Chicken was extremely salted barely eatable, and Chicken was over cooked. This was a very disappointing experience.

My order arrived 3 hours late despite me calling the restaurant twice to be told the delay was with the delivery driver .. the driver claims he collected the order with 5 minutes of the order being progressed to ready . 3 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an order ..

We love their lamb biryani, lamb karahi, chicken karahi, Nehari, haleem and non veg samosa. Veg options like saag, Chana masala, samosa are also great. Naan is yummy but they need work on roti which is too thick and remains undercooked sometimes. Samosa chaat is also delicious but I have tell beforehand that I don’t want too spicy. Overall delicious food, must try highly recommended :)

Ordered from Just Eat. It took 2 and a half hours. The restaurant kept lying and telling us it’s on it way and it’s near us. There was no apology. The service is the worst in Northampton. DO NOT USE THEM!

Had Indian (Well Pakistani actually) food which was ok. They do grilled meats that we didn't have but which looked awesome. Would go back but only for the grilled meats.

Poorly cooked meat disappointed

Food was rather poor compared to my 1st time last week. They never read any of my order instructions which was very disappointing. The chicken wings were more like frog legs, hardly any chicken on them. Don’t like kofte they still sent it,was rubbish

Food was beautiful..apart from the chicken madras. Was more like a Phall it was way too spicy and didn’t taste very nice either. Mixed grill, mushrooms, bread - that was all perfect & so tasty.

Amazing and Exquisite! 100% Flavoursome ... The Lamb Biriani is filling enough for 1 person..or for 2 with a starter. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and all was piping hot and fresh. This was our 1st time ordering..it won't be our last. Compliments to the chef and delivery driver. Thank you.

Food is so good. Shame the chips are not available on just eat but curry is the best. Have been eating from here for years it’s our families favourite take away.

Very bad service Very bad food Very bad staff Last night I went to this restaurant, I ordered food, which was very dirty, and they charged full money, and their staff was also rude.

The food and service used to be excellent, but that's no longer the case. The dishes now either have too much spice, are overly salty, or come out dry. Our starters were delayed and ended up being served alongside the main course. The breads were also salty and dry. We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks. The meal left us extremely thirsty, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Sometime when you are not finding any asian food you can try but not recommended

We went to the shop in the evening and had a terrible experience both in service and food. The lady who served the food has a very bad attitude. And had to wait more than 40 minutes just to get the food we ordered, which was burnt like charcoal. First and foremost they need to improve their service.Truly disappointed!

I order regular and the food is usually spot on . I order samosa chaat and found a meat samosa in my samosa chaat which tastes awful it should have been a veg samosa and if there weren’t any they should have simply let me know instead of substituting with meat .

The lamb karahi is 17quid if for a tiny takeaway box. Honestly thought it would be a larger one. As if. Ripped off!! Should be at least 7 to 8 quid

I was on my lunch break, and ordered lamb biryani very spicy. 10 mins later the food arrived. I thought to myself its super fast. But the second she put the plate down to serve me. I could smell that the food was not fresh and was smelling off. And the texture seems spoiled. . I'm very disappointed it's shameful to serve ur customers spoiled food .

Yesterday I went to this restaurant to have our dinner with my family. Food was OK but we ordered the big 7up bottle with the dinner. When i checked the bottle it was expired for last 2 months. I wanted to talk about this with the owner of the store when he came to me he said throw the bottle away, i gave you a new bottle, pay the bill and leave the store... I was shocked with his rude behaviour...When I was try to record the situation he ask my sister to go outside and he will sort it out as men to men, my sister rejected to go out, he put the shutter down of the store and threatened us to do whatever we can... My lil brother who's only 7 was very scared and crying but he said i don't care... He called other guys to come in the store and he came into my personal space and pushed me twice and starts swearing in front of the kids and ladies. In my defence i call to the police... Police came and sort the situation... Staff was rude and i got assaulted by the owner of this store just because i was telling him that you are selling expired things... They threaten us by saying he doesn't care.

My son got assaulted by the owner of the store. My lil 16 years girl and 7 years old boy went with my old son who's 18 got stuck in the store and the owner of the store close the shutter while my kids were inside and he was threatening them. They are very upset and mentally disturbed from 2 days. My old son caught them to selling expired 7up. And the owner pretends like nothing happen. After when they try to record. they got assaulted. Police help them to come out from the store after 2 hours. Very disappointed.🥺😔

I ordered chicken Karahi and see what I got !!!! Un fresh, re- cooked chicken in tasteless spices and sauce. I could see water in karahi. Even the person cooked doesn’t know how to cook. I visited after long time and got very very disappointed!!!

