Visited for a mid week birthday celebration. The veggie burger was good and the sweet potato chips were really soft and tasty.

Over priced food, Food extremely salt and burgers fry/overcooked. Staff friendly but not very present on the restaurant floor for additional drinks.

Peter was amazing from the second we walked into the moment we left. Made us feel so welcome. Kept us topped up with our drinks and had a friendly warm aura! Peter is an asset to the company and you would be silly to lose him! With a friendly character and a warm aura he made my mums 50th the best she will ever imagine. To doing a cake personalised to her in front of the welcome and making her afternoon about her, we want to thank Peter. He is a Gem.

Sept 24, first time visiting TGI since covid, menu is both significantly more expensive and significantly more limited than I remember, visited off-peak, waited over 5 mins to be seated as no staff visible, but once seated food was prompt and service was good

A week ago I ordered a click and collect. The first order didn’t go through so I was advised to order it again. We waited 40 minutes after our pick up time, 3 sauces were missing and I’ve been charged twice. I’ve emailed phoned and even been into the restaurant and nobody is capable of dealing with a refund. I’m still waiting for head office to call me back after a week of contacting them.

Rebecca served us last night and though she is new, she was outstanding! Her attention to detail, going above and beyond for our drinks made our experience a lovely one. Thanks Becca!

Come for a few drinks and Luis the bartender had to put up with us and our peculiar requests while we waited for our table He even made us cocktails that were no longer on the menu 5* service by Luis

This is probably the worst restaurant in their price range but food is good quality and service is great.

I have not been to TGI Fridays for years, so we thought we would go. Before we left home, I thought I would check the menu out. Everything looked really good, plenty of choice. Was puzzled as to why nothing was priced on the menu on their website. After going there I now know why. Extortionate prices. Fries £5.00, which I wouldn't mind if you were given a reasonable amount, but the portions were tiny. My 8oz sirloin steak looked amazing when it turned up on the plate! First mouthful was fat and grizzle, which I had to put into a napkin. Not a great start. I asked my wife where she thought my garlic and chilli king prawns were. To which she replied on your plate. I looked down to see 3 tiny prawns. They were bland, not a hint of chilli or garlic. My daughter had a tiny portion of fries, the Fridays Sesame chicken strips which I tried and they were nice, small portion again. Also the Cajun spiced mac and cheese, which was again a small portion and quite bland flavour. My wife had the Cajun chicken pasta dish, which she said was ok. 2 Strawberry Daiquiri cocktails at £16 which were nice but came in little tumbler glasses. 2 cokes, and a refillable coke zero. Bill came to £107+. I don't mind paying when the food tastes good and you get a reasonable amount. This wasn't the case at TGI Fridays. Very disappointing. Will never eat there again

Millie was very efficient and helpful - Music was a bit too loud for us as a family with a young child who is sensitive to noise but for most I think the volume suits the place. Burger was expensive but when I ate it it was very tasty, so all is forgiven with the price.

Missing items, and no refund applied for items that were missing. Also it tasted a bit off; my daughter complained of feeling within 10 minutes of eating her meal.

It seems understaffed, so a long wait for luke warm food, otherwise the food was good. The staff did very well considering I person seemed to be doing most of the work. It was noisy with music not to my taste. The bench seats didn't give a lot of room and were sticky. Overpriced burger and fries. Wouldn't go back.

This time was good. A quick in and out with drinks and a starter at the bar. The service at the tables is normally poor, so maybe the bar area is the solution.

Walked in the music was far to loud I have a child sensitive to noise then we stood there for ten minutes while staff looked at us and walked past.. not good enough

Absolutely no problem with the staff but the food has gone downhill. We always have the sesame chicken but today the glaze sauce was literally like water and the chicken bland and soggy. Felt like I was chewing toilet roll. It seemed as though the glaze had been watered down. The sharing platter of potato skins was slices of potato cut into 1/8ths and absolutely tiny for just shy of £16. Feel like we wasted £100 on this meal. Would have been better off having a McDonald's :(

We made a booking for a Saturday, we really didn't need to, the place was pretty empty. The food is ok, but slightly overpriced. But the wait time is insane for how quiet it was. We had a lovely server, but they didn't have enough staff and several people walked. Everything just involved waiting for excessive amounts of time. Somewhere along the lines, TGI has lost their way. It used to be a fun place to go, but it's just disappointing.

