McDonald's in Mansfield

McCrispy Deluxe: 100% chicken breast fillet in crispy, crunchy coating topped with hot and spicy mayo, caramelised onion compote, seasonal lettuce, bacon, red onions, cheddar cheese slice and sourdough style bun.

Third time using the drive through since this branch has opened and missing items off a £60 order, shouldn't really be getting a medium sized order wrong.

Sadly McDonalds does not offer a non gluten menu which is a terrible situation in 2024

The worst McDonald I ever was. Fries was burnt. They should be gold, not half brown. They don't taste like fries , I feel just oil. I put them to trash. When we asked about oil, they said they checked oil in the morning and was fine. I was at 5 pm, so I don't know how fries tasted at morning but ours was horrible. They were just dry and full of oil taste. Burgers was fine in taste, but there was a lot of oil in them. Crispy sweet chilli wrap was a joke! He was small, so I opened wrap and was 2 tiny pieces of salad. Wrap was almost empty. In others McDonalds always I get wrap full of salad, cucumber, and chicken. I don't know if it is a staff issue or if the owner tried to do McDonald in the cheapest way, but people should ask for better quality of food. I know it is not a restaurant where you buy healthy meals but still they should keep some levels of quality. Lady who work there was nice, and we get a refund for wrap , I don't want to make me a second one. I regret I don't ask for a refund for fries, but I just wanted to leave that place. I hate it when I spend money on food made just for cash without any cares about customers. I added photos of wrap and fries I bought 20 minutes later in other McDonald. Gold fries and full wrap! You can see different even if photos from 2nd McD were made in the car. Edit: I forgot, they forgot to give us about large fries , when I asked they give us but anyway on the end they finish in trush.

Chips was over cooked and coke was not the best

Slow orders are always wrong staff leave people waiting in there car at order point for very long time I would not recommend this mcdonald's

I don’t think I have ever known a McDonald’s as consistently poor as this one. I have never known them actually have stock of chocolate milkshake. My neighbour works late and often tries to order a milkshake at 2am and every single time he has been denied as “systems are down” so they can’t be 24hrs as stated. I have just ordered a treat for half term lunch (minus chocolate milkshake) and was sat in the drive thru lane whilst no less than 6 vehicles zipped past me in the other lane. I just assume one of the workers has a novel to read between taking orders. When I finally get to the window I then wait another 20mins before getting my food. I get it is high demand, I get the staff are young and trying their best but everything here smacks of poor management in my opinion. Try Ollerton or the new one opening at white post, just avoid this one.

Ordered breakfast rolls with ketchup only to get home and that's all that was on the rolls..! Ketchup... Manager was rude when I rang up. Absolutely useless

Visiting a restaurant so close to a marina gives eaters a rare experience of positively charged ionic air to breath. I find this particularly revitalising and so was mindful to consider this whilst making my order. It didn't even matter that I couldn't see any water on our way to or from the marina. Just knowing was quite enough for me. What I didn't know was that there was another floor that I only spotted on the way out. Poor signage I say, shame on you.

If you try to gen a coffee at 4 in the morning the sistem is not working, you need to wait 30 minutes and after when you go back , you need to wait another half hour, and is not the only site that is doing this, so this is not an 24h restaurant

Medium paced food. There's nothing fast about it from this McDonald's. You never just get your food, you're constantly having to park in the carpark for your food to be brought to you. This shouldn't be the standard Breakfast is always a massive queue. Are enough staff working the busy periods? I don't think I've ever been to another McDonald's so consistently slow.

Food was delivered on time despite road closures. Quality was great and still hot! 10/10

Ordered a double cheeseburger and when i opened it it was a mass of tomato ketchup and a dismantled burger! Absolutely shocking! No wonder the reviews are so low!! Lots of training needed in my opinion.

Kept changing the delivery time, and the food was cold on delivery, milkshake melted .

Went in yesterday and it was empty but rubbish was pouring from every bin , tables covered in rubbish , floor filthy , Went to the counter to order food and explained to the girl about the rubbish she said OK I will get them to sort it , you couldn't miss it one bin is right in front of the counter , We then sat for about 10 mins waiting for food looked over and could see our food just sat near the heat lamps, 5 mins later she brings it out and the chips 🍟 were freezing and seemed old , took them back and was ignored for a good couple of minutes , finally guy took them and said he would do some more 4 more mins and a lady walks to the counter with other food and says "when I've took this outside I will come back and do the fries 🍟 by this time my burgers been sat at the table 6 mins , we then managed to eat our burgers and everything before we even got fries , service was slow even though nobody other than maybe 10 people , can't see this Mcdonald lasting which is a shame was lovely when it opened

Not even like warm, cold food.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever had the miss fortune of using. If you go inside (and I don't think you should) then you will have at least a 10min wait, probably longer, and don't expect a clean table or floor or walls, to pass the time waiting I'm watching the flys fight (even there trying to get out) VOID AVOID AVOID

I nearly posted a negative review as on a busy Saturday night our food order nearly took 20 minutes to arrive but that wouldn’t be reflective of the service I’ve had from the restaurant regularly. The restaurant is always clean, the staff are courteous and conscientious. The food arrived hot every time (even when it took 20 mins to come). Maybe it’s a little understaffed on busy evenings.

