I ordered through just eat, driver drove on to my street (seen through ring camra) went to do drove off. Look on map was on next street. I message drive on the app saying you need to turn right as left side odd numbers. With in seconds had noifaction saying order delivered. We not recived our £31 odd order no one picking up the phone message sent to just eat got wait 48hr to see if they going refound . Fumming isnt the word

Went in to take advantage of the free whopper day,found the app to be incredibly easy (I usually struggle with them as I'm a bit of a thicko!) Really friendly & quick staff (Steven,Calum & the beautiful Vanilla!) Will definitely be coming back.

Nothing fast food about this place. Takes over 30 mins for your order inside and drive through and when you do get your order things are missing or incorrect items. Place is a joke

Whopper is great but that's it. Coffee not as good as MacDonalds, nor the fries. You do get mayonnaise though ! Atmosphere is dreary.

Hands down the worst BK restaurant I've ever been to (and I've been to a few). Pity it is my local one! The staff are never, and I really do mean never! in any kind of rush to get your order out while the food is still warm. Always a que of frustrated people watching in awe at just how slowly people can move around a supposed 'fast' food kitchen. It doesn't matter who is working, the end result is the same. There is a poor culture and work ethic at this place.

So I was at home, it's raining and I don't want to go out. I'm craving a burger. Ordered through an app to then have my order cancelled 35 minutes later. So I jumped in the car and headed to Burger king. When people say everything happens for a reason it's usually true. From start to finish I received great service, friendly guy taking orders 😊 I sat in my car, not expecting too much. I haven't had a burger king in a while, so to my surprise when everything exceeded my expectations on this rainy day this made me very happy. 😍😍😍😍😍 All the food was hot, the fries were great, not sure if they have changed them lately. The burger was nicely wrapped, not thrown together. So yes, 5 stars from me, happy lady sat in her car, glad that her other delivery was cancelled on her. It's a good day. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

went to Burger King today 21/01/25 with friend. Not impressed with the on line ordering system which seems to take ages if you make a mistake. However the two male staff Stephen, who I believe is the assistant manage, and Tom was excellent and so helpful, couldn't do enough to help.

I customised my burger order (added cheese) for 50p but didn't get cheese. When my number was called I basically got ignored. Restaurant was shameful with rubbish on about half the tables. No soap in bathroom.

Possibly the slowest burger king I've been to, I know they're all slow but 20 mins? Really? Would have been quicker to go to McDonald's in Notts and still be back before my food at burger king would be ready

Food was nice, but had to wait 30 minutes for our order, only for it to arrive barely warm. The restaurant was quite cold inside too, so it didn't really feel nice to eat as it was too cold to enjoy. The staff was polite, and in their defence it was a bit busy, but for me personally it was too long to wait for a fast food place, and given my order was small, I don't expect hot food, but warm food would be nice. I ordered 2 children's meals, a chicken sub with coke, and chilli cheese bites.

In my opinion, Burger King is way better than McDonalds any day of the week. The Bacon Double XL is always exceptional and I honestly find the service here far better than the McDonald’s just down the road. My only complaint is on a couple of occasions I’ve waited nearly 30 minutes just for my order which isn’t exactly fast food. I did ask and apparently one of the grills was not working. I do wish they would inform you about the delay before taking your money.

Haven’t visited that Burger King for years. Rubbish service from the female assistant. Wasn’t helpful at all. I’m 66 not very good with the ordering machines I’d sooner talk to someone to order n she wasn’t happy that she had to help me order Then there was no Pepsi in the machine!! Need better staff.

Manager was incredibly rude,screaming at the staff while at the front desk,even though he had been chatting to a waitress 1 min before ! Manger was heavily bearded and unkempt Had a vile attitude and was abravsive and snappy when we came to the counter. Food was cold,service was vile Do not not not expect a good meal .

Food tasted lovely but with the air con on it was cold really quickly which is annoying as it's not cheap! Disappointed to say the least. I went in through the drive through on Sunday evening for a quick bite to eat. The girl working, called Grace, was a lovely young lady. Very polite and great customer service, didn’t fail to ask if I needed any sauces. Will visit again!

One of the worst delivery and services

The experience overall is great. Specifically the staff over there named Sreeja was friendly and super supportive with a positive attitude 😊. The quality of the food and service was great.

Great tasting food. It's a pity the drinks come only 1/2 full! How does this place stay open? Very slow drive through, the staff looked miserable, and the cost of food is crazy. Car park full only 3 people in restaurant! Come on, wake up McDonald's is only 500 mtrs and is constantly busy. If this place has managers, they need to have a look at themselves and consider getting some training for themselves and the staff! Sorry if this sounds harsh, but it's a fact that other Burger Kings are nothing like this one.

I had an order delivered today so it could be that the main issue is with the delivery firm. That delivery firm is now dealing with the issue but I am unlikely to order from here again as a result of this experience. The driver had a lit cigarette 🚬 hanging from his mouth as he approached my door. I asked him to keep his distance because of this. He did but I cannot think of a valid excuse why anyone anywhere delivering food should be smoking. When I was taking the food out of the bags, I saw that one box had been put into the bag upside down, possibly leading to a spillage at that time. When I rang about the above, I couldn't get through to let them know as their message boxes were full.
