Ordered burger/chips and chicken breast fillets during break from work. Not only did it take them nearly half an hour making us late back to work but they got half the order wrong but the burger tasted strange and I was sick a few hours later. Avoid this place!

Ordered food with the boys at 10:30 for mid night dinner break, said it was on the way and said it arrived went out to pay and nothing… no one insight at all… tried ringing them several times ignored the phone and we’ve gone without food, we will never be spending any money here since we’ve ordered here numerous times absolute joke 😭

I ordered food last night before they closed and then it closed after taking my money and saying it was preparing my food and THEN they delivered it the next day (today) nearly 24 hours late , I’m am outraged , my partner told the man who delivered it how we obviously did want the food anymore we wanted our money back and he just looked at him confused, I’m outraged, and I want a refund but i obviously won’t get one because they didn’t seem bothered when they delivered it a day later , and to add to it the food was freezing and it was missing my sauce , I will NEVER be ordering from this place again

Ordered for collection, it was 1 minutes later than said. Didn't speak to us when we got there. The chicken is disgusting would never order here again, too expensive for what it is. Can't eat it

Ordered several times from them given time when food should have been delivered always turned up to nearly 30 minutes late and cold although I live less than a mile away. Ordered last night again had to ring them to see were it was they claimed they had not received the order but had taken money from my bank for it. The next hour after several phone calls was told that they would do my order straight away i told them i no longer wanted it and to refund my money.Then was told it could take up to 4 days for my money to go back into my account will never use them again and warn everyone else to be careful when ordering from them very quick to take your money then claim to have not received your order.

Absolutely appalling service. Just under a 3 hr wait for delivery. Rung the store multiple times, finally picked up the phone to get a response of “we’re busy delivery will be with you when it arrives” to then not answer the phone after that. Absolutely disgusting food comes cold and soggy. Delivery driver just apologised which is unacceptable for a 3hr wait and poor delivery service. This place needs closing absolutely disgusting. Staff need to learn how to respect customers and just advise that they are busy and they will get the order to the customer asap and be well mannered but unfortunately that’s not what I received on the phone tonight. Will be getting a full refund for the order I made today.

Ordered chillie burger and fries the burger bun was soggy and hardly any chillie con carne on burger also ordered doner kebab and fries fries and kebab so salty unable to eat it didn't get pita bread or sauce I asked for either would never order from here again first and absolutely last time

Just Ordered 2 donner wraps and a Large cheesey fries - although the food came quick the donna meat was cold and I got a small fries with NO cheese and iv just looked on the menu flyer and worked out how much it should of cost-about 18£ roughly but they charged 26£.... So got ripped off for cold food and I NOT be ordering from there again 💯 avoid at all costs

Ordered from here at 8pm. Nothing had turned up by 9:30. I called the store and was told it would be 10 minutes. An hour later still nothing and the store wouldn't answer the phone. Never received my order

The food is absolutely delicious and great customer service. Just been to have an order however, when I went to go take a bite and found this piece of sharp blue plastic in my food. I could’ve choked on this and imagine if it was a kid eating it instead. They should be more careful when handling food.

absolutely shocking food, was cooked 1.30 prior but still sent out for delivery and the sauce and salad was missing, no help when i phoned up. total waste of £13.40 for an inedible wrap and small chips AND i had to pay the driver an extra £2....AVOID!

Just had pizzarella for first time. Was put off by the low rating but it was lovely better than other local places. Deffently will be returning.

Absolutely disgusting! Haven’t ordered from here in over a year. Firstly they were 40 minutes late. When the food turned up the chips looked burnt but was soggy and cold the pizza was so tasteless and the chicken kababs where just plain chicken no flavour in a chewy wrap and then the salad well that looked like it was a week old not fresh at all!! Won’t be ordering from here again! Would definitely not recommend

Absolutely shocking. I've avoided this place for the most part of 10 years and my boyfriend made the mistake of thinking it might have got better. Shocking service and a rude owner. Rather than a refund, he's asked me to prove I haven't eaten the food, which I have and now he's harassing me on WhatsApp. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting. The whole order (2 pizza & chips) was soggy, as if the chips has been boiled not fried. I tried a piece of the pizza, which was really soggy and then I heard a huge crunch which sounded like it chipped my tooth. Have contacted the owner for a refund but apparently because I didn’t take a photo (how can you show sogginess on a photo?!) and I didn’t reply to his text message that same night (it was 00:17, I was asleep) there is nothing he can do. Don’t waste your money here. Have ordered before and was OK but will 100% not be returning and the appalling service and rude owner. Could have just refunded and moved on.

