Well I order to start off it didn’t even give me a receipt. Then I waited for 15 minutes for a simple order people behind the counter were just more bothered about gossip than serving. The food was cold and wrong only go here if your dying of hunger but even then I would rather die of hunger

Ordered food last night. It never arrived. We called to be told it was on its way and would be ten minutes. It’s now the next morning and nothing arrived. Obviously been ripped off. PLEASE think twice before ordering from here. I won’t forget pedro as I stated on JE

We regularly order from here because the food is always incredible, no matter what we choose. It never disappoints! However, tonight’s delivery experience has prompted me to leave this review, as the service seems to be getting worse and worse. The driver rang the doorbell, and I took the food from her within seconds. Despite me holding out the payment, she walked off toward her car without taking it. When I called her back, she acknowledged me but kept walking. Once she reached the car, she appeared to be on her phone, as her face was lit up by the screen. Meanwhile, I was left standing in the freezing cold, holding what was once hot food. By the time she finally returned to take payment, my meal had gone cold, and I had to reheat it. While the food remains excellent, I hope the restaurant ensures its delivery service meets the same high standards.

We’ve been served by Isabelle a few times now in Morrisons cafe (Sutton In Ashfield) and she’s great with my kids. She gave the few kids in the cafe at the time a balloon. I hope she gets recognised for her fantastic service.

My advise to any one contemplating using this establishment is don't ,total arrogant staff, was told no doner meat available , when it was clearly visible on the spit. Hope this place closes soon

Having been disappointed over the last year I persuaded my mum to join me for their new over 60's meal deal Which I had heard of on social media. With trepidation we thought let's give it another try. Wow. We were both impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. It's a totally different experience and would recommend people try it again. Food was lovely as well

Sort your phones out. You must be loosing so much buisiness. A standard messaging service that's always got a full mailbox.

They really have turned it around in this place...the pizza was amazing the chicken was amazing the wedges was amazing...credit to you all absolutely amazing food tonight. Thank you

Ordered 2 x 11.5 inch pizzas, mine was a Korean chicken and Tuna. My wife’s was Chicken and Chorizo. We had a lot of difficulty in finding the chicken on both pizza’s and the tuna on mine. The chorizo Has shrunk since our last visit. Very poor standard and very disappointing. Dominoes get your act together.

I visited with my daughter and grandson we ordered our food and were told to park up because it was not ready 15 mins and no sign of order! When my daughter eventually tracked it down food was dry as we were parked we ate in car park.when it came to leave car would not start so called rescue A flat battery jump start and head home. Three days later I get a notice for £100 fine for overstaying allocated 60 mins parking. Unbelievable we will never use this KFC again

Went to KFC in Grantham a week previously and the food was amazing, just like KFC should be. Stupidly I decided to give The Colonel some more of my cash and living around the corner from this place I thought I’d give it a go. At around 820pm I joined the drive through queue and a few minutes later I was at the order speaker. Sat there for 10 minutes without anyone talking to me but I figured they were busy and I was looking forward to my delicious freshly cooked chicken so no problem. When I ordered my food I was disappointed to hear that they were out of gravy but again the vision of my beautiful succulent chicken made me accept this without question. Picked up my food from the next window and parked up in the car park to tuck in (please don’t judge) as soon as I opened the bag I could smell the dirty oil that the food was cooked in. Picked the first piece out the bucket and it looked dark brown. The skin was greasy and the meat was dry and tasteless. I ate one piece and then tried a hot wing that was the same, overcooked in dirty smelly oil that obviously hadn’t been changed in god knows how long. I threw most of my food away but the bit that I did eat was by far the worst takeaway food that I’ve ever had the displeasure to buy. The previous week’s experience at Grantham is now totally spoiled. I will never have KFC again and would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of visiting this place to think again about spending your money.

This place made me and my dad ill, we ordered two breakfast that are £7 each and the portion size is awful, only good thing about it is the plates! you get average overcooked and preheated bacon and sausage with a small pot of preheated beans, hash browns are okay but the mushrooms are vile! tinned sliced mushrooms that were freezing and raw, knife and forks all covered in muck and cafe stunk of BO that never left and it was freezing. Both me and my dad got home and felt unwell, wouldn't get one again that's for sure as your paying £7 for a meal you could cook better at home.
