The food they serve is at a very high standard it's amazing Indian curries english dishes Mexican dishes pizza all served freshly made and position control is second to none highly recommended keep up the good work

Service is not good unless you are a female in a short skirt or a low top was thinking about going there in drag to see if this is true but it would have taken some work to get me past off as a girl/lady. Well now I have taken my business to tonys chippy which is around the corner from fusion because chips and fish should taste like fish and chips not smelly old oil......so many years on I can't believe this chippy is still going because the service you get is so poor and its like I said if you are a lady/girl with tight clothes or lack of clothes then you may get a smile and and chat and maybe more while putting your order in sorry people if you want rubbish food etc then forget the reviews and come here

Staff are very rude! Customer service is atrocious. Food cold on arrival. I'm a chef in my day job and also do alot of food reviews and I would certainly stay away from this kebab shop at all costs! They should be closed down

This takeaway used to be great. It's steadily gone downhill. Had tikka masala last night, which I believe has given me food poisoning. Will never use it again. I'd give 0 stars and a health warning if I could. I would advise others to avoid it. There are plenty of other take-outs available that don't result in profuse vomiting and stomach cramps.

Ordered regular fish n chips and 2 fishcakes. Something seriously wrong with chippy, it has gone down hill, how the hell do u burn 2 fishcakes on one side. Only problem is if u burn or over cook a fishcake it don't taste nice at all. Regular fish was lovely and curry was to but some chips green. I'm a food critic and I know that it's gone from 5 stars to 1. And if you want to try a new chippy try MasterChef since it's been taken over with new owners it's lovely, but only down fall is you can only order online with a card.

Decent kebab....but chips stone cold and under cooked ... spring roll 3 tiny pieces for 3 quid .... very hot spice but rock hard ....went in bin ... won't order from here again ...very dissatisfied

I ordered from fusion a platter for four from just eat its was amazing well worth every penny of 39.99 well worth it u get chicken wings chicken thighs lamb chops seekh kebab 2 nan bread and chips the whole family said at least 4/5 rating will have it again

Poor and absolutely disgusting food it literally went straight into the bin and a service with a smile wouldn’t go a miss also very expensive. We will definitely not be returning and definitely would not recommend. I only gave it 1 star because that’s the lowest star you can give personal wouldn’t give it any stars at all

We ordered through uber eats at 18.45ish. Delivery time said between 19.35 and 19.55. Order confirmed and was to be delivered by a shop staff member instead of uber eats. No problems at all at this point. At 19.50 we were worried about the order not coming so I rang the store for an update. Immediately I was appaled by the customer service. The staff member on the other end of the phone was very rude and abrupt. He cut me off before I could even get my opening sentence out. He told me they were very busy and my order would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I get a store being busy and that's not an issue but don't promise a delivery time that you cannot keep. The staff member told me that if it wasn't good enough then I should just cancel the order. He also stated that I should be aware that the weather is very bad tonight. I dont understand how he can blame late delivery on bad weather when he had said they hadn't even cooked my order yet! The customer service was absolutely abhorrent and I would not reccomend this place to anyone. By the end of the call the staff member was shouting at me and refusing to let me speak. I ended the call and spoke to uber eats who were amazing. They said they could not cancel my order until they had spoken to the restaurant. Uber eats tried to contact the restaurant 3 times and they would not answer the phone. Uber eats then told me since the order was so late (it was about 15 minutes after the end of the delivery slot now) that they would process the cancellation. Absolutely amazing customer service from uber eats and I am so pleased I spoke to them directly. With the order cancelled, we decided to drive to the local chip shop. Ordered our food, got it home and ate it. Then at 20.45 (2 hours after ordering with a 50 minute delivery time) our cancelled order arrived at our door. The delivery driver (who was lovely and had no control of the situation) had no idea that it had been cancelled. He was really shocked and a little annoyed he had been sent on a wild goose chase. We refused the order and sent it back to the store. I find it funny that on the phone the staff member said he could have my already late order to me in 15 minutes and (since he must not have checked the uber eats cancellation) it arrived 45 minutes later. Truly terrible place, please do not give these people your money. If you have any issues they shout at you and talk over you on the phone and just treat you like crap. Never again!!!!!

Absolutley dissapointed with this chippy, we asked for salt and vinegar on the chips and did not get it. The chips tasted like cardboard and were quite oily, the salad was all warm and soggy, if i had a choice to get a refund i would. Deffo would not recomend this place.

