Half the order was missing and was cold

All cold food, cold drinks is in side same bag as burgers and chips very unprofessional

Missed my little sisters meal she was devastated and food was cold. Paid 80 pounds for it…

food was lukewarm at best as it was prepared at 7:33 and delivered at 8:16 according to the receipt

After waiting nearly an hour, the food arrived with an item missing. We can get a refund but not the option to receive the missing food. shame as we now have to buy something else!

Waited almost an hour for the food to be collected from the restaurant and when it arrived it was cold

stop saying delivery is 20minutes then keep changing to delivery time 3 or 4 time😤

Didn’t include the 9 chilli cheese bites supposed to be included in the deal

Order was cold,half of it was missing. Requested refound for missing items but still waiting....

I don't think I'll be ordering from market square again, as the courier sent me someone else's order, I don't want to wait 24 hours for a refund, I'd like my order that I paid for. also I called the store and the woman i spoke to didn't even understand what I was saying. I'm very frustrated and annoyed at the incompetency of the courier delivering my food.

Food was not hot, this could be that the cold drinks are kept next to the food, also as we saw on the map other delivers were made prior so was delivered 1 min to the max delivery period given but again prob affected how hot the food was

Food wasn't very warm, suggest packing the cold drink separate

Just ordered a cheeseburger (told it only came with bacon) and 2 plant based whoppers along with 2 orange juices and a coke. The only thing that was right was the cheeseburger and coke! Got 2 Fanta orange and 2 vegan royale - which was greasy and disgusting! The member of staff taking the order spoke little English and didn’t seem to understand what I wanted - which bore out when the order came!

Order never arrived and I had to call to find out this was not going to be delivered they did contact me at any point. Will never use again

Polite and professional delivery man

The staff hardly speak English! I couldn't understand what the staff member was saying and accidentally ordered onion rings instead of cheese bites. Purely because I was fed up of asking him what he said I just ended up saying "onion" because that's the only word he said that I could understand. There was also a left over tray of food and used napkins on a table near me. Not only are the staff ignorant but the customers too. Definitely not recommended.

Such a lovely place to go with friends, or even a girlfriend😉, the satisfaction they gives, make it worth to go there.

Always dining here, because the food they serve is unbelievable!

Yesterday I came with my family, and the food was very nice and the environment with a stuff were polite and friendly, I highly recommend that place!!!

I would rate this a 0 if I could. Worse experience I have ever had in a fast food place, I ordered a LARGE bacon cheese burger, and got a SMALL burger, no bacon no nothing. I ordered a CHEESE BURGER. And then got chilli cheese bites? What the hell is this. I went up to the counter to change my order and then they gave me the extra burger with NO CHEESE. I ordered one load of fries aswell and got charged for two? BAFFLED

Food was served hot, was happy about that, the only thing that pissed me off was the rude blonde haired male staff. He explained to me I could get 2-3 sauces with my order, I must have misheard him and told him the 2 sauces I want and the 3rd sauce he could decide for me because I couldnt decide, he told me “this is now how this works” and laughed at me and walked away, not even a “have a good day” or anything. Also when i was placing my order bro didnt even greet me and just stayed silent till I started telling him my order. Rudest staff get him fired!

Stone cold and took over an hour to be delivered

When the food arrived it was cold. It was kept in the same bag as the cold drinks, which obviously cooled the food. Really disappointed.

I am disgusted with just eat, the courier msg that my food was delivered and it wasn't, I live in a apartment block and asked if they ring me and they never did. I will not use just eat again

the order delivered very late. the delivery time was 8.45 pm but it arrived at 9.15. the delivery guy was unsure about which order to deliver.

Absolute joke no onion rings and missing chips! £25 for a burger, drink and ice cream!

put on order no tomatoes no rocket and no bbq sauce so ruined my lunch

keep putting cold drinks in with hot food. wrong drink was sent and all food fell though bag common sense needed.

The overall experience was really good, the food was really good but the price is bit costly. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really welcoming with the staff being so friendly and the manager helping recommend items on the menu.

The staff were very friendly and the food was served hot. I appreciated how both the staff and the manager showed great care for the customers. The overall dining experience, enhanced by the ambient music, was excellent. The female manager was very polite and always smiling, and the girl team member was also very friendly.

Went there this morning with the class to order some cookie dough ice cream. It's my first time going there. I never tried Ben and Jerry's; this is amaaaaazing! I couldn't quite understand what one of the staff members was saying, though. I don't know if this is the correct one I'm reviewing or not.

