I got the wrong pizza I got a 12 inch and I ordered a1 14 inch garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms I didn’t get that pizza

I had really enjoyed food from here and placed quite a few orders. unfortunately the last delivery was awful. Not hot, no salad or sauce with my kebab and chicken wings very tough. Sorry but I won't be ordering any time soon.

Sorry but I didn’t enjoy it at all, pizza base was barely cooked and all toppings slid off the top of the base. Plus the hot wings I bought were inedible based on the amount of mayo that had subsequently been blasted all over them when I isn’t ask for it

Amazing amount of mix kebhab and amazing amount of salad I would recommend this place to anyone, not too greasy. Honestly order from here every time I have takeaway.

Great Food, warm & decent quality for price. I was expecting a Tomato base pizza with the 'extra garlic base' added (costs extra) on top or on the crust, and instead recieved a pizza with no tomato base, garlic butter INSTEAD OF (not as well as) so just be wary as its open to interpretation on the menu as to what you're getting. Aside from that, Fantastic!

The staff are great people to order with and the food quality is excellent with the food being good, however the delivery drivers are shocking with directions and locations. Might be the location we are but everything we order it's the same issue!

I'm not gonna be too harsh as I usually get good service. Tonight I had my order cancelled by the restaurant after they already took my money. Not the end of the world, I'm sure I'll get it back but just be aware that this can happen. If you're down to your last £20 pay with cash. This way they don't take your money without any food. Looks like Bodrum for me tonight then.

Just tried ordering 2 pizzas from here and they kept saying it was gonna be arriving in 5 mins, order never showed up and the person on the phone taking orders sounded like they was having a party and had no care and was rude to me even putting the phone down on me multiple times, they tried offering me a discount for our next order which I won't be taking, bad customer service. save your money

Avoid ordering from here! Ordered a naan bread and it came very doughy and tasted strongly of flour. I asked the staff for a refund and was refused they then proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was my fault and got really mad at me and then asking me to leave. Poor food and customer service all around, would recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.

Both pizza bases were very salty, way to much salt and also the seafood pizza was loaded with too much salt

Can you have a word with your drivers they are so lazy when it comes to finding my flat it seems to be a reoccurring thing calling us telling us you are here when you are sat down the road. If I wanted to collect I would have done, delivery is door service! Food is lovely as always.

Hi everyone if it was possible I'd have rated -9 ☆however the reason behind thus been a loyal customer for a fee years now but last night was the last straw I payed 20 pound by card and I never ate my food due to the Southern fried chicken being off the chicken had a horrible taste to it and I told the manger and he was not interested in my View at all not even im sorry came out he argued with me saying it was in date I can cook but my point wasn't heard at all so I'll not be returning to the restaurant at ALL!!!!! WHAT A SHAME

When it 1st opened it was the best kebab I hav had and now I went it to collect it and ordered a chicken tikka kebab and a special to then see that the chicken tikka is not cooked fresh it's put in the microwave and the donner kebab i wouldnt even give it my dogs it was that bad. I won't be going back and dnt waste your time ordering

When my food come , it was hot but it tasted like rubber. When I rung up they refused to give me a refund for the 2 kebabs I ordered. When I suggested to have something else to match the price of the kebabs , the man on the phone got every rude and obnoxious. Then I asked why they wouldn’t give me a refund, they hung up on me. Absolutely great customer service NOT!! I’ve have been a loyal customer for a while , i never had a bad experience with them until today.

Inedible chips like actually eating raw potatoe might as well have brought a bag of raw potatoes from Asda and scranned them, paid £4 to eat four raw chips and chuck the rest in the bin, genuinely horrendous and doesn’t deserve a penny from you :)

FIRST THINGS FIRST TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered on Uber and they sent me half of my order saying that I need to take it up with Uber I just wasted 32 pound on a load of horrible food and terrible customer service. They stole £15 off of me and threatened me and my girlfriend over the phone and think that it’s acceptable to constantly speak over someone when they’re clearly in the wrong. I offered to come show them the order and they threatened me and said to call the police.

Don’t know what’s happened to maid Marian as it used to be nice years ago, had a munch box, kebab meat, both donner and chicken dry and cold like it was yesterdays. Salad had seen better days, lettuce was barely hanging on to its greenness. If your after a good old kebab, don’t go here!

Can tell the food was microwaved, soggy chips and burger was so wet I thought they might’ve cooked it outside. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had in my life EVER.

This place is a joke , I completely get it’s the hottest the uk as been for a number of years but I placed a order at 9pm and it was only just leaving the shop at 11:35pm after ringing the restaurant 6 times and being told yeah it on it way and it hadn’t left the shop never again will I be ordering the food will be no good and will just be placed in the bin

DON'T NOT ORDER - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Normal this is my favourite place to order pizza from. However ordered as normal off uber. The pizza wasn't that great to the point we had one bite and rang up to say it didn't taste right. They said it was down to Uber to sort and Uber said its down to Maid Marian. In my eyes we order from Maid Marian and they made the food so they should be correcting it. They will be taking most of the profit. I called Maid Marian again to the point the guy just put the phone down on me. So for a start this is just rude and has now lost my business all together. For the sake of sorting 1 x small pizza out! If I could give this zero stars I would. I could understand if I was asking the world but all I was asking was the guy to do his job!

