Papillon Pizza And Kebab in Mansfield

Best kebab and chips ever have to come here atleast once a week. Went somewhere else when they were shut and didn't even compare. Unreal.

I have just ordered from here and my pizza wasn't nice it was all gluey the sides of the pizza was all slime and it tasted horrible

Before closing time and after closing time the staff/driver plays extremely loud bass music and as I’m writing this review they decided to rev their car. Im sick of the noise it prevents me from getting to sleep. I have had enough, if it doesn’t change I will be getting in touch with the authorities.

Ordered few thigs to pick up...pizzas ,diner kebabs ,shish kebabs and everything is so tasty 😍😍😍And the portions of Kebabs are huge!!! (This is small one )

I never have one bad word to say about this place. Prices are great, especially when money tight and you want a treat. You guys work so fast and so polite. If you don't buy from here, you are missing out.

Delivery was late 45 min, I called them twice. No response I don't collect the food from the guy. Now thay banned me form collection order. Sylly

Dislike writing bad reviews but its necessary. We had a friend over at our place yesterday (same delivery address as our missing order) food arrived in less than half an hour, and was amazing; so much so thought we would order ourselves today. Waited one hour after order was expected to be delivered, rang up just to be told they were positive it had been delivered to us. Told it was given to an old man at our address, we are both in our 20s so that was a blatant lie, none of our neighbours fit the description either so very strange. Told there was nothing they could even do for us because we made a 'big order' so they wouldn't re-make it; other than we had to call uber to sort it out ourselves because they were busy. Very disappointed. The food that actually arrived at our house yesterday was amazing which actually makes this all the more disappointing. 2 hours of our time wasted, no food and hungry, poor service.

for several days now we have been trying to order food through Uber Eats, but they constantly cancel the order after 10 minutes, they have quite tasty, but it is simply impossible to order, this is a huge minus

I ordered two special kebabs, got two small ones when i called i was told the prices had changed and now 12.99 is the price for a small special kebab. It is a pity that there is no information anywhere that the prices have changed so drastically, but to trick people, they can not recommend this restaurant, it is too high a price for such a kebab and for the fact that they approach their customers so perfidiously. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Got a chicken fillet burger - legendary. Service was rather poor, took 15m to get the food, but it was really good so I can't complain.

Ordered a take away for the first time from here of mini pizza chips, salad & jalapeños cheese bites. Food was delicious, very reasonable priced & the delivery was quick. Great service.

There lamb kebabs with all the trimmings and garlic mayo is on another planet

The reviews looks good for this place but maybe not as the pizza was over done with cheese it looked like wallace and gromit had a go with the cheese and the chips was the only decent thing on the order.... this is the first and last time ill be ordering from this place

Me and my partner ordered from just eat tonight. We tried papillion pizza and kebab for the first time tonight. OMG!!! That was the best chicken kebab ever. I will highly recommend this place. Absolutely delicious and a lovely delivery driver. Food is to die for

Cancelled my order because I was "too far away" I'm literally 10 minutes away (I checked on maps) so that's a ridiculous excuse now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. What a joke, would not recommend.

The best pizza's in the whole area. Very friendly staff with great customer service, that care about the ingredients and flavours. Very clean nice open kitchen. They are consistently good at what they do. Also try out the ice-creams and other foods, great menu with plenty of deals and choice. I highly recommend you check this place out.

very rude service !! hair in the pizza, incorrect order and they did not want to make a new pizza and bring it to the customer. they have other things on the menu and other things for pizzas.

I ordered tonight on FoodHub, they claim to be open until 01:00, I placed my order at 00:51, the order was accepted, it took them until 01:12 to decide to cancel the order. I have known the exact order from other places be cooked AND delivered in that time. Disappointing! Will not order again especially as the most expensive restaurant I have ever ordered from on FoodHub for this exact same order.

Decent new place to buy food at very reasonable prices. Food was excellent.

So me and girlfriend order a half pound burger and she had a chicken strip rap with some more chicken stripes for the side the burger was fine and the chicken stripes was fine but the wrap really disappointing. Two small chicken shrips,with bearly any lettuce with a wrap that had rips in it, the chicken was £3ish and the wrap was over £5, girlfriend didn't enjoy it, first time ordering dont think I will order again.
