Although Ciao Bella has been open for some time, regretfully, we've never until now visited this little gem. So, from now on, we will definitely be putting it on our list of favourites. Our visit was during the late lunch menu, and everything was cooked and presented with perfection. The customer service was absolutely faultless, and the front of house staff are a credit to the restaurant. Although we hadn't pre booked, we were made to feel just as welcome. The price of food and drinks is reasonable and not overpriced. Parking is available and close by. Thank you again and we will see you soon. 👍❤️

Great place for breakfast. Wide range and the full cooked was outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly service. Not full but busy enough to have a nice atmosphere. Opens at 8am which was perfect for our early Sunday start.

I went out to eat today, together with my child who is just a few months old! The waitress (the slightly heavier one), I don’t know her name, she served me. I asked for a food and drinks menu, and after I ordered a drink, the waitress came to ask me to pay. I told her I wanted food as well, and she replied, ‘It doesn’t matter, you pay for it separately afterward.’ So, I have to pay after each drink, after each item? There’s no final bill? Miss, I’m here with a baby, where do you think I’m running off to? Or if you are so mentally limited that you can’t remember which table has paid and which hasn’t, I want to let you know that this job is not for you! I have been a customer for a long time, and despite their extremely high prices, I kept coming, but now they have started to be not only rude but also crooks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! YOU WILL FIND THE WORST WAITERS HERE! I RECOMMEND IL ROSSO much better and more civilized!

The staff here truly cares about their guests. They were attentive, courteous, and polite. The cocktails are amazing - the bartenders are always open to suggestions when you ask for a drink that isn’t on the menu - highly recommend!

Had a lovely meal with my wife to celebrate her birthday today. The staff are so friendly and the food is so tasty and well presented. Will definitely be back again soon. A special thanks to Michelle who always is a pleasure to see.

I came to Ciao Bella on Saturday 5th October for my sister in laws baby shower, this is the first time I've ever been and I can honestly say the service was amazing, the staff are soo polite, friendly and give you a warm welcome, I orderd the sweet chilli wrap which was delicious, I can not recommend this place enough to my friends and family, can't wait to come back again, see you soon.

Michelle and the team made us very welcome when we came to celebrate our Grandson's 4th birthday. He was thrilled with his icecream complete with a birthday candle. The food was delicious and the atmosphere really warm and welcoming. We will certainly recommend Ciao Bella to family and friends.

I've been a few times Thursday was good but the last time I went took 55 minutes to get food the place was that full the staff couldn't cope we had to rush our food because you only get a hour carpark across the road. And it was my birthday 😔

Great bar service - didn't eat here just drinks. Husband ordered wrong but bar staff and manager were very good in correcting it. Very friendly

On the 11th of September I took my mum to this restaurant and the second we got through the door the woman greeted us with a warm welcome to their restaurant (I cant remember the woman's name but she had an American accent) and in my opinion, it was lovely that they make sure that new guest are greeted straight away no matter how busy. My expectations were already quite high as the appearance of the restaurant was lovely and it had good reviews, but I wasn’t expecting this 10/10 service the exceeded my expectation, as we walked in the lovely woman came up to us and said “Welcome! How are you today girls” then the conversation carried on she had a very excited happy tone in her voice which then rubbed of on us and made us smile even more, she had amazing body language which was very greeting and made us feel extremely welcome. The lovely woman then asked us our preference of where wed like to sit from the tables available which was nice that she wasn’t just chucking us anywhere she could get that would be easiest, she then brought us some menu to decide what we wanted to eat and asked us what we wanted to drink which was very quick and amazing service. The restaurant itself was very clean, tidy and had lovely decorations all over and the staff were in their lovely server outfits that were clean and smart. Thank you for this impeccable service will 100% be back.

Went here for a birthday brunch on a Saturday. Stags were playing, so it was pretty busy but service was spot on. Thr food was excellent. Will be returning.

Food wasn’t bad, pictures on here make it look better - my pizza wasnt as big…….however there was something going on with a guy shouting at a young girl…..couldn’t quite make it out, but was told by the table next to me, he is the manager or owner!!!!! Was really unprofessional and felt sorry for the girl, will never come here again and advise people to vote with their feet to not give him another penny to someone who treats people that way!!!!!!!

Lovely experience. The chef of the cusine is Italian. They prepare great plates that even though are a little modified to suit the British taste, are a real treasure for the palate.

This lovely clean pleasant restaurant has a really nice ambience. We ate from the lunch time menu that has lots of choices. All the staff were pleasant especially Michelle who was particularly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

This place was recommended. But for a vegetarian, there is not much on the menu. My partner had chicken & and a chorizo skewer, fries, and salad. He loved it. I had vegetable pizza. We also had peroni and a cocktail.

I often have breakfast here with friends & family. It never disappoints and the service from Michelle is always fantastic. She’s so friendly and always has a smile.
