Wow the driver and customer waiting 1 h for one burger and a cips wow change the personal or put someone how like to work fast

The waiting time is so long to pick up one delivery order I always come and nothing is change is very rude, also the managers are not good people they always very rude!!

I never write reviews, i found this place absolutely shocking. Writing this as i’m waiting for my order (which has been over 40+ minutes, yes, i’ve checked the time on my receipt and the time now) I don’t know if they are understaffed or what (i’ve seen 4 people in the kitchen at most) but they only prioritise just eat orders, deliveroo, uber eats and so on. The machines where you get your drinks from don’t work. And now i’m worried we will go over the 2 hour parking limit for waiting so long. Also, the bins are overflowing 🤢 Edit #1: the lady in front of me has just asked for a refund because she can’t wait any longer. Edit #2: We got our order after 45 minutes!! but of course some of the stuff was missing.. absolutely outrageous, it’s like they have no coordination whatsoever. Guy at front shouts the order number and when you come over, he just tells you that he’s starting to prepare your order now. Edit #3: my coke is flat

Took way too long in the drive through. Sat there nearly 15 minutes. Drove up to the window and was ignored for a further 5 minutes, until I was asked to pay. Gave up in the end and drove off. Terrible service.

I went to burger King today was really looking forward to it as not been for a while I waited 25 mins from walking through door to getting my food my friend who was behind me waited an hour I went to the counter and told them the guys reply was we're short staffed I had finished my food which was dry as it had been stood ages lettuce brown I asked the guy for some chips as they hadn't even stated cooking her meal and she had her 2 year old son with her when her order finally arrived it was wrong I went up to change her other sons burger and second one was rubbish by this time I had given up most of food went in bin not even a sorry me and another woman had to wipe our tables they was filthy stuff on floor bloke on next table ordered chicken burger got beef burger people ended up getting there money and walking away

Absolute disgrace, I'm shocked this place is part of the burger king franchise, the hygiene and house keeping were so dirty with finished food dishes all over the empty tables, food on floor along with dirty napkins, even chips on main counter where a girl was just mindlessly serving around rather than cleaning, I have no words for the state of how poor this place was without using profanity. Service was also cert poor, took 40 minutes to prepare food when there was only 4 numbers on the screen to prepare. I will not be bringing my family to this place ever again! Please take into account before choosing this restaurant for not fast food, also see pictures and video on review.

Waited 15 minutes to get our food burger was burnt not what we ordered staff was more interested in doing just eat then serving the customers inside in thank you nothing very rude.

I love Burger King, but this is the worst Burger King restaurant there is. Service is not great to be honest, and they regularly mess your order up. Not to mention that the toilet facilities stink! This place needs a damn good shake-up and for a responsible adult to supervise

Shocking slow service but only 2 staff on. Drive thru closed. Food took 20 minutes and whilst there they were hounded by delivery drivers shouting they had been waiting 30 40 mins. Flies landing on my food and the whole place stank of drains, food and rubbish all over. Disgusting never again

90m - 2 hour wait for small and simple delivery order on a random weekday evening. Absolute joke, won’t be using again.

Came here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was great however everytime since it’s got slower the food has got worse etc. tonight I watched for nearly half an hour food going into the warmer waiting to be put in with orders and the same food still there 15 mins later. Mostly it looks like they prioritise the just eat orders however tonight the drive thru was being favoured and even the just eat was very slow. Last week it looked like the staff were arguing got my food eventually went back in after realising the fork wasn’t in there and the place was deserted no staff in the kitchen at all. Fast food nope. Management need to get a grip of the place as it’s getting worse each week. Will be going to the other Burger King next week

The was great as usual But waited about 15 minits for the food. But biggest problem for me was seeing —RATS running all over the car park they were even coming up to the door good job is was closed. Sorry but I will never go there again

Hello, once again I am in Burger King Mansfield And once again I am waiting over 40 minutes for my order, I am very upset as the staff at this restaurant have time to talk but no time to pack up the finished orders. This is not the first time this has happened, please see the cameras for yourself because by situations like this happening to me you are losing customers.

