i had loaded fries coverex in pink sauce so much i couldn't pick them up or eat them 3 bits of bacon And in bottom of bag as so wet the box they came in collapsed . very very poor . i tried to call but no customer care available !?! it was an expensive experience i will not do again .

I’ll tell you. I’ve been to a good few TGI’s, but this one has a nice cosy atmosphere to it. Shout out to one of your staff members, Luis who gave wonderful customer service. Lovely bar overall in fact. 5 star for the service I received

I came for dinner with my family and I had such a greeting welcome, they took care of us and made sure we had quick service, the food was fresh and delicious. The cocktails were amazing! They were made by Kaci and she offered the best cocktails to opt for aswell

Came here for my partners birthday yesterday and won't be back any time soon. Service was awful. It took over 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were waiting to be sat (we had a booking), and toward the end of the meal we had to try and flag staff down to get the bill after waiting 20 minutes with plates still on our table, and another 15 to get our payment taken. People were getting up and leaving before even getting drinks because it was that bad. The food was alright but no where what you'd expect for the price.

We had to flag down the waitress 3 times to ask to be served, ask about drinks and food. It took ages to get our food with no apology. Food was ok but extortionate in price! We won’t bother coming here again, it’s a shame, it used to be a really good TGI’s.

Overall, my recent experience at TGI Fridays was quite disappointing. The service was slow throughout the entire visit. It took a long time to get our initial drinks, and refilling our bottomless drinks took over 30 minutes each time, even though we had to ask twice. We also had to request our table to be cleared after we finished our meal, and this also took a significant amount of time. The wait for food was excessive as well. It took a full 2 hours to receive our main course and dessert, which included two children's meals. Considering the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, the slow service was frustrating. We even had three different servers during our two-hour visit, which added to the disjointed experience. The food itself was average, not bad but not amazing either. While I've enjoyed TGI Fridays in the past, this visit fell short of expectations. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, but I would hesitate to recommend this location based on my experience.

Shame they have downgraded the TGI stripes app which makes the food really expensive for what it is

No fries on both meals with chicken when staff cant prepare which is ordered and the price for the service is not complete on just eat well they need to get a new job as they can't do a job properly

Popped in on a Monday evening, staff were very pleasant. And service was good. But the food was not the best, meat was dry and burnt. Asked for medium rare steak I got a piece of meat I think that had been set on fire. No flavour just burnt meat. It wasn’t the worse experience I’ve had if they got a decent chef I think it could be nice. There was 5 tables full so they had plenty of time to cook nice food, bill was stupid aswell massively over priced

Had a gorgeous birthday meal for my 10 year old. Massive shout out to Josh W who went above and beyond, he truly made our meal so special and made our day!

Got there at 7pm - loads of free tables but we were asked to get a drink at the bar whilst they sort out a space for us (we had booked). We sat down and ordered our meal - it took an hour before we received our sharing starter. We then waited a further hour for our mains which when we received were wrong and cold!!! The chips weren’t even cooked - some still raw. We sent the meals back at 9.15pm with a promise for a fresh meal in 8/10mins. At 9.40pm we left without having received our replacement meals. They did, at that point try and offer us a takeaway bag of food but by that point we were not interested. I will note that the front of house waiting and bar staff were all really lovely, which makes it even more of a shame. The manager took all of the food off the bill and we just paid for the drinks we had. This is my second bad experience here and I will not be returning.

Been here loads and always had a lovely meal but my god how the prices have increased! We seized to eat here because it would just be far too expensive!

Just fire the kitchen staff.. worst tgi experience ever, food wise . This was nothing more than reheated microwave food.. our waiter was very kind though and offered to take the drinks off the bill. which was fair.

Bad service waiting 10 minutes for them to give you a table. Wait 20 minutes to order drinks. Wait 20 minutes for your drinks. Waited 50 minutes for our food. Steak £28.90 and it had to be rare and I got it well done.

I spent a Saturday evening with my family here at TGI's and was met with quite a friendly vibe and atmosphere. Grace made us feel quite welcome and provided some of the most exceptional service I've seen here in the UK. The dishes we had were equally as exceptional!

Will never be coming back waiting for an hour for a hot dog for them to be a cold dog don’t even think it was cooked and done looks off his head. Dreadful never again.

Nice clean and inviting. Happy staff. Good tasting food. Nice cocktails. Only downside is mains are a little pricey. Fine if going as a date or paying individually with friends ext. I have a large family so just out prices us.

Way too expensive for very average food.

Waited over an hour for food we only ordered a main each for 3 of us, loads of people were walking out fed up of waiting, our waitress was amazing felt sorry for her, I counted 8/9 tables and she told us there was only her and 1 manager in the kitchen cooking so 2 members of staff in the whole building which is absolutely ridiculas we won't be coming back, it was supposed to be a special occasion, and completely ruined due to the waiting times, the waitress was absolutely incredible I truly felt for her she said she gets complaints about it all the time, the food was stone cold and tasted like an over priced microwave meal, prices are far too high, and clearly management don't know how to run a business we shall not be returning.

