We always enjoy our visits to Ciao Bella. Always a lively buzz, gets very busy at peak times. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is great and reasonably priced given the quality and popularity of the venue. We're both coeliac and they cater well for that, we've never had any problems on that score. We would highly recommend anyone to visit to see what you're missing!

Had a lovely evening in ciao bella, cocktials were fantastic especially the rockstarbeach club that was delicious a mix between a pornstar and sex on the beach, atmopshere was very lively and music was on point.

To start very Arrogant staff not made to feel welcome food very over priced and tasteless atmosphere it's like keeping up with the smiths who got a bigger credit card not the sort of place for a normal person who don't rely on credit cards just full of fake millionaires and yuppies

Fantastic dinner and dessert, brilliant service, quick, efficient and very tasty, thanks to the chef for tasty dishes that made us feel like we were in sunny Italy

Spaghetti bolognese was standard store brought spaghetti and not much of it for the price bit of beef with what tasted like dolmio pasta sauce wasn't worth 15.95 The pizzas looked good and a decent size my fiance let me try a slice of hers but unfortunately I made the wrong choice.

Popped in for lunch with my two monsters who normally won't eat anything but plain pasta and avoid anything new but they absolutely loved it said was best food ever and can't wait to come back, my daughter was so happy with heart shaped pizza great food and service

Rocked up on a Sunday morning (without reservations) and we were seated immediately. This is the second time we've been here for breakfast now. Food served very quickly. Drinks took a little longer but without reservations, we weren't too bothered. Staff were friendly and efficient. The price is very reasonable!

Epic breakfast, kids loved their meals, would be 5* but the owner or manager was sat next to us and spoke on his phone in speaker for the full hour. Didn't need to listen to this and everyone around us remarked and moaned about it. Staff were excellent

went for the first time Friday with my friend coctails was outstanding and food was beautiful 😍 Michelle made sure we was OK at all times the only thing I think could of been better was the table as it was abit small and hardly any leg space but other than that we'd deffo be back reasonably priced drinks 🍸 witch is a bonus and food was very well presented x

partner and I were here for my 21st birthday (we are from Swansea but spent weekend here) for a treat and never been before. Pros ~ stunning atmosphere, very clean, lovely decor, good background music ~ great menue choices, something for everyone to eat and the food came first ~ the price range is amazing for what you get Cons ~ probably the worst time wise service we have received. I work in customer service and understand during busy periods there are time delays but when I say there were four girls just chatting by the bar while we were waiting for service it was crazy. We could have been in and out within the hour but were there for almost 2 due to delays. ~ regulars get faster service, we were seated first for a while but some regulars came in and got served first and their food first due to this. They also got their bill first despite my partner and I being done for at least 10 minutes before them. Overall 4/5 stars and I do recommend going here but do not be in a rush when you do

We were warmly welcomed in the lounge for drinks and then we transferred to the restaurant for a meal. Attentive service in both the lounge and the restaurant, which we have become accustomed to. Food was delicious. I have to eat gluten free food, many items on the menu can be adapted to gluten free, I have never experienced any problems when choosing gluten free options. Special mention to Dom who is just lovely. Always friendly and chatty but then so is everyone else who works at Ciao Bella. All in all a lovely experience, which is why we choose to return time and again. Thank you Ciao Bella!

We love coming here for the gorgeous, delicious breakfasts. Good portion sizes with lovely quality food that is well presented. Michelle is aways so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She certainly adds to the enjoyable experience of dining here.

Delicious Christmas meal. I will remember, from the moment we walked in, sitting down, eating and leaving with a big smile. I felt like I was in a Michelin restaurant. The young servers did an incredible job. But we had a one man show!! Telmo's service is natural and incredible and it also made my whole family want to take him home. For the simple way he made us feel special. Credit to the company for providing an excellent Christmas meal.

I’m a regular at Ciao Bella’s, & adore the place, so i persuaded my 3 sisters for our Christmas meet up to join me there. Confident it would be a wonderful experience for them, Ciao Bella didn’t disappoint, delicious food, faultless service. You are treated like VIPS from the moment you enter their doors, thank you from the 4 of us for a memorable evening.

1st visit here and it was a Gr8 evening the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food we had was fantastic can't wait to visit them again

Went fir food whilst out walking. Fitted us in to a packed restaurant. Food was lovely served by friendly and courteous staff. Reasonably priced. The only negative is the music us so loud everyone raises their voices to be heard.

Went here for food with the girls and we were looked after so well!! food and drinks were all amazing and was quite well priced the staff went over the top to look after us, especially dominka and two other staff members who i didn’t catch their names in the lounge thank you for a great time xx

Went to the restaurant had a lovely meal a gluten free penne pasta which was fantastic, had the greatest waiter called adam who was so attentive!!

I came here for some food and a nice drink with some of my very civilised friends. It was an absolute blast! My friends and I felt welcomed, treated like royalty and had a constant smile on our faces. Adam was our server and he constantly made sure we were happy and felt reassured. He was a great sever - happy, kind, funny and lovely to talk to. I would recommend, 100% 10/10 💜

Although Ciao Bella has been open for some time, regretfully, we've never until now visited this little gem. So, from now on, we will definitely be putting it on our list of favourites. Our visit was during the late lunch menu, and everything was cooked and presented with perfection. The customer service was absolutely faultless, and the front of house staff are a credit to the restaurant. Although we hadn't pre booked, we were made to feel just as welcome. The price of food and drinks is reasonable and not overpriced. Parking is available and close by. Thank you again and we will see you soon. 👍❤️

Great place for breakfast. Wide range and the full cooked was outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly service. Not full but busy enough to have a nice atmosphere. Opens at 8am which was perfect for our early Sunday start.
