Bella Italia in Mansfield

The food was delicious and the atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. Chloe, who served me today, was very friendly and was committed to great customer service.

My friends and I visit Bella Italia on a regular basis and every single time the food and service is faultless! The atmosphere is always lovely and there is always a server who is ready to help! Especially Joanna, who was absolutely lovely:)

Had a delivery botched by JustEat. The restaurant manager called me immediately and tried to fix it, got it re-made my food and organised a new delivery. They went above and beyond.

We love coming here for kinch and dinner. The staff are lovely and welcoming and Joanna was very helpful.

Arrived at around 4pm so it was very quiet. Lisa greeted us with a smile and asked us if we had any allergies, guided us to our seats. Nice and clean table, nice decor and good atmosphere despite lack of customers. Food came out promptly, hot and delicious. Liked the children offer which saved me some £££. Prawn dish was delicious and kids loved their pizzas 🍕 Lisa boxed some up though as the kids weren't that hungry. Would come back.

Me and my 5 year old daughter came after the cinema. It was super quiet and Lisa was really helpful and interactive with my daughter! My daughter took to her straight away and wouldn’t leave her alone! (Sorry haha). She even gave us boxes to take our food home and decanted my sauce into pots as I didn’t use them.

Came in for lunch today and had a lovely time. Lisa was very welcoming and always smiling. The new spritzers were very refreshing.

The food here is lovely, bit pricey for what it is but it is nice. As for the staff the manager was talking to their staff a lot, not really taking much notice as to what was going on in the restaurant. The service was very slow to say there were probably less than 10 tables to tend to. We sat for a while and then decide to go for dessert somewhere else as we had been there long enough.

Food was good the only thing that let it down was the caramelised onion flatbread was really oily on this visit previously really good so won't have it again. Our server Lisa was amazing, took our order, spoke to our children and got them activity packs. Brought our order out with a smile very attentive couldn't do enough for us thankyou Lisa.

After our hard day we was so exhausted as we done so much so we decided order on Deliveroo from Birdbox which is Bella Italia they accepted our order and start cooking it we waited for more than 2 hours and never received order so decided to go on Deliveroo and check what was happening and was so shocked by the that,order was just cancelled without any explanation and nobody even let us know about that time was already after 10pm after we find out it's cancelled so we had no chance to replace it with some different order as everything was closed by this time. So my pregnant wife stayed waited hungry for about 3 hours just because someone decided to cancel our order for no reason and we had to start cook something ourselves after 10pm.

Came in on Monday the 15th with my partner and child. Everything was top quality. Only reason atmosphere is 4 and not 5 is only because we came in bang in the dot at 12 so was only 3 tables in when we came. Couldn’t fault the team at all. Food was amazing and Lisa was our host. She was working on her own. Not only was she amazing for juggling everything on her own. She still made sure we was well looked after and didn’t just do the bare minimum.

I have visited Bella Italia Mansfield this evening and been extremely disappointed by lack of their service. From the moment I entered, I was not greeted by any staff member. After being seated, I waited for half an hour without anyone approaching my table to take my order. Despite making several attempts to catch the attention of the staff, none of them came over to assist me. This lack of attention and service was extremely frustrating. On a Friday night, I found only 3 staff working of which, one I assumed to be a manager. It was only one staff working on the entire floor, while the other was looking after the delivery orders. I have tried many times to order through phone, but their ordering services was not available. Ultimately, I decided to leave the restaurant as the situation did not improve. To my dismay, the manager was present as I exited but did not inquire about my dissatisfaction or the reason behind my departure. I have always enjoyed dining at Bella Italia and was looking forward to another pleasant experience, but this visit was quite the opposite. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your staff to ensure better service for future customers.

Out on a work do and the staff were great no rushing and so pleasant. Joanna our server was so friendly and made our evening enjoyable, will recommend highly.

Joanna looked after us brilliantly. My 92 year old Mum is in a wheelchair. Jo made sure we accessed the restaurant safely. In fact, its because of Jo's excellent customer service the previous time we visited that we chose to return. The food was delicious too. One of our favourite places to lunch. Thank you.

Cameron was our waiter. He was a very helpful young man. There were 7 of us & he was aware when we had finished one course & brought the following one quickly. He also came over quickly when we needed extra drinks or cheese on the meals.

We came in knowing it was early so it was quiet. The food was of good standard, Cameron was helpful and helpfully patient.. it takes a while to coordinate food options with strong willed children! BLS accepted here too which is always nice!

The food took so long and it wasn’t worth the wait because we sat there for at least an hour and a half and chefs were working so slowly very bad!

Staff friendly but speed of service appalling appeared there was only 1 chef in the kitchen and took than 45 minutes tonbring our order out. Been here multiple times and it is always the same will not be coming back

Sensational dine-in experience. Staff friendliness was amazing and were patient with our order. Only gripe was that the food took a while to arrive but we understood that it was busy at the time. It was a pity we couldn't use our blue light for a discount also. However the best part was the food. We ordered the spicy sausage pizza (if I recall correctly lol) and chips. We had a garlic crust for an extra 50p but we have never tasted anything like it before (in a good way of course). Would definitely come again!

Me and my boyfriend came for date night got in straight away. Food was amazing and so was the drinks, the lady who served us, Joanna was brilliant, on her own with only one other gentleman helping she made sure we satisfied and having a good time, would definitely come again :)

It was very delicious and the service was amazing always making sure we was alright and was happy and the atmosphere was very happy definitely would recommend however it is quite expensive but it definitely worth it 10/10

Really yummy food and good service

I have wonderful memories at bella Italia me and my boyfriend spent our first valentines day together there and we also enjoy going their for dates this is our second time going the food was beautiful.

We went on the off chance as it was a last minute decision. Joe was brilliant, he greeted us warmly and gave us a lovely booth seat. He was polite and patient, and had a lovely personality. The food was exceptional (vegan meat balls and pasta/spinach and ricotta canal one)and a great choice of beer options. We were also serviced by Lisa, who was just as approachable and lovely as Joe.The atmosphere was relaxed and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend and be coming back soon.
