Had a great takeaway for first time today made use of the 20% discount will definitely be having another one from Rima Faz John

We have been visiting Rima Faz since the days of being The Mint. The food and service has always been excellent. Faz and the team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. We have tried quite a few local Indian restaurants over the years but Rima Faz will always be the go to for us. Keep up the good work!

Had it for takeaway delivered was great .but food wasn't Indian to me ,more like soup with a few spices thrown in .missed items in food .and rice (1) totally missing.my daughter loves this place so thought we would try but for a order over £100 without the 25percent off would have been £145+ so NO was not impressed at all .

I’ve left lots of 5 star reviews for Rima Faz.Nearly always brilliant but when I’ve rang up the last two times the lady did not pass onto the chef we wanted extra mint sauce with our chicken tikka starters,Infact there was none Two weeks on the go.The Chicken was second rate aswell.What a complete shame as we thought we found our perfect place for our once or twice a week Indian curry.Don’t get me wrong thou as the food was brilliant up until the last two times.So we have now decided to go back to our previous Indian Restaurant.We spend an average of £3-4K per year on Indian curries.Such a shame as we thought we’d found the perfect place.

Well where do I start 🤔 Ordered online at 1800 at 2100 still no food. Range the place after 1.5 hours told 20mins away, rang again 40 mins later got left on hold. Range back again to have the phone put down obviously the £51 order is not of concern. Shabby very very shabby and we have eaten in this restaurant many times. I can say I won't be back. I will find someone who actually makes the food

Had the most amazing meal at rima-faz tonight with the absolute pleasure of chatting with faz himself. This restaurant is small and quant with customer service being at their forefront. From being greated as we opened the door by their lovely hostess and shown to a comfortable table with air-conditioning. We ordered a special that faz recommended and it didn't disappoint. The whole meal was tasty and plentiful for 2 and we reallt enjoyed it. Faz is such a wonderful host and took time to sit and chat with us. He is so passionate about the community he lives and works in and this really shines through. Thank you faz and your team for a lovely evening.

Ordered a takeaway. Delivery was quick, a the driver was very pleasant. Food was outstanding. Quality, and taste was extremely good. Loads of extras. Very pleased and impressed.

Never again, Ordered takeaway to be delivered and got it two hours later. It was stone cold and went straight in the bin. Phoned them after an hour and a half to be told that the driver was just leaving with it and should be with you in ten minutes, Arrived another half hour later. We were regulars but sadly not anymore, Delivery guy was nice but no apology for the lateness.

Alittle late in my review but had to do one. Went here with great friends as it was recommended. It was a couple weeks ago now on a Wednesday evening so not too busy. Faz was lovely and welcoming. Our food was delicious, we all had different things and each dish we were satisfied with. We all will go back again and for sure. Thanks for a great evening.

Said i was happy because by the time it arrived it would then be 1hour late. Woman on the other end wouldnt stop talking to listen and when i asked her to she asked if i wanted to cancel the order, i said No, we just want the food asap . it is already 30mins late. Shen then said ive cancelled your order and hung up. Always had good experience and good food. Now they have not just lost an order they have lost a returning customer. Poor service. No Tracking, Rude staff.

We started using RIma Faz after our local takeaway declined in quality. We've tried a couple of other Indian takeaways but none have been as good as Rima Faz. Quality has always been excellent and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Lots of choice for vegetarians too. Very happy, thanks very much.

Food excellent portions ok, but service slow for a Sunday evening but must admit they were serving a party of 20 opposite us so ok. I will visit again as the food was very good and the menu is wide and varied A Must Try in my Opinion.

Ordered a Takaway which was 30 minutes later than the estmated delivery time. When it finally arrived The Pickle Tray £3.50 contained one of the small round onion salad that's it. Ordered 3 popadums only 2 turned up one of which was smashed. 2 out of the 3 dishes ordered were leaking as they were squashed. First and last time I order from Rima Faz

Chicken saag was absolutely delicious. Not oily at all. Delivery was quick but unfortunately plain naan arrived instead of garlic naan.

We pre-ordered on line for a 7.15-7.45pm delivery and we ended up ringing the restaurant at 8.20pm to ask where our delivery was. Food was very bland and unbalanced between spice and heat this was the first time we’ve eaten from here and will be our last we will continue to order from our usual place which is 10 times better than here. What I will say is the Keema Rice was very very nice rest of it was unfinished and ended up in the bin.

