My advise to any one contemplating using this establishment is don't ,total arrogant staff, was told no doner meat available , when it was clearly visible on the spit. Hope this place closes soon

Possibly the worst takeaway pizza I’ve ever had, the base was tough on the bottom and uncooked on top. It was supposed to be chicken tikka and mushroom but the chicken was either non existent or tasteless as I could only taste a faint tikka flavour in one bite. Chicken pieces were tiny. The pizza left an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. We had two pieces of allegedly southern fried chicken which were very poor as well. Won’t be ordering anything again

tonight I have ordered a curry, rice, kebab and chips and to say it’s the worst Takeaway I have had would be an understatement! ABSOLUTLEY FOUL! My naan was dry and crystallised inside, clearly been microwaved! I’ve never seen a korma like it a pale yellow/white colour and the rice was hard as a rock! My partners kebab and chips was no better, he called it ‘the worst kebab he’s ever had’! Both our meals went in the bin! I will definitely not be recommending and will stay as far away from this takeaway as possible!

Food didn't arrive waited two hours and got constantly fobbed off when we called.

I'm still waiting for it at 21.20 and I ordered at 18.10 not impressed at all just eat or balti nights just cooked for my kids who were waiting for the meals

Food didn't turn up on time, I rang 20 minutes later apparently "system was down" so had to wait over an hour for food to finally be delivered!

Meat quality.... chicken...... but I could of just got a bad bit lamb was good....great tasting food was fresh and hot they actually read the comments and put fresh chilli in will use again

Food was delivered with items missing. Took 20 mins asked restaurant to cook the food again as the rest of the wood be be cold... they just brought the food that was missing 20 minutes later, driver told us the food had just been sat in the car... disgusting service. Got money back and orders from somewhere else

Kebab and chips ok but the pizza was not cooked n soggy so that's the last time they will be getting my cash 😷 Also try and read your comments that customers write on the order because on last 2-3 times Iv ordered it hasn't been read so what's the point

Had to re cut the pizza there wasn't any pepperoni and when you picked a slice up the toppings fell off one very soggy pizza. It was a chicken and pepperoni. Not good.

Brilliant food, nice an quick delivery too

One of the best meals I've ever ordered from here on probably one of the busiest nights of the year I'm guessing! The chicken tikka vindaloo was perfect!

Nos pida comida a través de comer solo, tiempo de entrega establecido como 21. 30 el restaurante cambió el tiempo a 21. 40 un poco excesiva para 1 y 1 Kebab de pollo al curry y arroz; pero bien es Navidad. 21. 55 llamé al restaurante para preguntar donde mis comidas y que dijo no tuve ningún heno pedidos! ! Despedida me dijeron que mi comida estaba ordenados y él entrega era de 22. 05. La comida fue finalmente entregado 1 horas 25 minutos más tarde. No pedir de nuevo. La comida es generalmente muy bueno; pero esta vez el kebab estaba fría y la ciudad era mediocre.

We waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for delivery and after phoning up three times, we were told we could have a free bottle of pop!!!! It was only because I said no, cancel the order that we were then knocked £5 off our bill. It's such a shame because in over 7 years, we have never had a bad meal. From them. Time to find a new one I think.

Lovely food, chips of fluffy and pizzas are always delicious. Garlic mayonnaise is on the sweet side so I wouldn't recommend it. Eventhough the food is lovely, it took hem and hour and half to deliver my food, it was hot but it's a long time to wait when the average is 45 minutes.

Food ordered online at about 6.45pm order didn't arrive till about 8.20pm and food was cold.

Food was delivered on time and was hot and fresh, however, I did order cheese cake but got something else but it was a suitable replacement. Will order from Balti Nights again, excellent service!

After waiting over a hour for our food we was given the wrong the order, phoned and notified them, another 40 minutes plus went by for only half of our order to arrive and was told that we've got correct pizza so just eat that, so was left with cold pizza that wasn't edible. I've always ordered from Balti nights but this has put me off completely and to top it all off not even an apology.

Do not use this takeaway, food was over an hour late. Most of it wasn't cooked when it finally was delivered. Just Eat tried to get some compensation from the takeaway but they refused to give anything. Would give zero stars if possible.

This was the worst food I have had from here, food arrived 30 minutes late, the food was lukewarm, if it wasn't for my daughter being so hungry, this would have been sent back, most of the pizza ended up in the bin as it was like cardboard.

Got a plain naan instead of garlic and my korma was a bit watery however still really nice

food was a bit late but when you live in woodhouse and order from shirebrook you have to give leeway for this, the curry was amazing and the best id ever had (special murghi masala), disappointed with the keema naan as they forgot to put keema init. pizza was a tad overcooked but still tasted good, chips were good

Food is always good but my order tonight was missing one cherry coke and the garlic mayo and it isn't the first time, it only takes a minute to double check an order.

Only problem was they didn't put the extra pepperoni I asked for. And payed for .extra topping for my pizza
