We saw the driver clearly sitting outside our house and he then never delivered the food

the amount of times there's been missing items is ridiculous. a refund does not help, I'd just like to have the items I've ordered.

My drink was spilled when my food came

No garlic mayo and no rich tomato sauce for the cheese share box again!

Food never came over two hours waiting for it, what a joke

Shocking! When you order just 2 standard adult meals you do NOT expect to wait 30 minutes, fast food, your having a laugh. This is my nearest restaurant but I will never step foot in the place again. Worst macdonalds I’ve ever had the displeasure to order food from.

Ordered breakfast to take home for the family at 08:59, received my order at 09:24, got home and everything had to go in the microwave. My issue is that I’m the whole time I was in the restaurant there was 4 orders that had been placed in-house (including mine) and there was plenty of staff on. My order was clearly prepared and then quickly forgot about. No attempt to make a fresh one so we had hot food and not even an apology for the amount of time I had to wait. On a plus, the lady that said good morning to me and my sons was very polite and pleasant for first thing on a Saturday morning!

If you asked to go to the next window bay then be prepared to wait a while... Banana Milkshake is often tainted with Chocolate milkshake ,equipment used 1 nozzle for all flavours....

missing Frys and they put cheese on one of burgers which I left a note to say can it be completely plain and the banana milkshake had brown stuff in

Cannot fault the driver, was top class. However, items missing from our order. Very disappointing

ordered burger meals didn't get the chips never received the sauce either so many issues lately

The driver marked my order as delivered, even though he hadn’t even attempted to deliver. Went running out to find him and as he was driving off said there’s another order for you as well that got refused. Contacted the restaurant to let them know.

Absolutely rubbish service. Always forget to put items and and you won't proof it! AVOID and do not use McDelivery from them!!!

Over 30 mins late and when it did arrive the chips were missing. I would report it but never get anywhere doing this.

My food was stone cold. Tried to warm it up and was like cardboard. My sprite was as flat as anything not even drinkable. When I spend £15 on an order I expect it to be edible. Disgusting. My order kept being pushed back further and further. First estimated time was 7:15 I didn’t get my food until 8:30 so clearly it’s been sat on the side in the restaurant. Do better

all my iced drink melted and food freezing cold

Disgusting, sticky tables and uncleared, sticky floor. Wipe your feet and wash your hands on the way out!

So so so slooooooooooow to serve food, 25 minutes for a drink in the drive through and only 1 car in front of me. Was a shock that they'd got iced drinks this time cos normally not working. This has got to be the worse McDonald's in Mansfield by far.

Love a McDonald's but this is by far the worst one in the area, but it's around corner from where I live so convenient. They have to have the slowest drive through I have ever gone through in my life and I been here several times and it's the same. One down near King's Mill Hospital is twice as quick. They never have anything in stock, recently had no soft drinks but only water. Also milkshakes is virtually impossible here never have it working. Some people work there are ok but most are miserable and very disorganised due to poor management in store. Lastly absolutely filthy place bins inside was over full and rubbish was overflowing onto the floor and the tables the other day, somebody said they saw a RAT (I didn't see anything but it was vile) and then closed shortly after and they said due to technical issues........ They then closed for 2 days, My advice is try another in the area they are all better than this one and to McDonald's get new management in store as they all need a kick up the backside.

horrible service, RATS running around, didn’t get my food due to ‘system error’ but was told this after 5 mins into ordering and we had also rang up asking if they were still taking walk in orders 10 mins before arrival and they said yes. absolutely ridiculous!!

We have given up on this place now. Lost count how many times they get the order wrong on the drive thru. Screaming kids when they get home because the burgers have cheese. Then, a drive back to get them changed. This has happened at least 5 or 6 times now. So, no longer use them. Incompetent is a good word I would use.

DO NOT USE JUST EAT!!!! Just eat took my money and then their courier took my food. Then you cannot talk to anyone. Appalling service. 2 hours later. No food and no money

Delivery took ages, food arrived cold. Spent well over £20 and didn't get our free item like they said! Overall rubbish service if I'm honest. Fries are absolutely freezing!!

Absolutely shocking service stood waiting to be served for about 5 minutes did not get served when one got asked to serve us she said I will deal with that shortly and some one else refused to serve us

Horrendously slow service, ignored when collection was labelled ready...also witnessed staff member sat on side of collection point on phone taking selfies and smoking a vape....

Waiting at the drive through that long to get served I had to go inside, all the staff were chatting. Nobody had any interest in serving so I left empty handed. Never seen anything like it.

It’s in Mansfield the food is good but the location is horrible awful city horrible place absolutely disgusting location never go to Mansfield I once went there for a day and contracted many diseases and got more diseases in the actual Mansfield hospital

i received 29 chicken nuggets in total rather than one order of 20 chicken nuggets and the bundle of 9 chicken selects as well as missing fries from my meal.