Went into Burger King to order, waited at the front to be served by someone, all the members of team just completely ignored me, then when I finally got someone’s attention they said sorry but it’s only touchscreen now and I had to use a self serve, told them I’d never used it before which they didn’t even bother to help, so tried to use it on my own turned around to find them serving someone on the front!! Which they told me they didn’t do!! Absolutely disgusting.

Called at the drive in tonite at 19:20 and ordered two Angus BBQ burgers and fries, was told they were busy and would I mind waiting 15-20 mins in car park. 41 minutes later still no food so I went back through drive through to enquire and after server checked, they hadn’t even started to cook my order!!!!. I asked for a reason and was told “she’s a new manager”. Asked for a refund and left having waited for the slowest fast food ever experienced

Ordered 2 steak Angus meals and twenty chilli cheese bites via the app received 20 chicken nuggets a bacon cheeseburger and no drinks no recourse even says in the receipt cheese bites but wrote on the box nuggets work that one out complete waste of money and late dinner that is a wrong order

I dont usually leave negative reviews, but the state of this place really lets itself down. The food... as good as you'd expect although the food was more thrown on, more than placed on (burgers). The drinks... I had to ask for straws as they hadn't given me any, and when I went up to find some, there wasn't any. I did ask staff and did get given some. The drinks also didn't taste right, so same again, I had to go and refill those from the other machine. The state of the floor and tables though... come on burger king! What an absolute disgrace. A multi-million pound business and the floors and tables are messy. We was in the store for 50 minutes and didn't see anyone cleaning. Also, the order took 15 minutes from ordering to actually being served. Very disappointed.

Worst staff so rude disrespectful even the manager, not just to us to other costumers too, waiting time for food is ridiculous waited 30 min for 3 items and they even forgot about one of them so had to go back, dirty floor and tables no drinks in the machine.

Absolutely appalling service at this restaurant. I can only think they are still so popular as they are the only BK in Mansfield town centre area. The service is sluggish and by sluggish I mean the staff havent got any get up and go about them. My order has been wrong on numerous occasions and the staff complain that they don't have a manager and are over worked. The owner/ area manager needs to get their act together. We're the idiots who have kept going despite it costing £40 each time. Don't come here if you expect "fast food" that's warm and fresh. I waited 40 mins after going through the drive thru. Never again!!!!!!

Ordered food online via the uber eats app. Waited more than two hours before having the driver cancel the order because of the driver having to wait so long for the food. If you were experiencing problems within the store why accept online orders, or cancel them at an earlier time if you can't meet demands. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever, had to wait over 1h to get the food served to us. They treat customers and delivery drivers like garbage, just tell them to wait for ages while the staff stands and chat.

Number 15, Burger King foot lettuce. The last thing you want in your bugerking burger is somebody elses foot fungus. At this particular restaurant this was the case. An employee put his/her foot dust in my burget. nic o.

Worst place in town. I been waiting for my order 1h.

I didn’t even get my food. Ordered on the app to collect on my lunch break and spent my whole break waiting. Wasn’t even acknowledged. Now Burger King have kept the reward points that I used to buy the food even though I never got my order. Had to return to work with an empty stomach. Absolutely shocking. Edited to add that I have been refunded my points so will change to 2 stars- still need to sort out the staffing issue though!

Took a million years to get our food. It was like 10 mins per order… All the food sat there and nobody to serve it out?! Soft drinks that are supposed to be cold were warm 🤢 Absolutely shocking.

Food is mostly good from here time after time The self service drinks machine one was broken and the other was a lowsy taste and for the price it should be unlimited refills or limited upto about 3 The touch screen machine was laggy and putting imput into em The time before this I waited to order from the till I was hanging around for 5 mins and no service and it wasn't busy neither so I was kinda expecting the same but fortunately it was a lot quicker

Lunch time, Saturday, and the staff and working at a snails pace. Queue is almost out the door and it's taking ages to get orders out.

Freezing cold all the time. So when you finally get your food it's cold in seconds. No customer service at all. Everything is too much trouble and customers are clearly an inconvenience.

