Rima-Faz Indian in Mansfield

Absolutely delicious curry and side orders. Food was really hot on arrival and the delivery driver was super polite, hoping we enjoyed our meal. I would 100% order again and I’ve since found out (after going on, to be honest, about how tasty it was) that they have a restaurant in town too. So I’ll be coming to visit soon.

I’d go as far as saying this is the best takeaway in Mansfield never mind just best curry horse. Everything is so flavoursome and is so warm, just wish they had tracking on delivery so I don’t have to sit at the window waiting!

All containers were leak proof, no concerns just a little more meat and warmth. Onion bhaji weren't cooked enough, still powdery texture.

Food was good, Rogan josh is a little on the sweet side but still nice! Struggled to collect the food at just eat took us to a random location but it was still warm when we got there

My order was almost a hour late, and said it had been delivered 30minute on the app before it actually arrived, everything was cold

ordered items from the buy one get on free popular dishes. and was told because I had spent over 15 pound I had been given the 25% discount and the buy one get one free offer doesnt apply.. spoke to resturant who are very rude and there response was take it up with just eat. FALSE ADVERTISING ON JUST EAT!!! and giving excuses to why the buy one get one free offer clearly advertised doesn't apply... will not be ordering again and wouldn't advise anyone to order for a del to take 2 hours !!!

Absolutely Stunning!! A takeaway is a rare treat for myself due to saving the pennys. But I'm so glad i ordered, the Chutney Tray had 5 different things even an extra popadum given. The Chicken Tikka Masala is creamy and can taste the spices used, great! The Lamb Rogan Josh, melt in your mouth, spicy but the right amount that you can enjoy it. The Tandoori Chicken starter was 2 huge pieces of chicken breast moist and flavoursome. Delivered very hot 🔥 which is greatly appreciated, Thank you 😊

Useless service for delivery takeaway. Waited over an hour and half for food. It was then delayed further so had to cancel. Why bother taking orders you can't handle. Absolute waste of time.

Food nice but once again late this time it came 2 HOURS after I ordered! The estimated time moved twice, was told that they’re waiting on a driver and will give me freebies (which was 1 extra poppadom) if you’re short staffed or struggling change your initial estimated time of arrival in the first place

We went there as a group of 8 and i highly recommend trying as many dishes as possible, because there’s so many good ones. Food is really flavourful and freshly made in clay ovens, the way it’s meant to. All of the staff was incredibly lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Very pleasant atmosphere and the food is beyond delicious. Hands-down the best indian food i’ve ever had and i tried a few. You can tell it was made with love

The food was really good, but very late! I asked for 6.30, which was 30 minutes more than advertised. It was delivered at 7.50. I had been informed earlier that it was on the way, but on the phone was told it was just being bagged up! But it was really nice food!

We have been visiting Rima Faz since the days of being The Mint. The food and service has always been excellent. Faz and the team always go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. We have tried quite a few local Indian restaurants over the years but Rima Faz will always be the go to for us. Keep up the good work!

Had it for takeaway delivered was great .but food wasn't Indian to me ,more like soup with a few spices thrown in .missed items in food .and rice (1) totally missing.my daughter loves this place so thought we would try but for a order over £100 without the 25percent off would have been £145+ so NO was not impressed at all .

delivery was on time ,all food hot ,but no pilau rice delivered and no king prawn in the mixed tandoori mixed grill .at over 100 pound order wasn't worth the money .quite disappointed.

We called the restaurant cancel the order as the time shown was 1h for 2 mains, but they confirmed that will be delivered earlier, however we received our food in 1h. Also, i've ordered Garlic Naan, but received plain one.

over 2 hours for a very small delivery. communication was very slow. I was past hungry by the time it arrived, so didn't really enjoy it.