Manager pasha was good he helped my granny open the door when we were leaving food also good

The food was Stone Cold and inedible. It was delivered by bicycle along with other deliveries en route (judging by the route taken and time spent in other areas according to the tracker). Refrigerated drinks were packed with hot food. Even the delivery man said to was too far to cycle. I think the outlet should either reduce their area or employ more suitable delivery options (car or motorcycle with hot box) for orders that are further or multi-drops.

Ordered 2 meals one came just fine the other meal came with no meat patty just a bun with ketchup and cheese what a joke useless staff!!!

I asked the driver where the drink from the meal was. He tells me he asked them and they said there was no drink in the order. I told him that makes no sense because it says on the receipt what was ordered. He argues at my front door telling me no drink was ordered. I show him what I ordered and what the receipt says. He keeps telling me he asked at burger king if this came with a drink and they said no. I believe he is lying. Why would he ask if there was a drink when his job is only to pick up and deliver. Also expected a tip.

Food cold. Beef being cold is a health hazard. Unacceptable. Won’t be using just eat again. Refund requested.

food was delivered very late and had been on a Scooter all over Wootton and East Hunsbury for almost an hour before being delivered.

Person delivering got lost and could not speak english, was not listening when I tried to give directions. Communication poor. No people skills at all.

not the restaurant fault, spoke to them and the courier had my order for over an hour, was cold when it arrived, didn't even apologise for the wait.

The burgers are good. I didn’t like that you need a code to go to the toilet.

All 3 of my whoppers were stone cold .

I ordered two double whoppers. One without pickle. Two whoppers came. Both had pickle and one had only one patty.

Burger was ice cold and not edible, Fries were good.

Staffs were very friendly and the food served was hot. I liked the way the staff and the manager cared about the customers and the overall dining experience with the music was very much ambient. The Female Manager was very polite and always smiled.

The food has arrived absolutely freezing was tracking the driver you can see I’m going round and round all over the place time Kept getting later and later I want a replacement or a refund immediately please

Service pooring. Manger female and a staff both girls unprofessional and rude. Laughing and messing about and laugh at customers. One wipe her face and nose without gloves or washing them after. Manger female thought it was funny .. typical outsides from this uk town. Won't be back.

Ordered and paid for double whopper with 9 onion rings, received single whopper and 4 chicken nuggets. Ordered whopper meal no tomatoes no pickles, received with pickles and tomatoes. Very disappointed.

My food was delivered to the wrong address, so I had to locate my food which by the time I did the food was stone cold, disappointed as I was looking forward to this food as I haven’t had it for a couple years.

Food was stone cold on arrival, driver clearly taking on to many deliveries at one time getting it warm would have been nice.

The wrong drink was added but they did follow the request to put the drink in its own bag.

Recived food what we can't eat, burgers was cold, that much mayo in the chicken royals they was uneatable. I think you should train your staff how to make a burger!

Ordered my food at 17:41 it said 35 - 50 min wait received my order at 19:43, COLD..!!! Contacted BurgerKing not helpful at all.. I want a full or part refund please..

I have never seen such a small burger in my life. I ordered a double. The bacon was measly and mainly fat. The chips were cold. I haven't eaten at Burger King for along time and if this is their quality now I am unlikely to do so again. I am sorry to have to send this complaint but it is really disappointing.

Delivery took 45 minutes more than the estimate. Food started to be prepared over an hour later after it was paid for. When food finally arrived, it was barely warm.

My original delivery time was 19.15-19.30 food arrived at 20.35 that is over 2 hours after I had ordered! If delivery was going to be that long I would have ordered from somewhere else! Delivery driver was great only good thing about order

Yesterday I went to Burger King in the evening time, staffs were very friendly, burger was served hot and manager Akhil was very pleasing. I will come back again.

I had very nice experience ordering the food in the burger king. The front counter staff Shabab explained to me about all the allergens and very friendly.

Costumer service is nighmere, never go in this store, menager ackill is not doing the job, keep waiting drivers, and costumers, very rude, avoid this place!!! Very bad experience

I when in to this place to day for lunch the food was ok. But when I was eating my food a women who work at Burger King was complaining to a uber eats driver because he left he bike near the front door. This not what I want when eating food.

The steakhouse chicken whatever the heck it was is vile absolutely vile smells tastes vile took one bite and it went in the bin will stick to my bdcb or whopper but that should be taken off the menu and burn the recipe never to use again it’s offensive to my nose and taste bud, other than that the rest was good but would love the old fries to come back they were the best.