The milkshakes were spilled in the bag and the food was freezing

All items in my order were freezing. The courier stated that this was due to him being messed around by staff in the restaurant (McDonald’s)

McDonald's missed half my order

as usual, MacDonald Oakleaf is awful, really don't know why we keep ordering from here, things missing from the order, food cold and limp, hot drink put in same bag as cold!!

Order was wrong, driver took it from me to take back to restaurant and bring correct order. Spoke to mcdonalds manager at 7pm and informed them what happened. Just rang back again as not heard anything 7.50pm and driver has still not took order back

All mcdonalds are good but sometimes this one is verry slow and you can wait for ages waiting to be served as they forget they have a till i suppose its technolagy taking over with everyone ordering online or on app or at the things they have but should still be checking often and serving the customers infront of you

We ate instore yet our order was put in a takeaway bag.. Fries were half empty so took them back to counter and they were literally Luke warm, almost cold.. We had a hot choc which was literally half full, so also returned to the counter..

Missing the wrap and chocolate milkshake

£45 order and £16 worth of items missing… chips are burnt and cold… no straws for the drinks and no sauces… only 7 nuggets in a 9 nugget meal.

Good evening I am a delivery person this evening I came to McDonald's to pick up my order after about 40 minutes I ask the staff what is happening with my order, I mention to say that it was the first one on the screen since I got here, and this the girl named "Caitilin" answers me in an aggressive tone, I'm busy, don't you see, I'm trying to answer that I've been waiting for 40 minutes, what's happening with my order, then she turned her back on me and left, there are 2 other girls who were packing the orders and they were avoiding me and laughing, I hope they see who needs this message and take action with this rude staff

Missing milkshakes and fries and straws

Had to wait over 20 minutes for my food because they somehow ran out of the chicken patty. After finally receiving the order, the burger which I had (the Mcpicy) was disgusting. It had oil oozing out which you could taste, not only that, the chicken was rubbery which meant I could not finish my meal. I thought it’d give them another try and ordered myself some dessert- a McFlurry and donut. I had to ask the worker to actually give me the order after 10 minutes of waiting as they were too focused on the drive through orders and deliveries. This McDonald’s needs to be more considerate of their customers service in the physical restaurants. There was others who was also waiting a while for their orders which shows there’s clearly a problem and they’ve done nothing to fix it. At least have some decency and offer a free dessert or ANYTHING for those who have waited for over 20 minutes. It’s called a fast food restaurant for a reason people shouldn’t have to wait long just to receive their food. I would give this McDonald’s a 0 stars if I could.

Rainworth McDonald's Incomplete take out didn't know until arriving home went back got missing meal got home mine cold drinks(hot chocolate) like washing up water. Had 1 other day and 6 lots of chips were cold after waiting behind the delivery drivers who are always 1st priority now not us lowly collecting customers how on earth they can deliver an hot meal i don't know because they aren't hot when they pass them over the counter 6th August 2024 Ordered 2 big macs 1 double cheese burger 1 double quarter pounder with cheese and chips with all!! Got 2 double big macs 1 double cheese burger and 1 smokehouse (rank) 4 cokd chips and oh the drinks were correct

Was waiting at the speaker to place my order in the drive in, two other people got served before me on the other speaker, your staff need to do better with their observational skills ,it wouldn't be a problem if there was a queue and one was going down quicker, but when you’re waiting at the speaker to see two other people essentially jump the queue, that is poor service!

First time ever going here, and I will definitely not be going back! They had an infestation of flies in front and back flying around the food. It was 1st thing in the morning, and only a few people in, but it took 20 minutes to get the food. If the food was for me, I would have asked for my money back!

Shocking! When you order just 2 standard adult meals you do NOT expect to wait 30 minutes, fast food, your having a laugh. This is my nearest restaurant but I will never step foot in the place again. Worst macdonalds I’ve ever had the displeasure to order food from.

Ordered breakfast to take home for the family at 08:59, received my order at 09:24, got home and everything had to go in the microwave. My issue is that I’m the whole time I was in the restaurant there was 4 orders that had been placed in-house (including mine) and there was plenty of staff on. My order was clearly prepared and then quickly forgot about. No attempt to make a fresh one so we had hot food and not even an apology for the amount of time I had to wait. On a plus, the lady that said good morning to me and my sons was very polite and pleasant for first thing on a Saturday morning!

If you asked to go to the next window bay then be prepared to wait a while... Banana Milkshake is often tainted with Chocolate milkshake ,equipment used 1 nozzle for all flavours....
