Severvise was exalt great communication from staff and Donna the manger was excellent and every helpful

was awful I order a chicken kebab with salad and mint sauce and it was mix meat and a tray of unrecognisable stuff ,awfull end

Ordered on uber, says burgers are served with chips, salad and sauce. None came with chips. Rang the restaurant was not helpful at all said it doesn’t say that on the menu when I have literally a screen shot of it saying that they come with chips. Was saying yes but only £4 no chips. Not my problem if your menu is wrong. Told me the menu isn’t wrong so I asked for my chips lol. Bad attitude when phoned up. Pizza was under cooked and food was cold. Ridiculous! No resolution just told me he would WhatsApp me the menu and I said I’ll send you the screen shots of your menu on uber. He still told me I was wrong 😂

Went for dinner. Upon arrival we were overwelmed with too much information. Order via QR, only take card, we dont have this we dont have that. Buffet is now finished. No wonder this place was empty. The order from the local pizza takeaway was a lot easier. Will definately not be back anytime soon

My go to for a kebab burger and pizza

Have been coming to picture house once a month for dinner and drinks for a few yesrs . But the meal deals are poor now as you seem to be paying more just to have items added. Also, I've just come back from Wetherspoons in Thirsk, and most of their cask ales were under £2. You pay 79p more in picture house for some ales. I don't get why it's more dearer in a town that's struggling. So think I'll have to go somewhere else once a month.

So today I made a mistake in fetching a breakfast for my very very poorly partner who has cancer and a sarcastic member of your team took the order. She was so busy saying is that it, is that it over and over - thinking it was funny that she totally messed up the order. Her colleague at the collection window thought she was hilarious. Cold, disgusting food, served by people who can’t be bothered. Management need to step up and sort out staff. Useless would not return.

I ordered from Albert St Mansfield this evening , email confirmation said 8.30pm delivery and still no delivery at 9.30pm . I phoned the branch to discuss and asked for the manager only to be told “ they’ve been sacked “ I asked about my order and was told I’d be better off collecting it . I declined and cancelled the order but as I ordered online I had to contact Pizza Hut direct to get my refund . Disgusting service .

no show/no call. The driver didn't show up or call me. I didn't get any food. I probably won't get my 20 pounds back. Thanks for wasting my money and time!

By far worst kebab in Mansfied !!! Chicken wings they were not well cooked!!! And chips with no taste!!! Awful!!!

Wow! Every single time i order theres something missing, usually its the sauce on the kebab or the salad or both...this time i ordered a chicken kebab and instead i got lamb donner and fries. WHY? can you read whats on the order? F MY LIFE
