Great service (thanks Joanna!). Nice atmosphere and the food was great too. We would definitely come back again. Drinks are perhaps a little more expensive than you'd expect (£6.29 for a pint of Stella), but overall it's worth the visit.

This was my first visit and it was a delightful experience. The food was excellent and promptly served. Everything tasted wonderful, and Lisa, our server, was outstanding and exceptionally attentive.

The waitress was very rude to me by saying that she is too busy to name all the sauces avaliable for my dish. She suggested that I have to think of the sauce I like and let her know. After that she started walking away. My jaw dropped - how can I choose something if I don't know what to choose from! The attitude was - she was not there for us, but the way around. Fortunately after 5 steps she kindly changed her mind and returned to our table.

Bella Italia is a quiet place, and I can say that the calamari dish was perfect.

Love the food here. We came in for a quick bite to eat, the service was excellent. Couldn't fault the food, Lisa and Ruby were brilliant with great recommendations and friendly.

Was very quiet during our visit to the Mansfield restaurant, and I think the menus need a refresh, really doesn't compare well to competitors. Saw another customer's pizza and thought it didn't look great, which is a shame. Our food was good, but the standout was the friendly service from Joanna and team, really welcoming and helpful. A real credit to Bella Italia. Thank you Joanna 👍

Atmosphere was again relaxed and the front of house team smoothly dealt with our meal this evening, always very polite and cheerful. The kitchen staff as usual were spot on with their cooking, we are always impressed with Mansfield Bella Italia and will continue to return time and time again.

me and my partner have been a few times now and been served by Chloe, she’s always been brilliant and the foods always amazing

the staff is very rude and they are very naughty I waited 1 hour and a half to bring me a portion of carbonara and for dessert I waited another 1 hour I do not recommend coming you are wasting your time plus the food is not exceptional I would make better carbonara at home
