Extremely friendly, kind and efficient!

food took over an hour to come, was freezing cold, was told that we could not cancel the order without losing all of our money. do yourself a favour and order something else because this place is terrible.

The food was cold and tasted horrible, the delivery guy made me come out my house and walk down the street to a different area to get my food.

Food wast tasty but cold as the driver had difficulty finding the address that was clearly submitted.

Again, an excellent, well mannered, and very helpful driver … fantastic service, only downside was I had to reheat the food, but I’m guessing I was the last delivery along the way. I don’t know why this only happens with Taco Bell, but the amount of fast food I have delivered is quite a lot … ‘coz I’m crippled and can’t stand whilst preparing & cooking … but back to the point … I don’t know why it’s ALWAYS cold from here, whereas everywhere else delivers food piping hot!!

My crunchwrap had zero crunch in it, I basically had a soggy weird shaped wrap, weirdly enough the beef part was stone cold . The chips were soggy and the sauce on the chips tasteless. Chicken tenders were the only good part and the only hot food.

I blame my teenage son .. he loves the mexican Spanish type food so this is also one of his favourite places due to not being able to use our kitchen sadly .. we are eating takeaway aways a lot as only so much toaster and a microwave can do (I love cooking I just can't use my kitchen ) so while he loves other styles I love this has a lot of salad !! makes me feel a bit better for him lol

Took 1hr 40 mins for a single meal to be delivered to a house less than a mile from the restaurant. Food also arrived stone cold. There is usually no issue however this time was ridiculous.

Probably better than the other fast food options in Northampton center e.g. harrods aka McDonald's, the worst kfc in the country, gbk aka the world's blandest kebabs and the burger King that no one has ever been inside. That said feels very over priced, not quite in the McDonald's level of overpriced. But 6.99 for about a table spoon of mince beef, neon yellow sauce that despite looks and taste claims to be cheese in the soggiest attempt at a quasadia I ever laid my hands in, it is far from good.

food was nice although it was warm but portion sizes were definitely not worth nearly £35

delivery was 20 mins late, and was not even an ASAP order, but one ordered about an hour + ahead of time. so plenty of time to prepare. by the time the food got.to me it was stone cold.

Good food if you're in a hurry and feel like eating a taco or burrito but I will say that the price doesn't match up to the quantity. Far too little food in comparison to other places.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats. One drink was missing, portion of fries were missing after paying extra for cheesy fries. The food was also cold and had obviously been thrown into the bag upon preparation. Massively disappointed.

The driver got lost and expected me to meet him even though the reason I ordered is because I have a foot in a cast and struggle to walk at the minute the driver also did not speak or understand English properly which did not help with trying to communicate through that stressful time so by the time I managed to get a neighbour to go and meet him the door was cold and not enjoyable I did raise this wen I got my order but think it went through as a query instead of complaint I feel like I have wasted my money and if this how the service is run I will not be using or recommending your company again unless something is done to rectify this issue thanks

I ordered a drink and a meal and what turned up was COMPLETELY WRONG not a single item was what I ordered didn’t even get a drink and the food was not what I asked for nor did the shop contact me in anyway to say we don’t have the items on your order id understand if they had to substitute something and let me know but getting what was seemingly a whole different order is so wrong

I’ve order the food at 18:47 and I received it at 20:39 this is nearly 2 hours of waiting . Call the restaurant to get a confirmation and they didn’t give me a time and they were not aware of my order. Very poor service and food quantity was awful. Food was cold when arrived and the chips were wet from the condensation.

Ordered at just after 4pm, food arrived at 5. Obviously, it was cold too. I’m aware that it’s Christmas which would normally be a valid excuse, but the last time I ordered was about a month ago, and that took so long that I was going to cancel it entirely. Probably the time I buy from here.

Delivery excellent. Foood it self sheet, the worst I have ever had. Portions tiny, taste blunt. With my order I ordered extra meat for both products,didn't make any difference. What they advertise on pictures and what your receiving is two different products. Do not buy it. Tiny, tiny portions whit no taste or style. Sheet.