Ordered at 8pm online with a delivery time of 8.45 ( great ) come 9.15pm I had to call to see where the delivery was , only to be told it’s going to be another 30-60 mins late due to road works. Bear in mind the roads works they’re talking about are only there 7pm Friday night - 6am Monday Morning. It’s now Tuesday evening and all road works are cleared even after a manic road closure this afternoon due to a fire on the M1. When I mentioned I live here I know what the road is like I can see it out my window there were more excuses made. I had to re-ring the takeaway at 10pm , kids at home school tomorrow & all that malarkey I was told driver left 15mins ago ready to deliver to me. I live about a 6 min drive away. Fast forward the food finally arriving , order is wrong , one child ( autistic ) already knew he wasn’t eating the only thing he will eat. The food look like it had been sat a very long time waiting to be delivered. Sweaty kebabs just isn’t our thing, theres myself and two kids not eating them. Asked for no cheese on the bolognese due to dietary needs & lo and behold that’s another child not eating. So a family of 5 waited over 2 hours just not to eat. What a waste of 30 odd quid. The man on the phone seemed nice but in future maybe own up and don’t call customers fibbers when they know exactly there’s no traffic on this road. Please do better for your customers pizzarella !!

Ordered tonight after a leaflet dropped throught the door. delivered to wrong address first, half the order missing, kebab stone cold, looked awful, even our dogs turned their noses up at it. Dreadful quality. poor service. when remaining order arrived after 50min chips cold, reheated I think as also soggy & again driver went to the wrong address (again)! Give it a miss folk's.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would got to be the worst kebab ever just ordered a kebab chips to be delivered the delivery driver came with kebab only and was freezing cold so rang and person was rude and wen chips came they was cold the kebab ain't even proper kebab meat and was horrible and chips was out of a microwave so been warned people AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered food from here after getting a menu posted through the door. Very polite on the phone and the delivery driver was also very friendly. The food was fantastic, fresh garlic bread with cheese, and the value boxes were really tasty. Will be ordering again for sure 👌🏻

Ordered from here first time ever last night and it safe to say we will definitely NOT be coming here again. We ordered the family chicken box and I am pretty certain we had the left overs from the night before the chicken was horrendous very hard and dry, I wouldn't of gave it to my dog it was that bad. Only decent thing that came was the coleslaw which we all know comes from a tub anyway. Do not waste your money on this place.

Worst place you could get food from! Chips are soggy, chicken burgers are soggy, onion rings are soggy! Guy behind counter is a full on doughnut! Took food back to get a refund and had to argue to get my all money back. Place wants shutting down !

Very friendly staff kind caring and helpful delivery driver really kind and friendly he came to the door respected me and my property…. Very respectful as well and the food was so warm still really tasty fast delivery…. When I called to order my food the staff spoke with respect and didn’t rush me to quickly order my food over the phone they listened to what I needed and did the food prefect best take way shop I’ve ever had take away food from I will 100% recommend this take away and will be ordering again

Either under cooked or burnt, wrong order after wrong order same again tonight and now using cheap rancid cheese, used to be a brilliant takeaway gone down hill in a big way.

Waited 2 n a half hours for our food then rang in to see where it was to be told is was on the way (we live 3 mins away on google maps) 45 mins later called agen to be told our food was here which it obviously wasnt. Weve ordered from here many times but this time they really let us down and were going to bed hungry. No apology from the man on the phone but a refund was issued when we asked for one which i suppose is something. Very disappointed tonight.

Would of left no stars if I could. Ordered a chicken shish kebab but charged us for a lamb and chicken shish. £10 for 7 bits of chicken! Charged us delivery even though it says free delivery over £11. Pizza was like cardboard. When rang up to complain they wasn't interested and tried saying manager wasn't in the building. Won't be ordering from these again! Waste of £26 quid!! Hugely disappointed.

Easy enough ordering over the phone, lovely lad on other end, delivery driver was terrible, on his phone while exchanging food & money, took food in kitchen to plate up to realise he had given us the wrong order. Went back out to him, still on phone while I was sorting out getting the correct food off him. Maybe sort out more responsible drivers that pay attention, Food was brilliant. Lasagne was beautifully cooked & chips had a lovely seasoning on them that gave them extra flavour.