Well what can I say me and my bro fetched a donner meat and chips which cost £7.70 and I asked how much for a chip cob which I was told £4 maybe more and got told if you don't like the price then get out salad was very little on the donner and chips and staff was rude definitely will not be going here again

Orderd 3 burgers a cheeseburger and 2 veggie burgers cheese Burger was charcoald was no salad on one of the veggie burgers burger and no sauce on other burger .the food was cold and burgers was like rubber the nicest thing was one piece of onion I got on my burger

Wasn't impressed. Very overpriced for what you got. The nachos were awful. Dry, shoved together with a side pot of salsa that smelled a bit funky. Burritos were too sloppy. All in all definitely won't order from these again

Awful company. My son ordered from them and nothing came. When he got notified that his order had been delivered via his chosen delivery app, he rang fusion and asked where his food was. They told him it had been delivered and the delivery driver had just left so they couldn't ask him. They finally rang him back and said the driver couldn't find our home so he left it "at the back gate". We don't have a back gate that is numbered, the only way he could find our back gate was to find the right house! It was just a lazy driver. Son rang back and was rudely told nothing could be done. They were extremely rude to him and hung up. Only way to get a refund was to contact the app and wait for a response within 48 hours

I had the hot spot pizza, it was absolutely out of this world tasty! It was that nice I almost ate it all before I could take the picture, they have definitely upped their game and I actually think this pizza was nicer than dom*no's by far! I wish I ordered more, I will definitely be ordering again! Fusion you ROCK! 🤟

Always order from here, seen the bad reviews and was skeptical a few years back, but I have not one bad thing to say about this restaurant it's awesome! Always have amazing food, so much Verity I only ever order from here! Unless I want a Chinese as that's only thing they don't do unfortunately but regardless I love the place

We ordered from Fusion for the very first time tonight. We had cod and chips, my partner had mushy peas and i had curry sauce. This was the best fish and chips we've ever had . I recommend them to everyone. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Thank you guys for a fantastic meal. This will be our local takeaway from now on.

I ordered Haddock and I was sent cod at no stage did they attempt to call me to tell me they had run out of Haddock. Also I am convinced that the cod and chips sent was not freshly prepared and was fried from the previous day. Soggy batter on fish and no taste. This was a big mistake for the shop to make to think they could pull this stunt with me. I would never get fish and chips here ever again. The food was shocking

Such a great shame. Had takeaways for years from here. Shame to say the recent fire has had an impact on their price. The food came tonight my chicken tikka was so cold and the chips was hard and to Greasy and my girlfriend kebab was cold the nan bread was not even cooked on one said she asked for chill and that didn’t even come on it never gunna order from these again

Last few weeks tried 3 kebab places 1 edible 2 completely garbage should be closed down tried fusion tonight chicken kebab absolutely brilliant fresh hot and tasty and got what i asked for definitely be using again especially as they do different dishes

I have just collected an order from fusion of 2 x doner meat and chips. In total this cost me £13.20, I questioned the price as onmline it states £4.10 each. He told me that I had to pay the more expensive price as on the phone when I ordered I did not state 'special'... I was not aware there was any difference. Also on the website there is only one option of kebab and chips and it is the £4.10 one. I paid the £13.20 anyway and drove home. I live approx a 2 min drive from fusion. When I got home and unwrapped the food, the grease in the bottom of the tray was puddles there were that much of it! I plated it up and the fat actually hardened and went white on the plate. The chips were shiny in grease. Having taken a bite of our food, we both decided to throw it away as it was that thick in grease it was all that could be tasted. Avoid avoid avoid.

Me and my girlfriend love this place, usually fast service, always good food. Chicken kebab is always on point, I've ordered from here many times and never had bad food, my girlfriend always orders a burger or kebab and she loves it, as I say I've ordered many times, and ill order many times to come im sure.

Absolutely vile, disgusting how they charge £10 a pizza and serve it like that. Came in a plain cardboard pizza box, about the thickness of 2-3 pancakes and toppings absolutely disappointing, next to none. This is one place I will NEVER order from here again. Wouldn’t surprise me if they made them in the day and microwaved them later on that’s what they looked and tasted like.

Over an hour late and still no sign of it so can't even say what it's like. When it did arrive it was still hot and it was alright not the best but equally had worse

Second time ordering from this restaurant, to my surprise I found some metal in my lamb madras! I didn’t realise until I felt something hard and disgusting in my mouth! I called the restaurant to politely ask for a new curry to be sent and at least an apology, however the owner said he didn’t care and said I can call the police if I wanted... and then hung up! Poor service, poor health and safety standards, poor manners!