Had a takeaway night with friends and they chose to order from here and honestly was the worst kebab i have ever had....soggy naan bread and rock solid bits in my donor meat! want 5 fillings after your kebab go here. Salad was just 90% onions thrown on with a bit of mayo, cheesy chips were more like just chips and the actual fries aren't that great either, wont be going back until they start upping the quality to match the price!

The worst takeaway I have ever had. Everything went straight in bin . I honestly wouldn't give it to a dog it was that appaling.do yourself a favour and Go to bed hungry.

Shut this place down now!!! I ordered 3 burgers and they all went straight in the bin. Half frozen and fries very undercooked. You won't get anymore business from now on trust.

Do not order from this place, food over 40 mins late despite being told initially it would be 50 mins to 1 hour, staff very rude, food was freezing when it arrived and was told next time we would get 50% of and now they saying that was not said. AVOID THIS PLACE

Ordered from Uber eats, order never arrived and had no explanation. No offer to send out more food or anything to help us apart from telling us to get a refund from Uber eats, had waited for the confirmation and for it to be delivered for nothing to turn up. ordered a pizza with a portion of wedges and spicy wings. the wings were not spicy and the wedges were soggy and dry. do not order from this place. the pizza was hard and dry, struggled to find the toppings that i ordered.

Absolutely appalling service and rude staff. Ordered the curry but It never arrived. Had to call them after 1.5 hour waiting and said they already delivered it to my address and put the phone down on me.Nobody came to deliver the food because they delivered it to the wrong address. Delivery driver have forgot pepsi that my boyfriend have ordered along with pizza, however charged him for full order. He have decided to go to the shop personally to complain and one of gentleman’s tried to convince him that this pizza is not from this shop. After that he called manager, who first said to the worker “give him this pepsi”, but my boyfriend refused and asked for refund which he recived. When he already came back home driver called him that he have his drink. (More than 50 minutes after reciving pizza...) In my personal opinion from this expirience- poor communication, poor customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Lovely kebabs. Everything here is nice. The delivery drivers are always polite and friendly and the delivery times are quick. I'd highly recommend using their App too, it's really easy to use.

The cheesy chips was literally drenched in garlic mayo asked for garlic mayo yes but that much couldn’t even see the cheese couldn’t even eat one.

Not very happy with my service been there twice and ordered a lamb burger with fries and ended up with beef first time I didn't take it back but second time did told them they said it was lamb when it wasnt was definitely beef and then finally gave me a lamb burger

Just ordered from here tonight and I will never return after a horrible experience with both the food and customer serivce , the delivery man was rude and over charged us , when the food arrived it was so cold the kebab curled up and was hard to chew , the cheese on the burger was almost plastic like , therefor I rate this takeaway a one star and will not recommend this to anyone . Ordered from here lots of times and usually it’s great and really tasty. This time the naan bread was only cooked on one side and the chicken was still raw in the middle. Not happy and they wouldn’t provide some cooked chicken. Going somewhere else in the future, loads more businesses in the area to try next time.

Would have given zero stars.. worse place ever.. first pizza was wrong and delivery guy rang me to say!! He walked into my house to say think you got wrong pizza.. I shown him the pizza and decided to stick his finger in it.. let's just say glad it was the wrong pizza!! Then he bought the correct pizza which was burnt to hell!! When I rang to say it's not right they wouldn't give me my money back even though I said I would bring the pizza back!!! Absolute trash and far better pizza places to go!!! Don't bother going here

Food arrived 40 minutes late, 2:00am & the delivery man went to the wrong house even though he parked outside my house? The little old lady three doors down had dragged herself out of bed to see who it was, he then spent another 20 minutes organising the order only to forget the bottle of coke, no surprise to say the food was stone cold but still managed to be over cooked! Inedible & a waste of £25 went straight in the bin! Will not be ordering from here again!

Not only was the order 30 minutes late, with no apology (to a pregnant woman this is an extra long time) but the 2 out 3 meals ordered were wrong. Chicken tikka was not only cold but didn't come with salad & sauce as advertised. Ordered chicken nuggets & got chicken on the bone with donner meat, not acceptable for a 2 year old! Chips tasted like rubber. Absolutly fuming! Will not be ordering again, rubbish place!!!!!!

Me and my partner have ordered from maid marian a few times in the past without any problems. Last night we ordered food and one of the items were wrong when it arrived so I rang the shop back and they told me I would have my correct food in the next 20 minutes because they only had one driver last night or something. I decided to just wait for my correct food to arrive, however an HOUR later it still wasn't here so I rang them back up and the man on the phone said (and I quote this) "oh yeah I forgot about that". I was told that it would be sent out and be with me in the next 10 minutes. I am really unhappy with the service and pure disregard and lack of care from the staff. My boyfriend ate his food at 10pm and I didn't even get to eat mine until about 11.20pm. Its ridiculous and I will not be using this company again.

Absolutely aweful staff. I waited way over an hour for a pizza. I rang up to be told that my 'order was on its way. Although the person on the phone had no idea where I ordered from!?. When asked how did he know my order was from he put the phone down.

Ordered from here a large order. Everything on the order was wrong. Rang up to tell the company so we could resolve it and they were rude, saying we didn't order what was said. The person on the phone was talking over me on the phone, when I asked to speak to a manager, they said they was the manager and it's the worst person I have ever spoken to. Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever witnessed and I don't know what happened to the customer is always right when speaking to these. I advise everyone not to order from here and will be telling everyone I know about this. Even the woman who came to the door shocked us with what was said, offensive language was used about the company she worked for and I am truly shocked with the service I recieved.