SERVICE SO SLOW I HAD TO LEAVE A REVIEW Ordered on the app before I left home so my food would be ready for when I arrived. Went inside to collect and the screen was saying my order was being prepared. 40 minutes later and my order went off the screen so I had to ask why it had gone. If I hadn't of asked I would still be there!! The lady was on her own doing the drive-tru and front counter. Everybody's orders was taking at least 30 minutes and then they were not always right!! The guy doing the delivery orders was no quicker. The delivery drivers were waiting just as long. This must of been the SLOWEST fast food restaurant in the country today 23/08/24 Burger King you need to review your staffing levels and experience because no one was working at a pace that fits the "Fast Food" terminology.

I came here a year ago, and I thought the burger were not good, patties were burnt on the outside and still pale on the inside. I told my wife we will never eat burger kings again, as it’s just a worse version of a Big Tasty from Maccies. Then the new one opened on the other side of town, wife wanted some, so we tried it for another time, gosh it was beautifully done! Smoky and tasty! Changed my mind on burger kings. A week later, we came back to this one as was passing by, ordered chilly jam whoppers, again burnt on the outside and pale on the inside, no smoky, I sent them back straight away! Girl behind the counter thought it was funny, as I complained about some soggy bitter taste onion rings earlier, she brought another more experienced staff in to deal with me. I told her that the new one is much better compared here. And I would like a refund on the burgers I had so I can go to the new one instead. At the end I got my refund and we went to the new one for a much tastier burger.

I don t know who work here but they can t even take one order properly, i don't think you need to much brain for that but here you are , i said i dont want bbq sauce on my burger because i am alergic on one of the condiment but for some reason they don t understand that 🤦🏼‍♀️

Always enjoy the burgers but for some reason the service is always terrible.Our last visit my wife and I ordered a simple burger meal,there was only 1 other order in front of us but for some reason it took 20minutes to get our food.What we couldn't understand was about 20 other orders that were placed after ours got served before us.Our order number was number 12 but by the time we got our food the order numbers were in the 30's.

the most disorganized fast food in Mansfield and its surroundings, it's impossible to wait 30 minutes after an order, I'm not mean but there are certainly enough of those girls who suffer and treat you very badly

We came in tonight about 45 minutes before they closed, they were busy with what seemed like deliveries (4-5 orders) and the delivery drivers waiting. We ordered our food and new we would be waiting s little while which is understandable. The staff were shocking, being rude to the drivers waiting and the customers after overhearing a few comment between the two women on service. Even though they were busy all staff were moving at a sloth like pace, not caring about their job at all. After us waiting for 30 minutes they then sniggered to each other as they appeared to 'forget' our order was there. The manager was walking about with his hat on backwards and airpods in which is highly unprofessional. The wait time wouldn't have bothered us if the staff seemed to actually be putting in an effort. It was ridiculous, and the staff need to be reminded they are a "fast food" restaurant and need to get a jog on when they're busy instead of letting orders pile up and then moaning about being busy

I've kept quiet for far too long hoping it would get better, however, now I need to address this recurring issue. Every single order I've ever placed at this branch has been incorrect or incomplete. Today I ordered the bacon cheese xl and chilli jam double burgers with loaded fries and drinks. Waited 10 minutes for the fries which I was told were only going to take 2 minutes. I get home to the Hangry family and surprise, surprise, one order was correct, second order, chips are out of thr box, now loose in the bag, bottom of the bag and the burger was a very dry chicken fillet burger with no dressing. Couldn't eat it at all!!!! Again, I vow never to return. Now to convince the teen who had the correct order. No describing the frustration of now sitting with hamgry hubby

We was excited a new burger king closer to home was being built. Was not worth the wait. Food was expensive. Waitress just placed the tray down without a word. We didn't know where the serviettes were. We had to queue to get sauces and spotted the serviettes. The manager was in the corner doing some sort of review with maybe a senior manager and there were few tables for guests. The cob on our whopper fell apart for both of us so it was like eating some deconstructed messy burger. Was rhe cobs old?? Coke was flat. Won't be back as whole experience was not great. Really sad to say this as we was looking forward to going

Long waiting time even if the store is not busy,the staff thinks that we are beggars even after if we paid the money for the items,don't recommend this store,and if some one is asking about it they don't care,the worst store.

