Pizza Hut in Mansfield

I ordered from Albert St Mansfield this evening , email confirmation said 8.30pm delivery and still no delivery at 9.30pm . I phoned the branch to discuss and asked for the manager only to be told “ they’ve been sacked “ I asked about my order and was told I’d be better off collecting it . I declined and cancelled the order but as I ordered online I had to contact Pizza Hut direct to get my refund . Disgusting service .

Excellent customer service and very tasty pizzas from the Albert street Pizza Hut Mansfield. I had an issue with an order so gave the store a quick call and the issue was sorted in minutes and for the inconvenience we received a free pizza too. Thanks guys we’ll definitely order from you again 😊.

Ordered pizza and San Miguel all at £5 deal which was delivered 15 minutes late which wasn’t an issue but they forgot my beer. I rang the shop to inform them and they said they would get the driver to bring them but they never turned up! Won’t be ordering from there again

Very tasty. Fresh & hot. Fast service too. Website/we made an error and lost a pizza on the order for the family. I called & guy answering sorted it for us no problem Thankyou!

Pizza ordered at 21.05 arrived at 22.40. Spoke to the shop twice to be told it was on its was on its way in ten minutes. The attitude of the gentleman I spoke to was horrendous. Totally unprofessional and very rude. Was told that it’s wasn’t there problem the order was accepted even tho they couldn’t guarantee the delivery window and I should contact customer service to complain. Wouldn’t give his first name or the store managers name as he didn’t want to and said it was data protection which is absolutely untrue. I was in total shock in his attitude towards me and he really couldn’t give a dam if the order was last or not. Should not be working with a customer focused role. The order was place and paid for and when the order arrived I refused and sent it back. I would like a totally refund and will never be using Pizza Hut again!

Made an online order for two pizzas (£5 specials) phoned the resturant to request one without tomato sauce and was told this would not be a problem. Well over an hour later the two pizzas arrived and after the first bite it became clear they both had sauce on them. Assuming it was a simple mistake we phoned the resturant and were told they would not and could not "modify" the pizzas as it was company policy, and if we wanted one without sauce we would have to pay full price (3x as much) the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and became more concerned with offloading his hardships on to me. Including the fact his staff had not turned up and he didn't have time to be calling "customers like me" about their order. After a lengthy phone call it became clear we weren't going to get any reasonable solution other than them coming to collect the pizzas. The staff member refused to give his name or the name of any members of management. Thankfully the delivery driver was much more helpful and did provide details for us. Thankfully the driver was very polite and a pleasure to deal with - the only silver lining to what has been quite frankly a very unpleasant waste of time! Dominos may I add have no issue in catering for our requirements and as such we placed an order there. I look forward to management contacting me regarding this issue as it isn't the first time this has happened to people we know!

My good friend and I enjoyed a great tasting pizza, with both of us choosing the gluten intolerant menu but found it had a large choice available so we did not feel left out. We also enjoyed some the fresh salad and self service soft drinks.

I find the food, presentation, taste, service and surroundings consistently high wherever I go with fresh salad available all the time and everything cooked fresh to order. We both enjoyed a freshly made starter, pizza, and top up soft drinks. My good friend is gluten intolerant yet found a large choice available so he did not feel out of it.