The best food you will taste locally! If I couldn’t have food from here I would simply just not order a takeaway, quality moist meats and flavour to make your mind pop! I haven’t been able to try eating out at the restaurant yet but if it’s as good as the takeaway you won’t need to eat anywhere else!

Had a takeaway delivered saturday 15th april and was quite disappointed as it arrived later than the estimated delivery time, the mix grill masalas both lacked sauce and the garlic rice seemed pre-cooked , which was disappointing as we have had some very good meals from here in last couple of years.

I called in for the 1st time on Sunday with my mate bill. He uses it regularly, I can understand it the food was lovely

Had rima a few times and never had a problem, tonight curry arrived and the chicken looks like it's come out of a packet and mixed in with sauce.. the chicken was flat like it's been pre-sliced. Chapatti was also soggy and doughy like it was under cooked Chipa, naan, samoas and onion bhaji were nice.. food was also hot and delivered in a good time

The service team were so friendly and helpful. It felt like a cosy, family-run business. We were well looked after and the food was great. Lots of options, even for my partner who is vegan. Will certainly go again.

The food was great and most of the staff were nice, including the main person serving us but the person who brought our food to the table came across as quite rude. It was quite a long wait for our meal too, despite the fact we were the only customers there. The music was also a problem, it kept cutting out and skipping irritatingly and the same 3-4 tracks seemed to keep looping the whole time we were there, which got very annoying.

Food was tepid on arrival and part of the order was missing. When I complained regarding the temperature of the food I was told no one else had complained. Poor customer service and does not take constructive criticism on board. Personally I will not be ordering again and would advise to avoid at all cost

Visited Christmas Eve as a table of three, restaurant could not have been more accommodating to our needs despite also dealing with takeaway orders. Had great quality food and price was reasonable. Will definitely be returning!

I ordered Rima Faz originally through Just Eat. Just Eat did not deliver my food. After speaking with Rima Faz staff, eventually Faz himself spoke directly to us through the phone. He explained that Just Eat has been poor for him and that they were cancelling the Just Eat and taking control of their own delivery service. Because of the trouble we had Faz actually hand delivered himself free of charge meals for 4 of us that had been ruined by Just eat. Incredible customer service and testament to the man that runs the show at Rima Faz. Will always be ordering directly through Rima Faz and hopefully through Faz himself. Thanks again for your generous delivery and I hope that your business goes from strength to strength without the weight of Just Eat holding it back.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered food at 7:15pm, nothing delivered by 9pm. Rang the restaurant and they said “give me a moment, I’ll see where it is”, they then came back to the phone and said “can I call you back, I’ll find out where it is”- to which I happily agreed, was just really hungry at this point… 20 minutes later, no phonecall back, so I rang six times, all rang through, tried ringing on my girlfriends phone and they answered straight away! Asked for an update again and asked why they didn’t answer my phone and not called back after 20 minutes, to which they said they knew nothing about our previous phonecall. We’re now 2 hours and ten minutes from when we made the order, to which the owner, I’m assuming, politely said “it’s still at the restaurant”, when we tried to cancel he assured us it was really good food and we’ll get freebies too for the inconvenience. 21:35 and waiting an extra ten minutes for delivery, not a chance. Not usually one to moan about this type of stuff, but we were proper hungry and just wanted some snap 😂

Went To this amazing divine Indian restaurant to celebrate New Years Eve and I was blown away from Start to finish with what an amazing incredible night I had. The food was beyond anything I have ever eaten before and was heaven on a plate. The service was impressive with staff that were perfection. The restaurant is clean welcoming and beyond anywhere I been. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait for next month to celebrate valentines there.

Had a great experience here on Friday evening (10/09/21) the Location itself is ideal for a meal before or after visiting the Palace theatre, as well as the numerous pubs/clubs around the area, plenty of parking nearby too, we will be visiting again.

This is our favourite Indian restaurant to eat in or take out. We were there last night 1st visit since last lock down. Our usual top quality food and friendly attentive service. Try & keep us away. Had a takeaway the other night, over priced, naam breads all screwed up and the cheese one has never seen cheese! Poppadoms all smashed. Over £46 for 2 starter, 2 name, 2 rice ans 2 main course and 1 side. Restaurant prices fir a takeaway and we did not enjoy it other than one main which was nice. We used to go weekly not been for a couple of years and in no hurry to return. I believe you get what you pay for but for sure the other night this was not the case.