Sadly the quality and standard of food from here has been on the decline over recent months but the takeaway we have just received this evening is so bad it’s going in the bin. We will no longer be giving the benefit of the doubt and hoping for the best From this company - our loyalty has been rewarded by even more terrible food! Please do yourselves a favour, don’t waste your money and order from elsewhere

Haven't had a takeaway for years.Thought i would give you a try and i was pleasantly surprised.Ordered through just eat, food arrived in very good time, nice and warm, and a very generous portion size, nice chunky fresh salad, chips and mix of kebab meat. Prompt and Polite delivery driver too! Thumbs up from me and my fur baby. 👍😜🐶

rude rude rude!!! We ordered desserts from here and one of our kids dont like cheesecake which the other three of us ordered. We ordered a 'Nutella cake' with OBVIOUS intentions of it being just a cake!! When it arrived we was given what looked like 4 cheesecakes and no cake whatsoever so we contacted the restaurant stating our complaints and we was told "we don't care now bye" and he ended the phone !! Will not be ordering from this 'restaurant' again!!

Once again we order from fusion and have to ring up to see why its so late and we get sorry were busy we've not started it yet. A takeaway shouldn't take 2 hours regardless if its a Saturday. This has happened a few times now and its crazy. Needs to get its act together and stop blaming everything else. Worst part is when you phone they don't care its hours later and we have hungry kids. KFC or another takeaway it is then tonight.

I ordered and was asked if it was cash or card, I said cash. I was informed I would get txt message but didnt, I noticed an email 20 minutes later asking for card payment. I rang 1.15 hours later to ask about the order and explain my concern to be told, I was informed. I wasnt!!! After ordering, I recieved my order 1.15 hours later. Very disappointed by with the service

I think this place easily has the best kebabs in Mansfield. The chicken tikka is to die for and and fresh nan is excellent. You can't get a kebab anywhere else like this in my area. My son loves the milkshakes aswell. There was a wait for my order but it was a Saturday night. It was well worth it when I came. We will be using fusion again.

Only been here twice. 1st time I had very rude customer service. 2nd time my wife had fish chips and mushy peas. I had doner wrap. My doner wrap looked like a 3 year old put it together and my wife's fish the batter was not crispy and all soggy with oil. The battered sausage was same. And the chips was cold and not cooked properly. I used to work in a chip shop myself for 8 years so I know what I'm talking about as I used to work on the friers myself and near enough running the place myself.. . The problem was when cooking the fish and the chips they are not letting the oil get hot enough before cooking them in my experience. If I gave customer service like they did or served food like they do i would have been sacked. My wife also said the fish was flavorless.

If you're after a curry, don't get it from here. I've had better out of a jar. It looked horrendous as I took the lid off, but tasted far worse.

My son called at this shop this evening (5/4/20), he has been self isolating ( he lives on his own) due to illness and a low immune system. He arrived at your shop for food as it was the only one in the local area that was open. The door was wide open and inside there were 4 staff, he went to walk in and was told sternly to wait. He waited a while, then 3 others lads approached the shop and walked straight in, yet nothing was said to any of them. Making 7 people now inside the shop, the shop probably measures 5x5m. My son was ignored and was left standing like a spare part outside the shop. He left for home without any food. I have used this chip shop before both as a walk in and on just eat but I will not be using you again, I think its disgraceful the way he was treated, you have no case to answer regarding social distancing when you allowed 3 lads in just after telling him to wait. I only gave you 1 star because it wouldn't allow me to leave no stars.

Just had the scuby doo box from here, what a massive ripoff. £18 any 10" pizza, donner meat, chicken meat and Cheesy chips. To buy them separately it would be cheaper of of there own website, 10"pizza £6.50, donner and chicken meat and chips £7.50 total £14.00 so they just charged me £4 just for cheese. The portions was small aswell, it was delivered in a 12" pizza box. Remember 10" pizza in there 2,then the add £2 Delivery charge and 0.5 service charge so all in all £21.40 hmm that don't add up? They charged us £18.90 for the box that states £18.00 on the website.

I only live around the corner to this place yet I had to wait an hour and half for sausage, pie and chips to be delivered. When the food arrived it was cold which baffled me because as I said I only live around the corner!

