visit this Frankie & Benny’s a lot.Firstly I requested a Cappuccino without chocolate and it arrived with chocolate. I let that slide.Then we ordered 2 pink gin & tonics which are meant to be served with strawberries and raspberries for £5.99 each.They appeared in warm glasses with no fruit. This time they got sent back.For main course I ordered a hot dog with fries which was served looking as though it had been served in a cheap diner with no effort whatsoever.Finally we had fruit salad each for dessert. Well... I think they had literally shared one banana between us both, one strawberry each, 3 blueberries and a quarter of an apple. Not an ounce of fruit juice was in sight and it was as dry as a bone.Our waiter was lovely but the food was shocking. Not looking to revisit for a long time.

Came here for meal at short notice and the staff managed to get us a table within 10 mins which was fantastic. Food portions were huge! great variety, i had the hotdog which was so good. Staff were hilarious they made the whole meal better!

The food was very late and pretty mediocre but the customer service was superb and deserves recognition. Noticing the food was late , it was served by the manager who apologised and then I got a drink on the house from the barman even though I hadn’t complained. Nice touch.

We arrived as a party of 9 without a booking and they were happy to accommodate us. The service was quick and the food was good. Would happily visit again.

Had dinner last night round 6pm although we had planned to go to Bella Pasta but got rudely turned away. It was busy probably more so because Bella Pasta wasnt taking walk ins. We had a short wait at the bar. Very charming barman. Dinner was prompt and good. We found a 50% voucher on the web so happy days.

Service was extremely slow on a very quiet Sunday afternoon. Waitress was perfectly friendly and apologised for the wait for our food. We were then pretty much left on our own. We’d finished our meals, were not offered any further drinks. I think our waitress had left for a break but she didn’t make us aware of this. I had to call over a waiter to ask for a glass of water and some desserts for the kids as we had the circus to get to. Slow service but food was very nice. Really decent portion sizes for both adults and kids. All seemed fresh and hot.

First visit for my wife and I, sure it appeals to lots of people but not us.Starters ok, nothing special. Wings were not bad, garlic bread and bruschetta not great.Main course took a while to appear even the waitress realised and apologised but when it did arrive my wife said her fish and chips was nice. The medium steak salad which I ordered was well done and chewy but passable.The total meal with a coke and orange Juice came to £46.50 and with tip £50 not worth that but filled our bellies in nice surroundings. Good service and waiting staff.

The food is my complaint. The garlic bread to oily, salmon pale and the whole meal just bland and the spaghetti well just topped with watered down tomato something? Just awful.Customer service good etc, its just the food. If I have to go there again I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR WHAT IS NOT A GOOD BASIC STANDARD.Under cover boss is needed at ALL restaurants, they have slacked and not doing a great job with the meals.

Went here tonight for dinner and I will honestly never return.I ordered chicken and ribs to be told no chicken.. ok so I ordered a cheese burger and fries.The dinner came and I instantly knew it was a mistake.. flat as a pancake bun and fries as white as snow!I thought it will be ok.. how wrong I wasBread bun not only flat but stone cold.. so I checked inside... cheese had also gone hard probably from the freezing cold bread bun..Okay I thought... try the fries... cold and hard in the middle..Sent my plate back and had the meal removed from my bill...Other things I noticed about this place tonight.. New menu design making them look very cheap and dated.. Ladies bathroom... freezing cold with 2 broken toilets...Needs some serious attention but one thing for sure I will never returnI have included an image of a pasta dish ordered by my daughter.. nasty...All this for a bargin price of £35.00

I used to have good memories of Frankie and Benny's from years ago. Not anymore. We came here as we had a deal for 50% off mains. It was the usual wait to be seated and everyone is sat next to one another. There was no, "is there anywhere you would like to sit?" considering the place wasn't even half full.I always remember Frankie and Benny's having a good atmosphere and good music. It was flat to say the least. The music playing sounded like Now 46 rather than the stuff they used to play.When the food arrived it was dry, burnt and tasteless. Both meals were the same. We were shocked to see the bill still be over £30 even though we had no starters or puddings. We will not be returning here. I may give another Frankie and Benny's a try, but the good memories I used to have of the chain are long gone.

