The best restaurants in Castle Northampton East Midlands

Food was basic, nothing special considering it’s quite expensive. It’s located in a village hardly a city. The prices should reflect that. Service was average. Had to pay for prawn crackers even though the bill was expensive. Not free. Beef and black bean maybe two slices of actual beef and the rest is peepers and onions.

We went at 10:20 pm having some guest for dinner and after taking the order as soon as we order food enough for 5 people and keep ur staff coming that we are closing at 11 pm u have to finish and being rude dont have good manners how to talk with customer really un acceptable behavior giving deadline for 10 min u have to finish otherwise we will take the food is this how u run the resturant to talk with customer like that !!! First and last time in ur returant ,, teach ur staff how to speak wth customer we pay for food not for free so should deserve some respect ! If its closing time dont take the order simple not getting embarssed in front of guest !!!

Just a suggestion. If you cannot deliver the online orders already accepted and confirmed, can you somehow let customers know? Just to be able to order from other places. It's nice to see that you are not waiting for an order that will not be delivered.

Great chicken but chips were soggy. Take away boxes get a lot of condensation and you end up with soggy food. Real shame because if you eat in the food is lovely.

I had the most pleasant experience of eating out here an exquisite falafel wrap in the middle of the night. Yummy and delicious 😋. 10/10 for their service.

Ordered a 5.99 meal and got charged extra. Never ever will visit burger crap again. Management don't explain or can help the issue . Charge the customer its not nice I don't care about sugar if the meal its 5.99 then its 5.99 simple.

Fabulous village local! Landlady and co are fabulous…. So welcoming! Great stone baked pizzas and nibbles served. Good old fashioned family friendly pub! Lucky to call it our local!

We got the kebab from the shop and oh my god, it was amazing. The bread the meat was in was so soft and the chill sauce complemented it all so well. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

Had lunch here and ordered the cheese & bacon burger which was the best burger I have had. The seeded roll was toasted the cheese was melted over the burger and coleslaw at the bottom. Would really recommend going to try.