Curry was nice but the delivery time wasn’t ordered around 730 with an eta 30-45 minutes it turned up at 925 - the ETA just kept extending- hopefully better next time

I’ve left lots of 5 star reviews for Rima Faz.Nearly always brilliant but when I’ve rang up the last two times the lady did not pass onto the chef we wanted extra mint sauce with our chicken tikka starters,Infact there was none Two weeks on the go.The Chicken was second rate aswell.What a complete shame as we thought we found our perfect place for our once or twice a week Indian curry.Don’t get me wrong thou as the food was brilliant up until the last two times.So we have now decided to go back to our previous Indian Restaurant.We spend an average of £3-4K per year on Indian curries.Such a shame as we thought we’d found the perfect place.

Ordered at 7:15 received food at 9:35 Restaurant only 1 mile from home

when i ordered the food it was 35- 50 minutes. it took 2 hours to arrive which was really bad as is was about 9.30pm when it finally arrived. very disappointing as the children were very tired as it was so late.

Was the best curry I have had a in a very long time, ordered from here before and had some decent meals in the restaurant but the Garlic Chicken Chilli that I had last night was so tasty and fresh that I cannot wait to order it again!

Well where do I start 🤔 Ordered online at 1800 at 2100 still no food. Range the place after 1.5 hours told 20mins away, rang again 40 mins later got left on hold. Range back again to have the phone put down obviously the £51 order is not of concern. Shabby very very shabby and we have eaten in this restaurant many times. I can say I won't be back. I will find someone who actually makes the food

Totally un acceptable service tonight. 3rd time I have ordered 1st time was 10 minutes or so late which is fine, this was a few months ago. Ordered last weekend again food was late but around 20/30 minutes, food arrived hot and very nice and it was a Saturday so explainable. Tonight I placed my order at 5.45 food didn’t arrive until 7.55! I had complained before the food arrived about it being late so just eat gave me an option to request a part refund, the restaurant replied that they wasn’t going to refund as the driver was on the was and was going to be with me in the next 10 minutes by this time it had been 2 hours since my order was placed but I was told I would receive “something from the menu free of charge” when the driver arrived I emptied the bag to find my pickle tray was missing and a free dish was not included. I called to be told I could request a refund via just eat or they would send this missing items with the next driver I asked how long this would take as my order already had taken 2hrs10mins to be told 15-20 minutes. I agreed! Just another thing to add to the disappointing list tonight. I then started to plate up the food as we was all so hungry at this point, to then be absolutely furious that our food that had arrived was cold! Then delivery driver brought my missing pickle tray and the complimentary dish another 1 hour and 30 minutes later! The driver was polite and stated as soon as the door was open that he’s just the driver. This is just unacceptable, I understand it’s a Saturday evening but orders should not be taken if they cannot be on time, hot and the correct items in the bag. I will find a new restaurant from now on.

Shocking. 2 and half hours I’ve waited. I expect my money back MINIMUM. Completely spoilt my night.

Had the most amazing meal at rima-faz tonight with the absolute pleasure of chatting with faz himself. This restaurant is small and quant with customer service being at their forefront. From being greated as we opened the door by their lovely hostess and shown to a comfortable table with air-conditioning. We ordered a special that faz recommended and it didn't disappoint. The whole meal was tasty and plentiful for 2 and we reallt enjoyed it. Faz is such a wonderful host and took time to sit and chat with us. He is so passionate about the community he lives and works in and this really shines through. Thank you faz and your team for a lovely evening.

Food was lovely - perfect temperature and portions were just right too! Balti Jalfrezi in particular was so tasty 👌Only small complaint is that tracking couldn’t be done so we were left waiting near the door for the driver but that’s not a huge deal. Overall a fabulous meal 😁

I know its new years eve but I pre ordered for delivery, was still over hour later than time choosen, the food was cold and not much of it as nearly all containers where only half full. Disappointed as the last time we ordered from here it was really nice.

Why do I order from here ???? !!!!! Always late. I placed my order 2 hrs before delivery time, giving them plenty of time to sort. Why do they accept orders when they can not fulfill. SO YET AGAIN I AM DISSAPOINTED!!!! What are you going to do about this ?? !!

Ordered a takeaway. Delivery was quick, a the driver was very pleasant. Food was outstanding. Quality, and taste was extremely good. Loads of extras. Very pleased and impressed.
