Absolutely lovely place great food always arrives hot and the driver is so polite i will always go here as i say its the best ive had in years compared to anywhere else

Paid over £2 extra for a chicken filler burger and got sent the big standard chicken burger.

Very rude! Don't understand why offer a service which takes other people's money to make your own living then be so rude like they are doing you a favour! I am guessing this place is so busy they don't care about taking extra customers on! I'll never go to this place again!!

The best Chicken Kebabs around, And I've eaten hundreds of different ones.

Ordered a 10 inch pizza and a 7 inch cheesy garlic bread and ended up with just 2 7 inch cheesy garlic breads.

the food came stone cold so rang the shop the person who answered said he don't know how the food was cold but he will get the food back out and the second time it can it was warm and the pizza looked like it was a old pizza but warmed up but the women who delivered was amazing so friendly but the service from the shop with food was shocking WE WILL NEVER BE ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN

Rang and ordered. Waited 2 and a half hours. Phoned back to see where it was and got told we live too far away and please don't order front them again! 😂 We only live ten minutes away!

OK let me just firstly the delivery lady is an absolute gem and should be treated like one. Secondly we tried kebabs and the meat and salad was fresh and cooked beautifully. Best kebab I've had in years. Also got a free garlic bread which again was fresh and hot and they gave me a free naan too. Definitely recommend 👌

Food is vile . Never ordered here before and won’t be ever again , kebab is undercooked. Burger was burnt chips burnt . Pizza isn’t all that either and for 26 quid id expect half decent

Great non-greasy pizzas. Kebabs also decent - there are 3 grades of kebab meat for me, poor quality, middling and then the high end stuff. This is middling. Most enjoyable. Super fast delivery service from a super friendly lady, always.

We always order our takeaway food now with Pizza Point, the food is delicious and good value for money. The delivery service is great. I would highly recommend Pizza Point Clay Cross.

Upon eating a from pizza from Pizza Point I had been told they are tasty, to my surprise it was the best pizza I have tried, it was hot and plenty of topping I will certainly eat there again, to all my friends reading this give it a go you will be well satisfied. 😉😀 one very happy customer

We used to order from here all time until we started getting told carnt deliver we run our own holiday business so all of them used to order as well the restaurant even phoned us asking why we not ordered so gave them a ring to night to be told carnt deliver again last time we will use them

Just had a pizza . Dona kebab and chips . It arrived on time the kebab was made lovely and it was still warn . The pizza was lovely too and the chips would recommend pizza point and love the food and will be ordering again

Order came wrong, given me an item that I am actually allergic to. Ordered via just eat so thought I would call up to try and get it sorted. The man was very rude over the phone, and did not even offer an apology saying these things happen. Disgusting service. Will never order here again!

After just witnessing their "lady" delivery driver enter the shop next door and Use Foul and offensive language to a customer when a 8-10 year old girl is present it tells me everything i want to know. And as a off duty Police officer i can assure you that this matter is not ended by along way.

Ordered on foodhub we are 4 miles away from this place for them to text me and try charging me a extra 3 pound on top of the 2 pound delivery as we are apparently too far away day light robbery at its finest update just had them ring me swearing down the phone at me for leave a bad review 😂😂😂😂😂

Ordered two cheese burgers both with lettuce no sauce. Thay came with no lettuce and this is not the first time they either 1 don't listen or 2 don't have the heart to say we ran out of lettuce.

Ordered from here stated that no jalapenos on my pizza and they still put it on and allergic to it so can't eat it when rang up all they said was pick it off The cans of pop were warm no cold

Delivery wasn’t bad, 30 mins or so, which does nothing to help explain why all food was room temperature, paid for extra cheese on pizza but obviously did not bother, chips did not have sauce on that I requested and enough cheese to cover three or four chips, had problems in past from here! Will never be ordering again! Would give 0 stars but will only post with 1.

Foods pretty good. But the service is abysmal. I called to say they sent me the wrong pizza and the guy who answered the phone was really rude. He even said "yeah, what do you want?!". Won't be ordering again, which is a shame because the curly fries are good.

Had our delivered on time but told by there driver ,not to order from here again ,very rudely, I asked why he just said it's not in our area anymore ,I live 8mins away from this place ,so I'll go elsewhere from now on ,to be honest lots of people say food is poor ,but service isnt much better

Worst takeaway me and my partner have had in a long time

After ordering at the weekend and using loyalty points on there website I got a phone call saying unless a payed extra they wouldn't deliver. If there not doing loyalty points why did it let me select it?. They have still taken the money out of my bank account even tho they never delivered the food. Also the past several orders there was always something missing of the order. And several excuses why this happened from people been I'll to your post code is same as some one elses in the next village. The place is a joke. Will be using there competition from now on

We've ordered regularly from here since moving in to the area a few years ago. Recently, our orders have been wrong 90% of the time. Items such as sides of fries have been missing, pizza toppings are rarely as stated on the menu and items missing from burgers. Several times the delivery has been late and the food cold and inedible. We keep giving the benefit of the doubt as when right the food is nice. Tonight we ordered and on payment it prompted us to redeem loyalty points. We had a phone call 10 mins later saying, where the person on the phone was quite rude to my husband demanding the money e had been discounted on delivery. We paid on card and have no cash on us. We cancelled the order and asked for a refund to be told he can't do that and that it has to be done through the third party payment section on the website. This is closed so we are left out of pocket and trying to find somewhere else to order from at 8pm on a Sunday. The level of customer service is disgusting. We booked direct through the Pizza Point website not an external site. On the site it does state that they are nonlongerbifdering loyalty points but that there are 30 days to redeem. Surely this should be honoured? We definitely will not be using again.