Overpriced and very slow. The waiter was lovely, no fault of his at all but at £20 for a rubbish burger and chips, I wont be going back.

Considering it arrived earlier than stated Sadly the food wasn't very warm and the onion rings were over cooked and hard to eat 😞

I visited this restaurant on Monday 13th May with my daughter and daughter in law. It was a quite evening with only two small birthday parties . The lady was very pleasant and took our order our drinks arrived and our starters very soon after .The starters were very good presented well but our mains arrived before l had finished mine but the starter plates were taken away before l had finished and my main was left on the table . When l tried my steak which l had asked for rare and so had my daughter it was no where near rare and neither was my daughters and the mushroom was dry and withered and there was no garlic butter on the steak . The lady asked if all was OK and l apologised but said it was not .The gentleman l presume was the manager came across and l again apologised but asked for it to be replaced l could tell he was not happy about this but took it away and offered us a free drink while we waited .We could have a Pepsi coke or orange juice not what we were drinking . I have to say the two meals replaced were excellent hot perfectly cooked and we enjoyed them . The experience was not as good for us as it should of been because my daughter in law had finished her meal long before us and it all felt very disjointed and l felt very bad for having sent the meals back but for the price l was paying £120 .00 it was not acceptable. I am afraid nothing was taken off the bill and so regrettably l felt l could not acknowledge them for good service even though it was dealt with promptly and was excellent when replaced .

Dined here again today and once again it was fantastic! Ate outside and the music was on, and the food was great! Good vibe and much less busy than other places that have outside areas to enjoy the sun with the football playing!

I am outraged. Me and my partner have waited over 30 minutes for our food and other people who got here later than us have been served starters and desserts already. when asking about where our food is, we were dismissed and told it will be ready soon but 10 minutes pass and no food is seen. A waitress came to us and apologised for the wait and told us that the chef had accidentally put bacon in my partners burger when he specifically asked for no bacon because he is Muslim. Very angry.Fridays has gone massively downhill and I will not be visiting here again especially with these overpriced meals.

Always the same, food great but hit and miss if you get the full order and always, always late. At least I got it this time. Last twice I ordered they kept stretching the delivery time and then cancelled at the last minute

Food great, delivery time disappointing

I would not recommend it. waited 1hr 25 mins for food. The waitress more or less threw our refills at us. The whole menu is well overpriced for what it is. The burgers were average and not worth £18.80 per burger. Also, vegetarians and vegans often do not like pretend meat; they prefer proper vegetarian or vegan meals, of which there is not much choice. We did not stay for desserts for these reasons.

A few days ago I ordered via the Uber eats app, there was a slight issue with the order, nothing major. I called to raise this, spoke to the front desk who we've very friendly and understanding, they passed me onto the manager, highly professional, friendly and customer focused and resolved the promptly, I have ordered and been to Friday on multiple occasions and cannot recommend it enough, the atmosphere is great, food is outstanding, and the staff are highly professional and friendly. My rating remains a solid 5 stars.

My recent visit to TGI Fridays was outstanding, largely due to Millie's exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Millie greeted us warmly and ensured our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. No more than half tables had people on when we entered yet told an hour wait to be seated because they don't have enough staff working on a bank holiday weekend but we can order and wait at the bar for an hour conveniently...bit of a joke considering majority of the tables were empty tbh! Took my business down the road to Bella Italian instead!

The food was good, the service was not so good. Lots of standing around on phones. Had to go to the bar to order more drinks as I was forgotten about. Not even busy at the time. Would recommend it for a quick meal, but don't expect anything great.

Our server was Liv and she was absolutely AMAZING , always checking if we was okay and if we needed anything. Timing of the food was great , we wasn’t waiting too long and there was a good gap between starters and mains.

We were served by Olivia B who was lovely. The only problem is we waited a while for everything. Stood by the door, at the table, for the food, it was a big big waiting game. The food came out and was a little disappointing. Over cooked chicken, sauces awful and my sons hotdog roll was so burnt! We did feel sorry for Olivia, as they seemed short staffed, so of course didn’t say anything. But felt the feedback was necessary. Have left 4 stars because I work in the industry and wanted you to hear my feedback…without leaving you a negative review!

Liv served me and my son this evening and was an absolute angel!! I haven’t received kindness like that in a long time, give that girl a raise 🫶🏼 me and my son are very happy

The kids burger was complete burnt to a crisp. Unedible for adults let alone a child. They made a nice gesture with a complimentary slice of cake but that’s tainted when the food isn’t to standard.

We came in for lunch and was served an amazing meal by an awesome server called Peter. He was very friendly and catered to our order perfectly. The food was great as well. Bottomless sesame chicken 10/10, will be bringing the kids along next time. All five of them ☺️

Went out for lunch with my parents, Had a lovely meal steak was cook just how we like and chips were exceptional. Mum hates a overdone tomato but this was spot on. We will be back as great friendly service even on a match day
