Morrisons Mansfield Woodhouse Cafe in Mansfield

This place made me and my dad ill, we ordered two breakfast that are £7 each and the portion size is awful, only good thing about it is the plates! you get average overcooked and preheated bacon and sausage with a small pot of preheated beans, hash browns are okay but the mushrooms are vile! tinned sliced mushrooms that were freezing and raw, knife and forks all covered in muck and cafe stunk of BO that never left and it was freezing. Both me and my dad got home and felt unwell, wouldn't get one again that's for sure as your paying £7 for a meal you could cook better at home.

Love it! New menu lain ch ready for Christmas, very clean and very inviting Food was fab!! Defo recommend to anyone who’s hungry

Mixed grill totally dry like it was left under heater lamps ,and the egg hard yolk. Awful,, my wife's breakfast was better but not great,

I’ve shopped here on many occasions. I feel like certain items are harder to find than it’s other stores. I visited 2 days ago, looking for a section after several attempts up and down the aisle I left without what I came in for.

Myself and my partner came in today for a breakfast. The place was absolutely freezing the coffee machine was broken ( which can’t be helped I know ) but the instant coffee provided was awful no spoons available to make it. We ordered straight after a table of 4 who had theirs served and ate it all still Without ours arriving. Eventually ours arrived with a poor girl obviously embarrassed saying they’ve said you can have a free pudding then she hurried off. I would of too as the breakfast was awful! The bacon was burnt not crispy but charred, the eggs were horrendous hard and looked like rubber. The pot of beans we both had were stone cold obviously somebody had missed heating them up ! Our slice of toast was just thrown on top of our food, not cut in half just kind of Thrown on it 😂 And the hash browns where Rock hard and burnt on the edges. A gentleman had his brought out at the side of us and it looked lovely with steam coming from it. I don’t know what happened to our food but unfortunately it was terrible. The cafe toilets were also cold with ice cold water to wash your hands and even the dryer was blowing cold air out 🤷‍♀️😂 obviously not the cafes fault. On a happy note previous visits have been great 😊

Smell of pee from the adjacent toilets. Food quality dreadful. Long overdue a makeover. Only cafe left in Woodhouse unfortunately because it's so bad

I have never seen anything so disgusting in my life .First of all no coffee in machine it was broken a has been for a while according to other people that was in queue. Couldn't find a clean table every table full of dirty pots .. staff need to go to a new charm school .Not has if they was busy .Wanted ti have something to eat but we didn't bother the whole place needs a good clean .it's drty

Very surprised at other reviews, we've been a few times and always found this cafe excellent. Good food at this price level, staff looked after us and we enjoyed the experience, we'll definitely be going again 👍

Nice cosy cafe and food and drink lovely but shockingly run and really need more staff. Never have any teaspoons in and its hit and miss if there's any sugar or milk sachets. Often have to ask the staff for sugar and milk. Hygiene on the tables needs a good overhall. Leftover food on trays left for nearly half an hour before taken away. Food on floor sometimes and the tables are grubby and sticky. Often cups are grubby and need a clean and the cutlery is a bit hit or miss regarding cleanliness. Hit and miss with napkins as well. And never any teaspoons so your left to stir your drink with a desert spoon.

This place is an absolute disaster as a so called cafe. No cutlery, 30 mins plus for food. The staff unprofessional and arrogant, drinks machine, and lack of options especially hot chocolate, and months, not available. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