Placed order at 18.20 19.00 phoned fussion was told it would be here 19.20 .19.35 canceld order .Poor service not the first time but definitely the last . Got full refund off just eat . The food arrived 19.40 sent it back

These people do not listen to what you ask for . Lots of chilli gets you a little bit . Ask for salad on kebab and get non . Ask for your curry a bit hotter and you'll be ignored even though on the phone its yes We will do that. Avoid this place

If I could rate this chip shop lower than 1 *, I would. My fish was so oily and greasy, that it left a pool on my plate and the paper was soaked through. The chips were also slimy and oily and tasted of oil. The chips also looked very under cooked. Do not order from here, unless you want to throw your meal away. Neither me or my partner could stomach our meals.

Veggie curries contain packet frozen veg, very little used. Very disappointing. Will continue to cook my own as that was worse than a microwave meal! Salad sent was very soggy and unedible!

Got our food and the sausages was darker then what they should, the chips where very soggy, to the point they didnt looked cooked. Our chicken wrap was undercooked. I wouldnt recommend this place ever again, I'm so disappointed

Ordered food, it arrived late .. I ordered a curry with a nan bread and a poppadom.. I got delivered rice and a very soggy poppadom, when I rang to complain the guy I spoke to was beyond rude, clearly didn’t give a stuff about the extremely poor quality of the food nor the fact the order was incorrect and he hung up on me when I tried to say the poppadom was awful. So pic of the soggy poppadom and you’ve lost a regular customer.. will never order again after that level of rudeness 😱 shocking!!!

Service has gone down hill fast. Normally 5 stars but last three orders had incorrect items, waited an extra hour for one. The have stopped taking any notice of the requests when ordering through just eat. A shame.

I use these alot and last few weeks been shocking service say 45 mins and turns up 1hr and 30 mins later and too be delivered wrong dishes and when you ring them they make out youve ordered wrong clearly we know what weve ordered stay well clear they dont care shocking!!!!

Place used to be good. Now the chips taste foul and look under cooked. Wont be going here again. Tonys chippy is just up the road and taste great.

Im new to Mansfield and I've been working my way around trying to find a fast food place I really like, I had a chicken kebab and a pizza from here yesterday and the meat was really tender (just wish there was a bit more) the kebab overall in taste was one of the best Ive had (definitely the best I've had in Mansfield) and the pizza was spot on, I wanted to save a bit for work today but it was that nice, I ate the lot last night 😂. I will be eating from here in the future. I have found my place 👍🏻

The chips were so hard you could hear them pop , it was as if you were eating sticks they were very underdone as it was too much like a potato , the cheese was alright the burger would have been very nice if it wasn’t drenched in garlic sauce which made me cough , the mozerella sticks were very nice possibly the best iv tried however the chips put me straight off and are the main reason i am writing this but were it not for the chips and the drenched cheeseburger everything would have been fine i did not feel this deserved a one star rating nor a five star because of the reasons i have listed but overall it was an alright meal aside from the minor inconveniences i would not order again this is not memt to be offensive these are things i think you could do better I sincerely appreciated the meal so i am sorry i had to write this however I believe it needs to be said for constructive criticism please take these into account and fixate them i thank you for the meal and am sorry for this post but as i have repeatedly said I believe it needs to be said for future endeavours

This place has something for everyone. The kebabs are Devine. Made from finest ingredients. Fusion special is just that. Delivery is timely the food arrives hot. These guys have mastered the art. But don't believe us give them a call or order online.

The taste of the food was no way close to reasonable Indian food. The food tasted stale. We ended up wasting a lot of it as it was not even palatable.

Well absolute quality and the naans are loaded to the hilt with meat. I saw a combo meal and it was massive i wouldnt be able to eat all that it was huge and looked good value for money except i dont like donner meat. FUSION IS LOVELY FOOD AT THE RIGHT PRICE

I've got to say, I do love a good chippy and Fusion is always great. Quick delivery, delicious food and their curry sauce is great! The kebab is amazing.

Have to give credit where it's due and Fusion excel themselves as a takeaway. We have ordered from here many times and there's lots to choose from. Fusion cater for all tastes including Indian, kebabs, jacket potatoes, fish & chips, burgers Etc etc. You are literally spoiled for choice. I'm vegetarian and love the salad naans! The food is always gorgeous and we haven't had any reason to grumble at all. Highly recommended by us 😊

Ordered from here a couple of times its been ok ordered tonight had a battered sausage and chips the batter was like rubber is supposed to be crispy and the chips was like they'd been dipped in fryer for 2 minutes to defrost and to top it off it wasn't even warm. Won't be ordering again il stick to nick's chippy.