Ordered via the App at 10.51pm, they called us immediately to check the adderess and say they didn't have 1 of the items we ordered, then we got a message at 11.56pm saying food is on it's way. Had to call them at 12.23am to chase the order and she said we're really busy but it's on its way, 1.21am no show and not answering my calls so we've gone to bed. Shocking service but looking at the reviews probably a blessing as the food sounds poor. Anyway Night night sweet dreams of full bellys.

Ordered on line 20.50, said delivery in 45 mins. Nothing happened for an hour and half. Driver calls - can't find me. Bit late now as its 22.30 almost. Anyway tell him I am opposite the thatched cottage. Only 1 building in the village has thatched roof. 15 mins later takeaway calls. Apparently my fault they are massively late and can't find my house. I point out they have been delivering to my address for 10 years. Any way. No pizza and refusing a refund. Must be new owners and clearly can't run a pizza shop.

Never use to have issues with these but last order waited 2 hours for cold food. Give them the benefit of the doubt so ordered again. Prices are crazy for what you get now and staff are rude. Use to love this place but unfortunately lost our custom now.

Been ordering from this place for the last 5 or 6 years and the food was always really nice. Not sure if someone new as taken over but recently the pizzas have not been as good and the fries have changed, the last pizza I had was disgusting, won’t be ordering food from here again.

Don't be like me on your 1st order and get extras with your small mixed Kebab, it's huge! Delicious food at a fantastic value, really enjoyed it and we'll definitely order from here again.

Over 2 hours for food to arrive and when it did it was cold. Fries weren't cooked properly had to throw them away and cook our own. Rang them up several times and he was very rude over the phone. Couldn't do anything about it apparently. Never will I order from here again and I definitely would NOT recommend this place.

Ordered Mexican wraps last week, they came in a naan bread not a wrap, and it inedible due to how spicy it was, they are not using chillis they are using jalapeños and I picked a good jars worth out of my wrap. Tonight my husband ordered the Mexican calzone and he can tolerate a lot of spice, after 4/5 mouthfuls he also couldn’t eat it. Way too much heat in your chilli dishes, unfortunately due to this we won’t be ordering from here again! Very disappointed. CUT DOWN ON THE JALAPEÑOS

We've order from here for a few years now and the food had just gone down hill. From burger not being made corrected and pizza not being made properly. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be ordering from here anymore

My son's really like the pizzas. But my last order I had from there I spent over £16( it cost £27.50) and I noticed we had no free garlic bread. I noticed another box in the drivers bag but thought it was for someone else. So my advice is if you order over £16 make sure that you check that you get your free garlic bread. As the drivers might be keeping them.

Either soggy very pale fries and orders completely wrong.. tonight fries was disgusting dark brown and obviously reheated a few times.. can of pop missing... asked for southern fried chicken and got soggy chicken nuggets( not quite the same).... really disappointed not very appetising at all

I don't recognise the bad reviews. Had 3 kebabs from them now. Just googled them so I can order another. The staff all seem happy and polite and I love their kebabs. They are bang on.

What can I say. Disgusting. Ordered a Kebab from them with Garlic sauce and the salad was mouldy. I have just spoken to Just-eat.co.uk and they think it is disgusting.

What can I say, great food, very friendly and I must admit I think I get food from here a little to often but it tastes to good.

I placed a pre order on their website at 1640. It took payment and said delivery time 1730. It is now 1816 and no food arrived despite being told food was on its way 15 minutes ago. Great food awful delivery service. Last time I will be going here.

Friend ordered 1 pizza and was over an hour and half before it arrived, was cold so rejected at the door. Stale hard kebab meat, and that was at 530, imagine what it's like late at night! Worst kebab I've ever tasted, avoid if you can.

One of the best lamb donner kebabs found in Chesterfield, pizzas are cooked perfectly too, been going there over a year now.

If you enjoy a good pizza then Pizzarella is the place for you, really like them and a very good service from the staff.

Tried for the 1st time tonight & very disappointed. Food arrived over 30 minutes late even after calling to enquire about our order & when it arrived it was cold and burnt in places. We wont br ordering from here again!

Spent hundreds of pounds here since moving to the area. Twice this month had to phone up to ask about order to be told we haven't had your order come on the website. The food as gone down hill in the last few months had to leave the food as it was so bad. The chips we're so greasy and soggy. Also when you order they give u time it will arrive then it turns up 15 mins later not good when your trying to get sexy time with the wife. Not be ordering here again
