Amazing loaded fries, could not fault the meal for one at all

Stopped in late on saturday night, early hours of sunday morning. Had a load of chicken wings with friends, we sat inside and ate them, loads of meaty wings, good service and very clean

Ordered a meal for £20 it was so bad, and terrible.

Gave this place a go last night flyer a flying visit to Dj in the city, both mine and mr other half’s burgers we’re bang on as we’re the jalapeño bites.thank you will deffo come again if I’m in town 😊

The food was half an hour late and had gone cold, nothing to indicate which burger was which despite them looking exactly the same.

I can’t even review the food as I never even got it. Order through Uber eats, and the driver apparently could not find the address? It is a new build, but the other drivers on past orders had no problem with it, and he was refusing to deliver and then I just see the delivery got “completed” throughout all this i was calling the restaurant to let them know what was going on, but the guy on the phone kept saying no order, I’m telling him the name he keeps saying a different name, for some reason Uber eats was not showing the order number, but when the driver “completed”’the order apparently, I saw the order number and called them and the guy in the restaurant can see the order now and says the driver delivered it. Uber is useless as they saying can’t refund as the driver waited for us to contact him, which we did, but he wasted 6 mins complaining when he could have drove to us, restaurant can’t help as they chose not to listen or even help you. So I got charged for food which I never got. I would give this 0 star but doesn't give an option. AVOID

Ordered two burgers and fries, with chicken bites on the side. Only one burger arrived after waiting over an hour for delivery. Both the burger and the fries were stone cold. Called to inform them that the order was missing a burger; they said we could have money off on the next order. We insisted on the missing burger being sent out again, which we were told would take thirty minutes. It took another hour, and again, everything was stone cold. Additionally, the cheese burger had chilli sauce in it, which I did not order. Everything ended up in the bin.

The service was perfect as was the food. The environment was live

There is no way to confirm, if it's Halal or Not. This is a serious matter and they should advertise it properly.

I have ordered through Deliveroo. Food is delicious, a lot of options. I mostly enjoyed burger meal deal. Price is average and not too expensive. I would eat here again!👍

Nice ambiance and good customer service

Be careful SCAMMERS ordered from just eat and they fail to deliver to you. They lie on the phone saying that the driver waited outside of my house when there were no cars. No knock or phone call as requested without knocking. Very dodgy people. Go to Yumas instead which is way better than daddyz burger.

I harassed the lovely man at the counter last night even though they were closing until he gave in and serviced me some of the best chicken loaded fries I’ve had in a while! And they threw in a free drink x Great guys great food those & chips saved me from a nasty hangover x

Friday night just after 2am on me own after a good few beers! What do I need, a double patty cheeseburger and seasoned fries for £7.50p! Absolutely lovely juicy burger, polite guys in their … why you would choose Millennium down the road (cheap burgers) over this is beyond me 🤷🏻‍♂️🥳

Extremely bad customer service. The order was incomplete and when I contacted them regarding this they tried to blame me. Don’t order from here. This new management is rubbish.

The customer service here is disgusting and they do not care at all about the customer. They missed out items in my order and there was drug dealing going on outside. The new management is not good for Northampton. Please do not order from here.

We ordered directly from in the restaurant as we don't like paying so much extra for delivery fees and what not. Initially we were quite skeptical when seeing the restaurant as the decor was disjointed and just seemed, for lack of a better word, off. However, when we got home...My god I don't think Iver ever had such an amazing burger or wings! We ordered the chicken plater with the sticky teriyaki wings, onion rings, and the big fat daddyz burger. The wings were cooked amazing and COATED in sauce. The onion rings cooked to PERFECTION and the burger...I can only compare to the quality of 5 guys for a better price. This was honest one of the best take outs my partner and I have had in northampton! Don't let appearances deceive you, this is an amazing place! 😊

When they were first opening, the guy said they are just waiting on the hmc certificate.. That was a year ago 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Never had a problem when this place was on Justeat. Really good burgers. However, now I know the reason Justeat took them off, too much money being lost from Justeat paying off their "mistakes". Daddy'z take off with your money and use a mobile number for their contact so they never answer. A few other reviews also say this so they are continually breaching the Goods and Services Act and the Consumer Rights Act by not giving us our products we've paid for. How this business is allowed to do this is beyond me and everyone needs to report them to the local Trading Standards Institute to get this place SHUT DOWN. Bunch of scammers.

The best burger. However ordered 6 weeks ago, no food arrived. Couldn’t contact anyone no one answers the number. Thought I’d give it another try on Saturday, because I accept that mistakes can be made. No food arrived! Second time running. Can not contact anyone, money been taken from my account. Called, emailed, Facebook messenger, no answer at all.

Food was missing from the order, tried to call the shop, they didn’t answer the phone. Wrap was awful, burgers basic, better off getting a McDonald’s!

Burger was missing extras which I had paid for at the till! As I was only customer in the shop ordering for takeout I would think you would add what I paid for clearly heard the lady repeat it to the guy in the kitchen as I had picked extras which are advertised on your menu so do not see the problem. I really would had let it go if your had not thrown in tiny soggy bits of brown lettuce do not think i would have to check such a simple thing before I left the shop. Fries were nice. Good customer service from the lady at the till but I did not get what I had paid for and i heard her repeat my extra requests in the kitchen. first and last visit as I was staying at the hotel next door. Shame really

Wonderfully polite staff. Outstanding food. Called these guys after searching "burger Northampton" online. I explained over the phone what I wanted, and the owner suggested a few things to try including a big old burger. Loaded fries were among the best I've ever had, very tasty and perfectly cheesy. Buffalo wings made my evening too. Highly recommended 👌 thanks a lot. Definitely going back

The food is nice but I didn't get everything that was ordered. I contacted them but they didn't refund the missing food. Shame they rip off their customers.

The food we had was indeed very good, tasty burgers and great fries, but the order was delivered with a bag of fries and a drink missing. When I called the restaurant they said I'd get a free bag of fries on the next order. I'm not sure that's really good enough.

My absolute favourite burger place, I'd say in Northampton, but really it's all over - better than five guys, and that says a lot! Thank you for your delicious food, don't go anywhere!

Ordered food at 19:15 on just eat, was on its way at 20:10 which is fine didn't arrive until 21:00 food was extremely cold and the wrap was soggy also didn't come with correct drink. What a waste of money food was awful, not sure who was at fault here the restaurant or just eat!!!

Order was missing a whole burger. Got the refund from UberEats, but it doesn't change that I waited 50min and am still starving.

I messed up the order and didn't realise. Call them to complain and they were nice to explain what went wrong. I apologised and went back to get things that I thought I ordered but didn't. Paid for the rest and was bappy with the food Only downside is that I had to wait quite some time until my order was finished, twice that night.

Good food if you out late on the weekend

Tried daddy’s burger for the second time. One of the best burger place in Northampton. Delicious, juicy and very decent staff. Highly recommended for the burger’s lovers. Keep the hard work up guys 👍🏻

The best tasting and the best quality burgers I've had in Northampton! I've collected from here a few times and it's been absolutely bang on 👌. The staff are super friendly too - keep up the good work!

I had the Jerk burger and it was absolutely amazing. If you like heat, I would recommend this. It is filling though so I would have this on an empty stomach. Hats off to the chef. Only negative is, it was a 15 mins wait but it was worth it.

More than 3 dieleveries so far and always in time with good quality... My favourite is the jerk burger.

Excellent customer service. Had the chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. It was absolutely delicious. I also had the homemade cheesecake. It was really tasty and l could have easily eaten another 3. Highly recommend it.
