We had impromptu visit to our local Bella Italia as we had some Tesco vouchers to redeem. We had 2 courses and drinks. The food was served in good time and was very well presented. The servers were polite and professional at all times.

Chloe M is a great asset to the restaurant. We arrived a little early for our booking, and despite her being already busy she gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our booth. She gave us plenty of time to choose our food and took time to explain the the dish and ingredients. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. The quality of the food was great and a big thankyou to the unsung heroes in this, the chefs! Will be returning again

Food was as amazing as always, our server lovely and smiling - this has become one of my partner and I’s favorite place to have our dinner.

Chloe has served us a few times when we’ve been in. She is an absolute superstar! Gets everything out so quickly and never seems stressed. With working for the company myself I understand the struggles of a busy restaurant but she is so resilient and lovely.

Very disappointed, poor quality food and ill mannered! We came to Bella Italia after going to the cinema for our sons birthday treat. Well what a treat it was! We developed quite an appetite after a long film and we were famished. We chose the set menu at 17.95; Choosing fairly simple meals, we appreciate its not fine dining, but what we got was quite something else. We were polite, made no comment as its not fair to the staff. We simply asked for the bill. We hoped this would be straight forward, but they tried to over charge by billing the meals separately and not from the set menu despitechoosingfrom the set menu. If one makes a mistake, normally one accepts a mistake and apologises, but the waiter at Bella Italia thought it was okay to come back and argue his mistake making us feel we were in the wrong, this is shocking behaviour!

We went for my daughters 18th birthday. There were 14 of us! The staff had decorated really nicely, with a banner and balloons. They brought cake over and sang happy birthday. They were so friendly and made us all feel very well looked after. A few items on the menu were not available, but I was very pleased with what I switched to. Was a delicious meal

Oh dear. How does a menu like this get chosen? How is it approved? Who chose the food suppliers? Who trains and monitors the cooks? Quite simply, the food here was of such a low standard it's surprising the place is still in existence? The service too was so poor. It is clear the chain isn't interested in providing a great place for a family to eat out. Why? Service is so slow, even when quiet. Mind you, this is something which characterises Bella Italia throughout the country. But this place takes the top prize for sluggishness and discourteous staff and naff food. Mostly though the issue is with the food. Poor quality ingredients, poorly prepared, tepid, and then served by waiters who just don't care. And the Tiramisu... what was that? Seriously? The decisions made by management at BI are clearly designed to maximise profits with the lowest quality ingredients as possible, and then cooked by people who surely are cold. Surely? The chain should be ashamed. Seriously, the local Pizza Hut provided better pizzas, and that's saying something. My pasta dish was cold, the pancetta was uncooked and the fat hasn't been rendered out. My sons pizza was rock hard, with 3 pieces of pepperoni. He decided not to have the dessert because he was fed up eating his main course. My wife had something 'chickeny'... where this chicken came from, who knows? Chewy, cold, and tasteless. But the pasta dish... what was that? Mostly, a bowl of pasta (more akin to the pasta shapes from a tin) with a bit of sauce, and lurking somewhere a couple of pieces of shredded chicken, and some manky pancetta. They were generous with the onion though... I wonder why? Because it's cheap. I know opinions are just that, opinions, but I assure you, as for in the high street goes, this takes the biscuit. And not a good biscuit at that. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Seriously, you the management of the chain... get some standards, for goodness sake.

Felt ignored initially whilst waiting for a table and then waiting for a server. However, once noticed, the service was excellent and Joanna, our server, was friendly, helpful and brought our food as soon as it was ready. The food was absolutely delicious. I had the gamberoni and was very pleasantly surprised by the number of prawns in the dish. We had to leave quickly after finishing our meal as we had booked seats at the cinema but I would have liked to stay to sample the desserts!!! Next time perhaps?

Not impressed may as well have ordered a plate of pasta, there was maybe 2 table spoons of bolognaise not happy at all, ordered from Uber, usually would rate 10/10 if eating at the restaurant, not worth £15 at all

I’m a regular at Bella Italia Mansfield and every time I go the service and food is excellent. Two waitresses Joanne and a lady with brown hair provide a lovely atmosphere for what I can only say is just fantastic value for money meal. We always walk away satisfied 😊

I’ve just had a delivery of a meat feast pizza and chips everything was freezing cold and looked as though it had been cooked weeks age over £20 they charged me for this garbage and when I phoned to complain they said that I could go and collect a fresh one so what’s the idea of having a delivery service then so I told them that I didn’t want anything from them so she just put the phone down on me do not use this place

We were showed to a lovely booth near the bar with a lovely vibe by Lisa the Manager after greeting us with a warm smile and familiar friendliness. Our order was taken straight away after establishing if there were any allergies and our food arrived quickly. It was very tasty and well-priced due to the offers available and which was explained to us.

This is not my first time and it certainly won't be my last by a country mile. Lisa your front of house manger went above and beyond anything I could have dreamed of with the service she provided. Your chef cooked me a bespoke pasta which was absolutely delicious. Let me take this moment to say that the hardest thing to find within a business is great people you trust to run it and its even harder to retain these wonderful souls once they have been found. Please ensure you do all that you can to retain the team I have experienced here today as the are not only a priceless asset but the future of this restaurant.

Service was not there, they was only 8 tables in altogether yet had to ask to be served when we wanted more drinks and dessert. Only 1 person ask if anything was okay, 2 minutes into us having main. It took that long to be able to get someone to come over. As soon as I start to write this review a member of staff saw me doing it and then wanted to know why I was doing a review. Why do you think? That really topped off tonight was the fact when it came to discount I was question so much about them. The manager told me I could have them but then a server telling me I can't. What the hell. Can you start to make sure all the server are on the same line. A very unhappy experience for my birthday.

We visit this restaurant frequently. The staff are amazing. Particularly Joe and Lisa who can’t do enough to help. Always smiling even when it super busy. We love coming here! Food is lovely. Always a great standard. Blue light discount means it’s even better value.

The food was amazing and at a good price, there's quite a lot to choose from on the menu, both me and my boyfriend really liked our meals! The staff were really nice and helpful too, we didn't feel arkward or anything when they came to talk to us like I've felt at other places before in the past either. Also the atmosphere was good too, definitely a restaurant I want to go to more often in the future!
