Arrived within timeframe but food was not great. Half the noodles in my chow mein were hard.. food didn’t taste great. Wouldn’t go again to be honest. Quite expensive considering small portion sizes too but especially to receive undercooked food.

overall excellent quality of food. although the beef in black bean sauce was very spicy! more.like beef in chilli sauce. very generous portions and well prepared.

My new go to Chinese Takeaway. This is 3rd time I’ve ordered and it’s the third time it’s been brilliant. Always arrives hot, full portions and the amount of chicken is superb. I love it!

First time eating from here and won’t be our last. Food was very nice, the nicest Chinese we’ve had in a long time!

First time ordering. Food was sent to the wrong address, then back to the takeaway then back to us. The food is bland, supposed to be crispy chilli beef, more like soggy beef. No flavour at all. Won't be using again

Food was absolutely delicious, staff were amazing when I rang up and extremely helpful the egg fried rice was especially good, the food turned up a lot quicker than I was expecting and the driver was just as polite as the lad on the phone, great place for a Chinese and couldn’t recommend more.

Mixed starter was bland , seaweed very salty , spring rolls were soft , no sauce on the spare ribs , prawn toast was nice . Crispy beef was bland , not much chilli , did not eat the rest of the order , which was Yuk Sung and Chicken Noodle soup.

The food arrived stone cold. The chips and prawn crackers were soggy, they were not edible, I even tried to warm them up but still soggy. The chow mein despite being cold was burnt, the beef was tough and I could not chew it. The chicken balls were also soggy, not edible and just fell apart when tried to eat. Will not order from here again.

Despite being late, the food was really good. The chow mein was tasty and not greasy. The restaurant do say it’s been delivered when the time on your delivery slot is up, I wouldn’t have minded the delay if the restaurant was clear about it

Satay Chicken on skewers was as tough as old boots. Crispy shredded Chicken tough as old boots, it's as though they had been kept over from the night before and gave the good lady a dose of the 2 Bob bits. For £54 spent, it's got to be the worst one we've had......

Greta delivery guy, on time sadly this is the only positive thing I can say. The taste is bland, two meals tasted exactly the same. The chow mein is nothing like other chow meins. Awful sadly

Always order from here, myself and inlaws are local. I ordered tonight, confirmed they had my order correct twice with the girl that answered the phone and she confirmed the order, I even confirmed again! When it came I was missing 2 of the same thing which was the one thing I confirmed the most, I called the restaurant to explain that I had a missing item as this had never happened before and was passed into a male, who I’m assuming is the owner?… stating that they would deliver the missing part of my order but would be charging me, that they had been busy and it wasn’t the girls fault. Appreciate take aways get busy but when you always use the same Chinese take away everytime, recommend them to others, and then get charged for their error I have no words. He was shouting and would not listen when I was trying to explain that I had confirmed the order multiple times and that this was their error not mine… all I got was shouting over me stating ‘I will send out but it will be charge’ I don’t appreciate that at all, not when we have used them for the past 6 years.

Wrong dish received, that was not a spicy bean sauce. Never had anything like it. Unfortunately won’t be returning.

~The food was advertised as 'large dish', but the containers were standard size. ~The food lacked any flavour, it was bland in the extreme. ~The use of. and knowledge of, seasoning was non existent. ~Above all it was very expensive and represented extremely poor value.

Main courses were a little to greasy which put us off a little, egg fried rice could have had more flavour. Prawn rolls were a little over burnt.

Avoid this place at all costs food is absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even feed it to my dog it turned up bland as hell no taste what so ever egg fried rice is like microwaved pouches you get from supermarket roast duck is slimy and full of fat. Salt and pepper chips nothing salt and pepper about them soggy cold dry like they have been re warmed from previous day. Rang up demanded a refund had to throw it all away. Waited over a hour aswell. They put phone down on me. Just don't even waste your money or time. I don't write reviews often but please believe me when I say it's the worst Chinese ever! Day light robbery

I understand it christmas eve but best to be honest and say how long rather than keep saying 20 mins when you know full well it's gunna be longer due to this my husband went to fetch it and rice was very cold most of the food was ok

Pre ordered as we knew it would be busy it being Christmas eve. Over an hour late and food was then chewy and barely warm by the time it got here.

It was well worth the wait..enjoyed tje meal..it was due to wearher with snow why it was late but really enjoyed it an would order again ☆☆☆☆☆

We ordered the mix starter . The seaweed was so salty , it was uneatable, the ribs and spring rolls and prawn toast was all in the same box , so the very small pancake rolls and prawn toast were soaked in the sauce from the ribs , so very soggy . The Yuk Sung had no crispy noodles . Food was hot and delivered on time .

Clearly there are some very small ducks around here. £22 for what was supposedly half a duck yet barely covered the bottom of the plastic box. And at best luke warm. Compared to other deliveries of the same item round here this was really poor.

Food was bland only thing that had a bit of taste was the chow mein the rice was a over done. The sauces were too sugary. Quiet disappointed as we have had meals from there before and never as bad as that.

Was very late, and the taste of t wasn't nice to say £50 just over the quality was poor.

Not the usual standard but disappointing. For some reason Szechuan chicken was pink and sweet 🫤🤷‍♀️. Had a few mouthfuls and it went in the bin.

Item missing and half an hour earlier than expected

The rice and curry was fine but I had special omelet which was flavours and the sweet and sour was very waterary and no flavour.

When ordering crispy chicken or beef say in a sauce when you order. Chicken curry lumpy as anything

Ordered fillet steak chips and curry sauce - but that is not what I received fillet steak was not fillet steak and was told that was the last steak they had, I have had enough fillet steaks to know I was being fobbed off with another cut of steak maybe sirloin - don’t do it people know maybe only me that complains but anyway I had a mini pizza for my t even though I was hoping for fillet steak what a let down shame on you

Booked for 6pm, arrived at 5:25. Even added an order comment to say bring 6-6:10pm. It was ordered for a birthday celebration meal and not everyone was ready when the meal arrived

I’ve ordered a number of times and the food has always been lovely, delivery on time and food always hot. However, a bit disappointed with this order. All the food was lovely except the mushrooms. I’ve had them before and enjoyed them but this time as soon as I opened the container there was an unpleasant smell, I tried one but the taste was also unpleasant and they went in the bin. Hoping this was a one off.

Food is bland and tastless everything in the starter platter was soggy due to the rib sauce just being dumped in the same punnet , chicken balls also like rubber so unless you have the jaws of a K9 I'd personally avoid and muscles were way over cooked biggest waste of £50 spent to date
