Rima-Faz Indian in Mansfield

The food was okay and had good taste, however it was luke warm. Now, I assume this was due the fact the delivery was around 30 minutes late and it was probably just say in the drivers car. Told delivery was 18:35, didn't end up getting food till 19:15. Was already told bad things about the delivery time of this restaurant, but thought we'd give it the benefit of the doubt... turns out we won't be ordering from here again as you never know when your food will turn up

Very tastey food . But very very small portions. I order king prawn tandoori. 2 . 5 butterfly prawn the stock and quarter onion. Very hostility when asked if normal . Large size 3 prawn but half a container. Hostility lv im guess complains regular

requested delivery for 715 at 5pm. came through saying it would be delivered at 740, which was disappointing, but fair enough. however, it didn't arrive until 8.25pm. really disappointed

Got a cheap groupon deal and wasn't expecting a lot to be fair but I was surprised how good it was, the food was really good, the lamb malaya and butter chicken were packed full of flavour, starter was lovely. Owner was a great guy and very friendly as was the waitress, she was very prompt and helpful. I could also tell the food was lighter on the stomach, less saturated fat etc which is a definite positive, too many indian restaurants make your stomach feel rough the next day. I fully recommend and will definitely be going back. Thanks

Worst curry ive ever had. Lamb was chewy, uncooked onions and taste overpoweringly of burnt garlic and not much of anything else. Food was over an hour late to boot. Might as well have chimcked 30 quid in the bin. First and last order

Right in the centre of Mansfield. Had a great 3 course meal courtesy of Groupon. Shame it was a little quiet. Service was excellent

We've just had an amazing meal. The food was delicious and the service top notch. Definitely the best Indian restaurant in Mansfield.

From ordering to delivery, the food took 1 ½hours. Initially the delivery time was 30-40mins, which changed to 45-55 upon ordering...not 90mins!!! I called the restaurant twice, once when the app said it was already delivered (it wasn't) to be told it would be 10min and once to query when it would arrive 10mins after the 10mins advisement from the 1st call. annoyingly, the food was delicious...but sadly I won't order from here again due to the length of time it took for the food to be delivered.

Once again, an absolutely delicious meal was delivered. Hot, tasty, full of flavour. Their tikka masala sauce is the best I’ve had. We had chicken tikka masala and a chicken bhuna for mains and both were full of meat. I’m still yet to visit the restaurant but this is hands down the best Indian takeaway I’ve had. Will order again soon!

Been here many times over the years for lunch and dinner. Had dinner here recently on the special £21.99 menu, had chicken chat to start, lamb tikka for main with rice and upgrade to keegan nan instead of plain. Absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. Didn't have desert or coffee. They did bring us a shot of baileys though. Staff and service were great as always. Highly recommended

Taste Brilliant as always. Had the Lal tufan today..at over £18 for that one curry wasnt quite worth it...it was hot but not quite as hot as id have liked it... i could taste naga pickle in the curry and its not that hot . But overall lovely food

Had a takeaway the other night, overpriced, naam breads all screwed up, and the cheese one has never seen cheese! Poppadoms all smashed. Over £46 for 2 starters, 2 name, 2 rice and 2 main course and 1 side. Restaurant prices for a takeaway, and we did not enjoy it other than one main which was nice. We used to go weekly not been for a couple of years and in no hurry to return. I believe you get what you pay for but for sure the other night this was not the case.

Tandori mixxed grill is a smalled food portion you can imagine for £18. They also forgot to add kingprawn.

The food was lovely as always, but very late, as always. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but ordered at 5pm for a 7pm delivery so that it would be on time! Very soon this was put back to 7.30. No update by 7.25 so rang for update and was told they were waiting for a driver, but would not be much longer(I think 15 minutes was mentioned). The app updated to 7.50 delivery time but this was at 7.55! The app then updated to 8.10 pm and delivered at 8.05!

Delicious food, once again! Arrived hot and food was great quality. The delivery driver was friendly and we were kept well informed about the delivery time. Would 100% order again and would definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a home delivery last night. The food was excellent and it was very reasonably priced compared to other Indian Deliveries we have used. It was on time, very polite service and when. I ordered, they double checked which was great as I’d forgot to order my Wife’s side dish. Having used all of the Indians in Mansfield, RimaFaz imo is the best by far.

Food is usually amazing from here, it’s our go to place. Today it wasn’t nice at all, poppadoms were stale, we ordered samosas and they came like spring rolls but barely cooked and had huge chick peas in and no taste! Curry was delicious but disappointing

We went to RimaFaz last night and the food was exceptional. Rima was serving and everything we asked for was perfect. Faz came and introduced himself, everything from food quality, service and price was 10/10. From my experience, this is the best Indian in Mansfield and they also do free deliveries which is great for these Winter nights. We will be back. Thank you.