Dirty and needs refurbishing but good service and ok food.

Served by Liv, who was excellent…very quiet when we went, so everything was quick, hot and tasty!

Arrived at about half past 6 and we received our food just under 2 hours later. The tables were sticky and when our food arrived half of it was cold. The manager and the woman with blonde hair were very understanding and helpful however the other woman was very very rude slamming our plates down and giving us dirty looks at every opportunity.

Very expensive. Service was good.

My favourite place to come for good vibes, good food and good drinks! Music is popping but most importantly the customer service is exceptional, massive shoutout to Grace!!! She was so welcoming, friendly, and smiley. Definitely recommend to come to this place :))

Unfortunately our experience wasn't great. Arrived around 3.45 pm for late lunch and place was virtually empty after the normal lunch time but had to wait to be seated and then whilst table was cleaned. Table and seating felt tacky to touch as though not cleaned properly for a long time and crayons all over the floor. Waited 10 minutes for service and then ordered drinks, wings as a starter and burgers for mains. Around 40 minutes for the wings to arrive and they looked like they had been cooked days prior and reheated. Tasted how they looked so only tried 2 and left rest. Burgers came out 5 minutes after starter so we didn't have time to cancel them. The smashed patties were dry and crumbly around the edges not juicy how you want your burger to be. The brioche buns were also not great, we thought they were turning stale but the manager said they were defrosted that morning. The only good thing about the meal was the chips, these were nice and freshly cooked. They did offer to remake items but we didn't want to wait further. The wings were removed from the bill and a discount applied but £40+ for what we received and couldn't eat was still way over priced.

Grace was amazing, lovely and friendly. Really good customer service and atmosphere!!!! :))) Would definitely recommend coming, i’ve been here a few times with family/friends and it never disappoints!! also great price and great cocktails ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Took 40 mins to get the food with only 5 tables occupied, that was overpriced and awful, the frozen tgi from iceland is better. Do not recommend and won't be returning anytime soon. Staff were friendly though

i had loaded fries coverex in pink sauce so much i couldn't pick them up or eat them 3 bits of bacon And in bottom of bag as so wet the box they came in collapsed . very very poor . i tried to call but no customer care available !?! it was an expensive experience i will not do again .

Came here for my partners birthday yesterday and won't be back any time soon. Service was awful. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were waiting to be sat (we had a booking), and toward the end of the meal we had to try and flag staff down to get the bill after waiting 20 minutes with plates still on our table, and another 15 to get our payment taken. People were getting up and leaving before even getting drinks because it was that bad. The food was alright but no where what you'd expect for the price.

I came for dinner with my family and I had such a greeting welcome, they took care of us and made sure we had quick service, the food was fresh and delicious. The cocktails were amazing! They were made by Kaci and she offered the best cocktails to opt for aswell

We had to flag down the waitress 3 times to ask to be served, ask about drinks and food. It took ages to get our food with no apology. Food was ok but extortionate in price! We won’t bother coming here again, it’s a shame, it used to be a really good TGI’s.

Overall, my recent experience at TGI Fridays was quite disappointing. The service was slow throughout the entire visit. It took a long time to get our initial drinks, and refilling our bottomless drinks took over 30 minutes each time, even though we had to ask twice. We also had to request our table to be cleared after we finished our meal, and this also took a significant amount of time. The wait for food was excessive as well. It took a full 2 hours to receive our main course and dessert, which included two children's meals. Considering the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, the slow service was frustrating. We even had three different servers during our two-hour visit, which added to the disjointed experience. The food itself was average, not bad but not amazing either. While I've enjoyed TGI Fridays in the past, this visit fell short of expectations. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, but I would hesitate to recommend this location based on my experience.

Shame they have downgraded the TGI stripes app which makes the food really expensive for what it is

No fries on both meals with chicken when staff cant prepare which is ordered and the price for the service is not complete on just eat well they need to get a new job as they can't do a job properly

Popped in on a Monday evening, staff were very pleasant. And service was good. But the food was not the best, meat was dry and burnt. Asked for medium rare steak I got a piece of meat I think that had been set on fire. No flavour just burnt meat. It wasn’t the worse experience I’ve had if they got a decent chef I think it could be nice. There was 5 tables full so they had plenty of time to cook nice food, bill was stupid aswell massively over priced

Had a gorgeous birthday meal for my 10 year old. Massive shout out to Josh W who went above and beyond, he truly made our meal so special and made our day!

