Golden Fry in Northampton

Very nice pizza 🍕 been ordering for years and can never complain

I waited for my ordered food for about 15-20 minutes. You had to stand all this time, because there were dirty dishes on the empty table and the table itself was also dirty. We ordered fries with cheese. Shashlik. Upon receiving the order, only shishlik was given, the fri was forgotten. When I said that, they put French fries in a dish and simply put cold cheese on top. Although the cheese should have been melted on the fries. Very unpalatable. The meat was oversalted. I was there for the first and last time.

I recently did a takeaway from Golden Fry in Northampton, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and efficient, and despite a steady flow of customers, my order was ready in no time. The portions were generous, and the food was still hot and fresh by the time I got home. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction.

Promised me free meal as COMPLETLY messed up order.....kids didn't eat their food as was wrong....no chips ( which we supposed to share!) Ruined the night. 2 kids have adhd ... phoned tonight to claim... this place is rubbish!!!!!!

This shop is the best the people inside are the best also I got free chips with one of my meals I order regularly I don’t get how people hate when u check there history they hate on every shop but trust me this shop is banging order everyday and will continue to do so really enjoy thanks so much golden fry 💙🔥

Always good food and service on this occasion took two hours for delivery

Ordered the large triple kebab and pri chips. Food came Stone cold and the nan/pita bread was over cooked so much it snapped into a hundred pieces. I called to speak with the guy who took my order and he claims he cooked everything fresh. I told him stop the lies as nothing was fresh at all. The food went in the bin and me and a staff member are down £20. Thank you for trying to gives us your stale food and ripping us off.

Been ere a couple times. Staff are nice n food is some of the best. Quick service as well. Your never waiting longer then 15 mins for a order even when they are busy

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t order from here! Rubbish place with rubbish customer service and rude workers, that’s why they only have 3 stars. I ordered kebab WITH SALAD, the food arrived there was no salad. I called the place & the boy on the phone told me he forgot to inform there was no salad before proceeding with the order. then he went on to lie saying he called but I didn’t pick up. Now he’s claiming I wanted free food when that’s not the case at all, I just wanted to get my order that I asked for. Very rude workers and the food looked disgusting anyways.

Updated review*** Them fries are good now and I like the chicken kebab! Always they bring what they want for example ask for coke bring you pepsi or ask for some extra, they charge you but no extras, u phone them always we sorry, next time, will not be a next time... poor service customer

The most horrendous food poisoning for both of us that ate the food delivered to us from Golden Fry. Despite calling and explaining what had happened and how ill we were, Golden Fry were not interested. Has now been reported to environmental Health.

I do not recommend it, yesterday I ordered fish with extra ingredients, I remained hungry because the order never arrived. Thanks

ordered from just eats they only gave me 2 chips, which is absolutely appalling, and the workers seem to not like their job and are lazy.

We've ordered from here a few times lately via just eat and the food has always been good! We've tried the fish and chips, pizzas, shwarma and doner wraps and so far so good. Keep it up!

My friend tried to order and they started cussing him out and being so disrespectful

Not sure if this is under new management,used to be great,but last two orders were wrong and they were reluctant to put right. Childs food missing last time ,got told theyd bring it next time we ordered which is not acceptable. Today theyd obviously dropped the bag,causing a can of drink to burst and spray everywhere. Not bothering again.

Ordered for the first time. Lasagne - pizza sauce and no flavour 1/10 Cheese burger 5/10 Fish.2/10 Chips 2/10 Jalapeno peppers 7/10 Chicken.wings 6/10 Had one spoon of lasagne and every burp all night made me feel sick. I hate giving bad reviews but this one deserved it

One of the best restaurants in area i will strongly recommend everyone in the area to go and test the food they are serving very friendly and nicely and we should support our local small businesses.

Ordered a burger meal, wrap, battered sausage and hot wings. I have woken up this morning and was sick 3-4 times it was all what me and my partner ate last night he is also very ill , it comes to no surprise I will not order from here again and will be telling everyone in this area how appalling the food was. VERY disappointed!

Ordered online for delivery arrived in reasonable time, was hot and nice. Ordered chips, pizza and kebab. One portion of chips seemed a bit dry but other than that 10/10 would definitely recommend. Great value.

Complete waste of time and money as they will simply cancel your order if it doesn't suit them. Spent half an hour working out what's best for us as a family on a limited budget for a rare treat. Cancelled by Golden Fry immediately as clearly not a desirable enough order for them.

NEVER GO HERE! they are ridiculous the large chips had 30 chips in the box we literally counted them and the battered are rock solid me and partner sword fight with them after neither of us could bite into to them. we rang up and got told they are ment to be like that. there even black stuff in the curry sauce!!! wouldn't even give them a one star.

I think this maybe the best take away in Northampton. Price, quality, service, never disappointing in 2 years.

I ordered fish and chips and when they arrived they were cold and half cooked, when I called up the boy on the phone was extremely rude and told me "they are not cold we changed the oil today" while i was looking at my cold chips. I order from here all the time but now never again. Shameful service

I can not find anything negative to say ordered a kebab wrap meal, Doner burger meal ,large mixed doner and cod and chip was spot on meet wasn't greasy and the cod was larger than expected and batter was very nice 1st time used and knocked spots of others I have used . Will be ordering from Golden Fry again ..Thank you keep up the good work

Terrible i had the chips taste like burnt bread that has been cut to pieces. The wings were moist and and salty. Overall its terrible dont come here again im telling you go to kfc

The food was amazing!! Anyone who likes chicken has to try this place. The chicken was delicious and not frozen, the colslow was homemade and the hips too. Totally worth it x

Today I have been to Golden Fry Northampton What a great ambiance. It was an absolute It is one of the best places in Northampton to have pizza it has a variety of selections which, is amazing. The Staff was very caring and friendly. Owner was very welcoming and payd close attention to our preferences. Ordered a fried chicken meal deal. Terrible is all i can say. Soggy chicken pieces, oily bulky chips. Yes, the soda was nice. £5 in bin.

Chips have no taste , I ordered cheeseburger with mayo and tomato but had cheeseburger with mayo and cucumber , that was disgusting

Ordered a hot dog meal with a dr pepper and I recieved a very poor quality hot dog, no chips and a coca cola. Would not recommend!

We always use Golden Fry. I live opposite and the new owners have revamped it making it look amazing and the food is really great too. They are always friendly and welcoming when we go in.
