McDonald's in Mansfield

Absolute nightmare of a place , they NEVER give you the sauces unless you ask for them , they nearly always get my food order wrong , and some of the young girls employed there are VERY rude , definitely need to hire more experienced or older staff so the place works and runs better

Slow and poor service, never have any dips dirty seating area

We visited this McDonald's in large family group and had a big order. The staff was very friendly, they was fast bringing the food out and all food was fresh and tasted great.

A really relaxed out of the way McDonald's not like the usual really busy ones

Such poor service, ALWAYS! I give them benefit of the doubt time after time. Service is ALWAYS slow and poor regardless of whether you’re in store or in the drive-thru. I wish the franchisee would listen to all these poor reviews and do something about it!

It was 1am and empty, so the atmosphere in there was perfect. The young lady who served me was very polite and got my food out to me quickly. The food was as nice as it can ever be from McDonald's.

pooh shiesty thinks this place is abysmal and thou shall not be returning to this devils place of worship!! my burger came with a fly on the bun!!!!! i also ordered spag bol and received nothing but spag wig!! MONSTEROUS! owen alsop. my good friend ban salami also ordered a LARGE mcflurry (tasty i know) someone explain to me why our once beautiful mcflurry came with a side of amphibian!!!! u order a veggie deluxe & they send a chicken burger! this McDonalds is run by the most incompetent people out there - shocking

Ordered food, half not delivered. Paid delivery for hubby to have to go and pick up himself.

Every order I have made here has always been complete, and for some reason the Toffee Latte tastes better here than other McDonalds. Can be very busy at peak times though, so expect a wait, but at off peak times it's very efficient.

Every time you use the drive through they get your order wrong. Half of what you pay for is missing. Incompetence at the highest level. They struggle regardless of take away or eat in to finish your order promptly or as paid for. Utterly crap service

Food was really cold chips were hard even though it didn’t take long from the McDonalds to the house

Oakleaf McDonald’s is five star and a thumbs up for customer service. very rare to get an order wrong in comparison to Mansfield. and tonight I ordered a brownie and rather than just send nothing they sent me a cookie and a note explaining,thank you very much.😀

No condiments, or straws have been provided even when you are given the option to choose what sauces you’d like …. The delivery driver was prompt and polite

Ordered 2 wrap meals and the wraps wasn't delivered just fries and a drink... Like how did that happen?

Items were missing which I had to collect. Initially they were unhelpful, but more helpful face to face. Check your order on arrival.

Literally every time I go through the drive through there's something missing from my order. Missing a BBQ Ranch Stack burger today. Paid for two, got one. Not going all the way back so I'll just have the fries. Thanks.

why is it so difficult to serve hot food!? I appreciate travel time needs to be taken into account but when the food arrives stone cold and you live 5 minutes away you know they left cold! come on McDonald's it's not difficult to serve you home delivery customers as you would your restaurant customers!

waited over an hour for the food and when received everything was cold.. but then again, should never expect it to come at least warm 🙄

The food was quite soggy and chips taste a little like cardboard

Absolutely awful service! When ordering it said delivery would be 10-15 minutes, delivery time kept going up and we waited 1.5 hours!! Food arrived stone cold. Syrup was missing from both pancake portions. And to top it off the delivery driver was smoking a cigarette stood at our door with the food in the same hand - bag stank of smoke! Not happy!!!

driver turned up on the wrong street and after I gave clear directions to my house. I received a message which said "I'm here come out side" it is my understanding that the delivery drivers are supposed to deliver to your door.

Worst McDonald’s ever Can never get an order correct - EVER We especially enjoy ordering through just eat so we can wait an hour for a delivery with no drinks, or missing fries. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT and stop destroying my local McDonald’s

Chips are always cold and the delivery time changes a lot , as in when couriers logs into McDonalds to say they are there ,they are there ages before set off I suspect they do a few deliveries on way and that’s why it’s always cold even though I live a mile away

I used my points to get a big mac with one piece of meat removed, and when i received my food there was no meat in my big mac at all.

Service I had a tea didn't get milk or sugar or even asked then had to que to get it as nothing was on the stand it was empty burger was cold so was the fries they try was chucked on the table people waiting stood in front of table and they wasn't even busy

Absolutley shocking. Call themselves a 24hr when they aren't. I work night shifts and pass this McDonalds on my way home and majority of times they aren't open. Anytime between 12am - 2am i've consistatly noticed this. When open, they take longer than 30 mins to prepare orders. Not good enough at all

Order on the app and get stuck in the drive through for 10 min then told to park up and another 10 min till it gets delivered to the car 🤣. Go to the Mansfield one folks , it'll be quicker.

Third time using the drive through since this branch has opened and missing items off a £60 order, shouldn't really be getting a medium sized order wrong.

McCrispy Deluxe: 100% chicken breast fillet in crispy, crunchy coating topped with hot and spicy mayo, caramelised onion compote, seasonal lettuce, bacon, red onions, cheddar cheese slice and sourdough style bun.

Would be better if the food was warm

Sadly McDonalds does not offer a non gluten menu which is a terrible situation in 2024

The worst McDonald I ever was. Fries was burnt. They should be gold, not half brown. They don't taste like fries , I feel just oil. I put them to trash. When we asked about oil, they said they checked oil in the morning and was fine. I was at 5 pm, so I don't know how fries tasted at morning but ours was horrible. They were just dry and full of oil taste. Burgers was fine in taste, but there was a lot of oil in them. Crispy sweet chilli wrap was a joke! He was small, so I opened wrap and was 2 tiny pieces of salad. Wrap was almost empty. In others McDonalds always I get wrap full of salad, cucumber, and chicken. I don't know if it is a staff issue or if the owner tried to do McDonald in the cheapest way, but people should ask for better quality of food. I know it is not a restaurant where you buy healthy meals but still they should keep some levels of quality. Lady who work there was nice, and we get a refund for wrap , I don't want to make me a second one. I regret I don't ask for a refund for fries, but I just wanted to leave that place. I hate it when I spend money on food made just for cash without any cares about customers. I added photos of wrap and fries I bought 20 minutes later in other McDonald. Gold fries and full wrap! You can see different even if photos from 2nd McD were made in the car. Edit: I forgot, they forgot to give us about large fries , when I asked they give us but anyway on the end they finish in trush.

No option to cancel thanks to Just Eat.. rang the restaurant who said I need to contact JE as they can't cancel it this end.. no option available - completely disappeared.. then the Indian order that I HAD cancelled successfully.. turned up?!!? Disgusted with the service. Supposed to be a 24hr. Not remotely true at all. Ordered food. Twice cancelled waiting days for a refund but managed to order from another restaurant.