Bad service waiting 10 minutes for them to give you a table. Wait 20 minutes to order drinks. Wait 20 minutes for your drinks. Waited 50 minutes for our food. Steak £28.90 and it had to be rare and I got it well done.

Grace was fantastic, her milkshake skills are second to none. Will be returning.

Got there at 7pm - loads of free tables but we were asked to get a drink at the bar whilst they sort out a space for us (we had booked). We sat down and ordered our meal - it took an hour before we received our sharing starter. We then waited a further hour for our mains which when we received were wrong and cold!!! The chips weren’t even cooked - some still raw. We sent the meals back at 9.15pm with a promise for a fresh meal in 8/10mins. At 9.40pm we left without having received our replacement meals. They did, at that point try and offer us a takeaway bag of food but by that point we were not interested. I will note that the front of house waiting and bar staff were all really lovely, which makes it even more of a shame. The manager took all of the food off the bill and we just paid for the drinks we had. This is my second bad experience here and I will not be returning.

Been here loads and always had a lovely meal but my god how the prices have increased! We seized to eat here because it would just be far too expensive!

Just fire the kitchen staff.. worst tgi experience ever, food wise . This was nothing more than reheated microwave food.. our waiter was very kind though and offered to take the drinks off the bill. which was fair.

I spent a Saturday evening with my family here at TGI's and was met with quite a friendly vibe and atmosphere. Grace made us feel quite welcome and provided some of the most exceptional service I've seen here in the UK. The dishes we had were equally as exceptional!

Nice clean and inviting. Happy staff. Good tasting food. Nice cocktails. Only downside is mains are a little pricey. Fine if going as a date or paying individually with friends ext. I have a large family so just out prices us.

Will never be coming back waiting for an hour for a hot dog for them to be a cold dog don’t even think it was cooked and done looks off his head. Dreadful never again.

Way too expensive for very average food.

Waited over an hour for food we only ordered a main each for 3 of us, loads of people were walking out fed up of waiting, our waitress was amazing felt sorry for her, I counted 8/9 tables and she told us there was only her and 1 manager in the kitchen cooking so 2 members of staff in the whole building which is absolutely ridiculas we won't be coming back, it was supposed to be a special occasion, and completely ruined due to the waiting times, the waitress was absolutely incredible I truly felt for her she said she gets complaints about it all the time, the food was stone cold and tasted like an over priced microwave meal, prices are far too high, and clearly management don't know how to run a business we shall not be returning.

Overpriced and very slow. The waiter was lovely, no fault of his at all but at £20 for a rubbish burger and chips, I wont be going back.

I visited this restaurant on Monday 13th May with my daughter and daughter in law. It was a quite evening with only two small birthday parties . The lady was very pleasant and took our order our drinks arrived and our starters very soon after .The starters were very good presented well but our mains arrived before l had finished mine but the starter plates were taken away before l had finished and my main was left on the table . When l tried my steak which l had asked for rare and so had my daughter it was no where near rare and neither was my daughters and the mushroom was dry and withered and there was no garlic butter on the steak . The lady asked if all was OK and l apologised but said it was not .The gentleman l presume was the manager came across and l again apologised but asked for it to be replaced l could tell he was not happy about this but took it away and offered us a free drink while we waited .We could have a Pepsi coke or orange juice not what we were drinking . I have to say the two meals replaced were excellent hot perfectly cooked and we enjoyed them . The experience was not as good for us as it should of been because my daughter in law had finished her meal long before us and it all felt very disjointed and l felt very bad for having sent the meals back but for the price l was paying £120 .00 it was not acceptable. I am afraid nothing was taken off the bill and so regrettably l felt l could not acknowledge them for good service even though it was dealt with promptly and was excellent when replaced .

Dined here again today and once again it was fantastic! Ate outside and the music was on, and the food was great! Good vibe and much less busy than other places that have outside areas to enjoy the sun with the football playing!

I am outraged. Me and my partner have waited over 30 minutes for our food and other people who got here later than us have been served starters and desserts already. when asking about where our food is, we were dismissed and told it will be ready soon but 10 minutes pass and no food is seen. A waitress came to us and apologised for the wait and told us that the chef had accidentally put bacon in my partners burger when he specifically asked for no bacon because he is Muslim. Very angry.Fridays has gone massively downhill and I will not be visiting here again especially with these overpriced meals.
