The best restaurants in North East Derbyshire East Midlands

Been there a few times always messed up something. Just ordered and there was a missing item and I rang them up just to tell me that I have to go there and pick up the food !!!

Picked a tandoori chicken pizza up 40 mins ago , very little chicken on it , stone cold pizza never use them again

I called off for a takeaway soya latte and was astonished at what I was charged. £4.20 is more than I've ever been charged for a coffee. I think £3.70 is more than enough to pay for a latte without an extra 50p for a dairy free option. I won't be going here again for my coffee.

Thursday must be chefs night off , Not normal quality, bland

Have recently become a regular customer of here, ordering at least once a month this year. Highly recommend returning/ordering several times and trying multiple of their varied menu items to find your own favorite as they're quite differing in taste. In my most recent order as of writing this review, I tried the Sri Lankan crab curry which was particularly tasty! - I've yet to have anything I dislike, I also recommend the APNA style dishes too! Always great door service when being delivered, polite and kind every time I've ordered.

Use to be great but last order I had was 2 hours late got messed around will not be using again

Absolutely lovely place great food always arrives hot and the driver is so polite i will always go here as i say its the best ive had in years compared to anywhere else

Clean, and tidy, including the floors! The staff always have time to say hello, ask how you are even though they're always busy! A decent range of quick snacks, drinks and meals at fair prices! I'll admit I usually drop in for a cuppa when I'm around, and notice many other familiar faces doing the same! Whether just having a quick cuppa or more, it's always worth popping in for 10 relaxing minutes.

Usually very good...but....went today when they opened at tea time...chips and pie...pie was luke warm and the chips must have been cooked at lunchtime.... very poor....don't go when just opened at tea time....

Pre Ordered on just eat at 4-45 to be delivered at 8. Restaurant not answering phones. Had message to say delivery man on his way at 8.52 an hour later not here so at 9.35 I drove to fetch it got there. There were people in the restaurant saying they were waiting and another lady ordered for 7-45 she was there waiting. The staff were stood about talking and eating in the kitchen. They weren’t busy at all. The driver had arrived at my home whilst we were there. Got home which is only 7 minutes away the food was dreadful. Bhajis were cold and rubbery the naans were hard and cold. The order wasn’t even complete, 1 curry missing. Will never use again and will never recommend. *** Don’t waste your money or time here ***

After being out all day, I decided to buy a large potion of chips, rather than cook a meal. I waited 15 minutes. The shop was busy, and I know they have to be cooked, so I patiently waited my turn. When I got home and unwrapped the chips, they were very undercooked. They were still the same colour as raw potatoes and were not edible.

£2.50 for a popadom and £6.10 for a medium glass of house red wine. How can they justify total rip off, this is Wall Heath not Birmingham!!!!

PIZZARELLA IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I have tried multiple times to edit the opening hours to reflect this temporary change but Google repeatedly is not approving it .

Very slow in getting served, quite a queue and only one serving taking the orders and making the drinks. Because of the time getting served, we changed our minds whilst in the queue and instead of a dinner decided on a sausage roll with a bowl of chips. The person serving was stroppy. It looked as though we were getting our sausage rolls and cups of tea straight away with the chips coming later! I asked if the sausage rolls could be served at the same time as the chips, otherwise what's the point! She wasn't pleased with that. Anyway, managed to get everything at the same time in the end. Gave her my drinks loyalty card and I was criticised for not having an expiry date on it. She told me to make sure next time I had a card for the staff to put a date on it, surely that's their job not the customers? She put a date on it then when I got to our table I realised she hadn't crossed off the two drinks I had just purchased. She tutted when I asked her to add them onto the card. No teaspoons given us and the rest of the cutlery was dirty. If I hadn't been so tired and hungry I'd have gone elsewhere. Needless to say I shan't be in a rush to return here.