Me and my Mrs have ordered from here for the last 2 years and never had any complaints at all but last night my Mrs got food poisoning from the red strip's of chicken tikka that was supposed to be butter chicken and the we got yellow rice that was definitely packed microwave rice not white pilau oh and we got yogurt instead of mint yoghurt the whole meal was disgusting! Very very disappointed!

Delivered well within the given time, the food was super tasty! Really enjoyed. The only bad points were they missed the onion bhaji from our order (but was refunded and really apologetic) and the food was verging on cold, therefore I’d recommend serving on warmed up plates if you don’t want it to get cold before you start eating it.

Ordered at 1830 did not arrive until 2050 so it does not take over two hours to cook a korma and Tika and food was cold

Horrendous service! Waited ages for drinks and then waited ages for the food. When the food eventually came out the order was all wrong!!! We will not be coming back here.

Absolutely delicious curry and side orders. Food was really hot on arrival and the delivery driver was super polite, hoping we enjoyed our meal. I would 100% order again and I’ve since found out (after going on, to be honest, about how tasty it was) that they have a restaurant in town too. So I’ll be coming to visit soon.

I’d go as far as saying this is the best takeaway in Mansfield never mind just best curry horse. Everything is so flavoursome and is so warm, just wish they had tracking on delivery so I don’t have to sit at the window waiting!

The food was tasty, soft tender, cooked perfectly. The keema nan was missing meat and luke-warm. All sauces complimented the food, the sheek kebab was beautiful. All containers were leak proof, no concerns just a little more meat and warmth. Onion bhaji weren't cooked enough, still powdery texture.

Food was good, Rogan josh is a little on the sweet side but still nice! Struggled to collect the food at just eat took us to a random location but it was still warm when we got there

24/9/2024 Staying locally and as always looked for an Indian. Stopped of here and thoroughly enjoyed the food, great taste and very fairly priced. Nice owner and nice chatting to him. Would return if staying nearby again.

ordered items from the buy one get on free popular dishes. and was told because I had spent over 15 pound I had been given the 25% discount and the buy one get one free offer doesnt apply.. spoke to resturant who are very rude and there response was take it up with just eat. FALSE ADVERTISING ON JUST EAT!!! and giving excuses to why the buy one get one free offer clearly advertised doesn't apply... will not be ordering again and wouldn't advise anyone to order for a del to take 2 hours !!!

Absolutely Stunning!! A takeaway is a rare treat for myself due to saving the pennys. But I'm so glad i ordered, the Chutney Tray had 5 different things even an extra popadum given. The Chicken Tikka Masala is creamy and can taste the spices used, great! The Lamb Rogan Josh, melt in your mouth, spicy but the right amount that you can enjoy it. The Tandoori Chicken starter was 2 huge pieces of chicken breast moist and flavoursome. Delivered very hot 🔥 which is greatly appreciated, Thank you 😊

Food nice but once again late this time it came 2 HOURS after I ordered! The estimated time moved twice, was told that they’re waiting on a driver and will give me freebies (which was 1 extra poppadom) if you’re short staffed or struggling change your initial estimated time of arrival in the first place

Absolutely disgraceful. We were told our delivery would be 45 minutes but it still hadn't arrived 2 hours later. In that time we called 3 times and were told that it would be 15 minutes, which was obviously a lie. The woman on the phone was very rude when we cancelled the order. I will never eat here again and will tell as many people as possible about my experience. Very very poor.

We went there as a group of 8 and i highly recommend trying as many dishes as possible, because there’s so many good ones. Food is really flavourful and freshly made in clay ovens, the way it’s meant to. All of the staff was incredibly lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Very pleasant atmosphere and the food is beyond delicious. Hands-down the best indian food i’ve ever had and i tried a few. You can tell it was made with love

The food was really good, but very late! I asked for 6.30, which was 30 minutes more than advertised. It was delivered at 7.50. I had been informed earlier that it was on the way, but on the phone was told it was just being bagged up! But it was really nice food!

We have been visiting Rima Faz since the days of being The Mint. The food and service has always been excellent. Faz and the team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. We have tried quite a few local Indian restaurants over the years but Rima Faz will always be the go to for us. Keep up the good work!

Had it for takeaway delivered was great .but food wasn't Indian to me ,more like soup with a few spices thrown in .missed items in food .and rice (1) totally missing.my daughter loves this place so thought we would try but for a order over £100 without the 25percent off would have been £145+ so NO was not impressed at all .