Quality food when I finally managed to order it with them help from a young man (Dylan) who helped guide me through the kiosk ordering screens , he looked so happy to be at work and nothing was to much trouble for him , he's a credit to your store 😁

Ordered via the BK app for delivery via Uber. Originally quoted 30 minutes delivery on the BK app. However, this quickly changed to “updating driver location” and stayed like that for 90 minutes. I then moved to the Uber app which showed we had six different delivery drivers assigned. They all seemed to arrive at the restaurant and leave without our order. Finally the last Uber driver sent me a text to say that THEY would cancel my order as the “….people from Burger King didn’t want to do it….”!!!!! Shambolic!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!!!! Useless!!!

Got my exact order in little to no time. Perfect quality of the food even when I ate some 15-20 minutes later. Also the ice cream very good well topped with toppings.

Top quality staff let me make new drink when was wayyyy to carbonated. Good quality food. Would recommend to a mate in need of a whopper.

Ordered £35 worth of food for 4 of us. Refillable drinks cup missing. Milk shake was warm and watery, 2 fanta slush ordered, 1 was missing other was half a cup of something like coloured water. Went back to counter, staff where more interested in getting deliveries out. Took 10 minutes to rectify. Disgraceful service

Use the drive thru and often get order wrong or items missing. Used the burger king app hoping to be better but still missed an item. Make sure avoid it because of this hassle. More often go to macdonalds or Tim Horton's Update June 2024: went back for the first time since original review was written. Order was correct for once but desk service was long. Seems to have gotten more expensive as well. Upgrade to a 2 star

Meh.... Probably best way to describe all Burger King's really. Better than McDonald's but these places have past their sell by dates. Food and Nutrition has moved on so much that these places will fall by the wayside unfortunately. Lots of love to all staff though!

I visited from Manchester to Mansfield on a road trip, I have to say this is the nicest Burger King I have been to! Martin the manager asked me if I was satisfied with my meal and i was so happy to have a lovely conversation with him. Really down to earth team.

I visited the store before going to a concert, I was greeted by Martin who I expressed my concern if there was going to be vegetarian options available. He was happy to take the time to explain my options which I appreciated! Recommend this welcoming restaurant.

I have to positively review this restaurant, as I was served by the manager Martin, who had a friendly, yet professional attitude. My food came in quickly after ordering and it was still warm. Martin was determined to find out if I was satisfied and asked if I needed anything else. Highly recommend Martin and his team!

Arrived in good spirits around 9.15pm on the 12th of June with my family after an evening bowling. Made an order which then took 15 minutes to be served. Once received there was food items with allergens on that we asked while ordering to be removed, wrong items were given and worst of all a burger was returned and the staff member switched out my child's burger from their box with the part eaten burger and then served it too us! The staff are lazy, slow and massively undertrained, with no true passion for customer service, the entire store is filthy including the womans bathroom Will never visit here again and I suggest you don't either!!

Went to order at the counter and was told no. Only order via app or the instore version of the app. I didn't have my reading glasses with me so the lad behind the counter said he could send somebody to help me. Why not just take my order at the counter? Burger was OK, but fries only just warm. One to miss.

Just been for some food as my daughter wanted it for her birthday. Well the service was terrible it looked like one of the servers was there against her will and never smiled or even greeted the customers. One of the servers spent time looking at her phone and the other one was literally throwing food into bags to the point that they had to take a empty fries pack out of the bag as she threw them in upside down. She also put a drinks cup on the counter but didn’t say who it was for. There were 3 people waiting for food so didn’t know whose cup it was, would have made sense if there was only one waiting. The one serving would do well as a dinner lady in a prison throwing food onto the plate and not caring about the customers or even what they could see her doing. Our order must have taken have taken 15 minutes to get done was so tempted to tell them to remake the burgers as could see them on the keep warm shelf but thought better of it as the next solar eclipse would come round sooner. When she finally got everything ready passed me my milkshake the lid wasn’t on properly so when I picked it up it ran down the side of the cup so I got all sticky

They got my partners order wrong he asked for a chicken sandwich. Instead, he was given a cheese burger. It wasn't what we ordered. We also ordered two sauces, but we weren't given them either.

Great food but way too overpriced. This is why Saturday dinner time we was the only family in there. £30 for 3....cost you less at a restaurant. Kids loved it but not go back...McDs for us next time for their treat.