As we was seated we was asked if we wanted drinks and we ordered them straight away, they took a while to cook and when they did we ordered food.we waited about 50 minutes for the food to arrive, mine that I had seen left on the counter waiting to be served for about 5 minutes! When my £12.95 "Frankies el ferno" had arrived it was like a plate with a greasy oily bowl with finger prints all over it, serving a bucketload of dry tasteless pasta with minimal sauce or dressings, when offered parmesan it was grated on my meal and was 100% cheddar cheese and not parmesan! The meatballs were nice but dry and a little burnt, as the pasta was rank I only ate the meatballs and to do so I had to go through 2 drinks. At £4.95 a drink I do not advise this, you will be shocked when the bill comes! My partners food was £14.95, it was a small plate with a handful of most likely frozen French fries, with a burger with lettuce, bacon and mac and cheese. The burger was black and charcoaled, it was dry and inedible, if I had ordered it I would have refused to eat it! He ate it with 2 drinks to re-hydrate his mouth, it was like chewing on cardboard. We didn't complain as we had 50% off mains. To then be charged over £30 anyway is a absolute joke for 2 meals at half price and 3 beers also a coke. Don't bother coming here, you will regret it. Go to a proper Italian/American restaurant.

Came here with my boyfriend and friends and we have been a few times. Always has the best meat whenever we come here and we wont stop coming here. We love all of the offers that the company gives to its customers too and the staff are very kind.

Very slow service. I was so hungry waiting for my food to arrive, that I started sucking on the lemon that came with my sparkling water. Then when the food did finally arrive, the main course came before the starter!

Food was cooked very well I had the veggie burger it was very tasty. No complaints from my friends regarding their food. staff were very pleasant nice and polite.

Popped in to get some break with my partner. Ordered the triple stacker with scrambled egg egg and bacon with maple syrup. It was amazing cooked to perfection! Service great too Will definitely be heading back :-)

After avoiding Frankie &amp; Benny's for years having had several bad experiences my faith had recently been restored by your Kettering branch, so my 13 year daughter thought It would be a great idea to take some friends to our nearest branch at The Riverside in Northampton for her birthday, Wow........rude waiters in dirty uniforms should have been the first clue that things where going to be bad, I was going to launch in to a detailed rant about this visit but in all honestly they don't care so what is the point. My genuine advice ......................AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Good food, good value, good service. Menu changes are good. What more can you ask for. I have used this place regularly for years and fortunately it still can be relied on to offer a tasty value menu.

We visit the Riverside restaurant regularly and always have an enjoyable family meal. The place is spotless and child friendly, and the food is always good. Weekend breakfasts are a treat, and better value than Beckworth (although not quite to their standard!). I especially. Like that tea and coffee refills are free, which really makes a difference. Staff are friendly but always busy. No doubt we will be back there soon.

Came for lunch on a Sunday and service was extremely poor. We were shown to our table and then left to sit there for almost 10 minutes before anyone remembered to take our drink order and then waited another 10 for our food order to be taken. When the food finally arrived it was very disappointing and clearly not a lot of effort had gone into the presentation. We both had burgers and thought they were very bland and not worth the money we paid for them. Didn't bother with dessert as we thought it would probably be the same as the rest of the meal. Would not come here again.

Tried calling this restaurant endless amounts on a Saturday afternoon to book a table but got no answer so we risked it and turned up. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The waitress did take our drink orders immediately and they arrived fairly quickly. However the next waitress to attend our table was very hard to understand and spoke so quietly so we had great difficulty trying to get our order in especially as the music was so loud. The starter came quick and was hot but both main courses were cold. It was so difficult to get someones attention to ask for it to be warmed up that I just ate it. Won´t be visiting again anytime soon.

Had an al-fresco dinner here on a nice warm evening in July. Food was good, the speed of service was slow but the quality of service was very high. So high that the manager of this resto is wasted here and deserves better. My guess is he will be poached by a rival or will leave of his own accord. This is in stark contrast to the F&amp;B in Blackpool where we have eaten twice and never had good food or service and where the manager has never taken an active interest in looking after his/her customers. I wish the manager of F&amp;B in Sixfields well and thanks for looking after us.

Yes- The food here is so so good! Hot, comes as you want and tastes so great!However, more times than not the staff are awfull! RUDE! and just incompetent!Just recently we went as group, about 6 of us. 5 of us wanted starters, however 3 of us got them together another one got their starter 10 minutes later and our other friend recieved his 15minutes after all four of us had finished eating ours! It then tookon average around, a good 10 minutes for the waitress EACH TIME to bring us our drinks!despite the staff, the food, the deals and the fact its so close keeps me coming back!