The new Face lift on all Mac's are terrible.

Absolutely awful. Staff were rude food took ages as all the staff were stood around chatting staring at the screen. Even through other members had made the food and drink and sent it through. Customers were politely asking whats the hold up or how long and the manager was so rude to all customers like they were an issue.

Sent out completely different order and couldn’t even be bothered to sort it out told me to just get a refund, absolute waste of time and delivery driver is just as bad can’t even give me the right order they need to start checking properly

I had to leave a review for the guy who served us on the drive through yesterday, he was absolutely fantastic! We think he was American, he was extremely enthusiastic, welcoming, helpful and just made the experience brill. Never usually leave a review over a drive through but the experience has genuinely stayed with us, he was fab! Well done!

Service was good, food was hot and presentable

I think that this McDonald’s is really bad. I have been waiting 20 minutes for my order to be delivered to me and they were only giving food to the drive thru customers. The food overall is ok but the customer service is horrible.

I just want to give a personal thank you to Holly the manager at this. Branch. Ordered off the app food came and was totally wrong I called Uber eats they refused to accept this and refused refund. Called the branch and Holly sorted everything out with no hassle I do feel some people don’t get enough credit so I wanted to write this as a thank you. Great customer service

Asked for 2 meals got to counter to pay the young blonde girl pointed the card machine at me I paid she then closed window no interaction I got 1 meal when I said I asked for a chicken mayo meal as well not just the burger I was told oh well you havnt paid for it so that's what you got ok 😳 no customer service here the staff certainly need to be trained I will go back to the 1 on Nottingham Road staff always happy and helpfull. 21st May Thought give this place another try 🙈sat in car park over 10 mims had to go ask at counter for my order no chips on 2 meals this place needs get it's act together

Arrived late and cold. Driver was at restaurant for 45 minutes according to the tracker. Missing sauce.

Consistently poor experiences at this store. Had numerous portions of fries missing, stale chicken burgers, underportioned sides and Zero drinks given instead of full-sugar. Served this evening around 0015 and the order was missing both large fries. Went inside to speak to them about having it sorted, and the cashier snatched the receipt out of my hand, threw it in the middle section of the fry dump with a bag, and handed me 2 portions of fries shortly thereafter. No apologies, not a word spoken to me.

After a friend passing away I was on my way to visit my son and his mother in Devon. I mentioned this because sometimes you just need to comfort clarity and certainty so it doesn't throw you out any further than the turmoil going on in your head. This is where McDonald's excels in the main. Same quality same service same experience and although some might think that's bland in a world of trouble, toils and uncertainty it's a reliable staple and a very welcomed space in which you are free to think. Coffee was exactly as I expected it to be My breakfast muffin was exactly as I expected it to be Hash brown exactly the same My sausage and egg Mcmuffin exactly the same My second coffee was the same as the first... You got the picture. Sometimes all you need is calm clarity and certainty without calamity and that all comes in a quick neat package. Thank you to McDonald's and to the management and staff for a few moments in my terrible week without any drama. Sometimes you do have to wake up and smell the coffee!

Awful waiting an unbelievable time. Yes it's busy but they priorities drive thru and delivers a head of customers in store.

I'll give you an example of the service at this McDonald's ordered a porridge with golden syrup and I got a fork. I know you don't have to have the brains of the century but surely you need some brain matter

It doesn’t matter what you order it’s either wrong cold or just inedible, there is never any one to speak to to resolve any issues I strongly suggest to avoid this one the burgers are just thrown together you can even pick them up they are just a mess. I suggest visiting the new McDonald’s at forest town they are always amazing staff actually care about the food and the customers

cold fries, luke-warm burgers and missing sauces, annoying especially when you pay for the dips too.. disappointing 😞

Even when the drive through was almost empty, they had very slow service. The milkshakes were given out overflowing and created a huge mess in the car. The drinks were so overfilled that the lid's couldn't even be properly fitted.

Fries tasted like they had far too much salt. I love MD fries but this time fries went in bin.

Three police cars turned up, so I dread to think how much they exaggerated my "slurred words" as they put it. Wow, you can't even be happy and jolly when you talk nowadays. I absolutely passed the breathalyser, and when I then parked up and walked in to complain, all they said was "sorry about that, we'll re-pack your order so it's fresh" ... which it definitely was not (as per) The police man was even confused as to why they'd been called. Absolutely joke !!

every time we have been here, they ALWAYS get the food order wrong, so check your stuff before leaving... they couldn't really care less when you bring it back in wrong either.

The driver delivered to the wrong house had to go to the house and fetch it and it’s stone cold NOT HAPPY AT ALL