I guess with the new updated look the food is gone down the drain . The special biryani no longer special , the grilled food dry and rubbery . Northampton desperately needs another place for pakistani food, as kebabish is no longer filling the gap , over priced and too much attitude .

The food was very tasty . The chefs were very polite and have understood our spice levels and requirements. But the only thing, I didn't like is the service. There's a lady (wearing hijab) who was training the new starter . She was very rude from the start yill yhe end and in one conversation,she started shouting on the new starter infront of the customers and was bullying her and ordering her to do things, which wasn't a good gesture. She wasn't polite to me as well at the time of paying the bill.

Ive been coming for work to Northampton 5 or 6 times over the last couple of months. Consistently good food and good service. Only tried the curry dishes. Very nice.

Waited really long for food. Order chicken wings, sheeh kabab and nihari. First arrived wings which doesn't look freshly cooked then comes nihari which was cold & salty when asked they took it back to reheat and last served was kabab, overall not enjoyed.

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and tried their highly praised stir fry mix kebab with chips and grilled chicken. Both dishes were terrible. The grilled chicken was burnt to a crisp, and the mutton pieces in the kebab were awful. Additionally, the chips I ordered with the kebab were missing when I opened the box. I will never go to this restaurant again and cannot recommend it.

I use to visit this restaurant at least once a week during my university days I’ve visited here on my graduation day and as usual i had great experience with them Quality food with affordable prices Definitely I’ll visit again on my next visit 🤩

depressing food! i asked for my mixed grill to be medium and juicy… it was burnt to a crisp with more flavour from a vegan box!! curry’s had more oil in them than BP west bound on the M1!! sweet naan bread was not sweet and probably not even naan bread! felt like we were cheated as it costs us over £65!! they have tried to do a face lift inside the resturant, but it’s a total medical nightmare experience for food.. 3.9 on reviews is still 3.8 higher than they deserve! we have to stop going to these restaurants so they make changes to improve their food

had ordered a vegetarian item which the restaurant forgot to put in the delivery. could not eat anything as that was the only item I could eat on calling them the woman suggested if I could come collect it or whenever I came town I can have it if I had to do that I would have not ordered it online to receive food at my place very unprofessional response service stars were for delivery guy since he was here efficiently in time

Went here after an evening on the town. Located next to the bus station, I've seen this place for years but never ventured inside. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and the server was very friendly and helpful directing us to the meat platters. There was plenty of food and it was good value for money in my opinion. Would go back there again.

Food was so oily and bland, ordered prawn madras and there was no spice in it at all. Naan was hard and buttered with ghee not soft and fluffy, unless they served us naan which was left out, didn’t taste fresh. Waitress kept forgetting what we ordered and we had to confirm 3 times about the naans, although now we wished we didn’t. Only saving grace was baby chicken and decor. Place looks good on outside from refurb but seems they lost their cooking skills in the process. Gave me a stomach ache during night prayers.

pathetic service and not properly cooked food and red flags for cleanliness

I have been visiting them for a number of years. At some point, this was my daily dinner place. Great food and friendly atmosphere.

We had food from Al Fairoz yesterday and had a very bad experience. The four of us had dinner there, and all of us got food poisoning. We noticed some red flags regarding the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant when the plates were served to us; one of the plates was unwashed and had food remains on it. They changed the plates when we pointed this out. I am attaching a photo for reference. Avoid this restaurant if you have concerns about your health.

The restaurant staff members read very well my suggestions that I have written on Justeat for the food and drink, Iam thankful. I received my correct order and extra salad as the staff must have remembered my previous preferences with the burger. Many thanks again :)

It's amazing place with a lot of Asian food especially from Pakistan the workers are easily to communicate and most importantly all get fresh food because they make all the food fresh from back to front

I was visiting some friends in Northampton, so we went here for a meal. The food is decent but there’s improvements which can be made. We opted for the mixed grill. The doner kebab had the right it salt-to-fat ratio but some of the other items could’ve been improved. The chicken / lamb tikka was good but abit on the overcooked side. Grilled chicken was nice but it could’ve been marinated better. Decor and overall ambience was nice. The service was excellent and the lady that served us was attentive to our needs. Overall, a decent restaurant which could be even better if they improve/tweak some of their food recipes.

.well went back yesterday 17.10.23 at noon very disappointing food was old not fresh, when we walked in there was a distinct smell of gone off meat but we were told it was the fish tank that should have been a warning and we should of left but because we had a good time last time we stayed what a massive mistake service was bad food gave us an upset tummy will not be back sad as was a good place standard's have dropped.
