I Ordered 2 Chocolate Fudge Cheesecakes & 2 Marshmallows Waffles, It Tasted Great... Keep it Up Guys

Food was disgusting, not worth the money at all, food was cold , the waffles wasn’t cooked properly basically raw, the cheesecake we order was wrong so they haven’t check the order properly and the cookie dough was freezing cold.when we tried to ring was saying number not recognised, disgusting . If I could give 0 stars I really would . The place should be closed down!!

Actually a bit of a joke! Changes me almost double for my order, when I only ended up with 2 items out of 6!

If I could give a big fat 0 stars I would. Firstly was over 40 minutes late. Secondly crepe was freezing cold and tasted vile. Thirdly we ordered 3 scoops of gelato in various flavours. What we received was a small tub of vanilla ice cream with bits of chocolate in absolutely crap. Ordered from Just Eat who couldn't help me even though the number on the app for gelato twist is wrong. Shocking two very upset children who were having a treat.

Complete wrong order tried calling the place and all we got was the number not recognised Added up what we received and it was £5.00 less than our order

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. First of all the woman serving spoke to my boyfriend and I like we were idiots. Hygiene in the place was abysmal, literally just a quick rinse under the tap for a jug we have no idea how long it was stood there - ended up throwing away anyway as it tasted sour. She then proceeded to over charge us after we had worked out how much we owed and then gave the wrong change as well. At this point, we could not be bothered with the trouble it would take. I am amazed they are still in business, between the disgusting customer service and atrocious hygiene standards.

Terrible isn’t the word. Waited over an hour for my food (still never received it) called them 10+ times no response my boyfriend called multiple times no response. Treat for family kids and they’ve gone to bed disappointed because they couldn’t pick up the phone.

Ordered for delivery ordered a Nutella milkshakes didn’t taste like Nutella whatsoever and ordered a waffle sauce came warm and waffle was cold! Won’t be going again

Disgraceful service, disgraceful food, 100% do not recommend

Terrible ordered £33 of items, half of the order wasn't right when I rang to spoke to them, they said they didn't have my items in stock and nothing they could do, all the deserts with custard were freezing, absolutely rubbish will definitely not be using again

The delivery guy was rude and scared of my dog who was behind a baby gate , and made a big fuss and put my food on the bin , the popcorn was stale and soggy , cookie dough tasted dry and stale and the brownie was dry also .

Really poor - will definitely not be buying from here again. Rubbish brownie, soggy cornflake tart (that was not crunchy nut as requested) and the pastry was really bland and tasteless. My son had what was supposed to be a white chocolate cookie dough and it was milk chocolate with white choc chips and the most ridiculous portion about 3millimetres in the bottom of a tub. Really not good.

Absolutely shocking. The 2 young lads had no clue what they were doing. The crepe was hard and just didn't taste nice at all. Brownie was not up to scratch either. My partner wouldn't even try his jam roly Poly because of how disappointing the other 2 desserts were. Definitely will not be ordering from here again. Absolute waste of £13.

Ordered for delivery via the app. They called to say the items not in stock. No problem, said they would send a refund. Still not refund over a week later, and obviously not keeping the app up to date. Pretty sure I won’t see the over £25 I spent again. Bad customer service.

Did not enjoy either milkshake or cornflake tart milkshake had a funny taste like sour milk and the cornflake tart was heated in microwave so you can imagining like soggy cardboard wouldn't even give one star but had to

We ordered our food at 9pm. It arrived at 9.30 completely cold with the milkshake all over it. We called at about 9.40 asking for a new dessert. They said 10 minutes later that it was on the way. 1 hour later..... we called them again and they said it is about to set off. It arrived a few minutes later and it was horrible. The food tasted like cardboard. Would NOT recommend. But the driver was very nice - was very apologetic.

If I could score higher I would. 2nd time ordering tonight and the cookie dough is to die for, oh and let's not forget the luxury shakes and crepes. No chance of ever been without tasty desserts with this place just round the corner though not too good for the diet I'm meant to be on. Amazing. Best thing ever. Keep up the great work Gelato Twist. Thank you.

5th time ordering tonight. This is the 3rd time delivery has been late. No refunds ever given when complaints are made. Our order has been incorrect on 2 occassions. Produce is ok, but we've had better. Won't be using anymore 😕
