Good food, clean and tidy , parking is limited and tight , just two computers to book your food so had to que ..

Chicken was quite burnt round the edges, one piece was pure fat and very greasy, inedible, the chips were so soggy and the can of drink was right next to the food which made it warm and the food cold. Very disappointing

a truly positive experience I had on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, around 8:50 PM. After several disappointing visits, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the staff. The team behind the counter were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that my order was prepared to perfection and that I had everything I needed. It's a testament to their dedication and professionalism that they were able to turn around such a positive experience. I highly recommend kfc Towcester road for anyone seeking top-notch service and a delightful dining experience. Thank you to the staff for making my visit so memorable.

Absolutely rubbish, every time we order delivery it's wrong, not ordered for over a year, thought we'd give them another chance....nothings changed I ended up having to go down there so £3 odd delivery wasted, petrol money wasted waste of time won't be going bk to kentucky fried chicken ever again, most stores are the same, maybe if they concentrated on customer service rather than standing around chatting constantly it would be slightly better.

Payment was taken but food never arrived - they state it was delivered but I don’t know who to - it wasn’t to my address. Can’t give zero stars but that’s what I want to give. I’ll never use these w*nk*rs again!.

Would only recommend if you want to park for more than an hour to have your meal, to then have a £100 parking ticket 2 weeks later.

Yesterday I been there for first time, I didn’t remember if I was there before. Car park are very strange, small, and really need to modify. Inside in restaurant little bit a mess but was ok. Food was not tasty good. When you buy the burger, cheese need to be cooking,not to remain the same like never was cooked. In toilet there I find the hand fans had the cable out and started to look like dangerous. Of course, hygiene there was disgusting. I understand the price are increasing considerably, but to have such experience. Definitely is better in local restaurants. I don’t really recommend this restaurant. I love KFC, but I understand, this franchise are different by location to location.

Got a wrap which was basically just the wrap itself - minimal filling and looked like it had just been slapped together haphazardly Wouldn’t recommend.

The service was pathetic, the guy made many mistakes: asking for the wrong price, not asking what drinks we wanted and serving Pepsi, we ordered take away and he served it to have it in, not putting the in take away bag one burguer we ordered and of course not answering the phohe........, as I said, pathetic!!!!!!!

All the food part from sweetcorn was cold in two boxes which they got wrong when we asked for mash in one of the boxes and the shop in two minuets by car down the road don’t make sense

Food cold on arrival. Beans lid has a sticker dated 11 July 2018 so avoided eating. Had walm everything up but before that chips soggy mess, no proper burger filling in roll. Shockley bad!😭

this order never arrived. delivery driver called to say he was outside but never showed up!! tired calling the driver back but phone doesn't connect!!!

Asked to use the baby change facilities so they unlock it, was told by the supervisor they don't have one, despite the sign that says "family change space". Asked for the disabled toilet and they said they don't have it. Ended up changing the baby on the ladies toilet with my partner. Spent £30+ on overly salty chicken. All toilets were a mess. Poor show all around.

Missed item off the order. Left a note for the restaurant requesting the drinks (cans) were placed in a separate bag as the food arrives completely squashed, food cold & drinks warm. Restaurant ignored the note. Food arrived, flat as a pancake, cold from the cans (& wet from the cans/heat from food). KFC is not cheap so when you pay over £45 for one, you expect a better service. Very disappointing

I was there yesterday with my wife the team leader is very rude he is looking like we don’t go any more there it’s getting very bad experience

Usual KFC, busy a bit chaotic, feels a bit messy, tables not wiped bin area not very clean. We are in and it's a good job we did because they missed part of our order.

So I ordered a BBQ burger box meal with BBQ sauce, what I received had no BBQ sauce but ketchup and mayo.. not great when you have a mayo allergy! Bargain bucket, no chips whatsoever. £40 on 2 items and not 1 part of the order was correct…

Not my favourite branch, food is exactly as expected, but the toilets usually reek (and on bad days can be smelt from outside on your way in as they are to the right of the entrance). Biggest rat I've ever seen in my life out in the carpark.

Food was reasonable, state of the facilities disgusting, went to us the toilet after we’d eaten to find the toilets flooded, no hand cleaner in bathrooms, hand dryer not working, urinal blocked and overflowing on floor, no toilet paper in toilet dispenser, absolutely disgusting knowing the conditions of the customer facilities, how do staff clean their hands

This is for KFC on the delivery service. My chicken tasted of fish!!!!! I thought I'd imagined it and carried on eating. It was when my partner said same, I knew I hadn't. Both meals had a fish taste in the on the bone pieces!!!! What the heck! How can chicken taste of fish!!! Especially from a food outlet that doesn't serve fish!!! How can this be???? Please explain?

My hubby was outside our front door he waited for 20mins as my hubby was retreating to come in, He Saw guy delivering and the driver said he was Looking for Number 32. Finally our order was delivered. We did not enjoy our meal. Meal was Lukewarm.

last time I ordered I got the wrong order. This time an item was missing.

Every single item of food is cold. I don't mean warm. Its actually cold.

The order did not come, please start asking for the names of the order as I didn’t receive the food due to someone else taking the food.

Missing half the food items very disappointing

Food was delivered without being in a heated insulated bag by the driver who had to walk a street away from where his car was to the prop, and as a result the food was cold which was a shame, flavour and quality as expected.
