Horrible delivery driver spoke to me like rubbish on the floor made everything very difficult.

the guy whit a long hair is completely rude to the customer,apparently you annoying him when you ask for a straw and tissue for my kid,keep rolling his eyes back at every second customer,not for a customer service work,

Food was much better than before. Service was a bit slow. A waitress Areej was very nice to us and helped us. I think they should add more items to the menu. Like paye and hareesa also proper breakfast menu. Take away food was cheaper and dine in was expensive I don’t know why. Would like to come here again

I had a really disappointing experience with Nando’s delivery. I ordered a Halloumi wrap that was supposed to include chicken, but it arrived with only Halloumi inside—no chicken at all. When I called customer service, they told me they couldn’t help over the phone and that I had to send an email for them to even consider resolving the issue. By the time I realized the mistake, I had already eaten the wrap, so I couldn’t provide a photo of the food itself. However, I offered pictures of my receipt and the delivery packaging, but the whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I expected better service from a brand like Nando’s, but instead, I was left feeling like my issue wasn’t taken seriously. Definitely not ordering from them again any time soon.

Just a suggestion. If you cannot deliver the online orders already accepted and confirmed, can you somehow let customers know? Just to be able to order from other places. It's nice to see that you are not waiting for an order that will not be delivered.

I had the most pleasant experience of eating out here an exquisite falafel wrap in the middle of the night. Yummy and delicious 😋. 10/10 for their service.

Fabulous village local! Landlady and co are fabulous…. So welcoming! Great stone baked pizzas and nibbles served. Good old fashioned family friendly pub! Lucky to call it our local!

We got the kebab from the shop and oh my god, it was amazing. The bread the meat was in was so soft and the chill sauce complemented it all so well. The staff were really friendly and attentive.