Fast delivery but food really bad. Greasy, you can fell old oil...very old oil. Very weird smell. Just dont

We ordered our food at 8pm they said 40 mins for delivery, which is fair enough on a Friday night. It got delivered in about an hour again fair enough ,but then opened our order to find part if it missing which we had paid for.so phoned them and explained to be told it'll be delivered within 10 mins,after waiting 40 mins I called back to be told the manager wasn't going to deliver the food that was missing I asked to speak to him ,after waiting a while for him to come to the phone he answered with "what" I explained what was missing he tried to say that it wasn't missing but I told him no way would I call if my order was complete but it wasn't, eventually he said he will have it delivered to us but he wasn't going to,he wouldn't have let us know he wasn't going to he was very rude and hung up the phone without an apology or saying goodbye.....very rude manager which is ashame as the young lady who takes your order sounds lovely and same to the delivery man ...its such ashame but we won't be ordering again :( very bad manager

Sadly i can't give this 0/5 normally i wouldn't write a review but the food was so bad it was inedible. Didn't get my order correct and when i got the bag there was a puddle of grease inside the bag it was REVOLTING! Burnt, dry tasteless chicken with chips that tasted like cardboard and the pizzas was even worse. Couldn't taste anything other than grease and all the toppings slided off the pizza as soon as you picked it up due to the overwhelming amount of grease on the pizzas. We threw the whole order away what an absolute waste of money. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Waited 2 hours after ordering from Just eat - Called them to be told driver couldn't find our address and had gone home. Didn't think to call us and ask? Shocking.

Very helpful staff and they like to throw in extras for you too . Payment have to be with cash and the price is reasonable

Don’t waste your money. Go to charcoal grill down the road. Walked in here and there were no staff and the ovens were turned off.

Good prices, have ordered before and been fine however today i was let down by the food the pizza tasted like water and grease no flavour at all from the toppings cheesy chips had hardly any cheese at all and the chips were also bland and hard. Disappointed. :(

Pizza Point is one of the best pizza take-away places, the staff are really friendly & engaging & not only that, the pizzas are really excellent, & the establishment is really clean. Highly reccomend to anyone :)

Ordered food at quarter past five on a Tuesday evening, over an hour later still no sign, rang up said be 5 mins, over half our later it turned up stone cold, service and delivery is a far cry from the excellent service i recieved a few months prior. Lost my custom!

This used to be lovely food. Now however, the kebab came in a tray full of grease that much so it was dripping in the bag, the burger bun and pitta were burnt. And yet again something was forgotten off the order in which had been paid for. The person on the phone was rude and doesn't understand. Gone really down hill won't be ordering from here again.

Will never order from here again, everything was cold, hard, mouldy and almost impossible to eat. Delivery driver was extremely rude and dismissive on arrival, told me that he only got my order an hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered it so it was already late by the time it left the shop. The worst thing about it was my chips with cheese, when I opened them the cheese it had completely melted through the chips and set again so when I tried to pick a couple of chips up the whole portion lifted with them it was a block. It's a shame this establishment can be named 'pizza point' the pizza was absolutely a waste of money it was tasteless, the dough seemed old, had mould underneath and it was flavourless. I really wish I could upload pictures because I’ve never seen anything like it in my life, it’s an absolute joke that this kind of “restaurant”/“fast food” place is allowed to exist Oh and when I tried ringing the shop, a lady answered the phone but hung up straight away, this happened 4 times the shop should be shut down!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Terrible service ! Was told 40mins for delivery... Took over an hour and a half ! Only live 10 mins away. Driver couldn't find address so went back to shop.... This was after spending 20mins on the phone with him trying to direct him, shop rang and after explaining they said they knew where I was, so another 40 mins later pizza turns up stone cold ! Thought with them taking another 40 mins they would be making a fresh pizza but no got a pizza that had been sitting in his bag all that time. Had to reheat the pizzas but they were not edible. Phoned and complained she said she would make a note for her boss Ali. To which no one has got back to me ! Will deffinaly NOT be using again ! Wouldn't even give it one star ..... Disgusting food and service !

Wow!!! That was lovely food. Cooked to perfection. The meat on the kebab was lovely and cooked with peppers and onions and the salad and nan were lovely and fresh. Really impressed and would highly recommend. The pizzas were also spot on, really tasty, love the pizza base. The best I've had!!! Thankyou.
