The best restaurants in Abington Northampton East Midlands

We recently visited the Stuffed Olive and had the most amazing food. The wine was also delicious and the service was excellent. Can't wait to return!

Always good portion sizes and consistent quality food.

We have ordered twice now and both times something has been missing, this time they refused to bring it until the shop had closed, won’t be going back again, fed up of food missing that we have paid for.

Like many people, I've never tried Romanian food, so I had no idea what to expect when I came to Transylvania. But everything was great, and the service was exemplary, with complimentary Romanian liqueurs offered throughout!

Visited as a group of 6 on a Saturday night. 5 out of 6 meals weren’t great, 3 were so bad they got taken off the meal, including very underdone steaks, a burger which was raw in the middle, and a salad swimming in water/liquid (not the dressing as that was on the side) Service was a little slow and for the quality & size of the cocktails they were quite expensive. We won’t be returning. Funnily enough when we were in another bar later in the evening we overheard someone else saying their food at Matrix was bad and they also got meals taken off the bill

Food was cold and missing items

My daughter, granddaughter and I visited the conservative club with a few friends yesterday.we went for a quiet drink after attending a funeral. We were made to feel so welcome by all the staff.nothing was too much trouble.at short notice they rustled up an amazing small buffet and also laid on a few glasses so we could raise a toast to our friend. All staff were so friendly and helpful.we left after having to ask how we join the club.overall they made a sad day into a lovely experience.definately will be going again. Oh ,I failed to mention, everywhere was clean as well

This is a great pub, good location in a residential area, lovely park nearby. Staff were amazing. Good food: had the all day breakfast

Ordered some won tons and special chow mein vermicilli. While the food came very quickly, it was greasy and horrible. Wouldn't buy here again.

Chicken and fries here are as to be expected and are nothing special however they are affordable and their garlic sauce is marvellous.

The food is highly overpriced here and so are the drinks. I have to admit that some of the food is well made and presentation can not be faulted. But is load noisy. Full of dog walkers and what annoys me more than anything is there isn't any competition in the park. I feel that for a business to be as good as it can be there needs to be competition. The ice cream truck has now started selling coffee... 😅 Today i went over to get coffee seeing the price I walked away. I brought a picnic and the kids got ice-cream for dessert at the ice cream van.
